@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK hi I’m trying to log in to the website to change my Wi-fi contract but it says my passwords are different. They’re not! I’ve tried loads of different ones, please help!

  • MichelleOwenWi1 Michelle Owen-Williams (@MichelleOwenWi1) reported

@ThreeUK you were giving away hospitality boxes free to press with fully signed shirts for the Conti Cup yesterday. I have been a customer of yours for TEN years and this is how I get treated. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, utter shambles....

  • garysteers Gary Steers (@garysteers) reported

  • CrayZee7 Amish (@CrayZee7) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well I didn't have these problems when I was using 4g or less. Now with 5g I've noticed my map doesn't show the accurate location.

  • RhbeenA Rhbeen Ahmad (@RhbeenA) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Big thanks to Christopher via live support. My sim was deactivated as I'm stuck abroad due to work/covid restrictions. Hadn't used the number for a while. Managed to get my number back online after talking through a few steps. Excellent customer service.

  • power_of_h Horatio (@power_of_h) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how comes you don’t support apple watches? And esims?

  • CrayZee7 Amish (@CrayZee7) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It happens in many areas on the M4 on the way to Reading from LHR and in Wembley too. I'm sure other areas are affected. The only fix I can think of is to not allow 5g connection but what's the point? This has been happening for months.

  • andyrwilliams84 Andy williams (@andyrwilliams84) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Any ideas when... Later this year could be December. Three support did say "early 2021" but this is quickly passing.

  • FlappyBerk Christian (@FlappyBerk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @RhbeenA Kirsty you're repeatedly ignoring me. Can you please respond to my tweet regarding the fraudulent contract raised by your tech support team?
