    @ThreeUK Hello, twice I have contacted you in regards to my bill and the extra costs I was charged for using it aboard. You sent me a text when I landed saying £5 a day for unlimited data, which I never received, and got charged for data on my sim card that is switched off.

    @ThreeUKSupport are we gonna get a rebate gor these outages we are suffering, I haven't had network properly when outside for a week now...so annoying as I can't listen to my music when walking every morning

    @ThreeUK worst customer service ever!!!! An hour to negotiate a half decent deal then 2 more phone calls and a week later to admit phone is not in stock and won’t arrive for another 4 weeks. Then won’t let me cancel my contract cos you need 48 hrs to cancel the delivery first!!🤬

    Goodbye @ThreeUKSupport Hello @o2 Fed up of the terrible mobile service for calls and 4G. Been going on for months now and still no improvement. So time for a change.

    @ThreeUKSupport I managed to get sorted after about 45 minutes of messing around. I topped up anonymously and now have a shiny new data pack. I now want to login and set it to auto-renew. Wish me luck!
