@ThreeUKSupport you've cancelled my internet from today instead of 24th march as requested and I'm told it will take 72 hours to investigate your error. Meanwhile my daughter can't submit online homework and my wife can't submit uni assignments, no streaming either. Awful service

Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

@ThreeUKSupport 4 calls in last 30 mins and getting nowhere. Nice of the call centre technician to find it's easier to put the phone down than help😡😡

@_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like £25pm for 100Mbps

@ThreeUK Is there any one who can help with this, ombudsman or citizen advice? Must be happening to many clients?

@ThreeUKSupport yet again no calling capability at home nothing on social media and coverage checker says issue in area that we’re working on. Can’t get emergency call to local hospital 🤬

.@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

@ThreeUK How does your switching to Vodafone work? I’m regularly in central London and struggle to find a signal.
