    @ThreeUK can you advise when the work on the masts providing signal at bt546hq will be completed as it has been ongoing for some time.... And is seriously causing issues with the signal! Thx D

    @trainfanmatt @elliek_123 @ThreeUK I usually do, tonight I had urgent issue that needed addressing at work, urgent as in it involved over £3m. Thankfully 2nd phone is on a dif network, unfortunately, near to all the contacts I needed are on three. A 30second solution turned into 20mins of panic due to no comms.

    @Carlo14601 @ThreeUK Think the point is that what should be private numbers are now accessible to individuals who really shouldn't have those personal phone numbers, this wouldn't of occurred without this issue... doubt they have purposefully sabotaged themselves but it's still an issue on their end

    @trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I must agree, and I’m not a great fan of the screeching public; however, 3 supply a service that customers pay for…therefore, surely the customers must be allowed to complain if that service doesn’t meet the expectations of those customers?

    @ThreeUK Your overall network (phone and broadband) is literally going to put in me a grave from frustration. GET IT TOGETHER — and quicker than “7 days to fix the issue”, FFS we are all still mostly WFH and we do everything with our phones! 🤬

    @matsco534 @Trueblue08 @ThreeUK No, this person has said they get calls from different 020 numbers every day, that’s an issue with cold calling lists

    @trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I think the concern is that this incident has signs that make it look like there was a data breach. This may, or may not have happened. If it did, there are consequences for those affected. Three should be sensitive to this and provide a clear narrative on what has happened.
