    @ThreeUKSupport Hello! Last week I completed a PAC form to bring my number to Three and requested Friday 9th Sep as the migration date. I was told I would receive a SMS to confirm my request but never received it. How do I check the number migration is scheduled for the 9th?

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please advise DPD to change the delivery address of my parcel for tomorrow? They will not do it their end. I've waited in 2 days now with no successful delivery. If you can, I will DM you the address. If it's not delivered successfully tomorrow, you can cancel the order.

    @ThreeUKSupport Noticed by chance that you have been charging me DOUBLE what I should have been paying for the past few months. Nothing but trouble ever since I joined 3, at this point I just want out of the contract, service & customer service is useless (3/3)

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, when you say "only those who roam will pay for the service" - your prices haven't been cut. So *all* your customers are still "paying for it", just now *none* of them are getting free roaming.

    @ThreeUKSupport It is just another example of how poor your website is. If there is a problem it takes you back to the start without a word of explanation. How am I supposed to know what the problem is? I am not psychic.
