@MikeBubbins @ThreeUK Rarely get an issue with EE

  • W_w_T Will (@W_w_T) reported

@ThreeUK whatever agency you are using to do your unsolicited sales calls is doing you no favours. Never before had someone outright refuse to remove me from their call list. I guess he was honest, at least...

  • MikeBubbins Mike Bubbins (@MikeBubbins) reported

I’ve been with @ThreeUK for several years now, but can anybody recommend a network that doesn’t have the same phone coverage as two polystyrene cups with some string, and whose internet connection is slightly better than one that can best be described as late twentieth century?

  • garethlewis1959 Gareth Lewis (@garethlewis1959) reported

@Daddyshepp @MikeBubbins @ThreeUK EE is used by BT for its broadband backup and by my smart meter but guess what? I think the problem is we live in Wales and have to accept poor coverage no matter who you choose. I go for the least worst which is 3 for me.

  • miss_renegade87 miss renegade (@miss_renegade87) reported

@ThreeUK I think someone may have taken out a fraudulent phone contract with you at my address, can anyone help me with what to do about this please?

  • olimortimer Oli Mortimer (@olimortimer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Take 5 (maybe 6) to get filters removed. Spoke to someone yesterday who told me there was no filters on our account, yet still seeing sites blocked. Very frustrating that no-one can help.

  • roundyuk Chris Round (@roundyuk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @Google You guys clearly can't provide a service for me anymore, might need to just terminate and move to another supplier.

  • PaulHow40380111 PH (@PaulHow40380111) reported

@MikeBubbins @ThreeUK Sky use O2 network and it’s shocking! Especially in newport, cwmbran and pontypool. It’s like playing 4G roulette. It says 4G but never works 🙈

  • QumeiiMeii Meii (@QumeiiMeii) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi still no service, I’ve tried everyone suggested to me. It’s starting to become a huge inconvenience
