    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    Hey @threeuk, since you’ve teamed up with @Vodafone I thought my service would improve. If anything I get worse signal in places than I did before! What’s going on? Been a customer of yours since 2006, seriously looking at other options right now.

    @ThreeUK I need urgent help. I’m overseas and have purchased a data pack but my service doesn’t work at all. Can’t even call the three customer care number. Can you please assist.

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???
