@SuzieCurran @ThreeUKSupport Day 5 with no Internet access for longer than 20 seconds and yet the website still says no issues reported I am not sure what else I can do to prove there is a point not once had any one acknowledged there is a fault

@SuzieCurran @ThreeUK Same issue here Susie only we stupidly have three broadband too, I’m self employed and today have a poorly son I can’t even call the doctors! Been like this since Friday but no one seems bothered or can help

@ThreeUKSupport I have managed to get through, but now I'm being told I have to call back to cancel my insurance as I've requested a new sim card, which I need to get the number to get through more easily 😑
