  • rowandjack Jack Rowand (@rowandjack) reported

@ThreeUK Hi. I am 1 week into a 5G home broadband contract. It has been basically unusable for the last 3 days. Can I get an explanation of what the problem is with the network please? Or I'll have to cancel in the cooling off period.

  • mjlynch Matt Lynch (@mjlynch) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My service still runs until the end of this month. It would be good if the 5G broadband could work until then please. It’s very intermittent as others have mentioned.

  • Original_Damo Damo (@Original_Damo) reported

@susycallejaros @ThreeUKSupport Oh they won't compensate for this....I've had this issue with them so many times and they do nothing. This happens far to frequently

  • CatfishKoko KB (@CatfishKoko) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Jacq it’s been like this since April when I first joined so ASAP is highly unlikely. Your coverage checker for my postcode doesn’t even indicate any problems. I have a 12 month contract, do I have to pay remainder to leave or can I just cancel? Thanks

  • atem78 Patrick Forde (@atem78) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 38 hours from initial request and still not managed to port my number from 3 PAYG to contact. Awful.

  • mjlynch Matt Lynch (@mjlynch) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, still problems with your 5G home broadband. This is day 5 now without proper service with no end in sight!!!!

  • rowandjack Jack Rowand (@rowandjack) reported

@ThreeUK @SignaLtd This is unbelievable. You could at least acknowledge on your website that there is a problem so people don't drive themselves crazy trying to fix things at home! It's DNS server issues I think.
