    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone else in cancellations who helped me but apparently there is no complaints team to handle this kind of issue? He only said that the call would be listened to and appropriate action taken. Is there really no complaints team for this?

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s an ongoing issue, my fault, should’ve dropped 3 when the contract expired.

    @RastaMou53 @zece7 @ThreeUK I have this same problem. Was told it's because there is a high amount of people using the signal in one area and to try switching to just 3g setting on my phone. It worked.

    @ThreeUK I have just been locked out of an account because I kept trying 2FA not realising it’s Three where the problem is - could you not have emailed/sent a push notification to say there are issues?

    @nem39esis @iD_Mobile_UK the problem is ID uses the same network as @ThreeUK meaning when 3 has issues (they are having massive problems at the moment) ID also has issues
