    @ThreeUKSupport from last few weeks I am facing a lot issues with home broadband. Internet connection keeps getting lost and surprisingly I am having three SIM card and internet works fine on cellphone

    First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.

    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
