@ThreeUKSupport i rang 4 times the first time i got double charged because the customer service was so **** they wouldn’t even understand the fact that i was double charged and kept telling me i was wrong until the fourth person managed to realise and refund me. i was literally even hung up on

@ThreeUKSupport To be totally honest I can’t remember, I didn’t need the number or anything I just wanted to cancel the contract as it was up, I’m pretty sure I done it on the app, then I got a letter saying it hasn’t been cancelled and I owe £30
