    @ThreeUK Hu7 home broadband forever up and down can we have a boost it is constant can't even run firestick with out buffering and I've even reduced the quality from HD. poor very poor

    Terrible service from @ThreeUK. Bought a 4G mifi router as Three website said there was no 5G coverage in area. Two weeks later they tell me there is 5G service but in order to get it I'll have to pay over £400 to cancel / upgrade. Shocking!

    To make matters worse the @ThreeUK customer services tried to say that I couldn't get the 5G deal as my billing address didn't have 5G coverage. I explained that the address the router would be located did now have 5G, hence why I'm trying to upgrade!

    Not sure where to go with this now. Feel like I've been given poor service. Instinct is to cancel my contract with @ThreeUK, suck up the cost, and go with another company. Or, stick out my contract and then ditch. Where's that @Trustpilot link, I feel like writing a review.

    @ThreeUKSupport My apple watch is still sitting 'activating' after three weeks. Your support guys can't seem to fix it despite multiple assurances. How can I speak to someone at Three that knows what they're talking about?
