@ThreeUKSupport The same thing that always happens. You tell me you can fix it I line and I have to phone cancellation dept, who then tell me they can't do it either, it has to be done online .... Round and round and round.

@ThreeUK I have just had bad customer service via chat on 2 occasions. Not impressed!!! No help at all to my query. You can’t even get through to a real person!!!

the upload speed is consistently bad (3-5MBPS) and the download speed is FAST but cuts out whenever it’s being pushed (and by pushed, I mean video calls with more than one person.) I’ve spent most of February using my @ThreeUK hotspot. Praise be.
