    @ThreeUKSupport my home broadband has stopped working, noone can help on the chat and I'm 40 minutes plus on the call queue and noone is picking up. This is just ridiculous. Quick to sign up but ages to speak to someone. What am I supposed to do?

    @ThreeUK I’ve been a customer for 10 years,my signal is pretty bad,some apps I can’t open them if I’m not on wifi,I wanna end up my contract with no paying penalty,I think is fair

    @ThreeUKSupport no data on my phone. No data on my home broadband. Nothing to do with my post code, you guys are obviously having some sort of outage and won’t admit it for whatever reason. Can you please just tell us what is going on?
