    @ThreeUKSupport I we have tried all of the above and still get the same error, I work in IT myself as a specialist so I have tried all options and rebooted to factory settings, but your customer care team stated on the phone this is nothing to do with them and we need to contact the closed store

    @ThreeUK please can I ask that the fraud team contact me immediately, I have been sent a phone not for me, I am not a three customer (never have been) and now being told that the account WILL NOT be cancelled, also concerned of #GDPR breaches as you should not have my details!!!
