    @ThreeUKSupport Store said this is an online order we can only assist with store order. You should have come to us they said instead of ordering online. Is this how @ThreeUK want to service the potential new customers

    @ThreeUKSupport so is everything down for everyone else ,got good connection speed but webpages wont load, cant connect to xbox live properly and play games, images wont load etc

    @ThreeUK I've tried to contact mobile broadband customer service to give my 30-day cancellation notice and it says it's closed! I can't find any information on the website saying that it would be closed today! How am I to cancel now so that I don't get charged an extra month?

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh dear. Can you give an approximate time line? I’m on a sim only plan so I may have to look into moving elsewhere. This would be a shame as I’ve been a customer for about 10ths now. 😢
