    @ThreeUKSupport my data isn’t working in Birmingham. Showing 3G but nothing loads, I should have 5G. Tried restarting my phone, taking out sim and resetting network settings but nothing is working. Can only get internet when connected to wifi

    @ThreeUK I have spent an age on live chat in the last 2 days. My phone number has been spoofed. I am trying to change my number. I have had 50+ calls from people who have received missed calls from my number but it is not me. Someone needs to call me to help sort this out ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing, they said they couldn’t fix the eSim the woman was absolutely hopeless, couldn’t speak English very well, couldn’t spell, didn’t read previous conversation rang and hadn’t done a thing. You can’t connect a smart watch to a phone is ridiculous

    @ThreeUKSupport since arriving in Spain yesterday. My phone whilst connected to Movistar as a network hasn't been working at all, calls, texts or data. Despite my plan being unlimited calls, texts and data. My phone has previously worked fine in Finland 2 weeks ago. How can I fix

    @ThreeUKSupport Payment ! The adviser said last someone will call me never happened and i called again he told me the money will be on my account on this monday …nothing happened ! Refund number : 32608760 i was 3 customer 10 years ago with 5 account and this is how u treats us 🤢🤢🤢🤢
