    @ThreeUk @ThreeUKSupport We've had rubbish internet/phone signal (often NONE) since before Christmas. Website has been saying there is an engineer on site fixing it for weeks. NOT getting what we pay for. Home working is almost impossible. BT31. When will this be fixed?

    @ThreeUK How can your customer service be so abysmal that you can't even confirm a delivery date of an iPhone 12 Pro. I've been waiting for over two months and was told 3 times it would be delivered today. And now radio silence. Make it make sense.

    @ThreeUK My father died nearly two months ago. I have contacted yourselves time and time again to get his mobile broadband changed into my mother's name. I have been told time and time again someone would call me. customer service I have received since my dad died is disgusting

    On the phone to @ThreeUK again... Terrible customer service... Zero customer care or listening skills. Initially spoke to billings department as they are still charging me for a phone I never received. The fone I ordered was lost/stolen then didn't have it in stock hence

    Well, @ThreeUK broadband is pretty ****, ngl. Constant downtime. Unreliable speeds. Sudden drops. Won't be renewing this, I'd rather have pathetically slow @SkyHelpTeam that works consistently.
