    @ThreeUKSupport I ended one of my Three contracts on August 7th, but never received a final bill in the post, and of course no longer have access to the account through the app. I'm aware you don't automatically refund any money due, so how can I check how much I'm owed back?

    @ThreeUK customer service received from a girl in the Trafford Centre store last night was absolutely SHOCKING and disgusting, thank god I’m cancelling from this awful customer service provider and going with a company who has some respect for their customers

    @ThreeUKSupport It's just says it encountered a problem, try again later. Same with call activation. It's for a replacement Sim :)

    I'm actually sick of having no signal on my phone, have to stand in 2 places in my house for a call to actually go through. Bottom of my bed or outside the back door. Likeeeeee @ThreeUK sort out your signal in Bristol plz

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems we’re just in a black spot. Talking to other residents 3, O2 and Vida all have poor signal here. EE seem to be better so might have to try them.
