    @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?

    It’s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they don’t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK customer for over 22 years multiple contacts I asked for an iPad contract to be cancelled 4 years ago as the contract ended 4 years prior...a year later still taking payments got it cancelled again, tried so many times to sort this out...now I'm being threatened by legal

    I've been using @ThreeUK for a long time and was usually happy with it, but for the last two days the internet has been incredibly bad... It's almost completely unresponsive. It's really disappointing that it's this bad in London. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK is an absolute joke. They cancelled my phone plan with no warning and won't even let me lodge a formal complaint. Are there any authorities in the UK where I can escalate my complaint?
