    @ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue trying, for days to get a password reset email, which didn’t come, in the end they texted it to me

    @ThreeUKSupport Just switched from EE to 3 and apparently ported my number...but all day I've missed calls and texts as my number has changed! Just got cut off to customer service. Please call me ASAP.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried to chat to you twice already, Chris. How many times shall I continue to try? The last time I spoke to someone on the phone, at the weekend before being hung up on, they told me to go to a store to resolve the issue - how out of touch are you people?

    @ThreeUKSupport Chris, many thanks. I cant link to any network anymore "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only". I assumed because new sim (nano) had been created. Checked post today , still no SIM. I am unwell and consultants are unable to contact me. This is making life unbearable.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I get that aswell so I'm glad it's not just me. Full signal and 4G but nothing works on internet. Just says 'no internet'. Crazy network 3 is! Useless company.
