@ThreeUK yet again the service is ****. And no reduction in Our monthly contract. I am in MK40, a new mast was put up 50 meters down the road and still only get 1 bar reception. Absolutely rubbish.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport As with others who posted. No service all day. Not good when I need to be in contact with elderly parents who don't have WhatsApp etc. What compensation? What is the real issue here? What timescale to revert to a service?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - do you find this an adequate response? Full day with no voice call options. If I wanted to use third parts apps such as WhatsApp I would have a contract with them not you. Really really bloody poor, please can we have a timescale?!
