Sigh. The problem with having @ThreeUK 5G home internet and @SMARTYMobileUK on my phone is that when the 5G signal goes down I’m stuffed 😭 (They use the same network).

Thank you for lying to me about refund @ThreeUK first im told 1-3 working days, then I'm told 14 days... its now 16 days after the refund was supposed to be issued... so now you've completed fuxked the next 2 weeks budget for me... oh what a **** birthday this is going to be...

@ThreeUKSupport worst customer service ever! 4 weeks later, 3 visits to an Apple shop and still no refund from 3 as the backend team says No. Apple had no service replacement iPad available, so I am £1449 out of pocket and @threeuk could not care less.

@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.
