@ThreeUK I am not able to get through to speak to anyone regarding an issue with my address as none of the options fit. Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport As much as I approve of v6-only support that's not what I'm after. Dual stack is fine - why is it not automatically setting up IPv6? I'm afraid my Windows networking expertise isn't up there to diagnose.

@eatsruns @ThreeUK I was on the way to the hospital with my LD son and it made me so so worried about the future tbh. Luckily it seemed like the man had a good support worker. But sounded like a ridiculous situation.

@eatsruns @ThreeUK I overheard a LD man on the bus recently, phoning up court to say he wasn't going to be able to make his court case for non-payment of council tax, because his support worker had covid. He ended up paying the fine by card on understanding the support worker could claim it back.

@ThreeUK so your plan was to tell the press you’re preserving EU roaming for customers with existing plans, and then you just quietly cancel the plans. What a cheap and dishonest move. Goodbye and good riddance, at least I won’t have to put up with your crappy signal anymore.

@ThreeUK despite what your incredibly ‘helpful’ colleague told me on the phone last week it has now been over 5 days since he told me it would take up to 72 hours to cancel an upgrade. Can you confirm he just lied to me and what to do next?

Soon will have the whole team @ThreeUKSupport & @ThreeUK showing how incompetent they are at dealing with customer complaints & by the way even after payment my line remains blocked. #thieves #injustice
