    @ThreeUKSupport No. I have a normal contract. I am getting less than half a meg download and 0.19 meg upload in EH64HN. It's completely unusuable and I cannot work from home using this connection. Can you not just increase the network capacity on the local mast?

    @ThreeUK disgraceful service, I cant use either device at home due to no or a useless signal, why wont you contact me?? this has been going on since September, Im not happy, cancel my contracts ASAP without any penalty, Ive had enough of you after all these years!! shameful !!

    Absolutely shocking service from @ThreeUK Business! 2 weeks waiting for sim & nobody can help me - “Fraser is dealing with this”. NO FRASER IS NOT!! no response to online chat, no phone calls.. this needs resolving now @ThreeUK. My ref is BDB35 I’m losing custom because of you!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and it’s continuing from that....I’ve spoken with Three and they are sending me a replacement SIM as the existing one is possibly not working as it should!!
