@ThreeUKSupport I am unable to contact your customer service through your published contact platforms. Is it possible you could sort out contact between us to sort out the issues on my mobile phone account ?

  • deanuz Dean (@deanuz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Oh you didn't help! :D every time I call up you tell me there is maintenance in the area, been like since I had the contract. I have to reset it way too often. I now disconnect 6/7 times a day, not ideal when you are using remote desktop for work. Finding somewhere new now.

@ThreeUKSupport hello, I have a 5G hub with Three which has been working quite well since I started with it 5 months ago. However, it's been 1 week since it became terrible. No more 5G network, only a very weak 4G signal. Help please

  • Steven1Mc Steven (@Steven1Mc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Pass my number over to the complains team and ask them to look at the notes and fix the problem. It's very easy.

  • Steven1Mc Steven (@Steven1Mc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I'm not doing it! I've already had multiple conversations with 3 and you still persist to not rectify the issue. My next step is a complaint to @Ofcom if you are unable to make your company stop contacting me

  • Lally55414210 Lally (@Lally55414210) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I would live to chat to someone about sorting out my problems. But, web chat doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

  • SeanToman2 Sean Toman (@SeanToman2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We haven’t misunderstood, a member of your technical support team said that she could swap her phone for an iPhone that is more per month. The fact it took 6 hours on the phone of your team telling her she could change and then back tracking is disgraceful.

  • AhmadHiabah Hiabah Ahmad (@AhmadHiabah) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve had issue with Three for a while now! I’ve been with three for 4 years now. Recently we discovered a phone number has been in use for a year which we don’t recall taking out. The number has no history of being in use. Solve this for me

  • wendy4k Wends (@wendy4k) reported

@ThreeUKSupport rang yesterday to speak to an advisor but was told experiencing technical issues. Has this now been resolved as still need to speak to an advisor?

  • RABAMBER R Bamber (@RABAMBER) reported

@ThreeUK Why can we never change our passwords online? We always get taken through the prompts, get a link via email and then get the ‘my3auth.text.generic.error’. This happened the other month also....
