@virginmedia I also love the fact that I have no broadband and you’re telling me to log into something online to fix it. THANK THE LORD for my @ThreeUK mobile phone, else non of the customer service options your bots keep suggesting would be accessible

@WStewartGK @ThreeUKSupport Used to get full signal here, now its 2 bars. 5G has been available for 5 weeks but now its gone. I thought your neck of the woods was covered for 5G?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris it's as soon as I leave home off of my Wi-Fi. I'm in E14 and there is supposed to be 5g. But when we drive out to any area I have little or no signal. So its a problem with my number or connection not the actual areas.

@ThreeUKSupport As professional as he was, it became evident that Three as a network have no intention of fixing the problem. I got offered £5 off a month or I could pay over £300 to buy myself out of the contract! Neither were sufficient & so it seems a deadlock letter is the only option :(

@VoiceBritannia @ThreeUK BT have a system to check for malicious activity, we've used it at home on occasions have you tried asking your service provider to filter ? It sounds really annoying

@ThreeUKSupport The main issue currently is the fact you keep cutting our internet off at 1:55 every day and despite the internet bill being paid 3 times now I’m still sat at my desk not working because communicating with you is like talking to a brick....
