    @ThreeUKSupport went through to your support again. 8th times the charm i hope. Last five people said it hadn't been sent because no email address had been attached to the account. Everyone of them promised to attach it!!

    @ThreeUKSupport can you give me any idea when my mobile data will work at anything more than snails pace? Everyday you are fixing issues in my area when I check... it’s been months and I’m getting fed up with it I’m seriously thinking of quitting three for good!

    @dougclow @ThreeUK I've not had a notification so this is the first I knew of this. My usage is the same as yours... signal is poor in my house but Three had wifi calling, that may narrow my choices too...

    I can hand on heart say I will never use @ThreeUK ever again. Genuinely the worst customer service and company out there. #useless

    @ThreeUK Upgraded in store to iPhone 12. Not in stock so ordered to be delivered to store on 13/01. Store now closed and no answer on store phone. Paying for phone but can’t get it, no instructions from three about what to do. Call centre say they can’t help, please help.

    @pennyb @ThreeUK Yeah, I've sent six actual texts in the last month (plumber) and the last outgoing voice call that wasn't trying to find someone else's phone was 30s in September. My WhatsApp, Signal, and Slack usage are high but mostly wifi. I'm not a profitable network customer.
