    Hey @ThreeUK, does your network work in any part of London? Can't sent or receive WhatsApp messages anywhere. Five years using three, always been ****. But never been this ****.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, it doesn't work at all in many parts of London. Soho, embankment, hackney, just to name a few. When you get out of those areas it works better but not great.

    I received a call just now saying my phone service will be restored, at least for the next 30 days while @ThreeUK and their Executive Team get on with handling my complaint. Let’s hope it gets dealt with TODAY and that I don’t need to wait another 30 days for a resolution. 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok my calls in and out are not working again. I have been trying to call my hospital about a appointment since Friday and tried again now and still cannot make calls. I have a boiler service today and the engineer is supposed to call me.This is ridiculous

    @ThreeUK we need to talk. Your service is appalling. I live in key & apparently service covered areas of Bristol, & at this point I may as well use a cup & string to call people. Or see if Richard Branson himself in space can hold up my phone to see if I can get some data. 😔

    Oh my god @ThreeUK customer service is SHOCKING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM!! Awful! Keep you talking for hours, don’t deliver on their agreements. Absolutely ****. Don’t take notes, don’t listen, don’t value customers at all! 🤬🤬🤬🤯👿👿👿

    @ThreeUKSupport His phone is in my name, he is now old enough to pay for his own phone as the contract has come to an end. All I want to do is cancel the old account and all he wants to do is transfer his old number to his new sim

    Anyone in Cardiff North on @superdrugmobile or @ThreeUKSupport finding they have virtually no signal in some spots anymore? It's steadily been going down to the point where I can't get any bars at all in my house, but other networks being used seem okay.

    @ThreeUK just how difficult is it to swap phone numbers on a new SIM card - been on line for over an hour and still wanting me to cancel new sim and take out a different deal at a higher price 😡
