@ThreeUKSupport Well done @ThreeUK instead of contacting me about sorting out the £90 you have taking out of my account after I ended my contract. You contacting CRS about collecting the £15 I owe you. #complaint #nothappy #moneystealing

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been calli by this number since June and every time I think it’s been resolved I am proved wrong. I was never issued an early termination bill (I actually wanted the bill so that the new supplier could pay it) instead you continued to take my direct debit for 2 months

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I recently bought a co text with phone through Fonehouse and wasn’t happy so returned to Fonehouse well within 14 days to cancel. Now 3 have sent me Pac code and a “final bill” to cancel my contract of £640. What has happened?

@NadineDorries can you help many of us affected be @ThreeUK’s decision to end their “home signal box” which helps those in poor signal/rural areas to have mobile reception. I wrote to my MP previously when masts were switched off and nothing was done. Removing this levels down!

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried that but I still get no service from walthamstow all the way to Stratford then it picks up the network again I think a few of your masts are down

Over five years as a customer of @ThreeUK and wanted to cancel my contact a month before it was ending and told I had to pay a fee! No question to why I wanted to cancel, truly didn’t care. For now definitely will take my £90 a month bill elsewhere! #disgusting

@ThreeUKSupport I've been a Three customer for almost 10 years. I've never had this issue before. It's not my cache that's the problem, it's your website. I've tried logging in on Safari (the browser I regularly use) as well as on Google Chrome and Firefox. It's not working on any of them.
