@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so essentially it sounds like I lose the go roam benefits at the next billing cycle? I would check my 3 account, but in true 3 tradition, my3 is currently down.

@ThreeUK And I STILL can’t get an upgrade sorted, in all my years of being a 3 customer and pre ordering it’s never been this hard 😭

@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate it won't be symmetric, but 5G upload in areas of good reception without huge contention shouldn't be as low as 3 or even sub-1 megabit. I'd expect >=20-30 mbit/sec. Any slower causes noticeable throughout issues, what's the channel allocation like for 5G upload on 3?

Nobody buy a phone from @ThreeUK. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful via phone and via the twitter @ThreeUKSupport. Steer well clear unless you want to be angry, disappointed, frustrated, and annoyed

@ThreeUK Except my 3 signal works about 60% of the time. That's no good for a business. What are my options to leave contract if you can't fulfil your side and provide a data signal every time I leave the house?

@ThreeUK Hey, morons, deleting the tweet where everyone was saying that couldn’t get into your website to order a new iPhone doesn’t fix the problem. Maybe we should all go to @VodafoneUK or one of your other competitors if this is how you deal with customer complaints?
