    @ThreeUKSupport I am in Italy and roaming is not working. Never had this issue before. This is super annoying and customer service not picking up calls. My work phone with @VodafoneGroup works perfectly fine. Maybe time I switch. Please help

    Sad day as I have just left @ThreeUK after 14 years as a loyal customer. Moving to @O2 as they still offer roaming in the EU at no extra charge! #roamwithO2

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep. Tried that too and it comes up with the following error message - *There seems to be an issue with your account so we can't process your request. Call 333 for more info* I also have tried logging into my account online/app and I can’t reset my password 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport happening every where I go. Everytime I call someone it looses signal or they say I'm breaking up. I can never have a long conversation it's been going on since I took out the SIM plan. If we can't resolve the issue is there a way to cancel my account without paying early fee

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to switch my number form Vodafone to three and on several occasions with different pac codes I keep getting “an unknown error has occurred” on the switch form and I’m getting abit fed up could you please help me resolve this issue.
