    @ThreeUK If you can’t provide network or sufficient signals in residential areas then why are charging people for your service ,,,it’s been 8 month am using three and facing the network issue since I start using this network,,,WS29QN

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport But I have to get a HTG PAC number from the cancellation team to move the number to a different network and then port the number back into Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have and it now works. The problem is that it’s been like this for 3 days. It’s intermittent so will work for a while then stop. Others have had the same issue. Has the fault actually been fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport Why would I restart my modem? It has an active 5 bar connection to both 4 & 5G networks. It’s the network that ain’t working. I don’t reboot my phone every time I go into a tunnel.
