@8CW @ThreeUKSupport Three seems to be under-resourced in the UK. Some industry insiders are surprised it works at all. At least it could make more of an effort to keep users updated during an outage.

@ThreeUK users. Dial 333. It has a specific menu choice to cancel your contract due to yesterday's 15-hour total service outage. I've was holding on this option for half an hour so far. Then they pretended they culdn't hear me and hung up!
