I mean, to start of with.. the ping time should be between 50-100ms, with some networks averaging less than 20ms.. but @ThreeUKSupport .. 4,425ms.. there’s no other way to describe that as, there is a clear network fault - despite you saying there is no faults. 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I am yes, just started a week abroad. I’ve been with 3 over ten years but it’s getting so frustrating to be a customer of yours now.

If you are thinking of moving your business mobile phones to @ThreeUK Business, don’t! Despite monthly calls to @ThreeUKSupport they have failed to include my business name on any invoices yet and their @SalesforceUK customer portal is utter garbage.

@jondharvey @ThreeUK I used them for years with no issues (central Leeds) but then switched to EE. The difference in speed/connectivity etc was huge!

@ThreeUK has, after a month and a half, finally told me that I no longer have access to the Three+ app and WILL NEVER have access to the app because I changed the ownership of the account from my mother to me. That "glitch" is apparently my fault even though I was never told 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I’m a pay monthly customer yes. I did get warning about my fair use data but didn’t think anything of it as I thought I’d still be able to make calls and get a data passport. I’ve been abroad for 6 weeks.
