@ThreeUKSupport I used a sim in a 4g camera, camera will not connect to the internet, checked your service checker and apparently there’s an issue in my area ( Canterbury ,Kent) please can you tell me when this will be sorted.

@ThreeUKSupport trying to top up pay and go as it’s months since I used the sun for mobile broadband. Enter number and email and when it hit password reminder tells me the system is down saying there is tech issues

@ThreeUKSupport The postcode is S20 5ER. I told you multiple times. Your guys said the issue would be solved by 7th Feb. Nothing happened. One guy even wanted to waste my time troubleshoting my 5G hub, which is obviously fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. It seems to be ok now, but phone didn't work very well during that time. Believe there was a fault but had to search for that because it wasn't on the 3 app. Not very good service on there lately. Contract up shortly and we are seriously considering coming away from 3!

Hey @ThreeUK, it's been 15 days since my broadband 5G stopped wrking and was promised a fix by today, but nw told it's delayed till March 2nd. Not happy with the rude customer service either.Can you pl provide an update and bttr service 4 ur paying customers? #CustomerServiceFail

@lucy_anne88 @EE @ThreeUK Took me four calls to cancel mine due to being repeatedly cut off. They said they do call back if it happens but I wasn't convinced. I just kept phoning them back. Terrible service.
