@ThreeUKSupport Train staff to solve issues when customers contact them not insult/patronise with insincere apologies, everytime I call they have a different excuse for making my life a misery. can I be released from my contract please I hate having to communicate with your incompetent staff

@ThreeUK Hi, Your complaints team yesterday gave me a direct number to get back to them, which simply goes to the normal three service, I have no mobile boradband and have been vaugely told there is work in my are, the three coverage checker STILL does not show this.

@MeanTeam @EE Be interesting to see what @ThreeUK want when mine's up for renewal. Haven't had any issues with them tbf. Stayed because free data abroad, but that's going in May iirc.

@ThreeUK Never in all my life have I found a company that makes it so difficult for me to give you my money. Topping up PAYG is a nightmare, why is there no option to automatically top up every month? Why must I use your **** app which doesn't work on my phone or browser?

@ThreeUKSupport The app constantly asks me to input details it should remember like my address, number and card details. But the main issue is when I click continue it simply does not respond, it seems to fail to load the captcha check. I completed topup by using a different web browser.
