@ThreeUKSupport I've had it Christmas 2019 Huawei E5573B it's never been that great from new. It's completely useless now.

@ThreeUK why is my reception so poor, I have lost count of the amount of times I'm saying hello to someone where I can hear them but they can't hear me. There's also places like a40 Westfield where everytime the call will fall silent. I've never had these problems before

@ThreeUKSupport I requested a PAC code when I was due a free upgrade and paid a bill on 24th May. I cannot login to my online account to check I owe you anything but I was wary to give card details over the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes that's correct it's HP21 area, I've got the Huawei app now, but it's not showing any problems, I've turned it off and on, I've turned my phone off and on, it's been very up and down starting last week, but today it keeps saying I'm disconnected when I'm not!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, seems the issue has been resolved. The service was mostly unavailable outside away from a wifi hotspot, so wifi calling was not an option

Just as a heads up, if anyone has service with @ThreeUK and they expect it to work in go roam countries, they should think again. And Three will insist that they have no obligation to reimburse a bill when their service isn't as advertised. I'd go with @VodafoneUK or @EE instead
