    @ThreeUK I am so fed up with this extremely poor Broadband. I've complained twice and been told it's a mast being fixed. 3 weeks later there is No improvement. It's like living in the dark ages!! Upload speed of only 3.76mb/s

    When @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.

    Just had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport that’s now over 24hrs our WiFi has been down. Can you provide an update when you expect normal service to resume please ? Old Colwyn, North Wales area
