    @ThreeUKSupport your technical team can't resolve the issue and say talk to cancellations, we keep going in circles and get zero help from you whatsoever whilst you keep charging us, its infuriating. How can you justify charging us for something that doesn't work properly?!

    @ThreeUK @SamsungMobile Are your 5G broadband packages really/truly UNLIMITED and won’t cap at 30GB? No hidden charges/gimmicks? Paying almost £70 on @virginmedia esp. w/ a price increase is starting to feel ridiculous now. We never use landlines/watch TV anyway since we have 3mobile/Netflix/Disney+ 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm sorry? YOUR DISAPPOINTED???! Is that a joke?! 'You'll recieve your new SIM in 1-2 working days' & surprise, it NEVER arrives!! That is all I EVER get, no other 'advice' has ever even been offered to me AT ALL. I have been a customer for a decade & you treat me like garbage!!

    @ThreeUKSupport been overcharged for my contract the last 3 months, despite me raising this issue several times and always being promised a solution that has always failed to materialise. Mysteriously im now not being connected on live chats. I wonder why...Sort it out.
