    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had a saved voicemail that my dad left me on 16th Feb. He suffered a fatal heart attack on the 23rd Feb & yesterday I went to get the VM recorded but it has gone. Can you please help me get this message back? I felt like he had died all over again...💔

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out
