    Hi @ThreeUK - been over a week since I placed my order for contract phone. Received phone the next day but when signing up you said I'd receive my 1st bill within a week. Still haven't got it. I will cancel the dd should it not arrive by tomorrow as want to know what I'm paying.

    @videah_ @ThreeUK £6 per Mb is just insulting. Most phones use 90Mb a day just being switched on. Watching a short clip on twitter and you'd be £500 down the pan. That's a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there Holly, I have the proof from Royal Mail that it was received last week but no confirmation from Fonehouse, as their communication is so poor. But they must have it as I received the PAC code text to transfer out from 3 yesterday

    Over five years as a customer of @ThreeUK and wanted to cancel my contact a month before it was ending and told I had to pay a fee! No question to why I wanted to cancel, truly didn’t care. For now definitely will take my £90 a month bill elsewhere! #disgusting
