    @ThreeUKSupport The help team, phone calls, engineers being sent out, everything I've tried over the last two months isn't helping. Please can you tell me if there is a 5g fix date? I'm holding out hope that it'll somehow improve these ongoing issues since November.

    @VodafoneUKBiz I've been trying to speak to someone and provide feedback for 2 years. I have been passed from pullar to post, 21 emails later and still no satisfactory response. 3 were more than happy to help, save me money and communicate well... @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I canceled with sufficient notice and yet you have continued to take payments you are not entitled to. I would like my money refunded. I have been a 3 customer for years

    @ThreeUKSupport I can only select lte/2g/3g on mobile, it's also unacceptably slow. My router is 4g, and is definitely not operating normally. I moved to Three and took out the broadband for your data coverage and packages, so our contracts are almost useless. Do you have a fix date please?

    @ThreeUKSupport you seriously need to sort out whatever you're working on. Its been nearly 2 months and I still keep loosing signal for long periods of time. Ive never had a problem in the past 15 years but now all of a sudden it takes me 20 mins to connect.

    @nejafeja @ThreeUK I'm with 3 as well. Have had a PAYG sum since 2014 and don't pay roaming charges as a result. It's just greed by mobile companies because you're paying the same companies across the globe for using a network.
