    Hey @ThreeUK, your network appears to be down again in the WV16 area. Your status checker says it’s fine (although it always does until I point it out). Any idea on duration of downtime?

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, to be told the deal I am on is more than suitable is slightly unacceptable to be fair. Other companies provide better deals but my preference was to stay with you, as I have always appreciated the service - until now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm currently in the US and really struggling because of the Three adult content filter kicking in on websites for bars and theatre ticket agencies and so on. I've turned it off in my account but it keeps happening and is very very frustrating. Please help!!

    on call to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to sort account for vulnerable 83 year old (not me!) for 2 hours then call ends automatically. A simple request made impossible by systems/teams that are inflexible and don’t talk to each other. Oh and miss sold a contract type too. Poor

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Rhiannon. There is a new customer deal for 30gb of data for £8 a month (24 month contract). I am happy with this, but I was told I can’t have this deal because I am on a month by month rolling contract. I was basically told to cancel and then get it, or wait for a while.

    @ThreeUKSupport Wow. I feel seriously let down. There is really no way for me to prove it, yet why would I say it was there when it wasn't?! It was literally a major part of why I went for that upgrade

    @AlexPresents @ThreeUK Threeuk glad I left them the coverage is just terrible i never looked back with better network now with decent 4G and when I’m on a phone call it doesn’t go to 3G like three does worst network
