@ThreeUKSupport It’s a huge jump, even Vodafone started the 9th November, would never have taken out if known how much, always sub 2%, means extra £10 a month by second year of contract, that’s a huge jump and it’s punishing those that waited for 12 Max pro, most expensive of iPhones!

@ThreeUKSupport I think it's fixed now. If another Samsung user has issues, for whatever reason getting them to go into Samsung Members app - Get Help - Interactive Checks - automatic checks and also Interactive Checks- Sim Card seemed to get the phone to recognise the sim! X

@ThreeUK why is the network so bad - In London it’s bad and I’m Yorkshire it’s bad. My phone always says it’s got 4G range but apps claim I’ve got no signal. 👀 please fix it.

@ThreeUK maybe your customer service would improve if you used UK based customer service Indian speaking colleague's don't understand a word you say and then customers get annoyed because of the language and then they don't help I have just spent my day to you and complaints
