I really have had the worst experience with @ThreeUK since I started my contract with them. End of my contract coming up, so I gave at least 30 days notice because I did not want it to roll over and now I’m being told I should have gave 30 days notice!? Terrible!

@campinginwinter @ThreeUKSupport Only moved to three this year and it's been a nightmare! I could cry! Was with @o2 for years without issue. Now my credit is in the bin and I've lost a Saturday with worry. Lesson learned!

@CBezzant @ThreeUK @EE EE coverage is not what they quote. The triangle that you show means nothing, it is the manufacturer's con. To find the actual signal strength go Settings and scroll down to About Phone then go Status then SIM Status look for -dbm A good signal should be less than -89 dpm.
