    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not sure if she has tried a replacement sim, but one of the times she spoke to support they advised her to get her phone checked by samsung. We both got our phones the same time, same phone yet I haven't encountered problems like she has.

    @VodafoneUK losing a loyal customer after 14 years. Offered me 2GB of data a month for £10 and wouldn’t budge. Thought this was a joke so spoke to @ThreeUK who offered a massive 100GB for £12. No brainer!

    @rabiestherat @ThreeUK Oversold services so the network is overcrowded... Look for fixed wireless broadband provider in your area. Digital Scotland website will help.

    @peasmoldia @ThreeUK @O2 That's normal for me - once I'm outside of Eastbourne's environs I get ****-all signal, even if I'm standing directly underneath Heathfield transmitter
