@ThreeUKSupport Internet is playing up, have two hubs both went down same time. Yes did the stuff you tell us, it's not us. It's something your end. WC1N1AQ area. Not staying connected to Internet. When it is. Gaming is unstable and choppy, them gone.

@ThreeUKSupport any idea when your service will be back up again? Use a MiFi WiFi to wfh in E16 and service has been patchy the past 2 days but now the internet has FULLY cut out today and I'm draining my mobile data hotspotting from my phone! Really unacceptable service

@ThreeUKSupport @tomeccles OK so confusingly, I can now connect my PC via WiFi, and that works ok but the wired connection does not work. Cannot confirm if that is a router or PC problem at this point but at least the WiFi is working for now

@ThreeUK I've got an issue with you taking DD from my bank but I have no account/phone, Tanuj on chat is less than helpful, can you please get in touch till we look into this
