    @ThreeUKSupport Wf1 1tu you've had issues for last 6 months in this area, if I put my sim in another phone it works fine but with my current phone I get the speed I sent in the picture, not much you can do to help minimum date for new phone is 17/2 you just need the online chat to stop lying lol

    @ThreeUK is really really annoying me... On top of coverage issues, even the PAC code to move my number is not being delivered due to SMS issues!!! They offer 12months/24months contracts jokingly to keep me... Just counting days to leave this really bad customer experience...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Noor, I haven’t been able to get through to customer services on the phone or via live chat. I just tried to set up the My3 account and the website gave an error saying the number is in use.
