@ThreeUKSupport Wait until the 25th September at the earliest for the problem to be repaired? As you can see from the screen recordings since the first week in August I’m being charged for an unusable internet connection

@ThreeUKSupport Yup restarted and changed to 3g. My mobile signal is still crap. My internet has come back to full strength again though. I have 2 connections. One for internet the other is my mobile. I've been here 3 weeks now and this is the 4th time service has been bad.

@ThreeUK customer service is a joke! Cannot receive or make calls on a phone, to get no help at all and be told we can pay an early upgrade fee of over £700 to replace the phone!!!

Really not impressed with @ThreeUK. Tried to update only to be lied to. Spoken to like a child and patronised by call taker. No customer care sorry they could not care. 15 years as a customer wont be anymore. #abslouteltynotstayingwiththem

@ThreeUKSupport OK as I said this is a month to month contract so afraid I will have to cancel it :( I know EE is considerably faster they dont do month to month contracts which is why I took this but I guess we will have to just bite the bullet for the 12 months
