@ThreeUK thanks for making my car breakdown saga infinitely worse with your appalling signal in the CH1 area. I've been hung up on multiple times over the last 5.5 hours because people can't hear me

@ThreeUKSupport Well the first time around I was told it was SIM card/handset. I used another handset & latency issue occurred. Just got off the phone to Three & said you're doing work in my area. When I turned 4g I don't think I experienced issues but I got fed having to toggle between.

@ThreeUKSupport Never have signal. Spoke to every firm of customer “support” and still just get fobbed off. Been with three for years… but it’s not worth it

@ThreeUK having issues with my signal that are ongoing for ages now. I’m unable to use my phone like a normal person, regardless whether I’m at home or outside. I move between 3/4 cities daily and I have issues everywhere. It is not worth £80 a month!

@sparkyuk11 @ThreeUKSupport I've had the exact same issue for the past year. Three insisted a new SIM card would cure it which didn't. They also suggested other things like turning off 4g on the phone?!? I mean why should I, either fix the issue or discount my bill. Good luck mate

@ThreeUK how do I cancel my 30 day rolling 4g home WiFi? I have no idea what the phone number is associated with the sim so I cannot complete the online form to request cancellation without the fear of my main mobile contract being cancelled instead!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, I found that. A bit hidden away under menu -> account -> login. The login/register link at the top right of the page is misleading though as it only does registration. Could be helpful if the login is possible from a direct link as well.

@ThreeUK since switching to three, whenever the 5G activates, I get no connection or incredibly slow. Any quick fix for this?
