@ThreeUK reintroducing roaming charges is the last nail in the very big coffin. Free roaming was the only thing keeping me with them, even though their coverage is terrible, customer service is crap and now this. 2 months until my contract ends. Goodbye monster!

@ThreeUKSupport so if my 24m unlimited contract rolls over after 1 October, do I lose roaming? Considering I’m not upgrading and I’m not a new customer

@GBNEWS @ThreeUK I'll be cancelling both of my contracts as soon as I'm back from this trip to Poland. About all of your advertising stating there would be no roaming charges? I hope customers that took out contracts on the back of that cancel too.

@matt303 @WiteWulf @ThreeUK still in contract for a year on mine as i renewed a while back, but i'm wondering if this is such a big change to the terms of service that i can get out of it and switch before then... there's certainly no reason to stay now

@ThreeUKSupport Three days ago, full signal and over 100mbps via 4G+. Today, 4G, 2 bars and around 3mbps. My connection has slowed down by a factor of 33. I haven't moved from this location.
