Please never go with @ThreeUK the service is absolutely terrible literally everywhere you go. Pay a bit extra and go vodaphone or EE. Never ever again

@RickyNotts @ThreeUKSupport It’s good. I’m inside a 5G zone, but try round the house to find the best spot. Admin page shows signal strength. I got mine up to -86dbm varied down to -94. Room I thought would be worse was best by window. Speeds vary in daytime, but ok for streaming.

@ThreeUKSupport I am on a contract the manager at the three shop saw the fault said he would immediately replace it but as it was an online purchase I had to go complains online.Yes they have contacted me but no resolution in 2weeks 1 shop visit 4 phone conversations waiting for next call.
