    @DanBron @ThreeUKSupport Silence. Bet they won't be silent when customers start leaving in thousands. Without #goroam they are just an an average phone network with the worst customer service. People stay with them due to #goroam and that's all changed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I'm trying to cancel my contract due to poor signal but can't get through on the phone (due to the signal). Is there a email or someone else who can help me with this? I was expecting a call back but never received one (probably due to the signal too).

    @ThreeUK @XiaomiUK All I wanted to do was buy a new phone. And your customer care staff overseas got everything wrong at every possible turn. And your in-store staff couldn’t do a single thing. Shame on you.

Last time I checked I was paying you guys for the phone. Customer service was happy to leave me not satisfied
