    @ThreeUK Data's not working and I've missed multiple calls due to this outage, is there going to be an apology that isn't a pitiful *I'm sorry* when it's affecting people's daily lives, making people lose out on money/we are still expected to pay for the services despite them being down?

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK I've taken the time to write your 7pm "update" for you - "19:00 - Our technical teams are continuing to work on resolving the issue." Today has been a shambles, no communication, no update and we're STILL without what we pay for.
