The advice from @ThreeUKSupport when I rang them earlier to enquire about the text issue was to reset my phone to factory settings. I didn’t do this. Now they have acknowledged the issue is on their end but nothing has been posted. Hopefully fixed soon but this is very poor!

@zece7 @ThreeUK Tons of problems. My biggest one is if I go into any City Centre I might as well turn my phone off as the signal disappears. Three’s response is always to tell me they have one of the best networks...
