also @ThreeUKSupport why is the 3 app so broken ! go to top up in there after needing the phone number and password, only to be bunted through to webtop up and phone number and password again. Bring back the old my3 !

@ThreeUKSupport Maybe it is a problem with the phone/SIM. I can't use earphones as I don't have Bluetooth ones and theres no jack for normal ones. I've had the phone and SIM for a couple months now when I changed contract.

@ThreeUKSupport No I received an sms from your services ('From Three') on 06/07 saying work was going on til today 13/07. The internet was indeed not working when I was out. No precisions as to whether this will be deducted from the bill & I can't look at my bill either.
