    Proper miffed, I got a #OnePlust 9 pro on @ThreeUK a few months ago and had nothing but trouble with both the phone and the network. Three's network is spotty as anything, even with alleged 5g its unreliable, and the phone just, ugh. But I'm now stuck in a contract :( boo

    @ThreeUK I was supposed to collect my iPhone 13 pro max today ? But still no email about the delivery or nothing about nothing ? Called customer service they don’t know when it will arrive. So why was I told that today would be available to pick up when out .

    @ThreeUKSupport It is. Can’t get online to my3 becatse it’s down abs has been for a while. I’ve rang twice and got two different answers. One said it was sent in error. The next call handler says yes it’s been sent just in case. Chuck it if your current sim works.

    @ThreeUKSupport How can you promise 'next day delivery if you order before 8pm' and then tell me it's not coming until Monday now because my order wasn't processed until today?? Your service is SO awful.

    @ThreeUK my home area keeps dropping out of coverage continuously. Really bad had message but it’s every month. Not good enough

    I need to leave @ThreeUK Literally 98% of the places I go, I have no signal. Even when it shows 3 bars of 4G... NOTHING loads :')
