    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Iain. Why was this not the answer I was given yesterday? Both your colleagues on web chat and here on Twitter told me there *wasn't* a local issue, that the problem was with my handset, and suggested I make changes to my device. That was incorrect, and wasted my time.

    @ThreeUKSupport fourth day with patchy/non existent access to the internet & no service on my phone which uses three network in TQ6. Please update me on progress of the maintenance work & completion date? Very frustrated with three since this has had a serious impact on my work.

    @ThreeUKSupport They agreed after I called to return the handset and they convinced me to keep it by offering a discount. Yes I have but as I said they don’t help

    Just blocked a ThreeUK account responsible for putting ChelseaFC stuff in the form of promoted tweets on my timelime. Unfortunately I'm a customer of Three until my contract ends. But even if renewal is my cheapest option, paying a premium to go elsewhere will be worth it.

    @ThreeUK why is your network in London so terrible these days? Full signal, 4G - no internet. I have forgotten the last time I was able to make a successful cellular call whilst in central London. How the mighty have fallen!

    @ThreeUKSupport Changing the number on our iPhone did not resolve the issue of making calls. We can send texts but not make calls as explained earlier on Twitter & via your Live Chat. We was told that updating the phone number (ported number) manually would resolve but it hasn't!
