    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like £25pm for 100Mbps

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     Breaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G don’t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please explain why your signal is rubbish in TN33 0XX it was so good but now it’s awful. I pay for a service. If you can’t deliver I will cancel my contract and go elsewhere

    @ThreeUK have the worst customer support team. All i want to do is pay them yet I have been talking with them via the app for 45 minutes. surely it can’t be that difficult….

    @ThreeUK according to @CommunityFibre the problem of my iPhone 15 having problems with wifi calling being unreliable is a problem on your side. can you confirm what you are doing to resolve the issue?

    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.
