@ThreeUKSupport I can confirm that the Three network serving the SO14 and surrounding postcodes is not working properly. Almost no 4g service and patchy 3g. This has gone on since last Wednesday. I can 100% confirm this on 3 dissimilar devices. The fault is limited to this area.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. Yes to all your questions. Think it’s time Three either give my money back today or issue me a deadlock letter and we’ll get the ombudsman to sort it all out. Really do have better things to do with my time.

@ThreeUKSupport No not yet. I was asked to reset the APN - this cause signal to reduce to 1 bar and clear history and data. The signal is jumping around and I’m sat stationery.

Hi @ThreeUK Please could you explain to me why you haven’t cancelled a contract that I asked you to cancel three months ago? Well within the 14 days period. Could you also explain why your customer service is so crap? I have phoned 8 times and it still hasn’t been sorted.
