    @ThreeUKSupport My husband has been on webchat for 30 minutes with nothing but lip service and they say so sorry but we can’t do anything. Hi back to Banbury!!!! Why should we have to go anywhere! You took our money and gave us nothing! Thieves!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just have and they aren’t doing anything!! They have said there is nothing they can do and a new account would not be offered an unlimited plan! Then they offered to have US pay for emergency credit!!! OMG!! You are nothing but thieves. I am going to shout this from the rooftop

    @ThreeUKSupport it’s been several days now - we still cannot make or receive calls on our mobiles in SW1V 1QJ. This is terrible service. No sign of the issue being resolved - you’re not making any attempt to contact us to keep us updated. What is going on?

    @ThreeUK Hi, both my wifi & mobile data are switched off, yet somehow I still have access to the internet. Should this be the case/ I'm confused, please help?
