Didn’t get the uk government emergency alert test. I’m on @ThreeUK . Is it a network fault?

Hey @ThreeUKSupport, I didn’t receive any alarm message or sounding today, whilst plenty of my friends and family got it, despite being on the same network. Any reason why?

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported

So it appears the majority of phones that didn’t go off (mine included) are on the @ThreeUKSupport network?! What a surprise! #AlwaysThree

@SMARTYMobileUK hi, I’m guessing I didn’t get the emergency alert test because you rely on @ThreeUKSupport ?

  • Paladinleeds Paladin 🔞 (Dan) (@Paladinleeds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Any idea why I didn't get the emergency alert? My phone had good signal, alerts are enabled (and were at the time too), phone was switched on. And nothing... Looks like a lot of Three users struggling.

  • pongowaring Andrew (@pongowaring) reported

Good to know that not content with being the shittest mobile network out there, @ThreeUK can't even be trusted in the event of a national disaster #emergencyalert

  • stevenfritch92 Steven Fritchley (@stevenfritch92) reported

@GOVUK the “emergency alert system” test was a fail, had my phone all set up making sure I can receive them and at 3pm nothing…and still nothing…I’m on @ThreeUK could it be an issue with them?

  • MrSaffron Andrew Ferguson OBE (@MrSaffron) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK Is phone showing 4G or 5G signal. Don’t believe masts sent it out over 3G
