    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Knew or guessed I was a Three customer said I could have an upgrade at a better price I said he couldn’t beat £20 all in and that if he was from Three he would know my tariff - which got me suspicious so I hung up

    @ThreeUKSupport @ZoltanK74 I agree spoke to Three a number of times about network over the last year and it’s always we will fix it and nothing happens. Been months and about to give up on Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your "Business Support" is an absolute joke!!!! What kind of backward company think they can get away with not having any online account access in the 21st Century??? I dontjust want to leave Three, I want the company eradicated! It does not justify its existence

    @CornishCracker @ThreeUK It’s not the always on display that gets me, it’s that stupid “Dynamic Island” bullshit. All they did was re-design the notifications so that it would hide the incredibly distracting and ugly pill… sad part is people are actually calling them a genius for it.
