    @ThreeUKSupport Both my girlfriend and I work at home so having to wait 7 days is not an option. I guess I will have to get internet elsewhere. The 7 days does not even guarantee resolution only a promise of communication.

    @ThreeUKSupport nearly three days now, neither my husband nor myself have had any emails coming through via the phone. Kindle and computer yes, not 3 network phone. Been through to the support - useless. What is the problem??
