@ThreeUK Just went to Amsterdam, signal has never been so good. I was told the issue was my handset? Clearly I have been lied to. I should be able to cancel my contract and return my handset as you are not providing me with the service I pay for.

Well that's a first for me. Just had to send copies of my GP & Hospital docs to @ThreeUK because I needed help with a small debt, & they demand proof I have depression, anxiety & cancer. Caveat emptor if thinking of getting a phone or broadband.
