    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not an active customer? Perhaps you can refund my payments then. I was told I wasn’t eligible BECAUSE I was an active customer, my contract expired but still rolling and making payments. Anyway, don’t worry as I’ve sorted elsewhere. Bye.

    Hey @ThreeUK your app and website are absolutely shambolic. I’m a customer looking to upgrade and you’re literally not able to enable me to do that. Login does not persist. Journeys are broken. Surely this is a priority?

    @ThreeUK can you please explain to me why you're telling me I have to pay for a contract I cancelled in October because your team ****** up and didn't cancel it properly? Especially when I have evidence that I asked for it to be cancelled and text saying that it was cancelled?

    @ThreeUK Have you considered sorting out upload speeds, they're atrocious? Download is great, but when upload is so slow it's probably not something you should shout about too much
