    @ThreeUK Hu7 area signal very poor again after teatime ..constantly rebooting router to try and get any better signal .. can't even run a fire stick without constant buffering poor very poor

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark. When I call up i keep getting told “service request/order is stuck.. check back in 48 hours”. Which will normally be fine but my sim is dead. I called the store they said they cant do anything unless its face to face (which i cant do as of work). So no one can help me?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can someone please tell me if the Manchester Trafford store has the ZTE 5g modem in stock. Have called them about 30 times and there's no answer. Customer service and live chat can't help me and tell me to call the store...

    @ThreeUKSupport Surprisely UK Three support team is not able to fix the issue of incoming sms issue from India and Kenya. 3 weeks waiting..

    Rather pissed that EE failed on me, so I check deals, prices, contracts etc. Find @SMARTYMobileUK which runs on @ThreeUKSupport. Check coverage. Coverage "very good." Get SIM. Signal is utterly shite. Can anyone get me some service? Anyone?
