    @ThreeUKSupport hi there, your coverage checker says I will get 5G at my home address but your website won’t let me order a 5G home hub. Can I order one somehow? Happy if I only get 4G but would rather have a 5G device for when your 5G network does reach us…

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I read that 3 will be closing its 3G service soon. I have a 4G mifi device that I set up to be 3G instead because the 4G service was terrible at the time. Will it automatically change back to 4G or do I have to change it back manually?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can’t believe the very poor customer service and can’t understand what customer relations want to do! 3 contracts I have with Three and just feel like cancelling the lot! Unbelievable lack of customer support.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is shocking, I have complained several times and all they tell me is to change my network settings and that doesn't help at all. I don't know why I am paying for my plan when I have to ask people to hotspot me most of the times if I'm not on wifi😩

    @ThreeUKSupport No, the network is abysmal where I live. The mast we normally pick up (Whitchurch Road) is being replaced but it's not 5G enabled so this is the other one (Hortonwood). I don't even phone up any more, the script says there's no problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport I thought I had resolved a mobile hub broadband issue with customer relations but customers services are just not carrying it out. I’ve spoken to 6 different people been on the phone 90+ minutes. All noted on my account. All 3 contracts are with online services.

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport - the 4G signal in the B67 5DP is really dreadful. Any idea if there is a problem?
