    @ThreeUKSupport due to the past 2 days of unable to call/receive calls are we going to be offered a discount on our bills? Missing extremely important calls due to your service is unacceptable. Surly you wouldn’t pay for something which doesn’t work?

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently there’s a notice period to cancel today, which is pretty unacceptable, given that we’ve already paid you for a year to not use our account.
