@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I am leaving Three. Although your customer service team were great they were unable to find away to compensate my partner for £190 of lost earnings (19hours of work) due to unplanned maintenance . We are not business customers so we get no compensation. They offered £19

@ThreeUK I am LEAVING YOUR NETWORK. my partner lost hrs of work because of unplanned maintenance. I lost hours too. We had no coverage for 19 hrs of work . Spent hours being told to restart our router . It was weekday daytime. NO COMPENSATION. Don’t touch this network #threepoorservice

@ThreeUKSupport No I don't which is why the guy I spoke to a week ago told me to ring up to get my PAC code. But I cannot ring and your online chat link isn't working. When I last texted PAC to that number when I was on your network last, it told me it'd charge me £85
