    @AskPayPal 2 Factor Authentification seems to be down, I’ve tried logging in since 1:30pm today, just tried again and no text is coming through, I’m on the @ThreeUK network

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport well PayPal is shut, and there must be a reason why one network wouldn't get any messages but everyone else does? I bet you have blocked something at a network level
