    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve tried turning network settings on and off again but no luck. I live in TA5 area but this has mainly been happening it TA6

    @ThreeUKSupport The rep said it was put down as a suspension not a cancellation because I didn't transfer my number to a different provider (I moved overseas)

    @ThreeUK I have had some issues with one of my contracts that are still ongoing after being assured they would be resolved by now. I am making a formal complaint but would appreciate a senior member of staff contacting me to discuss getting this resolved Asap!!

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I know it's the same excuses. Its broken in a lot of areas, even dropped calls and voice quality. I work specifically in this area of telecoms throughout the UK, so I've decided to highlight an area wherever im working to try and bring some attention!

    @ThreeUK 14 days have passed since and we still have not received a refund. My wife has contacted customer services but has been told the record cannot be found because the contract wasnโ€™t live (4)

    There you go @ThreeUK I'm out of the L12 area & my service is back on, but the 3 people I was with in L12 Liverpool, still have no service & cannot even contact you on their phones, they're all (unfortunately customers of 3) roll on February 2021, free of @Three contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Could you tell me how long the maintenance will go on for at the following post code : SE19 2EZ ? It's been this way for 3 weeks, with either no data, or cripplingly slow.
