@ThreeUKSupport I submitted the cancellation via the app. App said cancellation was good. Now my account is active and I’m being charged. Customer service will not cancel the charges because of the STAC code that I did not need and cannot use.

@ThreeUK What's going on in Glasgow? Calls aren't connecting most of the time and I just had a random person phone saying they had a missed call from me which never happened? Luckily she was nice about it but come on, sort whatever is happening please!
