    I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK since 2014 and yet still my adult settings are not changed and I seem to not being able to do that. Everytime I’m trying to use any of my cards it says age verification failed. I’m 33, for Christ sake 😒

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having intermittent service but mostly bolstered by my WiFi. Definitely not what I've been paying for. I received a text message from three on the 22nd September and another today apologising for the ongoing problems

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone and my wife’s phone both on three so yes. Same issue. Official covid app wanted to send a one time password text to her. Restaurant in hotel wanted to sent one time password for WiFi to me. Both numbers entered with +44 prefix etc.

    @ThreeUK 21st October I requested for my old Three number to be moved to my new Three SIM and it's still not done. Will someone please explain what the problem is?

    @ThreeUKSupport Honestly, you guys are slow on the uptake this evening. Does it not make you slightly suspicious that multiple users are reporting outages, and you continue to treat it as a single user issue each time?
