    @ThreeUKSupport The only reason for me having to listen to the small print and give all my details was because supposedly existing customers couldn't get this cheaper contract. Which sucks

    @ThreeUKSupport Cancelled. But it's nice that instead of getting 60ish quid back I now need to pay 50ish quid extra for services I never used. It's just not on!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, will swapping to 3G only improve my phone signal or just potentially have an impact on data? The main issue is definitely phone signal. If you say everything is running fine, I'm concerned the signal may continue to be this poor :(

    @antartica81 @ThreeUK I have the same problem in SW1 - no reception, no 4G. Contacted Three, they said a mast it down - not able to provide a timeframe for repair (days or weeks!)

    @ThreeUK your customer service is shocking. I was misadvised by agents for over a week (RE: new number and cooling off period length). What a joke of a company. A customer of almost 8 years, 0 missed or late payments gone.
