I have terrible phone signal because @ThreeUK don't even have a 4g mast in the area (don't get me started! 😡) so rely on my WiFi for everything, from calls, to TV, to my doorbell even! Working from home without WiFi is not going to be fun! @virginmedia, get it sorted, please!

@ThreeUKSupport No and the question relates to Portishead. I have two contracts with Three (Sim Only and MBB) and both have terrible speeds on 4G, under 3Mbps.

@ThreeUKSupport hi Noor... there's nothing to check - three already know of a long term issue but refuse to publicly acknowledge it. postcode area is DY4 - this, along with many other areas no longer have the option to purchase the B535 contract because three knows there's an issue

@ThreeUKSupport It isn’t that as I have two devices (iPhone and Huawei MiFi Device) the terrible speeds on both devices have only happened recently and with my complaint on live chat I was told the mast is being upgraded to The Big Network Build but your network status page says nothing.
