    Hey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
