@ThreeUKSupport I recently left your service; before doing so I checked twice via online chat that I was able to do so without an early termination fee. This was confirmed. Today I’ve received a bill with an early termination fee, plus text charges on an unlimited text tariff!

@EE , regretting leaving @ThreeUK, in turkey and cant get data working , texting 150 with “travel” does nothing, even after phone restarts and checking your website help section, can’t even call you without incurring massive bill ! I’ve seen I’m not the only one with this issue

@ThreeUK If Three are serious about business then they need a corporate department based in the UK who can sort issues out not overseas where spoken English is poor. And although things are improving for Three network wise there's still a way to go before it can be taken seriously.
