    @ThreeUK So sick of ur service. Again u have stopped me making calls outside my “limit”, whatever that is.This is after being a loyal 3 customer for 20 yrs & never missing a payment. Also, your coverage has gone from good to awful.U brag about ur new 5G but can’t even deliver it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm hard wired to the router. No WiFi issues here. The router speed fluctuates massively within the same room. During the day my I get latency sometimes over 1second which makes zoom meetings rather difficult and loading web applications pretty painful.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Before lockdowns I went into the stores several times to try and get the app tp work. I've tried deleting, reloading etc etc but it never works. There seems to be a problem specifically with my account.

    Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore
