@ThreeUKSupport Its to do with YOUR network, NOT the placement of the router or if im using a wired or wireless connection. I keep getting disconnects and this is now happening too frequently for the service to be enjoyable.

I can 100% confirm @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is the WORST broadband company in UK, ****** internet (8 mbs in 2022, slower than my first broadband 15 years ago) and poor customer service, they only give me poor excuses (a different one each time), NEVER get this ****** company.

@ThreeUKSupport Same links same responses. This is going in circles. I have made my position clear. If you are going to respond by sending me links to a service that threatened to suspend my service because I wouldn't take a bribe then I think there is nothing left to be said betwn us. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport DM send, thanks Fraser. My contract is due to expire in January and I don’t really want the hassle of having to change providers as you guys are otherwise great, but this issue is incredibly frustrating; nothing loads or works 😵💫
