  Plenty of emergency alerts received to all phones connected to the @vodaphoneuk network in the house, but nothing received on the @ThreeUK network despite connected to 4G.

  @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

  @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

  I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

  @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
