    Hi @ThreeUK. Having a truly shocking experience as a customer with an issue that's been ongoing for many months. Can you please give me the number of someone I can talk to in the UK? Very tired of poor lines to overseas call centres. Need to resolve this one way or another today.

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason why the fault wasn't reported to three intially as like I stated I had read forums upon forums on Samsung's own website referencing overheating issues on the s21 ultra being caused through software my point three is you provided me with this dangerous faulty phone

    So don’t be fooled by the 14 day money back guarantee. 3 moths on from cancelling my contract within the timeline and 7 phone calls later @ThreeUK taken more money out of my account & are saying it will be another 2 weeks b4 I get a refund.. terrible service @ThreeUKSupport

    .@ThreeUK Ordered a new phone via insurance on Monday, didn't turn up. Can't re-order a new handset or get hold of anyone... cause I do not have a phone. Also can't access my e-mail addresses to see when my phone was being delivered... cause I haven't got a phone!!!!! Help me

    @ThreeUK worst network and customer service ever experienced spoke to them few times and last time they said let’s change the sim and if it does not work we will cancel the contract today they said if you cancel we will charge you the whole year pathetic .

    @ThreeUKSupport It is incredibly frustrating especially since I'd had these issues from the day I received the phone that just got increasingly worse over a short period of time I had contacted three a couple of weeks back regarding the issue and they were just making suggestions like lowering
