@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the response but let's not waste each other's time pretending my poor service will get fixed. I'm literally just waiting until I can get fibre to my building and then I'll be gone.

@Draegarth @ThreeUK No one in UK could vote using the app or mobile number. In the UK we had to call the land line number and the app dialled the mobile number. I’m a three customer and could vote using the landline - as Graham Norton explained.

@ThreeUKSupport No, there is no option for forgetting the network. I can only manually switch to T-Mobile for about 5 minutes before it always reverts back to AT&T.

@ThreeUKSupport This was not an issue with my account. I was able to get through, eventually, after many repeated attempts. Those here on other networks all got through first time. It's another sign of how Three lacks capacity, and struggles under demand compared to other UK networks.

@ThreeUKSupport received my new 5G hub on Thursday and only the power light lit up. Two calls and promises it will be fixed and still not working. Not a great start

@ThreeUKSupport It won’t let us do that as it’s not even creating an internal network for us to connect to

@StickmanShouts @ThreeUK Poor service is their memo these days. I've had a contract with them for 6 months so far. I complained only this morning because my Internet practically flatlined last night and I couldn't use it. @ThreeUK need to sort their act out before a mass exit happens
