    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I have been trying to get on my account for a month. I type in my email address and password, and then it goes onto a one-time passcode by text. However, it never sends me a text even resending a number of times, so I can't get on.

    @ThreeUK my phone died, I have no access to my esim but your contact center insists I need to login into the website to request a new esim. Impossible given that I cannot receive an OTP. I am abroad and I cannot go to a physical store. Can you help on this?

    @ThreeUK They've been providing poor internet service for 6months! The issue hasn't been resolved yet. I'm very disappointed. I had 4different contract with，but now I'm leaving! The service and quality are truly poor! Every time I file a complaint, they say can't resolve the issue，close
