@ThreeUK what a con. Why is it today that I have bought a phone from you, and told I HAD to pay £10 for a PAYG SIM pack, and couldn't refuse it as part of the phone sale? What a waste. Nice to be a valued return customer!

  • jaguarstr Jon (@jaguarstr) reported

@ThreeUK can you please tell me is there a problem with the network in WS2. There has been little or no service since yesterday morning.

  • F1PLT Seán The Pilot (@F1PLT) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Call to customer service on Wednesday with many promises. Didn’t happen. Thursday call to CS gets cut off part way through. Today, more promises unfulfilled and no rectification after >2 hrs on to your agents.

@ThreeUK Why can't I disable the automated text telling me I've got a bill? Texts are terrible for this, I can't filter them and I'm not particularly interested in checking my bill as a matter of urgency

  • LFCSovereign61 Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And I’m still having trouble connecting to the App as I keep getting the message that the number is unrecognised.

  • ladyjaney75 Jane Hawkes (@ladyjaney75) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, it was a member of the customer service team. You’ve managed to upgrade one account but left the other running plus have been charged incorrectly for new contract.

  • mikeprevette Mike Prevette (@mikeprevette) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have all the tracking info on the return, as do you customer support team. Have escalated it 5 times with them after each notice I've received. Each time they say they will look into it in 72hrs then nothing

  • coedwiggle Sarah Forrest (@coedwiggle) reported

@GraceCRoberts @ThreeUK 1/ So I had same issue so bought one online as the wait on phone was insane. But after buying online they said I can't keep my number but also can't cancel the purchase (like 20 minutes later). So they @ThreeUK advised me to buy another one on the phone and just send 1st one back

  • coedwiggle Sarah Forrest (@coedwiggle) reported

@GraceCRoberts @ThreeUK 2/ Which I did. I have proof of delivery at the Three warehouse in Norwich. But now they say they can not find it in the actual warehouse. So are still trying to charge me for th 2 accounts! Debt collectors and everything is happening. It has been awful .My advice, don't do it!

  • FlappyBerk King (DeDeDe) (@FlappyBerk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The webpage says it's a nearby mast that's down so it's congested the working one that covers that postcode, as those who would have connected to the other mast are now connecting to it. The issue now is 4G and 3G are practically unusable.
