@ThreeUKSupport I requested my PAC and gave it to my new provider @virginmedia. They’ve told me my contract with you ends only once my number transfers on 23rd March, even though I stopped using your service on 19th and requested cancellation on 20th? No-one mentioned 30 days notice.
