@ThreeUKSupport My 5G mobile broadband’s been unusable since last Thurs. Your network status webpage had said that work was ongoing + expected to be complete by the weekend. Now it states works is ongoing w/ no planned date for completion. Can you provide any additional insight?

@ThreeUKSupport just realised that after cancelling my contract summer last year you have continued to bill me every month!! And now trying to say I didn’t cancel the contract even though the services were stopped on my dual sim phone!!!

@ThreeUK absolutely rubbish, security crap. Some one managed to request my pac code and transfer. @ThreeUKSupport wouldn’t offer a temporary sim, data. Security password on my account was removed. Not by me and @ThreeUK allowed this to happen

@ThreeUKSupport Regular phone work signal. Terrible if not connected to wifi/broadband. I'll be calling for a refund (again) as it seems multiple days per week with virtually no signal.
