@ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

@ThreeUK I'm in a chat with their customer service for almost 4 hours to cancel my plan. it is expiring at the end of the month. They refuse to cancel, keep saying how valuable I am, how much they want to sort the issues, etc etc.

Hey @ThreeUK the only thing keeping me from rejoining you guys on contract is that you don’t offer visual voicemail, from what I’ve read, it’s been asked about for over a decade now, you’re the only remaining UK MNO that doesn’t support it, do you plan to at some point?

@MattNavarra @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had this issue with Verizon last year. Their response was to pay them an extra fee for their service that would do the same thing my phone already does - silence the call and send it straight to voicemail. Doesn’t fix the problem, but I’m sure they make money off it
