@ThreeUKSupport worst experience ever today. My phone broke last night, I went to the nearest 3store to get a new one. Waited for 1 hour to be told that the system had changed recently and they could not upgrade. Still no phone and no help offered via customer service. Shocking

@ThreeUKSupport I called and pressed options to get through to cancellations and it told me it was out of hours and you’re closed. Your I then tried another option and got the same. In the end I called back and selected option 4 and the opt for customer service and ended up waiting 40 minutes.

@ThreeUKSupport Consumer pay monthly. I get an error telling me to call 333 and then trying to get a pac code out of your support team is like getting blood from a stone. Still waiting for the 3rd call back to give me my new pac code
