Yet more signal problems with @ThreeUK in SS0. By far the crappiest network going with weeks of issues. Never buy home broadband from #threeuk unless you enjoy intermittent access to the net.

@ThreeUKSupport So why sell me a phone, say it will be there the next day when you know it won't be? I don't believe for a second the operator didn't know. 12 years I've been with 3, that's a poor show.

@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service rep and the shop both acknowledge that the phone account isn't mine but couldn't do anything because I couldn't magic the dob from the fraudulent account . You sent my details to a debt collection agency.

@ThreeUK i am not happy with your services in the slightest why do I live in the 2nd biggest city in the uk but can’t even use my phone at home on mobile data but every month your happy to take £80 of me for your terrible service I want some sort of refund or something!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Still not resolved. You have affected my credit rating , you have charged me for a phone I never had since 2016 but won't let me cancel the contract because the date of birth does not match my date of birth.
