@ThreeUKSupport @MarekDanihel3 The Three Smartwatch pairing service (eSIM) not working as advertised either since it’s rollout, in particular the well known E53305. Calling Three support about this will give you a case of extreme distress

Spent 45 minutes on the phone to @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago. My issue (overcharged for 6 months) was acknowledged, was told resolved and my account credited. Here we are again at the next bill and no credit and same overcharge so I'm resorting to sassy social media posts 🙄

@ThreeUK I use a #three SIM in a 4G router (which is at another address). I need to log in to my account to change my address. You are sending confirmation texts to my 4G router which isn't helping me log in!! You don't accept messages. Help!
