@ThreeUK Your Voicemail services are not working! Please can this be resolved ASAP! I have spoken to 3 different people about it!

  • Angela_lovelife angiepangie (@Angela_lovelife) reported

@ThreeUK so disappointed to find that u have taken £300 out of my account for no reason. I have been a loyal costumer for several years and when phoning costumer services to try and resolve the issue they were less than helpful. I await ur reply and assistance with this matter.

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that cancelled one of my accounts then still get a letter saying that will still be charged out of contract. Then you call and they say yes you have it’s on the system but we can’t do anything about the letter.

  • dariusmendes INDIANDREADHEAD (@dariusmendes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I hope this issue is not ongoing, it's frustrating in all aspects. This is the second time I've been told about this. Kindly put this as a complaint

  • _eriney93 Erin McLoone (@_eriney93) reported

@ThreeUK just been told by a CSA that to switch my 3 Pay as you go number over to my new pay monthy sim I need to first switch my current number over to o2 or EE then switch back to 3🤨Surely there is an easier way as both sims are on your network?

  • NickySm10143569 Nicky Smith (@NickySm10143569) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I do not know my Three phone number as I’m not a Three phone customer, hence my messsges on here, I have tried calling, using the online chat but you want my phone number. I DO NOT HAVE THIS

  • McJaystar Jaystar (@McJaystar) reported

Really disappointed with @ThreeUK today... customer service needs to be improved.

  • GarethJBond Gareth J Bond (@GarethJBond) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok Jade nothing personal and I’m sure you all work very hard but this isn’t the first time myself, friends and family have issues with cancellations & contracts. Nothing is easy with three, it used to be but has definitely deteriorated over the years.

  • oliverwinton Oli Winton (@oliverwinton) reported

@holly @O2 Is it consistent though? I tried out the @ThreeUK home 5G last year (which is actually the network that Relish built) and i would either get 500mbit or literally 0.5 and nothing in between

  • NickySm10143569 Nicky Smith (@NickySm10143569) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Home, yet like all service providers sell it as a good coverage, while I’ve said I live in a very rural area. Anything to gain a customer for a year on a cheap tariff but hike it up after that. I’d like to look into alternatives
