    Wow. Spending ages on the online chat with @ThreeUK - trying to sort out a problem, and some resulting poor service and they end by trying to upsell to me and my friends? Really? Read the room.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have contacted the team in the August I was told if I cancel it before the contract ending time I have to pay the amount anyways. So I made a request to cancel it once the contract comes to an end. I did not ask for a PAC as it was not mentioned by the agent.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom @actionfrauduk Wish to make formal complaint. Hours spent trying to sort this out. No proper record/log of calls made. Circular conversations with no resolution. Contradictory advice etc.
