    @ThreeUKSupport Ok, much appreciation to Rashida (Rashita, possibly?) who went out of her way to call me back having discovered a way to sort the address for me after all, no app required. The process still seems Kafka-esque, but good service from her in the end :-)

    @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting put through to a dept so I can cancel an order - however I sit on hold and then get cut off. I have tried several times on several days and it keeps happening. Please can you advise?

    @ThreeUKSupport That said, I'm having a hell of a time trying to do something as simple as change my postal address. Online option doesn't work (the Edit address link isn't a link!), and I'm now on my second phone call and have just been told I have to download the app to do it. This is crazy.

    @danvitale @ThreeUKSupport Dan, I’ve been given the same excuse from them. I’ve been strung along for over a month now. When I ring up now they just tell me the network is slow and they don’t know when it’ll be fixed. They tell you anything and lie to you. I was quoted 2 different prices too to leave.

    @NHTractordriver @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Trouble is these days you have paid online before you get the paperwork. Oh for good old days where suppliers sent the goods ordered first followed by invoice/statement which you duly paid.
