@ThreeUK absolutely rubbish, security crap. Some one managed to request my pac code and transfer. @ThreeUKSupport wouldn’t offer a temporary sim, data. Security password on my account was removed. Not by me and @ThreeUK allowed this to happen

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Just submitted yet another complaint. Same issue ongoing for 3 weeks, nobody has a clue how to fix it, 15+ chats, 2 store visits, complaints, tweets. Seemingly no closer to it being fixed as ANOTHER new sim yesterday, again no fix. Just the worst service.
