@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone yesterday they put me on hold and it cut out this has happened lots of times now, I’ve been told there are no issues in my location when there clearly is. I’ve tried resetting my network settings turning my 4G off literally everything.

@ThreeUKSupport Most of the apps keep crashing on her(all updated), it’s ridiculously quiet when in the phone even when the volume is at its highest and the phone will randomly hang up during a phone call for no reason. Your technical support team said that she could change it to go iPhone

@ThreeUKSupport I have cleared the cache on my laptop (Microsoft Edge on Windows 10) but I still get the problem. I also get the same problem using Google Chrome my Android phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, the problem was resolved for about two weeks and then developed again. It's been a constant. I won't be renewing your Internet come June.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m on a cube for my home wifi through Three. Been plummeting to almost nothing for a week or more. Worst through the day. Seems to have moments in the mornings and evenings. Living at working from home so not good.
