Anybody know how to get presale ticket codes with @ThreeUK?? I'm going round in circles with the three+ app and usless options on the ivr system. I've been a customer for over 15 years and the one time I want to use a perk it's impossible #disappointing #iwannaseelukecombs

@ThreeUKSupport I tried that, but the chat thing keeps saying there's no operators. I also have anxiety using the phone (use it for sms and internet only), so couldn't call 333. Tried texting 333 but that doesn't work, hence why I'm now here. Surely you checked my ID when I signed up?

Such a shame @ThreeUK was not able to offer as good a deal as @O2 even as a long standing customer. I do appreciate the lengths the advisors went to to try and retain me, unfortunately it wasn’t good enough

@judgesmobile @ThreeUKSupport @Think_London ID Mobile actually uses the 3 network so thats probably why they don't care too much, but out of curiosity, how are you finding ID Mobile? Thinking of switching to them myself from 3.. Its the same network, but cheaper and no roaming charges so seems to make sense 🤷

@ThreeUKSupport There wouldn't be a Next invoice as the member of Customer Relations terminated my contract with immediate effect due to Three not providing the service they had promised in their contract.
