    @ThreeUKSupport At one point during my chat today I was offered a £51 refund, but then a subsequent customer service representative said I couldn't have it when I questioned the deduction of the termination fee.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s done this the whole time I’ve been with you, it never goes above 2 bars where ever I go I pay for unlimited data and unfortunately I don’t have internet access at the moment and have been using it a lot more. Causing this to be more of an issue
