    @ThreeUKSupport I specifically told the person that sold it to me I was in Spain until autumn. I will reiterate - I was mis sold the contract. On top of this @ThreeUK are not even offering solutions. The worst customer experience I have had.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your data service has become unusable in the last few days. I can barely run a speed test on my internet that I depend on for work, it’s poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport You've had 2 months already, that's why I've gone public with ofcom. You had your chance and your resolution of "well if you're not happy you can cancel" is not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport 14 days, tried to today, was again told that i cannot cancel the add ons and was given a lot of rudeness. Would at least like an explanation

    Why is it almost impossible to just cancel a three contract? @ThreeUK The website is impossible, the call centre keeps trying to sell me shite. All I want to do is completely cancel a dongle I ain't used in years, and get on with my life. Sigh.
