I don’t get how @fonehouse are offering £38 contract, no upfront fee for iphone 12 on THREE and yet @ThreeUK said they would do it me for £39 with a £39 upfront cost because I am a valued customer and on their website it’s £53. All done to make you think they’re doing you a solid

@ThreeUKSupport Really poor service Three really poor to not call me back when you say you will, miss sell me the contract, hang up, guilt me, suggest you are doing me a favour canceling it, not call again and then leave me like this is utterly vile. I just want a contract for my daughter.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been hung up on and have no idea what is going on but have been left in a very bad mood after speaking to your call centre staff who really don't understand what they are doing. And to be told they will 'help me' cancel the contract they messed up and to try and guilt me!

@ThreeUKSupport repeatedly during calls, he other person can't hear me and I have to ring them back? Is this likely to be a sim/signal issue or handset?
