@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my broadband away from Vodafone as it was useless kept dropping out several times a day and customer service was non existent . I’ve had my mobile with three since 2010 . In my experience they have sorted out any problems quickly and with no fuss thankfully

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t log in to My3 as it needs a 2FA code.. which isn’t being sent. Tech support insisted it was a password problem.. it’s not! I now to have wait 7 days.. all I wanted to do was update my Direct Debit details…
