  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @djbaow Holly, why would you need a postcode when Three have already admitted the service long-term broken in London, and that info is deliberately withheld to mitigate against bad PR? Have you people no shame at all? STOP LYING.

  • MrCrembo Steve Crem (@MrCrembo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Newly two weeks now @ThreeUK without data. Told would be sorted by now And just to get on with it. What an extremely poor service..

  • lilycrimson Tara.... (@lilycrimson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Today after my domestic abuse support worker tried contacting me!

  • dudeguy11333 James (@dudeguy11333) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Does Three have any support for video calling directly through the network?

  • nffc1969 nffc1969 (@nffc1969) reported

Another week and another appalling service from @ThreeUK safari can’t open can’t send emails as for making calls lol no bloody signal 3G 4G 5G roll on April then I can change to a more reliable service provider

  • tainton_m M Tainton (@tainton_m) reported

@ThreeUK Best service I've ever got to use on mobile, better than the rest of mobile phone services.

  • tim_shipp Tim Shipp (@tim_shipp) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ah, that's disappointing. So much for having it as an emergency phone (not police etc), would have been nice to receive a text a week or so in advance notifying me to give the opportunity if keeping it active.

  • Philbig83 Phil 🇪🇺🇫🇷🇬🇧🇪🇸🇸🇪 (@Philbig83) reported

@DZL_2004 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK My son uses ID Mobile which runs on the Three network and I use O2. I lost track of the numbers of times Three put O2 to shame. It’s not even funny. For info, O2 and Vodafone share the same masts.

  • tim_shipp Tim Shipp (@tim_shipp) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's a PAYG. Hadn't been used for a while but it would have had some credit on the account. I can't login to mythree to check because sometime since I last used mythree you've added an email address.... I'm sure it used to be just number and password.

  • rspiano CEO of Rick Simpson (@rspiano) reported

@ThreeUK for the last few months signal has been appalling. Doesn’t matter whether I’m in central London or out in the sticks, I have to keep switching between 3 and 4G just to try and get anywhere. Often neither work. Please sort it out.
