@ThreeUKSupport For the past few months I’ve been paying ‘three’ for a service that hasn’t been provided. I would like leave 3 as they are no longer able to give me the roaming I require for my job. They now wish to charge me £170 pounds … to leave a service. Wtf 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport Done all that, had a new sim card had endless messages that it's work in my area. They must follow me around because my signal has been Internet has been rubbish from Bristol to Glasgow and everywhere in between. Its always try this, try that. Its never sorry! Just keep paying

@ThreeUKSupport It took four hours but repeated calls to your customer service and eventually complaints team finally got the resolution I needed. It took THREE members of customer service staff giving up on the problem to get there but it looks at least to be moving in the right direction.
