    @ThreeUKSupport Phone has been restarted so has home internet, still not working it’s effecting both mobile phones we have With you and home internet. This is day 4 and no one wants to help. My husband was told there was an issues 3 days ago!

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking customer service! Trying to set a dd up for my daughters old contract as she’s tried 100x and never gets anywhere.. and the debt gets bigger because nobody can help her just spoke to someone on the chat to be told can’t set one up wtf confused!

    @ThreeUKSupport we’ve hardly had any service in the WV11 2RH area now for the last 4 weeks, only got 1 bar on the signal strength and has dropped from 4 to 5 bars ..
