    @ThreeUK issue with new phone order and not getting anywhere with the live chat. Was ordered earlier in the week with the “Saturday All Day” extra charge however it turns out it was apparently attempted delivery on Thursday and Friday this week. You aren’t taking any

    @ThreeUKSupport hi i cant seem to het my phone working here in gran caneria i even just bought a 7 pound passport but my plean shpuld include it here, its just keeps saying emergency calls only any ideas ?

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!
