@ThreeUK Any plans to bring your 5G service to the PL26 8 area? I really need your home 5G Broadband.

@ThreeUKSupport cannot log in to my three account because I never receive the SMS with the code to complete the process. Can you help?

  • EmmaHig14157034 Emma Higgins (@EmmaHig14157034) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Got a 5G hub three weeks ago. Hasn't worked due to not being 'activated'. Tried 4 times to activate with zero success. Now I can't cancel because it's never been 'activated'. How do I get out of this hell circle?

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I think a little email to this pair and see what resolution they come up with @ThreeUKSupport im sure Mr Finnegan or Ms Casey dont mind helping a customer out of a situation because Three cant get their facts right

  • EmmaHig14157034 Emma Higgins (@EmmaHig14157034) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We've been told that they're activating it and to wait 48 hours - and then, nothing happens. I've ordered hardwired internet now. So just need to cancel this 5G hub and move on with my life / get the £20 activation fee back. But that is proving difficult.

  • Madaboutravel Madaboutravel - Todo sobre Escocia (@Madaboutravel) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have already reregistered. That's where the issue is coming from. To complete the process I'm supposed to get a code in a SMS message. I never get that SMS

  • gokuarmstrong Ev Strong (@gokuarmstrong) reported

@ThreeUKSupport network has been down on the mobile broadband & my mobile in the BT27 5NS area the past two days. If I go a few miles away it all works perfectly but the live chat function to report an issue keeps saying please try again. Coverage checker says no issues. Great.

  • ConorClark Conor Clark (@ConorClark) reported

Three's customer service is beyond a joke... it's a mockery. When I was upgrading with them they promised the world, but funny how that goes away the second you need something as basic as a new phone/eSIM, isn't it? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • ps11223300 pete (@ps11223300) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so i have my emergency alerts turned off, every time i restart my phone i get a notification saying my operator has changed my settings and turned it on again. Why are you doing this?
