To anyone considering a move to @ThreeUK / @SMARTYMobileUK mobile network, BEWARE. Very fast on 5G but the service blocks important campaign websites and generates bounce-backs from email servers. No response despite repeated comms to customer support #Misrepresentation #Unusable

I'm disgraced by @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport - I have been a loyal customer with multiple contracts for over 10 years. I ring today for an upgrade and they offer me a contract that cost more than their official website price.

@ThreeUK I shouldn't have to threaten to raise a complaint in order to cancel my contract. I made it clear why I was leaving and didn't want any further expense yet your agent caused unnecessary delay and anxiety trying to sell me more products. We're in a cost of living crisis!

And the award for the worst network and sub zero level of customer service goes to @ThreeUK Letting me cancel penalty free network issues that weren't acceptable now telling me I need to pay £172? Impossible to speak to somebody about this as well!
