@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK I’ve been having massive problems with my broadband connection at home (day 3 of nothing). Tried using my iPhone as a WiFi hotspot, but the 4G signal is hopeless - was taking minutes to load even a Twitter post. Maybe there’s a wider issue?

@ThreeUKSupport This one came as a surprise. Not even gift wrapped. 16 years as a customer with 'three'. Now time to look for a supplier who can give me what I pay for. £150 a month can get me service I deserve elsewhere thanks

@ThreeUK I've finally had enough of your awful coverage, loading speeds. Near impossible to call text or surf. This is the last straw, it's time to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry…forgot to make the point in with Voda…hence the wider issue theory.

@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK agreed, but investigation seems beyond @threesupport, who just say "no problems with 5G" each time. Net time its out I'll try a different DNS.

@ThreeUK I’d rather use a tin can and string than support a company that sponsored those plums

@ThreeUKSupport @CarloPhoto71 the reply is: no problem with the 4or5 G signal, which is true! it’s the interest connection carried on it that is often the problem, which you seem to find possible to monitor! ( even your 2nd line indian engineering support can’t ! ) we need a STATUS page for internet )

@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK maybe a problem with the three DNS servers which are often flaky, IP address or via a VPN often get through.
