@JymFox @ThreeUK I left them for the exact same reason and went to @O2 instead as they are the only ones not reintroducing roaming charges and I fully support that decision 👍

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK You charged my late elderly father £13 EVERY mnth for over 2 years for a service he NEVER used. Wrote & phoned up, and ur rep said all they could do is close account. How you treat the elderly & the bereaved is disgraceful. Didn't even acknowledge letter

@ThreeUKSupport No the complaint wasn't raised on chat, it was raised in a signed and recorded delivery letter. I am more than happy to cut and paste the content of the letter into a Web form, but again, it's a sad reflection that you offer a complaints service but only in certain formats

If they want me to go, so be it. Pay as you Go is NOT a replacement of a SIM only plan, so that's me gone as customer. Especially the automatic move is really poor, but also the move to a ****** package is bad. Very poor customer experience, @ThreeUKSupport

Her host after being lost in the city centre and unable to return home. After asking for the power source she was denied help and was charged for the cable, despite the free charging station being located opposite the store. @threeuk is this how you treat people fleeing war 2/2

@HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK Yea this is real sadly, and three has removed free EU roaming on the new contacts 😞 I think if you had free eu roming on your old contract they cant take it away from you until you cancel your contract but dont quote me on this

Unacceptable behaviour from the manager at @threeuk store in #victoriacentrenottingham. A vulnerable Ukrainian citizen currently staying in the UK under the #HomesforUkraine was refused help & brought to tears while seeking a place where she could charge her phone and contact 1/2
