    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

    Starting to get real frustrated with @ThreeUK. All I want is 4G that actually acts like 4G, or at the very least 5G enabled and left on. nothing more annoying than having 5G for a few hours only to drop back to speeds that is bad even for 3G standards .

    @ThreeUKSupport - Any news on Apple Watch yet? I’m about to buy a series 6 and trying to decide whether to go for cellular in the hope that you offer network support before it becomes outdated...

    @ThreeUKSupport I have now been told that no errors have been found with my bill, and despite the 6 months half price offer being shown everywhere, I am being refused it! Not happy with the service right now! The fact you sent me a text offering me an early upgrade and 6 months half price!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, I think the issue has been sorted now. The sim did stay in a device, but it has been switched off since the sim plan ended so I don’t think it could have physically used any data. Thanks for your help
