@ThreeUKSupport hello - I have been told the only way to cancel the smartwatch pairing subscription on my account (which I never activated) is to unpair and erase my Apple Watch… surely this can’t be true?! Please can you help

Still trying to get my @ThreeUK service restored by @ThreeUKSupport after 17 days. Absolutely shocking. They told me on Monday it would be fixed within 72 hours but nothing has happened. I don't even get the chat transcripts I request.

Dear @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I am still having crappy service from you. How am I supposed to run a business? Shall I sue you for my loss of earnings? #customerservice #threeUK

  • a_SmittenKitten monster@thedisco (@a_SmittenKitten) reported

@ThreeUK No, no. Rg2 9 STILL barely has any signal at all in the whole area! It's been 3 WEEKS!!! Honestly I'm so sick of all the issues with three, it really is time to make a change again. Im a returning customer, figured I'd give you another chance but absolutely not anymore. 😡😡😡

  • AGall1013 Aisling Gallagher 🇵🇸 (@AGall1013) reported

Someone has fraudulently taken out a phone and contract in my name in a @ThreeUK store and Three's response to me is that I need to go into the shop and cancel it. Didn't set it up in the first place and your shop has enabled fraud but sure thing guys. Excellent customer service.

Everyone should phone their network, be it @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK etc and object to them allowing the government to use their towers to transmit this alert. Also @apple are the ones that are allowing your phone to be frozen if you do not react to the alert.
