@ThreeUK just landed in USA and it says 3 calls and SMS are temporarily suspended, data roaming activated on phone, monthly plan for years, never had roaming issue, can't login to account as can't receive the text, can't connect to any network ... Please help!

a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport Not impressed that after speaking to your support I'm not able to reduce my contract. Took it out a year ago when I needed loads of data, now I don't but I'm stuck paying for it for another year.
