@ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport @aakholt The Three Mobile WiFi hubs are honestly worthless. Basically a bit of plastic that sucks up your money for doing nothing. Try and change providers as soon as possible

@ThreeUKSupport It was meant to arrive three hours ago but still hasn't turned up. Can I recommend you give them a call and then let me know where it is... and then start using another delivery firm. The service is appalling.

Just a bit of feedback @ThreeUK - doubling my tariff is one reason I am leaving. Charging me for 'feedback' that you claim to want is another! If you want research don't charge customers ON YOUR NETWORK to provide it!
