FYI, my brother cancelled the renewal immediately but I am still being charged because apparently he did NOT ask for a PAC code? Even though the one issued to him before never worked in the first place, as @ThreeUK will confirm. I will be making a detailed report on this

@ThreeUKSupport Great job on making it clear that your 14 day go roam ATW extra pass for £49 that says “use your plan allowance” does not in fact allow you to use it and has a 12gb cap. My mistake for assuming you wouldn’t try and ******* over with misleading descriptions.

I have been contacted yet again this month by @ThreeUKSupport to say that theer is a bill for me to pay. This is despite my complaining very strongly last month as my account is supposed to be closed. I would advise everyone to stay awaay from @ThreeUK as they are terrible.

@ThreeUK Finally got it returned. They never sent the envelope I got the guys in the Three shop to phone direct and ask for a QR code to be sent to my email. So I parcelled it up myself and took it to a DPD approved shop.
