    @ThreeUKSupport "our systems haven't reported any network problems" yet I've been struggling to get signal all week? Paying for a phone contract but I'm not even able to use my phone when WiFi isn't available.. ridiculous.

    Bought a phone and contract with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport via @MPD_Online and it was delivered on Friday but I can’t use it until Monday afternoon because their is an issue with their system. Doesn’t fill me with confidence!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve restarted several times . I’ve had to go out to find alternative connection to work since Wednesday . I just want to be able to watch some tv . It’s constant issues with the mast . I’ll be raising a complaint. Im@paying for a service I don’t get the majority of time

    @ThreeUK hands down one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had yesterday. Your team are obsessed in selling me another sim when I’ve called about something else!
