@ThreeUKSupport constant slow speeds of around 2-5 mbps and your live chat keep telling me the same thing. Change network settings ect.. I’m sick of paying £40 a month for slow speeds. It’s advertised as ‘VERY GOOD’ in my area yet my speeds are shockingly slow. HX3 9AN post code

@ThreeUK you should be ashamed of your customer care, over the last 4 weeks I’ve spoken to 4 different so called customer care reps, had 4 promises of a refund of £519 that you owe me for a under warranty repair. I am now forced to take you to the small claims court.

@ThreeUKSupport Being insulted and lied to to get hardly anywhere. Your customer service needs reviewing. I also spent 30 mins on the phone in December on this same issue.

@ThreeUK please stop your call centre in “Scotland” calling me and trying to make me take out another phone or tablet. I said no 20 times and they still keep going, it looks bad on your brand. I was nice but if I get called back it won’t be nice.
