    Why do @ThreeUK hire their customer service team from India who are not able to help AT ALL !!!! They also sound like they’re talking to you from the moon & answer the phone with ‘ hello ‘ - we needed to clarify that it is #three we were talking with… listen to your recordings

    @ThreeUK Can you explain to me why you guys have a chat option on your app. I called your team to cancel my contract and the operator on the chat said I’m in my 14 day cooling or period but the call team are saying I am not. When questioned they said they have nothing with this?
