Phoning @ThreeUK trying to sort my phone out and it's like I'm trying to solve a broken rubix cube. How ******** do I speak to someone?!

  • vgoldie Maimai (@vgoldie) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You are shameless. You are not true to your words. I should have not believed you. Never again will get a contract from your network.

  • proustian Kalbir (@proustian) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I topped up my phone on Sunday and the credit doesn't seem to have applied. When I try to log into the website I get an error telling me it's not working right now. Anything you can do to help?

  • _SonOfTheDesert Kaiser Soothsays (@_SonOfTheDesert) reported

Finding out that @VodafoneUK and @ThreeUK are in talks about a merger is a bit like hearing that the men who used to be in #LibertyX and #Hearsay are getting together to form a “super group”. No one remembers them and you are left wondering just how bad it can get.

  • 7alboy ___ (@7alboy) reported

@ThreeUK Hey, Three… You’ve just lost a customer who’s been with you for six years. I’ve had network coverage for most of the last two or three weeks. As a gesture, I think it’s only fair you should agree to forego my final bill.

  • gravycheesecake Matt (@gravycheesecake) reported

@Trottsky85 @ThreeUKSupport Both sites have 100MHz according to network signal guru. I suspect three puts 10Gbit backhaul on london/city sites and gives the rest of us maybe a 1 gig link. I have my suspicions but three will neither confirm nor deny. Don't know what I expected asking here.

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I might not have a signal, but I do have something else--COVID! (I think. I've not tested as I would have to go out to buy a test, and I'm not going out until I'm better.) (I'm not that bad, so don't worry about me. I have the Youngest to look after me.) (And the cats.)
