    So I've got a SIM card, activated it, paid a tenner to try it, checked and the payment's gone through BUT, I don't have any service. #giffgaff is as 💩 as @ThreeUK. Don't these 💩 company's want any custom. Off into town tomorrow to talk to a human at #02

    @ThreeUK Having issues with 5G broadband sim. No connection for past 30 mins. I've seen other messages that there are problems, but they seemed to be in the South, I'm in Leeds / Bradford area, any known issues?

    @ThreeUKSupport my home broadband has stopped working, noone can help on the chat and I'm 40 minutes plus on the call queue and noone is picking up. This is just ridiculous. Quick to sign up but ages to speak to someone. What am I supposed to do?
