    @ThreeUK advised me to do a sim swap and.... Still no reception. Because they've awful network coverage. Not to mention failing to tell someone the phone they're taking out a contract on has almost no memory. Complaint made but fount any good will come.

    Spent 45 minutes on the phone to @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago. My issue (overcharged for 6 months) was acknowledged, was told resolved and my account credited. Here we are again at the next bill and no credit and same overcharge so I'm resorting to sassy social media posts 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport So actually in addition to my #Threeuk #Threeuksupport mobile broadband not working you are also saying that my local service has failed and is not due back until next week. That is disgracefull
