    Hi @ThreeUKSupport. A few weeks ago a newly fitted 5G mast behind my house was activated resulting in fantastic signal, meaning i could actually use my phone properly, hurrah! But as of last night it now seems to now be inactive resulting in next to no reception. NG183JJ, thx

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried topping up on the app a number of times but I've been waiting to connect, looks like it's in a loop or something. Tried in the website and it worked there, I was able to top up. Not sure if there's still an issue with the app.

    @Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK Nonsense. You can't cancel because of a small technical fault. If it lasted weeks/days maybe a a stronger argument, but a single fault does not mean anything of the sort.
