@ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

Can Ryan from the Glasgow office @ThreeUK give me a call please? I’ve been told by the office in India that it’s resolved when I had a reference number to get through to you... It’s not resolved. I’ve never known such rudeness and incompetence from a phone service.

.@ThreeUK Your customer service is terrible, an agent has tried to tell me my issue was resolved without actually looking at what I was asking, failed to ask for reference number of said query and then proceeded to tell me what I already knew.. (1)

@ThreeUK hi - I have been dealing with the same complaint/billing issue for 3 months and have been sent to live chat each time- this has not resolved it. Even after the - last time where I was guaranteed it would be sorted. I was told it would be sorted by 11th March

@ThreeUKSupport Individual customer care ? Youre having a laugh. Just spent over an hour on the phone to THREE. passed from one to another. 4 people I eventually spoke to. 4 times I had to go through security. Bad lines bad connections making it difficult to understand people at the other end.

@ThreeUKSupport The real complaint here is, if I put money into your account it's less then 2 hours. But for you it's always 5 working days (typical bs), why should I wait 7 days when I have already wait 7 days. When we all know the 5 day wait is bs companies spin.

@ThreeUKSupport What good is the credit on a closed account?? Then he said he can’t and won’t transfer it. I’ve been in conversations with three since November. Last week I had a panic attack on the phone. I never had this with other companies. I just changed service for a better price & signal
