    @ThreeUKSupport It's the same messaging as last year, I don't believe it's being done in good faith by whomever is in charge, so there's nothing you can personally help with. I also signed the contract, so backing out will only land me in this worse plan. Thank you for reaching out still.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I get someone to call me please as your automated phone line keeps asking for a phone number which I do not have! It makes it impossible for me to get help with my issue!

    @ThreeUK so disappointed that you don't take fraud seriously. I reported a case of fraud to your team 3 weeks ago. I was told that the team would be in contact last Wednesday. I chased today and got the rudest operator ever telling me she wouldn't help. Do better.
