    @ThreeUKSupport so you've put the price up, but offer nothing extra. Those in Leeds city centre still have no bandwidth to use their phone.. with this in mind, after many years I've broken my contract and cancelled my direct debit. All letters texts and emails will be ignored.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told not to bring the router because broadband is bad so go mobile where better. Y’all are all over the place with EU coverage

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I work from home and have been having issues with my broadband for 3 days now. TS17 area. I’ve lost our almost a full days wage as i’ve not been able to do my work due to the broadband not working. Very unhappy

    @ThreeUKSupport so my phone was working about an hour ago, it froze and I had to restart it. After restarting there is no signal, when attempting to make a call it says to switch off aeroplane mode or connect to a network. I'm not on aeroplane mode, so what's going on Three?

    @Dahlia2333 @ThreeUK Hi Dahlia, typically Three UK fix any outages within 7 days of them beginning, I'd recommend allowing them time to fix the outage. - Tom
