    @ThreeUKSupport I'm unable to login to my account, reset password, or re-register. Cleared cookies. Tried on mobile and Wifi: Resetting password error: "my3auth.text.generic.error". Re-registration error: "An unknown error has occurred."

    @ThreeUK Hello the issue is most certainly it resolved so I’m u sure as to why you’ve stated that it is. Customer service are literally no help. Can someone give us an idea of when we may be able to use our phones again.

    @Chazie_Bee @ojleaf @ThreeUKSupport Have to say I had a call with their customer support team who advised me to do a phone reset and refused to acknowledge it was an issue. Very very upsetting

    @ThreeUK majority of texts I send are not delivered. And phone calls are intermittent? Never had so many messages fail since changing to @ThreeUK 😕
