    @ThreeUKSupport It's hard to say because it all flashes up briefly and screenshots don't work. I think there is more than one field with an AKA option, which may be part of the problem.

    @ThreeUK please remove your ads on being fastest network. 5g can’t even run @WhatsApp properly. Disgrace to network speed. Poorest customer support as well. Learn from @VodafoneUK on how network should be provided. Even has to tweet from public wifi

    @ThreeUKSupport I live chatted with you TWICE to confirm you wouldn’t mistakingly charge me TWICE again, and it’s happened right now and I can’t afford to get the train to work. I’m so disappointed. Help!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Web chat is no good and quite frankly probably won't solve my problem because I can't trust you that this will happen again I'd rather actually speak to someone on the phone

    @ThreeUKSupport They were delivered to my house then I had a call from the "delivery company" saying there was a mistake and they would collect the handsets tomorrow. I am a Three customer and these are O2 phones.

    @ThreeUK why is it your customer service is bad dealing with complaints in a prompt way . My call has been connected to India for sure as the back ground noise is louder that you cannot hear the person you are trying to explain your problem and you have been held over and over .

    @ThreeUKSupport Demand for the gold phone- I asked to change colour so they said they’d have to cancel the order completely. I said not to bother as theres a risk there could be further delay and they put me on hold and cancelled anyway. I’ve already been charged for the first month

    @ThreeUKSupport Afraid we rely on 4g as the wifi in this area is so bad. So we only have this 4g router.
