    Come January I will be paying to get out of my contract with @ThreeUK . Go to a provider that can actually support the phones they sell. 3 are hands down the WORST provider in the UK. I’m in a capital city for Christ sake and the signal is piss poor! Absolute jokes.

    The connectivity of the 4G box is ridiculous @ThreeUKSupport ?! I have had no issues for 6 months, then the first month I have to pay in full, I can barely connect one device?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Everything shuts down. I’m over it. I’m done trying to solve the issue, it’s been almost 2 years and I’m still having the issues. I just want out now otherwise I’m taking it further. It’s an absolute joke at this point.

    @ThreeUKSupport I purchased an unlimited data add-on this month, but I still keep getting warnings that I am close to my data allowance. I'm also seeing charges in the "Internet used over your allowance" section of my account. Please can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport No they keep on telling me to call O2 to get a new PAC number - O2 has already canceled my contract and is not able to issue a new number.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to someone. No the issue wasn’t sorted hence why I’m still complaining about it. I don’t understand why nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve reset the settings, I’ve even reset the phone but the same issues keep happening. Around 4pm every other day….

    I’d get better reception from 2 cans and a string. @ThreeUK why sell/provide iPhones when you can’t support them? If anyone else is reading this, DO NOT go with 3 and if you have bought something from 3 for someone for Christmas, you’ve made a mistake.
