@ThreeUKSupport I phoned numerous times so for a 12 month sim only at £18 pound per month I’ve paid £60 already and they sending out a final bill for £121.39 to clear the contract..and I’ve never used the the SIM card made calls used texts or data it’s a disgrace… I know your trying to help

a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport It’s very hit and miss, I was in Abu Dhabi for 3 days, 2 of which I couldn’t even get mobile data to buy a data passport, or any other website. The 3rd, it started miraculously working but now back in Dubai and same issue as before. It’s never connected to Du, only Etisalat

@ThreeUKSupport Since last night Laura. I watch TV through the Internet and it's unusable atm. It went down around 3am. I live in a block and all the others on three are the same.
