    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is anyone able to help me with opening a complaint? I was under the impression I had cancelled my rolling monthly contract back In November as i do not have signal at my home address and issued this online to now find it has not been cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi Three UK. Today I have a letter giving me contract options - for a contract I never started and where you have taken monthly payments all year, ignored my letters and by phone promised to refund me but didn't. Who can finally fix this? I despair. #fail

    @ThreeUKSupport after logging a complaint a week ago, spent over and an hour and a half on the phone tonight and STILL being passed from pillar to post!! No resolution to being misold a contract. Absolute joke!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

    @ThreeUKSupport how come bith 4G and 5G signal in Belfast is so poor. Please don't say there's maintenance work going on, it's been like that since August

    @ThreeUK so my mother ordered a phone from you a number of weeks ago. Paid the upfront payment, got a delivery date.Received order confirmation email.Started getting complete order emails.Called customer services who said no problem phone will be there.Order did not turn up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.
