@ThreeUKSupport Ok well at least I’m getting the right advice - I wish I’d been told this when I took the number on. A business telling its customers they have to go to a competitor to be able to pay regularly is pretty nuts! Appreciate your help here though thanks.

Can somebody please explain why I have to pay @ThreeUK 25 payments if I had my account for EXACTLY 24 months, am I being stupid? He said I pay in advance but then said the April payment was for February?! Honestly worst company ever.

@ThreeUKSupport - your recent network 'improvements' have meant I've gone from avg. 550Mb/s downloads to 100Mb/s downloads. Why have you removed the 5G service in my area without notice?

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry for the tone Charley... but this is the 4th day in a row for this and I have no idea if service is ever going to resume. I'm trying to work out if this is a long term issue with your network now and if I should be taking steps to switch.

@ThreeUKSupport It is a new sim. I've been with you for six years and have had no trouble until now. All I want is to buy my normal data pack.
