@ThreeUK This is great but I can't even get a 4G/4G+ connection on my device and have been told it is a capacity issue at the Cell Site and there is no fix date. My options are put up with it or terminate my contract really not happy. Please can someone give me a better resolution to this

  • BenEllisCrim Dr Ben Ellis (@BenEllisCrim) reported

@ThreeUK you're increasing my one-month rolling plan by £8 per month and will then increase the price by 4.5% each April? And you decide to do this at the exact time the cost of living is sky-rocketing. Long-time customer, bye bye.

@ThreeUKSupport Beyond ridiculous I have three devices with you a phone a tablet and a home 5g broadband. Not one of them works. Not paying anymore bills then as I’m not getting a service surely you r in breach of your contracts with me and I can cancel at no cost what so ever.

  • Kyylock Mr Hall on Bandcamp (@Kyylock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Order a new s22 ultra before 31st March. Recycle old phone and get £250 when it arrives. Except 11th April my order seemed to be lost. They couldn't send one. But I could cancel that order and reorder meaning I no longer get the £250 deal but still get a phone next day.
