Dr Louise Robson (she/her) (@Louisescicomm) reported@ThreeUKSupport I rang last week, the person stated the account had been transfered to her. Given a code to use. Daughter rang and used the code. Then told technical issue. Yesterday told everything sorted and number would transfer to her new 3 account. Number disabled.

The signal at home is particularly appalling and I regularly lose my connection to whoever I'm talking to. 3 were never like this but I now can't wait for my contract to finish.
