    @VirginMoney I’m with @ThreeUK and have been receiving other messages and using data on their network... I called the helpline and they said they can see the passcodes have been sent but I’m just not getting them 😭 is there any other solution? Via email maybe?

    @ThreeUK Been affected with calls and texts past few days and will probably continue next week as you say doing work in our area for 10 days. Should compensate users for not providing the service paying for
