I feel I was tricked into signing up for a further 24 month contract which is not suitable to my needs. I have partially resolved this issue via a live chat complaint in that I am no longer stuck in that contract and will, sadly, no longer be a @ThreeUK customer

Lost my phone on 04 November 2022. Now because of problem in sending activity report to my mail by three team. @Squaretrade insurance has rejected my claim. Till I have received my activity report they have rejected my claim. @ThreeUK :-2/3
