@ThreeUK A month ago, One of your staff trying to sell me a new contract, which I agreed, since that day, my phone was not able to connect to network, I went into the store 10+ time, and called you 10+ time, everytime I was told to wait for 24 hours, still now, I can't use my SIM.

After an entire 5 weeks with absolutely no signal in Portree, Skye with @ThreeUK and no fix in site. I’ve cancelled my contract. Ridiculous in this day in age.

@ThreeUK Be careful with 3. I’ve just left them after being a customer of theirs for 16 years… they have a problem with fairness and suffer an addiction to overcharging at each and every possible opportunity.… Avoid.

Every time I come to the UAE I try to use @ThreeUK’s Data Passport. Every morning the purchase page is slow or broken. Last year their support team spent days trying to fix it. This year I’m just going to buy a local sim and not bother. :(
