Why is it whenever there's a problem with the @ThreeUK network, when you ring customer support they blame you the customer. 2 days now no Internet, no 4g never mind 5g. Paying for a service im not getting and then have the cheek to say its my fault. When I'm not alone...

@ThreeUKSupport L20 4LQ. Your service status shows as up and running but when I'm not alone in getting no service, its either a super rare case of everyone's phone/sim decided to fail at the exact same time or its the network. Customer support refused to admit there's an issue.
