@ThreeUKSupport I think that is correct, yes. I've been out of the UK for about 10 days. I don't think it's connected even once. I've turned off data roaming, so hadn't noticed till I tried to register for something which sent me a text which never arrived. Calls from UK going straight to VM

Hey there @ThreeUKSupport I'm out of the country (UAE) and my SIM isn't registered, so no service. I cannot login to the Three app as despite setting up biometric it's still asking me for a password that I cannot remember. I can't use forgotten password as it's broken. Help?

@ThreeUKSupport Also no fair for me to keep paying for the full 3 deal when I do not have a core part of deal. Customer services said the TV itself was 'free' and I need to keep paying. l I would not have taken a deal out with 3 had I known the 'free' item would not turn up, and then go missing

@ThreeUKSupport Yes all paid on time. I kept chasing 3 on the whereabouts of the TV. Only today has someone told me the TV has been 'delivered'. Surely you should tell a customer they are about to receive a £400 item? and confirm the delivery date with them? I am worried it went to wrong place
