@ThreeUK When are you going to finally fix the ML6 area? Signal has been down over a week now.

@ThreeUKSupport It happens in many areas on the M4 on the way to Reading from LHR and in Wembley too. I'm sure other areas are affected. The only fix I can think of is to not allow 5g connection but what's the point? This has been happening for months.

@ThreeUK seriously frustrated with your service. Since the 5G roll out my phone doesn't always know where it is when using Waze/Google maps as it's trying to go from 4g to 5g and back. Honestly it's a joke when you can't rely on your service to give accurate navigation...

@ThreeUKSupport Big thanks to Christopher via live support. My sim was deactivated as I'm stuck abroad due to work/covid restrictions. Hadn't used the number for a while. Managed to get my number back online after talking through a few steps. Excellent customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport Well I didn't have these problems when I was using 4g or less. Now with 5g I've noticed my map doesn't show the accurate location.

@erlistens @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK No problem. If you still get the error, then from your three phone, you can phone 333 and then they may be able to log you in as well. You can also join them on that chat link they sent earlier.

@ThreeUKSupport They told me to pay the outstanding balance before I can cancel. I'm not paid until next Thursday, which is "after the billing period", so don't worry, you guys get to milk another month's bill from me

For a company who pride themselves on the best data network @ThreeUK ‘4G Super Voice’ is utterly useless. Roll on November when my contract ends 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
