@ThreeUKSupport had no mobile signal for 2 days now. Website says you're fixing a problem in my area but my mum isn't having any issues on three and she lives in the same house. What's going on?

Meanwhile the @BT internet is so poor (less than 3mb), we are having to pay for a separate mobile connection (thank you @ThreeUK, @SMARTYMobileUK for coming to the rescue).

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve just spoken with @Ofcom regarding this issue. As a company, @ThreeUK need to give an indication of when this will be resolved. I’ll be raising a formal complaint about this matter, I suggest that others do the same!

@ThreeUKSupport Since yesterday. Rang Business support and they've said it's a nationwide issue and no idea when it will be resolved. How can we do 'business' like this?

Thinking outside the box, I discovered that @ThreeUK were offering a 4G home broadband service. I checked on their site, and it confirmed that the 4G coverage was VERY GOOD in the area.

I ask “Why?” when it’s been established the hub is not the issue. He informs me so that they can do further checks. As of today I’m still waiting to receive a text message from @ThreeUK and this is truly when the penny drops.

@ThreeUKSupport Jonathan, see previous. It is intermittent. Now working at 12:22 when I flipped back to 3 MBB to check. As it affects FQDN and IP address suggests a route issue somewhere in 3. Maybe one leg of a diverse route. Can't be Internet if other CPs work OK
