    @ThreeUK I have been unable to add a data add-on to my son’s phone for almost a week. Spoke to your call centre who elevated it. Couldn’t fix the problem and so just closed the case. Still no data. This is ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to someone on the phone and you deactivated my SIM without me receiving the new one which is really not helpful. I will phone again after work to cancel. Thanks.

    Having been charged twice for my @ThreeUK bill, I’ve made the effort to schlep into one of their shops, only to be told “we can’t help you, we can’t do anything about bills”. So now I’m sitting in their shop on live chat to someone god knows where. #Infuriating @ThreeUKSupport

    No internet at home. On the one hand, @BT can't just automatically process my monthly payments, even after three requests to do so. On the other hand, @ThreeUK's mobile network on my phone is a disgrace (thankfully changing provider in 2 days)

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet another Huawei 4G router reboot. Facing speeds of 2.3mbps download plus upload speeds so slow as to be unmeasurable. This situation has persisted for many days, internet unusable. All this for £20 per month.

    @ThreeUKSupport Which is precisely why I went into a shop. WHY are they not allowed to help. I also don’t want to conduct this over the phone / chat / social media. I want a person to sort it out. They told me they are “not able to”. It looks like it’s time to try a new phone company.
