    I'm looking at get a phone upgrade from @ThreeUK Checked the cost of a Pixel 7 and... it's £3 a month more expensive as an upgrade than for a new customer? WTF? (24 month contract, so that's £72 more - new customers pay £30 upfront, so that's a total cost of £42 extra?)

    @ThreeUKSupport Contacted by 3 customer service this morning hopefully problem resolved. Its seems that alot of the staff at @ThreeUK are unaware of the UK consumer rights law when it's comes to repair and replacement of phones within 6/12 under 3 contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I haven’t had access to old phone/number since September when my contract ended and I took out a new one. I’m now being chased for payments because I never “cancelled” contract that you told me is ending.

    @ThreeUK are the worst network company I’ve been with by far, and the people you speak to on the phone are about as useful as a chocolate kettle.
