@ThreeUKSupport It claims to be a link to a survey. I did have a complaint a few months back when it appeared one of your offshore agents fraudulently upgraded me to a device contract, so wasn't sure if this survey was related to that (it's been a while since then) Will delete the email, thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, my phone says less than 300 mb over the past 2 days, 10gb over the past month of which 5gb was tethering so how I could be near the limit is beyond me. Think there's a problem somewhere, can you access my account and check?

@ThreeUK Please sort our your antennas in the Basingstoke station area. I am fed up beyond belief at the fake I have full signal, apparently, and yet nothing loads... It is 2021, I should have to go up to the roof just to get some signal 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s a new contract I’m about 3 months in. Very happy with the network, it’s just the phone. I need the Google play or I phone to get the apps I need for work. I hope there’s something you can do please🤞🏼
