    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    @ThreeUK after 20+ years with yourselves and hold 2 accounts I now fail the credit check ??? Then my husband joins you also taking out two accounts so we’re all on the same network- I know you don’t care but you’ll be losing 4 customers now 🤬
