@ThreeUKSupport hi so I recently ordered a s22 ultra on the Samsung store and selected a three pay monthly contract however a few mins later It said the network declined application I called your support and was told nothing could be done? As I ordered on Samsung store?

@ThreeUK I was told by 2 sales reps that your Home Broadband service supports static IP. I ordered the product and as advised called up to arrange static IP to be told it is not an option? This is a deal breaker for me can it be done as promised?

@ThreeUKSupport can you explain why my son's phones work fine when they run iD network, but we get shocking download speeds and patchy mobile data with 3 in the ML7 area? In 3 years never once had to contact iD, but practically first name basis with 3.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the message Mark,I did get in contact straight away with customer service 7 days ago but haven't herd since.Everything is connected with that number,banks,doctor...I've been out of the country for some time due covid situation so found it difficult to deal from abroad

@ThreeUK why has your service is SA6 become so poor the last few weeks. Its disgraceful that I can't even make a phone call. Receiving texts all the time saying your doing work in the area and the service has gotten worse
