    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Jen. My phone is currently using the WiFi to send this, am chatting on teams on laptop. But it will not connect to my work vpn, or my work telephone. Its not network as if I use 3 phone sim it's OK (not enough data on contract to stay on that though) must be router itself

    @ThreeUKSupport @ledsam_emma Same here. I can watch prime but cannot connect to the work vpn. It has been patchy since last night. Occasionally no network at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Could you look into this! I made an order expecting to receive my new phone tomorrow the 29th. Was told by your customer service team that I would get a confirmation email today by 8pm. However I have received nothing! I was expecting the new phone tomorrow!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes we tried verbally 1st time and was told we needed to cancel contract even though it was already done. Then emailed. Then again on the phone today so 3 times in total. Been told no notes have been kept on this so starting a fresh every time. So frustrating Do you have an email
