    @ThreeUKSupport just bought a 3 day data pass to unlock my allowance and it's not working I had to connect to WiFi

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

    @ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

    @ThreeUK What's going on with there being no service in Cambridge today? The chatbot is asking for patience, but I'm running out of it.

    @Jamesefield @ThreeUK the issue is that since then, I ve noticed that jitter was increased. it was already way worse than 02, now they killed it completely.
