@ThreeUK yesterday I changed my plan with the help of a 3 agent on the phone, effective immediately. Today I logged into my account and the changes have not yet been applied. When will I be changed over to my new plan?

@dr1141 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for sharing this info. I’ve just tried to change my plan for something around £10 and I was told that they can’t downgrade the plan. I asked to cancel the contract without that penalty and they said the system does not allow and there was no manager to ask for help! Srly
