    @ThreeUKSupport hey I used to get full 5G in my area but now I can’t connect to it. The phone customer support says it’s not in my area but there’s a 5G tower up the street. I literally only updated and bought this phone for the 5G now it’s gone

    @ThreeUKSupport I left my contract because I had no service in my area due to a long-term issue and moved to another network so can’t ring 333. I was told I could leave free of charge because of this which I have screenshots of and I’ve now received a bill in the post?!

    @ThreeUK so no internet since Thursday last week. Was promised this would be resolved last week. Waiting for help is painful. Work from home, kids can’t do homework, no entertainment. Paying for it.
