Hi @ThreeUK quick question: how come a Vodafone customer in Spain get 25g allowance (out of the usual 50) and I get only 12g out of 100? #notgreat

@FuzzyGolf @ThreeUKSupport You have the right to churn and join another network - a lot of them will offer plans with optional benefits that include roaming. Would definitely tweet the hell out of that though, as customer journeys go its just dog ****, they need shaming

@ThreeUKSupport Hello! Why is it £21 a month to upgrade to an unlimited Sim but £16 if I just buy a new Sim? Bit weird. Help me out here.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, but that wasn’t possible. It appeared like an emergency message from the government or my carrier (which is three hence why I tweeted you). It looks like someone has been able to hack that service to send the message.
