@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Signal shocking. I have broadband and phone. Usually really good. Today gone down I have zero internet because of an issues. Don’t make the mistake of getting all internet products with them

  • SteveHaylesALAW Steve ALAW (@SteveHaylesALAW) reported

@ThreeUK what’s happened to phone signal in M28 north Walkden?

  • ConlonFlay Conlon Flay (@ConlonFlay) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried those tips that are all on your website to no avail. I’m able to access the Three website but nothing else which would suggest my network settings are fine and that it’s just the Data Passport at your end that needs enabling.

  • pickled_tinker Grody🔞 (@pickled_tinker) reported

@Ofcom Need to fix their 4G networks. @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK have sub standard data services in most areas. Signal strength is fine, but RTT is upwards of 15 seconds and >50% packet loss. Bandwidth is usually sub 1mbit and can take upwards of minutes just for a web page load.

  • csw43 Craig (@csw43) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, when will the issues in DE11 7NE area be finished? I have your mobile broadband and working from home is near impossible at the moment. It's been like this for 3 days now

  • DerekDonkey1977 Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported

@ThreeUK @TODDLAT Maybe he has signal, unlike me 🙄

  • SionIsaac1 Sion Isaac (@SionIsaac1) reported

My time with @EE is likely to end after 20+ years starting at Orange. Renewal offering was an absolute joke when compared to rivals @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK, £20 mth more for the same phone and contract over 24mths, £480 - that’s huge. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore

  • Tweeter_Of_Two Wellsie (@Tweeter_Of_Two) reported

@O2 How about you sort out your network and stop making excuses. @threeuk were better than you.

  • DesguitSR Davros (@DesguitSR) reported

Sitting here with friends checking our mobile internet service @ThreeUK - 470Mbs @VodafoneUK - 120Mbps @VMO2News - Nothing, nothing at all, cannot wait to leave these charlatans in August, worst network ever!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having issues with imessage and have tried troubleshooting this the last few days I still have ‘waiting for activation’ on that and facetime after 48 hours now so wanted to see if there is an issue with not being sent an SMS to then active them
