    I tested with a newer phone and it can just see @ThreeUK 4g, so either the power of the transceivers have been turned down, again, or a hardware failure in the cell tower, again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, done it multiple times the connection an speed get better but then after 1m in or so go down to barely connected

    @ConnectedKerb charger 2519 is having an issue. I started charging fine then @ThreeUK lost data on 4g and the app showed no data. I tethered to another phone but I was getting errors stopping charge, maybe your charge points use @ThreeUK as well. I never had problems with you b4!

    So fed up with @ThreeUK. No visual voicemail, eSIM, Apple Watch support. Poor service, almost always on 3G not 4g and slow speeds

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s unbelievable that you say that you don’t know what the delay is - it incompetence! A company like yours unable to fix a simple problem and send me the letters I need for my insurance. You need to compensate me!

    @ThreeUK you're double charging me on a new contract. I only have 1 device, the online one should have been cancelled by the shop. Can you fix this please. Your chat feature isn't much help.

    @brynwilliams81 @ThreeUK I’m in Cumbria mate, and having the same issues and i can see 2 signal masts! Contracts up soon so gonna be looking round
