@ThreeUKSupport hey Iain, we were told to call to request a Jiffy bag to return the 5G device, but following this request (a few weeks later) there was no follow-up or Jiffy bag. I have tried calling again today but your phone lines are down :(

@ThreeUKSupport well @ThreeUK your 24hour service turned out to be the best part of a week, the phone finally turned up after lots of chasing and a bag load of crap. your webchat never did work,your mostly cosmetic customer service has been dreadul (as well as costly), your website misleading..

Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport on my app it says I can upgrade my phone from 12th of July (34 days) but I think my current device is in its geriatric phase as the battery is poor & often requires 2/3 charges a day. Is there any chance of an upgrade before the July date? Cheers 👍
