    And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me ยฃ9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we wonโ€™t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

    @ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Doesnโ€™t sound right. I was with three for 5 years whilst abroad. Now Iโ€™m with EE and no issues.
