@ApsanaBegumMP @EE and @ThreeUK have said they will help those who cannot afford broadband and I’m sure one of the other major phone companies offers SIM card deals for next to nothing with a uncomsumably large data package on it and unlimited calls etc which was brought in awhile back

  • acrossthesevern wrong side of the bridge (@acrossthesevern) reported

@with_donkeyears @ThreeUK @educationgovuk Indeed it is, but it's also funny. You, however, have hijacked a thread on an important topic to talk of your own issues, which interest nobody. Also ill-mannered. But not funny.

  • GavRunsForFun Gav (@GavRunsForFun) reported

@ThreeUKSupport after several nightmare chats I eventually ordered a beer contract as I was told phone would arrive on 30th Dec, days later get an email saying the 4th Jan...still not arrived. Service over the years has got so bad it’s unreal.

  • Spudyulike Anthony B. Peason III (@Spudyulike) reported

@TheDogsDinner2 @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Neither. The answer is that you are wrong. If we were Tories, we would support Starmer. You talk as if there were no alternative to him.

  • jem__babi skinny and pretty jem (@jem__babi) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I want to cancel my contract, as the connection and 4g on is really unreliable and 8/10 times it's not working for me anywhere, I've been trying to get through to customer service for 1 month now to do this too

  • RegisteredHere RegisteredNowhere (@RegisteredHere) reported

@mrmmdepoer @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Yes, including unions and the shut-down CLPs.

  • macrushen Anoushka (@macrushen) reported

@ThreeUK Shocking customer service AGAIN!!! Each call handler says they leave notes about calls...but nobody else can ever see them!

  • lukediver5 Luke (@lukediver5) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I joined Three this week, and I’ve just realised I gave you a STAC instead of a PAC. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? I actually have a PAC from my old network but obviously got confused in the process!

  • PrimaryNetMan Paul Heather (@PrimaryNetMan) reported

Those families needing the most help are more likely to have mobiles on PAYG and not monthly contracts. Well done to @ThreeUK & @SMARTYMobileUK

  • AdamMead93 Adam (@AdamMead93) reported

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk Imagine complaining about a company supporting disadvantaged children who can then continue to learn thanks to there efforts offering a free service 🙄
