@ThreeUKSupport @adamhooz I'm also having trouble. The app isn't working at all, the website is hanging for several minutes. I eventually did manage to log in, tried to top up my account, the money got taken from my bank account but the website said the transaction failed. How is it so difficult!?

@iD_Mobile_UK seem to have EU roaming still on, slightly lower prices with included tethering, and use the three network, so probably a no-brainer switch for @ThreeUK data-heavy customers like me - £16 per month unlimited on 24 month contract.

And just like that, I’ve requested @ThreeUK cancel everything I have with them. I have never been involved with such a clueless, rude, disorganised company as them in any other aspect of my adult life. 1 week of absolute hell, stress & lies. Steer clear!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Everything was working how it should before, this started happening on/off since Tuesday, I got a message saying works were planned for Monday, so wasn't sure if it's because of that, this started. Yes done that multi times but doesn't help.
