@ThreeUKSupport That would be great but I've been told I'll have to pay £250 to cancel and it's not even a phone I use or pay for. It's technically his but he just won't swap the name over. So if he misses a payment his credit isn't affected but mine is. I just want my name off it

@ThreeUKSupport He has not been reconnected and three customer service team and floor manager escalation will not reconnect until he is back in the UK. Now experiencing difficulties with his payments due to not getting his 3D secure text messages. Appalled.

.@ThreeUK Been a customer for over 3 years now and the most dissapointing thing is that you somehow still haven't launched eSIM. How long till you actually launch it? Phones are rapidly changing and it's kind of shocking that every carrier except you has launched it domestically
