@ThreeUK You do keep sending me Home Broadband Deal emails (okay, so I've had a phone contract with you since 2012) but unless you do ones without CGNAT it's never happening. You should please mention if it's compulsory in e-mails as otherwise I'll always ignore them! Sorry...

What’s going on with @ThreeUK the signal is without doubt the worst I’ve ever had from a mobile provider. Doesn’t matter if you are in central London, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham. Zero chance of connecting

Goes from bad to worse @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only have they not responded to me, I had a Nigerian scammer pretending to be from their complaints team

@ThreeUKSupport hi. What’s going on in York? For past week both husband and I (both on 3) struggling to send/receive texts, whatapp and calls. Questioning why I moved back to 3 if no signal where I live.

@ThreeUK Worst customer service ever, 50 minutes on this awful chat window so far just to upgrade one of the users on my account to an admin..!

@ThreeUK Visiting family on the Isle of Skye for The holidays & I’m now on Day 5 with NO SIGNAL on my phone with 3! Occasional WiFi allowing me to send this! Apparently an ‘issue’ in this area according to the app, but no support! What the hell, 3!!

@ThreeUK your business support was excellent but your customer service is dreadful. I wanted to find out how to get my account online but he just cut me off as he took too long updating my email address. Certainly wonderingly if it’s worth staying with your company.

Last week, I went to @ThreeUK for a phone upgrade. Somehow, my application did not go through. Today, out of nowhere, I got a call from Three where the caller knew my exact details and claimed they could help me (an individual with an Indian accent). Of course, it was a scam, but how did the scammer get all my details? This feels like a massive data protection failure. @ThreeUK
