@ThreeUKSupport I've had so many web chats over the past 3 months which have not rectified the problems and I have been told different things everytime. I have all the chat logs and will join a chat tomorrow as a final chance for the network to sort this out before taking my complaint further.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, he's tried but can't as it asks for a Three mobile number, which he doesn't have, as he was never sent a SIM. Three have taken £80 despite this and there just seems to be no way to access support and get this sorted out.

@ThreeUK I have been having trouble with 4g for months the best I could get before this whole upgrade thing started was 10-20Mbps. Which honestly was fine for what I was doing. But now this upgrade is going on ( and a bit before) I struggle to get even 1Mbps.

@ThreeUK can someone please help? my boyfriend has been cut off by your call centre four times over the course of a week, no one is helping. he never received SIM card and he's being charged!? never allowing anyone i know to go with 3 again. please help

@ThreeUK @GadgetsBoy @SamsungUK Doesn't this depend on being on a network that runs 5G. My three phone is lucky if it gets 3G. I'd be happy to make a phone call on the go, let alone play games
