@ThreeUKSupport 2/ The only devices in use were one tablet and one laptop. No practical solutions were suggested, just telling us how much money we have to pay to cancel the contract, which is the same as not cancelling it. Nothing about account credits, network problems, anything.

@ThreeUKSupport @nosiniddy Would've been nice to receive a text or a notification of some kind regarding the issues you're having rather than finding it myself on social media? Compensation isn't good enough in my opinion. Poor customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport 1/ My wife rang your support who basically insinuated we are lying. They said that hitting 10Mb means we have a great connection speed and they blamed it on us having 16 devices connected (4 are Amazon Alexa largely dormant) others are phones connected but not in use.

Excuse me @ThreeUKSupport, not really a fan of multiple unknown people calling me saying I have called them when I never ever use the call function. Sooo what gives? And when I do try and call and chat with @ThreeUK no answer? Soooo what’s up? Help? Thanks
