    missing being with @ThreeUK I changed to @giffgaff but have had no signal for 2 months maybe I should go back to three , anyone else have this issue with giff gaff,had a bad signal with 3 at times but never this bad,giff gaff keep saying a mast being fixed surely not this long

    @ThreeUKSupport Who’s idea was disabling access to My3 portal when a billing hiccup occurs? Also not providing an easy self help route to update payment details? Shocking UX/UI design. Spent almost an hour on chat to fix. Dreadful customer journey experience. Expect better from @ThreeUK tbh.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was hit with this DNS issue, so didn't have internet for a day and a half. It started working again last night, but has now broken again. It's even worse, as I can't even ping IP address (it's just completely non functional). Postcode is B2. Any ideas?

    @ThreeUK @Channel4 NO GO LINGO UNTIL MARTIN DANIELS GETS HIS JOB BACK! Poor soul's hardly got a look-in since his dad snuffed it. The new presenter's rubbish and the very least I'll settle for is someone who's only on TV because their dad's the Great Suprendo.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hmm but I can still buy a sim&buy a router&it will work.I've discovered a postcode that will allow me to buy one now anyway....no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ! I'm going to congest &compromise the network on that frequency then you'll have to develop & expand faster! 📡📶📵👊

    @ThreeUKSupport I get 4G signal loss for up to 30 minutes at a time, several times a week. For up to 2 hours, twice or three times a month. I don't get better signal when I leave the area.
