@ThreeUKSupport Hi, having some trouble. Got a new SIM only contract from you to replace PAYG from you. Filled out the form to transfer the original number across. The old SIM has stopped working but the new one still has the new number. It's been over 48hrs now. Help!

@ThreeUKSupport Laura the investigation is between you and DPD as I did not accept the phone! I’m now left with a faulty phone. You rather cancel my contract with no charges or send me a new phone immediately. I’m being penalised for a mistake DPD has made.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having constant issues and would like my account cancelled, I have been on to three AGAIN this afternoon, after 34 mins of being passed around departments the signal dropped yet again meaning the call cancelled.

@ThreeUK How about actually providing the service which people pay for? Like a stable working 4G network that doesn't drop out every 2mins or is so slow you can't even listen to an Internet radio station without it buffering!! & that's in an area with Excellent coverage!
