    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got the screen shots i was told twice that credit was added to@my account t only to be told it hasn’t. He waisted over twenty minutes of my time ignored me and then tried to pass through to someone else. It’s just shocking why is it it’s never straight forward?

    @ThreeUK tried to upgrade/renew my contract but was told I will be loosing go roam,shocking and wrong let me look for a different network

    @ThreeUKSupport No it’s about some accounts I had with three that I forgot about and it’s about to destroy my credit file. I currently have no income and this is causing me so many issue I can’t cope

    @ThreeUK Please give some sort of shout out/praise/reward to Bashar and the team at Three - Covent Garden who solved all my problems of no phone and broken SIM when I walked in two weeks ago on my way to Heathrow with a flight to Ukraine for work in three hours. Absolute hero's.

    Hey @ThreeUK! Been a loyal customer for 10 years. Now you tell me you are discontinuing my plan and that you will charge me for Go Roam? You couldn’t tell me before October? Not nice!! Very unhappy, will move to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone was stolen on 8th April, I requested proof of usage and blacklisting and received it only today after a week spending on live chats and the phone with your support team. When I received a letter today there was a mistake in date of when my phone last used.
