@ThreeUKSupport It was on the phone. They said he can’t have a contract with no data (don’t know why) so said he would have to have the minimum. They haven’t added “the minimum” they have added unlimited data and now say they can’t change it without him paying to cancel the contract.

  • Ips65 nonsuchandy (@Ips65) reported

@ThreeUK @bonhines Seeing as you’re a sponsor, let’s hope we can get a phone signal / data at latitude festival this year. Last year it was impossible.

  • Cinister09 Cinister (@Cinister09) reported

Yo @ThreeUKSupport my mum has been trying to get into her account for a while to pay her bill as you guys just keep disconnecting her service without contacting her about stuff (she is highly vulnerable) and we keep trying to reset the password... but no email comes. 🙃

  • deanrpwaacs ohshitimdoxed.eth (@deanrpwaacs) reported

@ThreeUK so you are very sorry for the inconvenience of taking up to £120 from me due to a technical error ? Excelent customer service 👍

  • EmmaLou_F Emma (she/her) (@EmmaLou_F) reported

@MartinSLewis I pay £85 with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport which I could afford at the time but not now with the price of everything. Thankfully my contract is up in September, will be leaving asap, paid over £80pm for years, asked for help until I could go to SIM but offered zero assistance!

  • PvtPepper Ian (@PvtPepper) reported from Leeds, England

@rickyrob1970 @ThreeUKSupport Same here. Very poor signal in the centre of Leeds ,which is supposed to be the countries fourth city.

  • dmcsCIC DMCS CIC (@dmcsCIC) reported

@MartinSLewis I've been with @ThreeUK for years paying £15pm sim only. Then they hiked up the rate to £31pm for unlimited data etc. Yet cap my data whenever it suits them. They so inconsistent. So who you recommend that provides good strong signal coverage.

  • Andybedfordblue Andy Sexton (@Andybedfordblue) reported

@ThreeUK Only if it does it consistently and the only thing consistent about @ThreeUK is poor service.

  • LaurenNeedham8 Lauren Needham (@LaurenNeedham8) reported

@ThreeUKSupport can anyone help me with the pre sale code for Ne-Yo as I keep texting the number but it won’t send through? Please help me #desperatefanhere

  • _SandraWindsor SandraWindsor (@_SandraWindsor) reported

@thepipkins @Judymal3 @ThreeUK If you want the 3 network, get a Smarty sim. I got unlimited data for £16 via MSE website (or maybe another comparison site ?? - worth shopping around). For Vodafone try VOXI, or GiffGaff for O2
