@ThreeUK have you a number to speak to someone in the UK customer service and not abroad as been transferred a dozen times been promised call backs by a manager and it sounds like i’m just getting passed around again and again and again and again

@ghargreaves @ThreeUK I've been with this VOIP phone company for over ten years now. About £60ish per month, 12x per year. Let's call it £600 per year, over ten years = "customer worth £6k" to most businesses. Not to this VOIP provider. So instead of arguing, I'm finding a new provider :)

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I have recently just switched to a Three sim but I seem to be having problems with my data roaming. I have done speed tests and me and my partner are both on Three and her speeds are nearly 10 times greater than mine. Is there something I am missing? Thanks.

@ThreeUK when will Google fix the issue with the apps crashing? It's still not working as of writing this

  • IdelbiAshraf Ashraf idelbi (@IdelbiAshraf) reported

@ThreeUK I still have less than 50% signal.... I can't use the service I'm paying for in full....@ThreeUKSupport...

  • PeterWilde19 Peter Wilde (@PeterWilde19) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And if it doesn’t? I’m only concerned about the number take-over happening and then my current sim on the other network being disconnected.

  • thomasnewby Thomas Newby (@thomasnewby) reported

It's difficult to articulate how completely useless the @ThreeUK website log-in or mobile App is. Most times I try to use it, it doesn't work. Considering this is the primary way of interacting with them as a service provider, it really isn't acceptable. #Hopeless

  • UncleMcCoy Dan ‘Bones’ McCoy (@UncleMcCoy) reported

@ThreeUK topping up with your website is the worst thing that ever happened to me. No I don't know if my 20£ payment went trough as after the page hanged 2minutes I've been redirected to the home with no confirmation whatsoever
