    @ThreeUK so followed all advice and still not resolved. Turn off 4g and just use 3g. When doss it become a material breach of contract. When they are not providing the service in the areas they claimed to cover before you took out the contract

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Between telephone department telling me "the next 7 days" for the last 15, and the social media people telling me there's "no fix date" I must wonder how @ThreeUK communicates with it's own network engineers. Do they send postcards back and fourth? Carrier pigeons?

    @ThreeUK hi, how do you go about claiming a credit on an account that is now closed? Refund was promised on 25th July but was not paid. 🤔 very poor customer service to promise a refund and not deliver 😡
