    @ThreeUK three virtual technical team not able to resolve issue more than a month. Three don't have local technical support office in uk where we can walk in !

    @ThreeUKSupport I have complained to @ThreeUKSupport for the extremely poor service we get for our money. Daily issues with internet, embarrassing drops in connection when trying to do business meetings, not being able to watch anything without buffering and yesterday 12 hours to send files ….

    @ThreeUKSupport No, the network is abysmal where I live. The mast we normally pick up (Whitchurch Road) is being replaced but it's not 5G enabled so this is the other one (Hortonwood). I don't even phone up any more, the script says there's no problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I’ve got a 5g hub and the service today is miserable.. The network status checker says you’re upgrading in my area, any idea how long this will last? Trying to WFH and struggling… Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I thought I had resolved a mobile hub broadband issue with customer relations but customers services are just not carrying it out. I’ve spoken to 6 different people been on the phone 90+ minutes. All noted on my account. All 3 contracts are with online services.
