    @UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK It has been great to see how the community have reacted to this and how these folks have shot themselves in the foot reputation wise. Too much of this is spite because a sales pitch failed IMO. The pitch failed because the vendor was talking broken biscuits.

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been given any information on Twitter yet about this issue that’s the problem. I have also contacted Three CEO, COO and Executive Office 🤔🤨 The speeds in the evening are utterly appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport My question is a general one - is the mast in Portishead being upgraded to The Big Network Build project? I’ve been told this is the reason however there is nothing on the network status page.

    @ThreeUKSupport balance of account suddenly dropped. I asked support to send me the numbers called, duration and date/time of calls. Support said relevant team will send me these within 48 hours. Not heard from any team since then.

    @ThreeUKSupport They say they have sorted it, - but they always say that. They refuse to give me any evidence that the issue ever happened or that they have any commitment to resolving it. They give me reference numbers to info THEY hold but won't tell me what that info refers to.
