@ThreeUKSupport It’s appalling though as it has taken around 10 phone calls by me to realise that the cancellation fee was the issue. Plus my investigations to find out expiry date of contract vs cancellation date. Surely the person who processed the first refund request should have noticed.

Today it transpired that @ThreeUK processed my complaint wrong in February meaning my two refunds requests have both been rejected... twice. Each of my calls to Three today have resulted in the call mysteriously dropping off whilst on hold #customerservice #watchdog

@ThreeUK are an awful awful company with data security breaches all over their company and are unwilling to assist my sister in cancelling a fraud on her account even insisting on sending debt collection to "sort it". Pleas e retweet and can anyone please assist us?
