Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

Omni (@omnishredder_) reported@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
