So @GOVUK....I'm on @ThreeUK and didn't get the #emergencyalert and I know of others who also didn't get it. Glad there isn't a real emergency.....

OK @ThreeUK I presume my phone’s failure to receive the government’s alert was due to the fact I have zero mobile signal in our house and can only connect via Wi-Fi?

To the random person I saw earlier saying the emergency phone test is a Government conspiracy and "why do they need to test something they know works?!" It appears the test was a fail. People with @ThreeUK failed to receive the alert. This is why you test these things!
