@ThreeUKSupport It is for that account, it’s the only one connected to that account. 18th Jan - I cancel contract 14th Feb - charged the correct amount of 4 days use. Taken 7 March. 14th March - charged term. fee. PLUS a full month? Taken 4 April 14th April - charged full month. Taken 3 May

@FrankKhalidUK @Footy_Headlines Won’t exist once we kick out 3 what a useless sponsor! Tried to drop us instantly! Worst company @ThreeUK hope we get a good sponsor and brand that doesn’t only feel like crap but also look like it on the front of our beautiful kit!

@ThreeUKSupport Then was on live chat Monday for 3 hrs to be told the cancelled upgrade had not been done . Rang again today and was told the pac code could not be sent as system was down . Another 48 hrs wait for said code .

@ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t with my router it’s already been checked, the issue is with your network!! If you can’t provide me with a service that was great up until 11 days ago then I will look at cancelling my contract! 3G network is terrible, it’s not fit for purpose

@Ofcom @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not allowing PAC codes to be sent via text requests and then forcing you to call in and be harassed into staying a customer! Now I have 2 contracts and can't move my number to the other provider

@ThreeUK customer service is nonexistent 3 days and at 3 hours of my time wasted to get a pac code and as I’m leaving they don’t want to resolve the complaint I raised what a joke after being a customer for 20 years no chance I’d ever return and we will move gf business elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport ZE2 9XF. Signal re-appeared last night, so had voice calls but no data. We only get 3G, so we are far from the bleeding edge of technology

@geezerpaulr I left the money grabbing Vodafone 4 years ago for @ThreeUK I think I must have saved at least £2000. I’ve never had any problems anywhere in the World, data or calls. On the S.Coast ATM & on 5g. I would recommend them.
