    @sheldon_wo7 @ThreeUKSupport I've had no signal for 4 days now. I'll save you the time in asking, my postcode is wn34qa and I have an important hospital telephone app I need to take at 11.30am so if I've not got a signal then I really won't be happy!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I do have 2 accounts with you guys. I requested for a cancellation more than 3 times whenever I call I was asked to go to the store I got the sim from and whenever I go to the store they tell me they won’t cancel it.

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you check s173dq? I've not have stable Internet since November (a major problem when we're all on Three in this household, including 4G wifi), but since Friday it's become non-existent again.
