@ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to reset my password for a couple of week but every time I do it all I get is my3auth.text.generic.error can you help? I can't access my account. I have tried it on WIFI, ethernet & also using my mobile data via app I clear cookies & data as well.

@ThreeUK @TCLMobileGlobal Lol... 5g. I live within 1km of bradfords maternity ward and main hospital. But yet there is no 5g anywhere near there or me. Fix that then I'll upgrade.

I want to make a complaint to @ThreeUK but I know that their customer service team is from a call centre and I did that job once and I was the most useless call agent in existence and I don't think I could bare speaking to another robot like me oh my lord (ps I respect
