    @ThreeUKSupport Went back to 3 store whose reply was "go online, if that don't solve it then go to Ofcom" Went online help who told me bluntly to go back to 3 store. Went back there and store manager resolved some of issue but money still being taken from my account, so much for customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport If callback isn't possible why was i promised one? Your explanation "we are only human after all" is not accepted when my name is clearly visible on the tweet. You either can't read properly or take absolutely no notice. Formal complaint will be made.

    @ThreeUKSupport no internet on home broadband or smarty sim. Raised a complaint and spoke to CS who say investigation takes 7 days. Checker now showing issue in area. Absolutely no internet at home and calls dropping.

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely nothing.....said wait for the fix.....which could take weeks. It is affecting 3 phones on my account so I have pac codes for all 3 phones. Sunil advised to just change suppliers. I should be getting 6 months compensation, but I was offered 1.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Joe. The intermittent issue has been ongoing for 12 months. I rang 3 times last week, finally speaking to 'sunil' in 2nd line who said after 2 hour long calls it couldn't be fixed
