@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with your service? My signal has been on one bar for 3 days now & when phoning people it’s silent/doesn’t go through & if I do get through, it cuts me off! I attempted to listen to music at the gym & that wouldn’t work either on 4/5G 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Please take a look at ref: 30029780 for all the details. For what it’s worth most was finally sorted, but we could not get the final part done (provision of headphones and charger, or AirPods & £265 credit) as the customer relations team were then closed. Can you sort?

@ThreeUK Hi. I have just taken out a 24-month contract on home broadband and have seen that you are doing a 6-month discount of £11pm instead of £22. I am a loyal customer of 3 but at no point was I offered this. Seems very unfair.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm not a client of 3 but I've just been speaking to a friend who is. FIFTEEN days for a business account client to have their main work number put back on after 3 cocked it up in the first place? Where do I point them to make an official complaint? Forget shops
