    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, I was wondering whether its possible to have 2 numbers on the same contract (temperorary) so that if I decide to move my number to another network, it wouldnt cancel my current three contract.

    @VodafoneGroup told me they overcharged me on my bill and they'd be refunding me the amount owed (half). Now I'm being told they got it wrong and I'm not getting a refund lol. Too bad, I want my money by tonight lads or I'm moving to @ThreeUK

    .@ThreeUKSupport Why do you have to make topping up such an unswervingly horrible experience? Endless 'did you know blah blah blah' before being given the next option. Finally, 'sorry we can't find your account'. How on earth do you manage to stay in business?

    @Cmillar86 @ThreeUK Ordered a phone last night for delivery today only to be told "out of stock" tried to order a diffenwce phone today "out of stock" spoke to customer services and told can deliver around 20th Nov.. Three needs to fix website and there customer services. Timr to change providers

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I got a call to my landline from a mobile that looks like one of those call, hang-up, call-back scams. A reverse lookup on the number lists it as coming from your network, is there an online form I can fill in to report it? Thanks

    @ThreeUK seriously need to get your signal sorted at herriot watt University Edinburgh. A absolute joke of a service constant disconnection and waiting ages for anything too load.

    @ThreeUKSupport It has been going on for weeks can't even get 3g or 4g half the time all I get is H+ and even at that it says full bars but I have to turn airplane mode on or mobile data of for 1 min to reset signal at least 10 times a day

    @ThreeUKSupport Noone on the phone can help me apparently - so I have to go back onto the online chat, which I do not have time for. I will therefore be cancelling my account. Rubbish!
