@teado25 @Precisionnn @ThreeUK Honestly, I don't ever bother with the upgrades any more just get a new phone contract and number then transfer the old one to another network for free then 2 days later swap it back.

@ThreeUKSupport I am regularly having to restart my device, it makes no difference. Will I be due any sort of refund as we will have had very poor service for about 2 weeks? 17th is quite a long time to wait for this to be resolved.

@ThreeUK when will the work that is disrupting the Machen, Caerphilly area (that we were not informed of) be complete? We have had awful Three 4g broadband for most of the last week, disrupting work, homework and pleasure.
