@ThreeUK Agree Three is the worse network. Shockingly bad network coverage and annoying voicemail service. I suppose you get what you pay for. I’ll pay more and move back to O2 end of contract.

@ThreeUKSupport That is the crux of the issue... why do I need to phone the Business team to do anything or get any answers..? Clunky outdated CRM for business users. Visibility/transparency/automation is needed.
