@ThreeUK your internet is appalling. Live in Cornwall where I have gone from perfect 4G with EE 2 terrible 3G. Just spent a weekend in central London 2 experience even WORSE signal. From 5g to 3G & ALL slow or not working at all. Want my money back! Stuck in 2 year contract now.

@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport so far I've been asked if it's 4g or 5g and told there's no work been happening. I've ordered fibre broadband now, if nobody wants to help, then they can watch my arse go out the door. 2 replies in 2 days is just not good enough for a 'support' channel.

@CannyAuldGyruum @O2 I'm having the same issue but on @ThreeUK Have tried reseting all the network settings, restarting the phone, and even taking the SIM out & putting it back in, but nothing seems to work.
