@ThreeUK hi, got a new device & sim card in feb, 6th. Despite spending hours talking to customers service, the sim isn't activated yet. 8 days! Just now I was said again they did another request but don't know when it will be solved. Really? How can that be fixed for god shake?

@virginmedia It been off since Thursday AM. The people at my place use Virgin Media business. I am kinder fed up using up my @ThreeUKSupport 4g signal which is not good at the best of times. Please do sort it out. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport I was just on the chat with you and you said you can’t cancel the account and give me the refund through the webchat so I should call the cancellation team, who also weren’t able to access my account. So literally no one from your team is able to give me my money back

@ThreeUKSupport They initially told me its with the back end team and I'd have it yesterday. A guy told me this morning I'd have it by 11am, and then this afternoon (on the chat) I was told another 24 hours. No issue with it. Just laziness apparently.
