@ThreeUK I saw some people saying **** Three. And stuff like “not even a signed shirt will get them back or our good graces”. What’s all that about

  • Metshaz Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England

@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

  • cemtex1 cemtex (@cemtex1) reported

@ThreeUK Hi, I recently purchased a payg sim to use in florida, I've top up and can use data with no problem but having trouble with making calls, I keep getting the following message when I call any number 'couldn't connect' any ideas why? I'm using a samsung s22 ultra, thanks.

Disgusted with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Cheeky swines now charging me £20/ month for SIM only deal yet I can get same network for £7 on Id Mobile or £7 on Smarty. What the hell?? Get stuffed Three. You’ve lost a long loyal customer.

  • nathanbenaich Nathan Benaich (@nathanbenaich) reported

@Sugarsteroni @ThreeUK I get better signal when I’m not in my home countries network. How messed up is that.

  • Metshaz Sharon (@Metshaz) reported

@ThreeUK Try getting a service to Desborough 0.5m for last 36 hours. 15 years. I've been a customer, but I can't stand this poor service for days and days on end. Have to go to my Mums house just to get my banking and shopping done. Such bad customer service nowadays. Starlink on order.

  • GreatBretten Tash (@GreatBretten) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m really not happy with the service. I did exactly this and was told that it would be sorted. It still isn’t. To top it all, I now also need to change my address and the website is just throwing out a jargon page, so my app isn’t working and now neither is the site.

  • nathanbenaich Nathan Benaich (@nathanbenaich) reported

@Sugarsteroni @ThreeUK Yeh but out there you gotta put the phone down and absorb the views, innit?

  • SuttonNatalie natalie sutton (@SuttonNatalie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @MoneySavingExp (1/4) More abysmal customer service from Three. Why do I continue to be surprised it can get worse..!? After spending FOUR hours on a complaint, and being reassured you've "got rid of [the £200+] final bill completely"...
