Do @ThreeUK 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal so for many years I have relied on a Home Signal unit. #5G

@ThreeUKSupport I remember when you had a decent reliable service. Now your signal is shite. Constantly slow or even no service. Just do us all a favour remove three from the network completely. EE or any other network is way better than yours

@ThreeUK 12 days without any network!! So if I go outside alone and something happens to me I can't contact anyone for help! How is this acceptable??? As stated before I am paying a contract for a service I'm not receiving! Shame on you!!

@ThreeUKSupport it’s not letting me connect to the internet. It says the password is incorrect. Btw I’m using my girlfriends work wifi and had no problem with it but today it’s been buggy

@ThreeUKSupport So the outage in BA14 is going to continue indefinitely. What compensation are you going to offer? Refunding our monthly contract charge is a given but does not compensate the MASSIVE and apparently unending inconvenience.
