    @ThreeUK I have been charged a direct debit from three UK three years after I quit it’s service. This morning this company charged me 44 pounds as a ‘first payment’ with no more explanation.

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya I thought @ThreeUK were bad, but at least you could get answers from their customer service team. When it was clear they were at fault they allowed us leave our contract without penalty. You want to charge exit fees for a service you haven't provided?
