    This might be my last year with @ThreeUK after 15 years+. Too many dead spots. Very difficult to browse anywhere outskirts of London. Always no reception at Barking. No reception inside large buildings. It appears service quality is falling. E16 boy. RM postcode soon.

    @bennys1 @ThreeUKSupport If they cancel my contract I’ll just move on to giffgaff and then get sim cards of the country I’m in when I go abroad. Three clearly doesn’t care about its loyalist customer base. They will also loose a mobile broadband contract I have for my grandparents too.

    @ThreeUKSupport is it standard customer service to speak to 26 reps over 3 months just to receive a refund for a handset I returned in September, have to send proof I even paid in the first place, and then have a missed payment on my credit score for a payment that never existed?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it was generated but I’ve not received a copy as I’ve never been able to access my online account. I received a phone call demanding payment of the final amount but I’m not prepared to pay something I’ve had no breakdown of

    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged £100 for phoning BA. Their service charge is only 7p per minute. Completely ripped off. I’m on an £80 a month unlimited package, so it feels like a kick in the teeth. AirPods, are under a year old, but three isn’t replacing them even it’s under consumer law

    @ThreeUKSupport Address recent charges that are beyond a joke. Got AirPods that are faulty from you and overpriced bills. I’m just really disheartened. I spoke to your customer service team last night, but it’s all left a bitter taste in my mouth.
