@danbond @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Agree with Daniel- it is suggestive those on rolling contracts could continue to benefit. Can you confirm either way? Could be another decade plus customer on their way out…

@ThreeUKSupport heard about roaming charges.. the reason three stood out has gone. I won’t be hit yet but as a customer of 11 years this was the reason I always renewed and will now properly review whether it’s worth staying anymore when contract ends.

@bigdavetrigg @ThreeUK Problem is no one other than O2 are offering it. Hopefully in a year in will change.

Good bye @ThreeUK as I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up. I signed up for a mobile contract with you due to your feel attached home mobile service. It’s awful to hear you are now charging people to roam in europe for £2 a day and £5 elsewhere! That’s disgusting.

@Thomasnorris1 @SkyNews @ThreeUK Vodafone doing the same thing. 02 only network I can see that aren't bringing back charges..

@threeuksupport Hi, I upgraded from a 30 day rolling SIM plan to a 24 month SIM plan to lock in a cheaper rate before the 1st Oct roaming deadline. Does the 14 day cooling off period for contracts apply to online upgrades should I decide to switch to another network?

@_super_tone @ThreeUK True. Though again I’m not sure how long it’ll be before they introduce it. Just a shame O2 signal is pretty naff.

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK Their coverage is AWFUL! I was with them for years and years, moved to Vodafone and i was SHOOK! My phone was faster and you get coverage in places Three never could.

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?

@zsk Lack of roaming charges used to be the unique selling point of @ThreeUK you would have thought they would have baulked the chance to levy these charges. I wonder what actual costs the phone companies occur when a customer 'roams'?
