@ThreeUKSupport Okay I get that three don't consider this an overpayment, but don't you agree that if a customer has been recieving SIM only service since June 2020, then it wouldn't be unreasonable to be refunded for that period? Esp after paying £44 permonth instead of £16

This is getting ridiculous. Never getting a contract with @ThreeUK ever again! My father has bought a phone online, and when it arrived it came with TWO CONTRACTS!! Why? We’ve been trying to resolve this issue for months!!
