@ThreeUKSupport No spending caps or blocks set but all minutes used up. Cannot call any number without a "special announcement: you can no longer dial 153..." and talking about international numbers. I am not trying to call an international number. Help?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Stephie. Three weeks ago I purchased a PAYG trio-SIM. I purchased this online from Three but it has never arrived. I have had two calls with customer services, in each call told the SIM card will arrive within 48 hours. Still hasn’t arrived then I ask for a refund…

Hi @ThreeUKSupport Are you going to improve the signal/coverage in DT2 8BE and Dorset in general by May 21st because if not I’ll have to leave you. I don’t want to but I only have 3G 1 bar if I’m lucky. No WiFi. Not even with WiFi dongle. Nothing. The frustration is killing me😩
