    @ThreeUKSupport The Korea thing was ages ago so not the main problem here. But being charged the device cost after it has been paid off is still very relevant. I spent ages on a chat being passed around to 4 people this morning. I don’t care if there was 1 email - sent to spam. It’s just wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done all that already,it’s been over a week now. First of all you told me there were no problems where I live. Now I look today to see that there is. I pay monthly by direct debit. So unless you’ve randomly put a lock on my phone? I’m sure one of the 6 advisers would spotted

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m still not able to make or receive phone calls and unable to access my Data. Despite going through a long list of checking my settings, turning my phone on and off. And receiving a replacement sim. I know it’s not my phone as I’ve tried a different service providers sim?

    Because I am really mad at @EE for their shoddy broadband. But @ThreeUK I did not brave the cold to go to an empty shop with FIVE members of staff doing NOTHING to receive shoddy customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have no connection at all permanently 24/hrs a day. And my phone was absolutely fine a couple of weeks ago. I don’t have 3G either. Something is wrong somewhere and you need to fix this. @MartinSLewis
