    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! Is it possible to change my sim only contract online. It says it’s going to send out a new sim which I don’t want. Tried ringing customer services but they’re unable to help due to technical issues atm! Thanks! :)

    @ThreeUK any idea when your systems will be back on? Since half 9 trying to get a new phone! 2.5 years and the day I want a new phone your systems are down🙄🧐

    @SimmySimzx @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have a look on mobile phones direct, I’m not sure if they have Three but you can order phones from there and new contracts etc on the same network you’re on!

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 so basically im PAYING for their errors what i shd do is cancel the whole thing im on FURLOUGH not certain if ill hve a job 31/1/21 paying for their mistakes is not fair weve been with 3 for 10yrs & treated like c**p

    @ThreeUKSupport I used the link yes. I spoke to 'Peter'. He said there is still no response from warehouse. Also I spoke on the phone to a Raj, said the same. Ongoing since August. Always the same, but my credit rating being affected by missed payments. Been a 3 customer for 12 years or more!

    @ThreeUKSupport Worked first time. So I hope for the loss of ones service for a month that I will be offered a good deal as I might be taking out contract number 5 soon

    Last week I order next day broadband from @ThreeUK. Wedneday no sign, chat with support Thursday, it's top priority and will be here 24 hours. Now a week late, call 3, no option for customer services, finally tell me your systems are down and the operator can't even call me back
