    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled a broadband plan within the 14 allowed days as the speed was shocking and sent the router back within 2 days of receiving it, yet I'm still being chased by you cowboys for payment that isn't due! Utterly awful company

    @ThreeUKSupport Next problem: why is it so difficult to contact anyone at Three? Web support out of action. No phone numbers to call. Chat support is completely useless. Chats not even available for download. No customer service here at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had to go without an Apple Watch which I’ve wanted for years now and still have to have 2 selerate phones because of your out of date inadequate service😡and you just continue to tell lie after lie.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. The call checker website has been broken for a while though. Anything you can do to raise awareness internally? It works for all selections in the dropdown but for "any other pay-monthly SIM plan (after 15/07/14)" I always get "No results found"
