@ADunk222 @ThreeUK It’s pretty dumb and not very customer-focused. Ironically if you’re roaming abroad they’re happy to continue giving you data at an extra charge. Just not at home, where we live

@ThreeUK Your AI assistance is rubbish. I’ve bought a bolt on but can’t see my Spending Cap or my Credit. My dashboard tells me I’m within limits but I can’t make calls. How to lose good will and customers fast. Rubbish service.
