@ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with a game. Their support says to check to make sure certain ports are open but port forwarding is not an option when I log in to the router on the browser.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK. Thought I would try #Three, big mistake, 5G slower than Plusnet 4G, 5 days to process cancellation so have now lost my number and service and three days to raise a PAC code to port it back. Never again

@ThreeUK I am so frustrated by the poor customer service we have been receiving. Having reported our poor signal to you several times, the most recent conversation I felt the person took ownership of our complaint... however... failed to call back at agreed time 😡😡😡😡😡.

@ThreeUKSupport @andre81137478 You more or less said the same to me about 5 years ago when i was in Bath. You tried blaming a tree or high buildings, it was none of them. I joined @EE and magically never had a signal problem. You're lucky people have WiFi at home otherwise you'd get a lot lot more complaints
