@ThreeUKSupport Another day, another call. I truly don’t know what to do? The staff are probably very poorly paid and have little or no training. To keep their costs down Three also outsource abroad. Never again!!!!!!!

@ianmorris100 @OpenreachHelp I also advise if desperate asking neighbours to borrow a guest or temp login on their WiFi. Better yet ditch openreach and line rental totally and get a 5g hub from say @ThreeUK . Faster than openreach can provide until 2025 and no line rental

@stevec00ps @ThreeUK this is @ThreeUK my 4g speeds are pretty poor in this area so I don't have huge expectations
