@ThreeUK customer service is just terrible. I just watched someone get bounced around to multiple people, none of whom took the time to actually understand their problem and none of whom took any steps to solve it, instead lying to their face and trying to sell more products.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport absolute shambles of a network “exhausting” a contract at their own accord without any authorisation. Think a change of provider is on the cards…

@ThreeUK Do NOT switch to Three Business. I made the mistake of switching in January and six months later the billing is still not correct and does not agree with the appalling @SalesforceUK customer portal. Do NOT switch to Three Business.

@ThreeUKSupport I've requested a spend cap for when I go away and you keep texting me saying it's £0 - I understand this is something to do with the credit limit on the account but there's no issue with this? It means I can't use my phone abroad!

@Lovett3Doug thanks for the tip but I'm well aware of options, @ThreeUK is the only usable network at the location where that SIM is used. (btw Scancom do those EE 03/24 SIMs for just under 200)

@sthen_ @ThreeUK It's holidays season mate, if you live in an area that has summer visitors like I do. More people using the network than usual. They always use the excuse that work is being carried out, but if like me you drive past your local mast.....there's nobody working on anything.
