    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I've tried it in Mac Chrome and Firefox, and Android Chrome - doesn't work in any. You have other people Tweeting you with the same issue. The Three PAYG app is also broken. If I DM you the issue can you resolve here?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK do you think it's acceptable to allow a member of the public to become a victim of identity fraud who doesn't have a contract with you? Weeks of emails and phone calls being passed from one incompetent department to another and still no solution?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to the complaints team, customer services and everyone I possibly can at three. I get told it’s being sent out again, then it’s not, I feel lied to every time.

    @ThreeUK So nice of you to take money from my account today by direct debit when I had paid the bill in full on Saturday over the phone when I upgraded. Your customer service agent put a block on the DD and assured me the payment wouldn’t be duplicated !!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
