@ThreeUKSupport I find all this strange from 3 as I am a 3 customer too. And whenever I have an issue, it's all sorted. Granted it does come from the Scottish side. So why can't you help my dad and see from circumstances why he allowed his contract to lapse. He can't do this himself

@ThreeUK please can I ask that the fraud team contact me immediately, I have been sent a phone not for me, I am not a three customer (never have been) and now being told that the account WILL NOT be cancelled, also concerned of #GDPR breaches as you should not have my details!!!

@ThreeUKSupport hi - we have a Huawei AI Cube providing us with home broadband without any problems. I was given an Amazon Echo Dot for Christmas and cannot get it to connect to the WiFi. I tried it in a friend’s house and it connected without issue. Any suggestions???

@ThreeUK your customer service is appalling. I've received a letter saying I'm owed a refund! Three phones calls this morning, put on hold, cut off and still no refund! This is why I left Three! I just want it sorted and my money back that you're telling me you owe me!
