I have been told by a customer service that it was received on the 15th day and the system automatically generated a £10 pound bill but I didnt need to pay it. I am receiving constant texts.

It been a year of on and off to be told its planned works. Come on this isn't good enough. I can't judge what's happening and when it's planned because your site always says it.

VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.
