Had rubbish service from @ThreeUK over the past 10 years. Was on their app at the ‘thinking about leaving’ part which said (I paraphrase) ‘let’s find a deal to keep you as a customer’ 1 hour of online chat later they offer me a ‘deal’ that saves me a total of £1 over 2 years.

@ThreeUK is the worst company going. Customer service is **** and still haven’t resolved the issue from months ago but I still have to pay my £53 bill for a phone that barely works🤯

@three_broadband @ThreeUK having trouble with cancelling an account agreed with one rep however another is not allowing it until the tech check has been done. I have already done this and agreed a resolution so not sure the issue is

@ThreeUKSupport Cancelled through the app in December. Sent a bill (which I paid) and cancelled online with an advisor in January. Now I get a letter from a debt collection agency. My partner has had the same issues

@ThreeUKSupport My 4G never works I keep being told new SIM card will be sent in the post. It never comes and customer service keep either hanging up on or just not listening to me.
