    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    @ThreeUK I’ve switched to three it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the gift card ? Every time I talk to a colleague they say oh yeah your account has the issue raised . Last time I spoke to them was meant to be there in 72 hours… it’s been 5 days.

    Two days of little to no @ThreeUK 4g or broadband signal at home and in the surrounding area, and two days of little to no acknowledgment or communication from @ThreeUKSupport No point contacting their engineers as they don’t know what is going on.

    Disgusting customer service from @ThreeUK. I took out a broadband contract with them, cancelled it within 3 days due to a rubbish connection and returned the pack despite them making it VERY difficult. My data has now been shared to debt collection agencies without reason. Beware
