@ThreeUKSupport What on *earth* is going on with your 5G broadband? Four days I've been having issues now, and one minute I hear that it's fixed and then the next it's not and still being worked on?! And then earlier today it nearly ruined a £700 private healthcare appointment!

@ThreeUKSupport I have done that and they’ve explained that the wider problem with mobile broadband has not been fixed. There’s also no indication of when it will be fixed. This is terrible customer service!

@ThreeUK are the worst network in the uk. Staff in India poorly trained. Couldn’t pick up litter and do it right. Lies. Poor training and incompetence #three
