So @ThreeUK charge £5 if you don't want to pay by direct debit and want to pay by card. Coupled with the really awful website that crashes and won't accept payments or even let us view the bill, I think I'll be convincing him to change provider.

@ThreeUK there seems to be a problem with your website. I am trying to log in to my3 account. When I reset my password it always says passwords do not match. I made sure they match multiple times without any success.

@tescomobile I left Tesco in 2013 to go to three. Am still with three since that time. Their customer service is excellent. I didn't experience the same with Tesco why I left. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK any chance you can sort out your customer services....logged complaint, yet no call back, as promised....and now text saying I'll lose services if I dont pay... I've told you I'll pay once issue sorted (although I've already overpaid) Unacceptable service so far.

@ThreeUKSupport am I going going to be compensated for the internet outages in my area? I had texts informing me about work in EH42 1BD in Scotland, use phone internet for work. Im losing out on business. Long term customer with the unlimited internet deal and cant use it

@ThreeUKSupport He said because its a prepaid he can't help and I need to speak to another team and before I could reply (seconds) he cut the chat. I want my money back. This service is pathetic and not what I bought. How do I get a refund????
