Today I feel strong and have therefore decided to tackle 'consumer' issues. @ThreeUK is by far the worst and most complex mess to unravel. They have been billing us for years for services that we have repeatedly tried to cancel, but make it impossible to cancel.

@_Hazpilicueta @ThreeUK I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for 12-13years. Never had a problem with them. Ok that was until they started sponsoring Chelsea lol. I’d happily recommend them ( and before the abuse starts I’m probably 18months away from upgrading so not fishing for a deal )

@ThreeUKSupport Then why give users the option to do it from the app... Sounds like a stupid illogical concept. If you put a feature out, it should work. Otherwise, just don't put it in at all..🤦

@ThreeUKSupport Can’t get any signal in my home now I’ve swapped to 3 for my phone. Needed unlimited data so I can hotspot off because my wifi isn’t good.. but it just doesn’t work at all. 1 bar of signal even. I live in Bristol city centre. What’s the best thing to do here?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I took the SIM out and put it back and it seems to work now. Maybe worth adding this to the instructions (though I had tried this before). Unfortunately the signal is still very weak even with the new SIM. I will report the dead zone to three I guess and see ...

@ThreeUKSupport There is no reason for the refund statement to be in small text, pronounced when compared to the other final bill. If customer action is required to get the refund, put it in large type. Please feed these points back. An easy win for @Three customer service by automating refunds
