@ThreeUKSupport I had already ordered one on the 6th but it hadn’t gone through as an upgrade so I had to call to cancel the original order and then place a new order by phone

@ThreeUKSupport I was also told weeks ago that I would have £35 off my next bill because I haven’t been able to use my sim while waiting for the upgrade. Was told it would be automatically taken off my next bill and that never happened.

@ThreeUKSupport Half of the time, there is no agent available to chat. And when you do get to speak to someone, they evade the issue just like you guys are doing here and try to give the client the run around. Enough of these unorthodox practices already!
