    @ThreeUKSupport disgusting customer service, made a complaint, spoke to a handler who resolved the complaint, offered £800 compensation for being miss sold, only to be told when I that the handler had messed up and wormed out of it, FOS have no been informed, stay clear

    @ThreeUKSupport Had CALL FROM NETWORK SUPPORT and she told me to reset my network and she said she'd call me back, which she did 30 seconds while my phone was resetting. Must be an idiot

    @ADunk222 @ThreeUK It’s pretty dumb and not very customer-focused. Ironically if you’re roaming abroad they’re happy to continue giving you data at an extra charge. Just not at home, where we live

    Does your phone network also cut you off cold when you’ve used your data allowance? Or are you able to use data as normal at an extra charge? @ThreeUK cuts you off but confusingly sends a text about an extra charge. So if you have no WiFi and call centre’s closed you’re screwed

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a call last week telling me my poor service would improve with a new Sim re Vodafone, but he would only send me one out if I signed a new contract. I am think of leaving when my contract runs out at the end of September because the service is so poor.
