@ThreeUKSupport You haven’t addressed my point. 4G service is still poor. If it was supposed to be fixed this morning it doesn’t appear to be. if it takes till 1st Feb I can’t use the service I am paying for. You didn’t notify me of this maintenance and haven’t told me why. Day 3 of no internet.

@ThreeUKSupport I am thinking of getting the home broadband soon. Is the 5G router locked to the Three network? Also is the SIM card for the broadband - can that be used in a phone or an IPad if I wanted to use the data on the go? And in a phone can it make calls?

@emmadotcom @ThreeUK When I tested the speed at yours I got between 4 and 8mbps down and a big fat zero upload. Not great. May not be sufficient for streaming video

We got a free 4k TV for getting broadband with @ThreeUK a few months back, what they failed to mention in the advert is that the connection is so so so poor we'll never actually see what 4k TV looks like.

@ThreeUKSupport Had the same message with trying different card. Called & spoke to another gentleman who was again beyond polite and helpful but couldn't do anything his end so we decided I tried vouchers which I've just bought and I've manged to top up. Thank you for all your help. ☺🙏✨
