@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have spent at least an hour today trying to get help with my internet and I keep getting fobbed off and being asked to wait and see if it gets better. It’s not gotten better in four months? Help me. I’m getting 0.02 mbs download per second. Not good.

  • thebanhammerrdb thebanhammerrdb (@thebanhammerrdb) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m paying £22 a month for a connection that keeps kicking me off all the time and even though there is only one device connected at a time what can you do to fix it

  • desouzadennis1 Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported

@ThreeUK I just logged in to my account and below my details I just realised that my last name is spelled incorrect despite my passport copy given, how do u fix this. Please assist.

@ThreeUKSupport don’t recommend getting home broadband with three. Tied in to a 2 year contract and can’t even watch a movie on Netflix the signal is that terrible! Absolute waste of money. @ThreeUK

  • deerfold Nathan (@deerfold) reported

@ThreeUK have been having poor signal for ages. Almost none all morning today. Your checker now says there's work on my local transmitter but gives no indication how long this might be happening for. Any idea how to find out?

  • jezzaf3 jezzaf (@jezzaf3) reported

Go on then @ThreeUK , explain what’s wrong with the PO15 mast this time?? I actually thought we’d have a good run since the last bout of disruption, but no, like a child with a toy it just can’t be left alone. Signal lost at 0830... #herewegoagain

  • princesgambit mari 🌻 (@princesgambit) reported

@ThreeUKSupport yeah it was a message in red that said to call up support but unfortunately i didn't screenshot it. so i closed the tab and tried again with another card thinking i'd made a mistake the first time. but a couple minutes after, my original card got charged too

  • parashag geeta parashar (@parashag) reported

@ThreeUK I have absolutely appalling customer service and want to speak to someone immediately about the service I have had. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and the first time I contact you with an issue no one is available to help

  • Slybacon123 Slybacon (@Slybacon123) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This has been consistent for over 2 years. Why such slow speeds on 4g with full signal?
