  • Pointydog Colin (@Pointydog) reported

@ThreeUK @Ofcom 3 once again your level of hopelessness knows no bounds. Zero balance on my account and you send me a chaser for a cleared balance threatening debt collection. I'm so so glad I left your incompetent service. Useless.

  • simon_lindsell Mouth of Sauron (@simon_lindsell) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Internet coverage in East Kent is, at best, very, VERY patchy today and at worst, non-existent - can you help?

  • srdtjm stephen droy (@srdtjm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It was bought for my son but doesn't support the Family Link app we use for parental control. We have been in touch each time requesting the envelope and each time being told the return has been processed and we'll receive an envelope in 3-5 working days.

@ThreeUK Please can you help I'm going a bit crazy, I'm on 5G getting speeds fluctuating between 25KB/S & 4MB/S not very impressed. This is on both my tablet (4G) and 5G phone in the BN1 3 and RH16 4 postcode areas. My work phone on @EE 4g gets 11MB/s.. Is three going to step up?

@ThreeUKSupport Been suffering from a poor signal near Manchester City Centre for a while now, it used to be brilliant and no issues. Today it's utterly abysmal 🤬 Sort it before you lose another customer, contract or not, you're not supplying the service! Fed up of 1 or 2 bars!

  • efwolf359 alan edwards (@efwolf359) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Zahid from your complaints team should be ashamed of himself. Claimed 2 days ago that he was a senior manager from escalated complaints, admitted today that he’s just a customer advisor in complaints. Also lied numerous times today and two days ago @ofcom should close you down

  • srdtjm stephen droy (@srdtjm) reported

@ThreeUK I would just to highlight your appalling customer service. I ordered a handset which arrived the next day but decided to return it as it was not suitable for my son. 4 phone calls and a month later I am still waiting on an envelope!!!

  • ItsRowD Rowdz (@ItsRowD) reported
