    @ThreeUKSupport I received a phone call from 3 earlier today to place an order for a new SIM card. The lady on the phone advised that the order had gone through and I’d receive email confirmation but I’m yet to receive anything. Any chance you could help?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was 7 years ago I’d imagine I did , I don’t even have the tablet any more ! It was also a very cheap one at the time? So why should I still be paying for it ? I’ve probably paid the price 7 times over! Surely three can see it isn’t being used ? Why have I never been contacted

    @amazon Echo not compatible with @ThreeUKSupport is shocking. 3 gives awesome coverage down this way and is my wifi provider. Come on @AmazonUK sort it out. Pretty please.

    @ThreeUK how hard is it to get a straight answer, a customer shouldn’t have to do all the work to get money that’s owed! So very frustrating 😩

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised this at the point when I joined my SIM contract & stayed on (repeated) assurances that it was in the process of being repaired. Now after 3 months that's changed to there being no plans to fix. Is an early PAC out to another network possible in this circumstance? Thanks
