    @ThreeUKSupport So last night you call saying the week-long problem is fixed, "Call if you still have a problem tomorrow." Guess what? I call, I'm told today's problem is identical to last Saturday's problem, but is a new problem. "We can't say when it will be fixed" #GroundhogDay

    @ThreeUKSupport I switched WiFi off so purely the network connection. It finally started working after 15 mins and had this problem once before. It's annoying as you may be able to appreciate but if this keeps happening then I may have to end my ten year use of your network.

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay #ThreeUK for unlimited data. Recently my data has been at best limited, at worst, non existent. Will I be refunded?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have connection issues which have been going on some time now, tech called to try and resolve the issue, but advisor was very unhelpful, passed to complaints dept who were to be honest insulting, so decided after 14 years enough is enough.

    Lovely conversation with the @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport supposed technical team, just to say thanks to them and your complaints team this 14 year customer with 7 accounts is happy to pay the £3,400 to early terminate their accounts this afternoon. Shocking service.

    Can someone please explain to me why I pay £20 a month to @ThreeUK for 4G that NEVER works in my house! 😤 EH48 area, ever since you had planned works on the 4th my 4G has not worked. Planned maintenance and you’ve made it worse!

    @ThreeUKSupport Tracking said held at local depot. Rang DOD who said they were returning phones to you. Your online support said they were still en route to you - this is 4 days later!
