@fdarena @ThreeUK @peterkay_co_uk I assume you'll be cancelling all of the tickets which have already been put up for resale on sites like Viagogo? Someone is trying to sell their ticket for over £1,000 for ****'s sake.

  • ktstone12 Katie Thomas (@ktstone12) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is it I have to cancel a contract with yourself to then take out a new contract with yourself on a third party website because you can't match the deal or come close to it?

  • MilkeshS Milkesh Shingadia (@MilkeshS) reported

@ThreeUK not good network at all. Paying money since 4 months for rubbish network service. Whenever i call coustom care they say work is happening in your location, But since 4 months? I need to cancel my contact but they say you have to pay for rest 18 months. Look into this.

@ThreeUK Why doesn’t my mobile data work ? Internet, messenger, WhatsApp all won’t work on mobile data? Swapped SIM, still won’t work. Put another network SIM in and it works fine

  • CharlotteBronow Charlotte Wheeler (@CharlotteBronow) reported

@ThreeUK you need to have a chat with Mark in your Woking branch as his team have 'conned' an 84 year old man into a contract for a new phone and tablet he didn't want and now refusing to rectify it - not what you should expect from your shop staff - you need to step up to help!

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys. How do I get help on a number porting issue. I just loved from a personal to a business contract and one of the numbers has not ported. I tried to change the number in the iPhone settings to the old number as instructed by your support but it wont save.
