I have to ask @ThreeUKSupport, I've been offered to send back the IPad Pro in order to cancel the Contract as a special "One Time Acceptation" But I want to confirm that If I do, Does Three Promise to cancel the contract? If so then I'd be open to sending the device back.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello Nathan, Yes, I spoken to Customers Relations Team (CRT) about this and they mentioned as long as the device is in "Good" condition they'd be open to cancelling the contract as a one time acceptation, They mentioned It would cost £975.00 if I was to cancel the contract...

To anyone considering a move to @ThreeUK / @SMARTYMobileUK mobile network, BEWARE. Very fast on 5G but the service blocks important campaign websites and generates bounce-backs from email servers. No response despite repeated comms to customer support #Misrepresentation #Unusable

@ThreeUKSupport your company has completely messed me up! Ported business number over from O2, promised no loss of service but not working. Customers can't contact me "number you have called is not recognised". My business affected badly because of you.
