@ThreeUKSupport You’ve effectively cancelled the tariff I’m on month to month and raised the tariff by 90%. Really poor timing. Can I please have the telephone number of head office to discuss this matter as clearly it’s a matter that the press would be interested in.

@ThreeUKSupport the service is very much dis-satisfied and the agent name is Yashika who is very rude on the call when asked for manager. The network is really bad, am requesting for e-sim for the last 3 months. Customer service is very disappointing with mobile phone in contract

@ThreeUK @xboxuk @Microsoft So having been round the houses to get this resolved I am still having issues getting a charge removed for XBox Game Pass from 3pay! They are saying it’s Xboxes responsibly whereas Xbox say they can’t do anything. Being charged £20 for the pass!! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Just in general. My home is fine, but in Bristol I had issues, in Plymouth I have issues. I'm having issues right now near Bovisand, although I've got 2 bars of signal I can hardly load twitter. I have spoken to other 3 customers who have all said the same

My monthly SIM Only @ThreeUK contract has risen by 90% seemingly overnight. Inflation is “only” running at around 10% currently. Really poor timing wouldn’t you agree @ThreeUKSupport?
