I can't use @ThreeUK to browse their Web page or any other page I can't use @ThreeUK to call their customer care.. Globacum in Nigeria is better .. so painful I got a 2 year contract... Please @ThreeUK can I return the sim .. I don't need a refund ... worst network ever...

@ThreeUKSupport I thought I had resolved a mobile hub broadband issue with customer relations but customers services are just not carrying it out. I’ve spoken to 6 different people been on the phone 90+ minutes. All noted on my account. All 3 contracts are with online services.

@ThreeUKSupport Have to pay to cut out of your contract. Totally unacceptable and now total silence. No follow up today despite tweeting the problems we have had over the weekend and this morning. We wish we hadn’t chosen Three UK for our internet service. Worst decision we made.
