  @ThreeUK I bought an add on for £30 to use my data abroad and it didn’t actually work, and has now cost me an additional £56 in out of service charges. Sort it out.

  @ThreeUKSupport thanks for levying the charge for installing the iOS update that I need to install but am reluctant to because I don't fancy the privilege of paying even more on my mobile data for something that never used to even have a charge. I believe it's called a rip-off.

  @ThreeUK responsibility for their mistakes. Escalation was a joke: instead of resolving anything, they wasted time, deflected, and tried to pass me around. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and zero willingness to help. If you expect integrity or real support, avoid Three at all costs.

  @ThreeUK Presale? When are you actually gonna give people what they want? An actual good service, that works would be great for a start! Stop being so greedy & actually give people what they pay for! Stop screwing everyone!
