@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, I found that. A bit hidden away under menu -> account -> login. The login/register link at the top right of the page is misleading though as it only does registration. Could be helpful if the login is possible from a direct link as well.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been waiting almost a month for customer services to get back to me about blacklisting my lost phone. Also took until last week to get a new SIM card. I needed an esim but got a standard one. Do three do esims?

@ThreeUK having issues with my signal that are ongoing for ages now. I’m unable to use my phone like a normal person, regardless whether I’m at home or outside. I move between 3/4 cities daily and I have issues everywhere. It is not worth £80 a month!

@ThreeUKSupport I was offered nothing, like its fine to be experiencing service degradation. He said during the call with him, there were no issues so that to 'try' and 'monitor' for couple of hours. I'm getting tired of the poor service & can see myself jumping ship when the times comes, shame

@ThreeUK How do I login to My3 on your website? I have done this before, but when I go to the My3 page now, it takes my number as if to register than to sign in. Can you link me exactly to your 'sign in' page?

Hey @ThreeUKSupport So what's the problem in PO8 today? Seems to be a regular occurrence. Being able to use data when out and about with your network is very hit and miss.

@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Previously yes. Havnt bothered doing it again cause it doesn’t help. This issue has been on going for better part of 9 months. Essentially I’ve been paying three for a phone that is extremely useful as a paperweight and nothing else. Only reason I’m tweeting now is cause of WiFi
