    @ThreeUKSupport Its an upgrade. It was all sorted. And then I get told its still processing. Ive been with three for nearly 7+ years. Never had issues with upgrading.

    @ThreeUKSupport so me and the partner will not be renewing our contracts with three because of the lack of decent service over the last 6 months. I've been Constantly told there are issues in my area that will be fixed "within the next week"... Obviously not... 😡😔

    @ThreeUK shame on you! Customer for 13+ years and now cancelling all 4 contracts as disgusted by your customer service. New upgrade and can't even be bothered to send items which were part of upgrade then cut me off some 11 times today when calling your advisors at home.

    @ThreeUK I often go to recommend @ThreeUK to friends and family. I think your service is great. However, when I go to send these potential customera a link to your site I stop because of this issue. SSL certs are cheap/free. Please tell your web team to fix this.

    @ThreeUK I have a 5g home broadband router & contract and a mobile contract with you (4g). How come your 5g broadband is slower than using my mobile as a personal hotspot?! This is ridiculous service!

    Moving from @EE to @ThreeUKSupport is possibly the stupidest thing I have done. Can’t get on their app to use the live chat, no contact number anywhere for a call centre, not been able to send text messages for a week. Absolutely disgusting network and no one wants to help!

    @ThreeUK is THE worst network. I cannot believe I’ve renewed my contract with them. Paying for unlimited data, and It can barely load the replies to a tweet when using it. Farcical.
