@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your reply. But what happens if the connection or service deteriorates after the cooling off period?

  • lisarex Lisa Rex (she/her) (@lisarex) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If I turn off the wi-fi, I see “no internet connection” in my apps, but I still am able to send / receive SMS and calls, so it’s not a SIM issue

  • lisarex Lisa Rex (she/her) (@lisarex) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No 3G or 4G signal in Guildford for the past two nights. It makes getting around town very difficult if you rely on mobile apps to book / pay for transportation

  • nicklowe63 Nick Lowe (@nicklowe63) reported

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Big deal ! Now get the 5G signal to where I live and I’ll sign up for the 5G broadband. Spend some money on your network for a change instead of your advertising and sponsorships

  • IrvineSparrow Irvine sparrow (@IrvineSparrow) reported

@UtilityWarehouse how did you win awards possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have had dealings with @ThreeUK and @virginmedia !

  • robturp Rob Turp (@robturp) reported

2022 and can't make a video call using @ThreeUK as signal is so bad . But least they have real 5g I suppose. Of wait they always ask me to turn on 3g as 5g and 4g don't work .

  • kimmunday21 kimi (@kimmunday21) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - I was able to cancel my contract. Never again. I was with Three for many years then changed for just a year and went back to Three to be treated the same way as previously.

  • craig_lew893 Craig Llewellyn (@craig_lew893) reported

@ThreeUK your service has been absolutely terrible and virtually useless for well over a month now in the Acklam area of Middlesbrough, any reason for this it’s getting very annoying, especially as @SkyBroadband also has useless internet coverage and used to turn my WiFi off.

  • martinwitney Martin Witney (@martinwitney) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ShiversEventing I'm interested in your 4g broadband deal but 24 month contract and reviews are very mixed. What if the connection is poor when I sign up?

  • JanMaff Janis Smith (@JanMaff) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Everything works ok except the internet. It’s telling me I have a good signal but it’s crap, when are you going to sort it? If I go down to the main road to Lochwinnoch I get 5g here it’s shite, when are you goong to dort it or do I have to change provider to get some service?
