    @ThreeUK My wife's been having trouble moving her ee mobile number to 3 now for a good few weeks. The online form constantly says "an unknown error has occurred" and she can't get through to the call centre. Is there any other way of doing this?

    @ThreeUKSupport do you have mast work taking place anywhere near Shropshire or West Midlands? The service has been non existent and the data too the last three days. It’s very disheartening to have no warning if so and makes me question why I’m paying £26 for this experience.

    @ThreeUK after speaking to an advisor through the 3 app and advising that I would pay for any additional usage. Now all my services apart from emergency calls. Im working in the US right now and need my phone. What is going on? 2/2

    @ThreeUK It's a shame that you don't put as much effort into improving the network as you do promoting Gogglebox. Great programme but a crap service
