@ThreeUKSupport Cheers Pete, much appreciated. Out of interest does Three cancel sims? This is a PAYG sim which has worked fine for years, I used it a month or so back then yesterday it was dead. No service. Might it cancelled?

@ThreeUK So the VOIP provider? They wanted to do a firmware update. And in the process, they rendered my phone "unusable". "Please send it back to us, then we'll check it and send you a replacement out" Cough. Total customer service fail. Actually *refused* to send me one out first!

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely everything. - Was told my number would port in minutes as I have an iphone, when this is simply not the case - The only way to talk to customer services is by speaking to your cancellations team first, who then transfer once security is verified 3-4 times. Shocking

@ThreeUKSupport That could be 8 months in a 24 month multi thousand pound contract whilst your website clearly states you support it. I have 100% been missold to. Do you have a way to reimburse me for this?
