@SiennaGray_13 @RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK If one rang, then no, the tower relayed the signal. Are all the devices the same make and on the same tarriff/carrier network? It could be any number of different issues really, without seeing it all in front of me. I'd contact your mobile provider, see what they say...

@henry_sister @pmphillips @ThreeUKSupport Yep. I (or rather the family) had six phones with them at one point and there was always a problem. We all migrated to another provider and we’re much happier.

@ThreeUK The other network providers on the whole seemed to have provided the alarm to their customers. Seems to me to be your system’s and network that has let your customers down AGAIN. Made in China technology letting you down again?
