    @ThreeUKSupport I gave you the postcode to start with. CV56UB. I really struggle to get on 4G where I am, so rely on 3G. And that's the problem. 1 bar 4G I can just about get a useable 4-5 Mbps down. 3 to 4 bars of 3G / H+ I get nothing down.

    Called @ThreeUK about my upgrade..... This is the price for the phone you want. Why can I get it £14 cheaper buying online thru 3rd party with yourself. Seems I can do that but 3 won't price match. Go figure. Nothing for loyal customer of yours.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is an existing customer deal £16/m for 12 months but if I move up before my current one ends it is £13/m for the same ?
