    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUK I have no phone signal and barely any internet connectivity in huntingdon again. Third time inside a week. When will this be fixed please? And I mean "fixed", not "bodged enough to last another 3 days".

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Noor. Thanks for trying to help but none of that drop to 3g crap works. I'm off to @O2 in the morning to get a trial and if better than @ThreeUK , which to be honest won't be hard, everyone in the unit on #threeuk will be be changing to #o2

    @ThreeUKSupport appalling coverage and service in mablethorpe this last two days. On a family holiday and connection drops constantly. Currently stuck on 3G which seems to work for a few minutes every hour despite a decent signal.

    @O2 Thanks. I'll pop in to the Folkestone @O2 shop tomorrow. I've just moved to this property. It's sheltered housing. There are 42 on @ThreeUK. The signal is appalling and after a meeting, I've been chosen to research a move to a different provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport The chat support doesn't have a feature so I can attach the SMS messages as a screenshot (for the agent to see) does it? Should I email the screenshot (of SMS messages) first before contacting via chat?

    . @ThreeUKSupport I'm used to rubbish mobile data and signal in the wilds of semi rural Leicestershire but no signal, no mobile data. No outages reported or anything. What's going on?
