    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had a saved voicemail that my dad left me on 16th Feb. He suffered a fatal heart attack on the 23rd Feb & yesterday I went to get the VM recorded but it has gone. Can you please help me get this message back? I felt like he had died all over again...💔

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
