    @ThreeUK My phone can’t make or receive calls since 26 jan. 3g claimed falsely they are fixing the network in my area. Would it be possible to solve this problem soon or plz stop charging me for service i don’t use.

    @brianwhelton @ThreeUKSupport Check your bills there is a number on there normally to call. Took me a while got through to Scotland and managed to cancel mine.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete but I've filled that form in for the 3rd time now. Can't for the life of me see how it's not working.

    @ThreeUKSupport I upgraded from a sim only deal to a pay monthly account and there was an issue with my sim. I was then told via live chat, twice, that my sim card would be activated and then told it hadn't been processed when speaking to you on the phone.

    @ThreeUK Adult filter/website restrictions. I’ve tried 2 different banks to verify my age but to no avail. Your phone support has told me to go into your store with ID to prove my age. This is absolutely ridiculous. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I decide to switch.
