    @ThreeUKSupport As for your chat service. Whenever I try i get the "please try later" message. The receipt doesn't have a tracking no on so I'm buggered basically. But the receipt proves I've sent it. There is no way you are getting another penny from me. You can stuff your bill, tyvm!

    @FleaTactical @ThreeUKSupport Mate, I feel for ya. I connected my 4g router to an external 4g aerial and that made little difference. Even though I have a full signal in relation to the mast, I was still getting around no more than a few Megabits per second. Such a waste of £22 a month which I continue to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport I find all this strange from 3 as I am a 3 customer too. And whenever I have an issue, it's all sorted. Granted it does come from the Scottish side. So why can't you help my dad and see from circumstances why he allowed his contract to lapse. He can't do this himself

    @ThreeUK 5G Broadband is a joke. Since you took over from Three Broadband / Relish, the service has got worse. From 300mb dl and 30mb ul speeds, to less than 80mb and 1mb ul speeds now. Worse than dial up. Always 7 days to fix never fixed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    @ThreeUKSupport So when I got the chance and spoke to all these Indian advisors, they all said different things. I wanted to cancel completely but they said they couldn't do anything till he had a new 12 month contract. That was a lie.

    @ThreeUKSupport There lies the problem. Every time we talked to someone new, he went through the security questions and then authorized me. I meant I can DM his number and you could check the phone calls as they are recorded
