    So seems like @ThreeUK don’t appear to care if someone has fraudulently opened an account in your name and address. Still haven’t got back to me. It’s now on my credit file and they will be able to tell the phone was never delivered to my address or was contract ever signed by me

    @ThreeUKSupport Guys, been weeks of near zero signal and no internet in the Torbay area (TQ13PW). ?? I see on the status page that it’s being fixed… but this is way past acceptable for something im paying for.

    @ThreeUK I’m thinking of trying out 5g for home broadband. Your offer looks interesting, but your site won’t let me proceed as says not available at my address. Not sure that’s correct though as we have a new strong 5g signal just switched on.

    @ThreeUK - Recently moved into a new place, using your 5g Home broadband initially- why is it terrible and why am I getting 4 mbps with full signal for both the router, & my devices? (we have coverage in our area, & we're third floor) Can I return?
