    @ThreeUK After being a loyal customer for 12 years , Three Mobile cheats with me that’s the return you get for being Loyal , they are happy to loose a customer after all … Fraud company and the impression is like we don’t care you go or stay … such a shame

    @ThreeUK @ParamountPlusUK I am waiting patiently for 11 days and counting for all these technical issues to be resolved. Spent over 12 hours just on chat alone chasing on updates. Each time I need to go through 3 or 4 agents, repeating myself before speaking to someone with 'authority'.

    @ThreeUK @ParamountPlusUK pity no-one took ownership and understood the geographic differences, can't help but think if I were a contract client it would have been handled better? Awarding me goodwill gesture credit is pointless if I cannot make basic calls, text... Rant over.
