    @ThreeUKSupport any idea as to when postcode area LL33 will be upgraded to 5G, the current 4G signal is getting worse with each passing week. I'm currently getting H+ which is where we were 5 years ago.

    @ThreeUK making me stuck with a phone I didn’t want for 2 years and pay £91 for it. I took the phone from store and they don’t want to change it. I tried it for 1 week and want to return it. Could management do something for a customer who has been with u for over 10 years.

    Just when I thought I had escaped the #**** service of @ThreeUK they just told me that they will continue to bill me for MONTHS after leaving them and joining a new network and then “refund me” in the New Year. Bunch of thieves. AVOID THIS NETWORK! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Dreadful customer service.Cancelled contract 1st July surprise surprise it didn’t get actioned.Cancelled again 2nd August surprise surprise a technical issue prevented cancellation.Debt agency now chasing us.Rang again today & there is now an outage & I HAVE TO RiNG BACK

    @ThreeUK You need yo sort out your customer service, I've been patient 15 years but this time it's too much, if the issues created by a faulty device and unexistent 5G are not sorted in 24h I will leave after 15 years. How's that as a 'client satisfaction' feedback?

    @ThreeUK you are overcharging me and your systems are apparently always down and won’t allow for the changes to be made according to your phone teams. Your over charging me £11 a month since July!!!
