@ThreeUK my wife and I have a VERY serious issue to rectify with a fraudulent three account in my wife's name. Is there a department aside the usual CSA merry go round of computer led fixes?? We are willing to help get this issue resolved but have so far got nowhere

@VodafoneUK Ok no problem I was just wondering at all as I am new to Vodafone as I was using the an @ThreeUK network before hand but the 4g speeds are far better on your network in my area on the unlimited max plan. Hopefully I don’t have to call up. Keep up the good work 👍

@ThreeUKSupport So you just thought you'd completely ignore the bit about my Mum being on 3? Your network? Also "Smarty is a different company", no, they're not, they're listed as Hutchison, which is the parent company of 3, so it's 3 under a different name! I wasn't born yesterday!
