I don't think I've ever dealt with a company as bad a @ThreeUK they make it impossible to leave a mobile broadband account and have awful customer support

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My data is not working since 3.30pm in Luton, Beds. This has happened before. Checked website (network coverage) and they said they were working on a nearby mast. #Can network 3 engineers not work on the masts after 9pm or later when it's less busy? #We are not happy! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Today I’ve had 4 calls, in fact one just this minute from “smart mobile solutions” I have 4-5 calls a day but they never speak when I answer.
