    @ThreeUKSupport why is my order being received for delivery at 15:26pm when I called 0333 338 1039 to cancel at10:08am and they made sure it was canceled and wouldn’t go through? It’s on route to be delivered, and now what I have pay shipping to return it? I just got the email

    @ThreeUKSupport I've contacted customer support yesterday and they have reverted the upgrade. But I now have a parcel planned to be delivered at my old address with probably an iPhone 12 in it that I did not ask for and a 144£ bill for next month 😱
