@ThreeUKSupport I forgot my 3 password but when I reset it the confirmation link has been sent to an old email address no longer in service and I forgot to change the details to the new address so the link has gone to an old address

@ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.

@ThreeUKSupport I last spoke to you on 21st January, about 10 days after I was first promised I would be paid within 3-5 working days and about 9 months after my problems with three began. Very very poor customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport ok this is getting ridiculous now. Over a week 4g has been absolutely crap. Even with full bars, Internet just does not work. Not impressed.
