    .@ThreeUKSupport not supporting user-activated conditional call forwarding? Why not? ( I am not talking about forwarding that YOU can set up - which is almost useless - I am talking about customer being able to, for example, set up 'forward when unreachable'. #backwardprogress

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I understand conversely, seems a shame all your UK mobile network competitors can offer a much better coverage than yourselves at a big event like that. Even sending a basic SMS was a problem. Having to tether off my mates phones or get WiFi from EE tent for days isn't ideal

    @wanna_be_dj @O2 Try being on @ThreeUK no service in Oakengates for two weeks, spoke to someone yesterday and they said it will be fixed yesterday……guess what, still not fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Worst customer service ever. Have been trying for over two weeks to my old number transferred. Have completed their for 3 times, used Chat service where yhe promise to do it and it never happens. Have 3 accounts with them and now looking to cancel n move.

    @ThreeUK I’ve received a refund from H3G for £7.67 to my bank but I haven’t been a customer for years. I am with Smarty however. No letter/comms about this. Could it be a sign of fraud?

    @jatenas @ThreeUKSupport I've had some messy and painful breakups in my life, but leaving Three is well up there. But like other messy break ups, it's so much better when you finally get out and don't have to deal with their crap any more.

    @ThreeUK my husband has been trying to obtain pac codes to leave - he has been on the phone for 45 mins - absolutely ridiculous- the most absurd customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter ! Try to hassle us back into a contract - so bad

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your prompt response Suzi, a long standing contract customer. The PAYG "contract" was set up to hold the number I want to transfer to my new S21. But now you've cancelled the PAYG and issued a new contract and number that I don't want and haven't activated.

    @ThreeUK I will not be renewing my contract with you after you promised to maintain my deal then renaged on it. NEVER make promises you can't keep. I'll be switching to a company that doesn't charge EU roaming fees. You didnt have to pass this cost on- hope it's worth all the lost custom!
