@ThreeUKSupport I was told to find a network that did not cut 5/6 calls & that exchanged emails without a 400 m cycle ride & then they would provide a PAC code to transfer my number & cease my contract without penalties from that date. Chat , for 1hour denied this & insisted on 1year payment.

@shreypuranik @ThreeUKSupport The advice is bloody poor though, it's a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Resetting the entire phone and its contents and set up should be absolutely be considered to be the final x10 thing to do.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't see how that solves my issue at all. I'm fully aware of your open hours for calls. I work nights, so it's very very hard for me to get those hours free without breaking in to my sleep. Do you have a different way I can contact you at anytime?
