    @ThreeUKSupport Also, to be told the deal I am on is more than suitable is slightly unacceptable to be fair. Other companies provide better deals but my preference was to stay with you, as I have always appreciated the service - until now.

    @ThreeUK is by far the worst provider out there these days. 8 years I've been with them now, I chose 3 as my best mate could get signal anywhere. I struggle all the time to get any, especially when others get signal in the same area on EE. Even 5G is useless! So bad.

    Well looks like @ee have lost a long-standing customer. They’re just not competitive anymore and aren’t prepared to offer me a deal anywhere near as good as others on the market. Looks like @ThreeUK or @skyuk will be getting my custom shortly.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t recall you sharing a link with me so no. The main problem I had earlier was that the sim in the myfi ISN’T on a phone. I out it in an old phone and set the roaming on that. But evertime I try to use it abroad I get the admin authentication screen but cannot sign in!

    Hey @ThreeUK - I've had significantly reduced network coverage in my area now for over 2 weeks. You know there's an issue in my area, but that doesn't seem to be helping you fix it? When's it going to get fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Rhiannon. There is a new customer deal for 30gb of data for £8 a month (24 month contract). I am happy with this, but I was told I can’t have this deal because I am on a month by month rolling contract. I was basically told to cancel and then get it, or wait for a while.
