@thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

@ThreeUKSupport 5g has been down for about 2 weeks now in IG2. I even bought 5g home broadband over BF sale and even that does not connect to 5g. Only getting 4g and speeds of 15mb. Used to get 400+mb on 5g a few weeks ago. Can you please check to see what is going on???

@thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

@sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK On east side of city I had to give up a few months back when I tried three for broadband. Speeds ok but constant stalled connections. Pages randomly not loading. Sessions not starting. That was different but equally unusable. Never seen this on voda. Slow/ timeout yes
