    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called to query the SIM card not working in the device I intended it for on my initially sales call, I asked specifically was told a call recording would be listened to and call back - now I’ve had a direct debit taken for more than agreed

    @ThreeUK But don’t do it on the Three network if you want calls without interruptions & reliable internet. Just paid to leave Three mid contract because it’s appalling in #Manchester. Back to @VodafoneUK & happy that once again I can make calls & browse the web!

    @ThreeUKSupport We got through to someone on 333 and was then put onto a different menu and did try the full number you advised as thats not on your website we are trying to find out how our son has used 12gb of data in 3 weeks we have been onto someone on chat who says they can't help
