@ThreeUKSupport New SIM card is working just fine. Whenever I contacted Three support via chat requesting the transfer of my PAYG number to my Pay Monthly plan I always got a response that it would take about 24 hours to complete the process.

@ThreeUKSupport I am unable to call landlines in the CF postcode are from my mobile (my husband is experiencing the same) but am able to call mobiles and other landlines. Is there an issue that needs to be fixed?
