@ThreeUKSupport Have chatted with them 20 times and issue not resolved. Porting was arranged 10 days ago and should have happened on 12/7, main business line is dead. Customer support is useless and I need this issue resolved now.

@ThreeUKSupport Good morning. And welcome to day 9 of almost zero internet service from 3. Speeds from the Oliver’s Mount mast serving the YO11 area are running at 1.45mbps. After calling in to a 3 shop yesterday where speeds were ok’ish, I know it’s a fault with that mast.

@ThreeUKSupport Im struggling to get that proof of purchase from carphone warehouse. I’ve got proof with the order email but Three say they need the IMEI on it. Why is proof needed to unlock the phone no damage is being done.
