@ThreeUK still no phone or Wi-Fi service even though you have sent text messages saying it’s been fixed! Come on this is now totally unacceptable what are we paying for!

@ThreeUKSupport why since you upgraded the coverage in the CH62 area a few weeks ago has the mobile and broadband signal been far worse than it was before the upgrade?! I'm not paying nearly £100 a month in mobile tariff and broadband to not be able to load Google!!!

Hey @ThreeUKSupport I've spend the last two days wandering around London. My wife's Vodafone plan has had good service the whole time. I can have full bars in 4/5G, but no internet. What gives?

Spent the day in outdoors in Central London with next to no phone service or Internet. Thanks @ThreeUK for giving me even more reasons to leave you after 15 years as soon as my next contract is out. Absolutely awful.

Thinking of taking out an @ThreeUK mobile contract today? Think again! I’m sorry to say this customer who never had a complaint with #threeUK has come to realise their customer care is rubbish and through their incompetence not closing my account when requested has put me in debt
