    @ThreeUKSupport Seems your internal system is broken? that’s why your asking the customer for records of previous contracts as if that’s something there suppose to have,? so please go and find out how it came about rather than come to me for that info yet no word of my funds returned?

    @ThreeUKSupport I even called the UK head office who said they would put me though to Glasgow or somewhere in the U.K. but I got sent through to the same 333 line that you end up speaking with someone in India and they resolve nothing ever just dire abysmal customer service so much time wasted

    @ThreeUKSupport So no can’t tell you, I’ve a request can you not rob me as a company while Im still a customer you take fund from monthly but have this much trouble refunding what’s owed from the previous contact, and just unhelpful, it’s there on your system as to why, just return my funds

    @ThreeUKSupport You are welcome to check my call log how many times I’ve tried 3 customer support, or lack there of and 3 head office such a terrible company to deal with left years ago regret coming back I’m willing to pay extra for effective customer services & UK based services with UK help

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Same here internet seems forever to work. As Christmas this year wasnt bad enough and being loneliness. We have to endure hardship trying to connect our loved ones on Christmas.

    @ThreeUK I require my refund from almost a year ago I’m still a customer my last contract ended with a credit amount due back to me that three has decided to steal and not return it’s disgusting lack of services from the call centres in India they send you though to 0 help not resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport you have cancelled my main contract by mistake (on your part) last week and I've been promised a new sim along with reconnecting my old number. Still no sim, no one to speak to at CS as I've got no service and I'm literally cut off. Can you check the sim status
