    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
