What the hell @ThreeUK. Arrived at an airport & turned phone on (not opening any apps, background data turned off for many apps, etc) & the first text I receive states I used £23 worth of data. Daylight robbery & crap service when contacting support! Formal complaint coming soon.

  • Richard5603270 Richard Legg (@Richard5603270) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just the worst service I have experienced. 3 weeks of chats, endless repeats of the same queries and assuming I've put in the wrong sim card or need to restart my device. Seemingly no technical support or anyone to escalate it to. Just terrible, terrible service.

  • Legxybawoh Legborsi bawoh (@Legxybawoh) reported

@ThreeUK I did get the alert, but that's nothing compared to the network failure I've experienced since I got this sim. My complaint hasn't changed anything. At this point, I just want out of this heartbreaking contract.

  • F88467672 Andrew Farmer (@F88467672) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @cabinetofficeuk Please take action against Three for their incompetence, and refusal to initiate further tests of this critically important system. Does this constitute a breach of contract on their part which would allow customers to change network for a more reliable carrier?

  • vibsiboy Vibs (@vibsiboy) reported

@RumSMiles @ThreeUK Is this true @ThreeUK ...what was the root cause of the issue?

  • rickachay Ricky Power (@rickachay) reported

@ThreeUK Our engineers deployed a fix aka deleted a zero and replaced it with a one.

  • jonhollingfm Jonathan Holling (@jonhollingfm) reported

@kinlett @ThreeUK Yeah they have released a statement, looks like a network issue. Hopefully the real thing will work if its ever needed!

  • KayleighMRhodes Kayleigh Rhodes (@KayleighMRhodes) reported

@ThreeUK Thanks for the update but I’m less than confident if honest! Everyone I know on your network failed to get the alert, but I did have another phone (different network) which sounded just before 3pm! @rickaldo16

  • Richard5603270 Richard Legg (@Richard5603270) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Someone from head office was in the store in Tunbridge Wells I visited today. She said I should be used as a case study. I just want out now, never using three again.

  • newplanet Graham Stevenson (@newplanet) reported

@siannnyyy26 @willjb88 @ThreeUK I was connected to wi-fi and didn’t get it. Believe me, I hope to never hear one of these alerts for real, but why would you be glad that a signal designed to warn you about imminent danger didn’t work for you when they tested it?
