    @Jayno4 @SamsungMobile @ThreeUK They're shocking. We took them to the communication ombudsman &won. We were awarded compensation which they reluctantly paid. We were with them for about 8yrs too. The service went down 19 & it was never the same again. They told us to upgrade & it would be better. It wasn't..

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m order to use the app I need to be connected to reception though so that doesn’t actually work lol. My other friends on Three are having the same issues so it’s not just me.
