@ThreeUK Hi. eNB 8471 (EX11 1LF) status checker has been saying "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" for a while now (since around the end of May I think). Service not unusable but is fairly poor. Do you have any timescale for when this will be improved please?

Hi @ThreeUKSupport the network speed in my area KA169LG has become terrible over the past couple of weeks , almost unusable in the evenings with speeds of 1-2mbps. Your checker says no problem. Tried calling but what a pointless excercise that was. What is going on?
