@ThreeUKSupport No I was never advised this. This is the issue. When I took out the contract in June I told the operator I was in Spain until autumn (I have been here for 10 months already). They said it would work as my previous contract THREE had without any problems phoning spanish numbers.

Anyone else with @ThreeUK having issues? Haven’t been able to send/receive texts/phone calls all day and no internet connection either??

  • D2wV3s d2w_v3s (@D2wV3s) reported

@Ofcom @ThreeUK refusing to fix a mast issue which has left me and other users in the area without service for 2 months. Sort this dodgy scam company out please

  • Louisescicomm Dr Louise Robson (she/her) (@Louisescicomm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I rang last week, the person stated the account had been transfered to her. Given a code to use. Daughter rang and used the code. Then told technical issue. Yesterday told everything sorted and number would transfer to her new 3 account. Number disabled.

  • Sarayoga81 Sara (@Sarayoga81) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You have completely lost what would have been a loyal customer, as previous 12 months I had very good service from you with my phone. After this experience I will never use you again.

  • stefwithonef14 Stefan (@stefwithonef14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport can you block an imei of a phone if used on your network incase of lost/stolen. Phone bought from O2 but leaving them..

  • MadstickMcr Madstick (@MadstickMcr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I live in a major city and your website claims for some reason that there’s no coverage for 4G Homefi but that I could get the much less appealing 4G Mifi deals. Presumably this is an error as they’re both 4G. Help! I’m moving house and need movable supplier

  • Sarayoga81 Sara (@Sarayoga81) reported

@ThreeUKSupport offered me ones that did. It has had consequences not being able to make that emergency call on Saturday and I need to have a reliable phone company I can trust. When I took out the contract in June the person I spoke with knew I was abroad until autumn. They did not inform me

  • ChrisFinb Chris F (@ChrisFinb) reported

@ThreeUK Very slow in my area used to have much faster speeds with just 3G now very congested and unreliable, used to like three for their high speeds using hotspot especially, but now things are so slow, night just order LAN connection broadband.
