@ThreeUKSupport Currently in a work location where I don't have access to my Sim card, regardless I was due an upgrade so I upgraded mine and my wife's phone, phoning through Skype business. My wife's phone turned up at the house today, mines did not, phoned back up and the customer service - 1

@ThreeUKSupport I can text him, I can call other mobiles and landlines, he can call me from his mobile. First noticed about 2weeks ago but paid no attention as was in a weak signal area.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you that makes more sense. The person who my father talked to was very confusing .Having to cancel a contract after it has run its course seems very odd.Surely it expires on completion and you should inform the client of its end?
