@ThreeUKSupport This is the third day out of four with no service. If you can’t notify customers of ongoing technical issue then you have bigger problems than the technical one. You are useless. I want compensation.

@ThreeUKSupport Also this happens no matter where in the UK I am. It also affects wifi. Even if I turn mobile data off the wifi struggles to connect. Turning off wifi doesnt help either. This is a well documented issue on the apple forums with this phone.

@ThreeUK worst phone provider ever. I closed my account on 1st Feb, after they wouldn't fix a phone within warranty despite the phone being faulty. Now there is a credit on my account and I'm still waiting the refund, despite chasing them 3 times. Stay away people!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport 0118 946 1140 ; 14:38 inbound call. One way audio (I could hear) on VoWiFi. Turned WiFi off, next inbound call at 14:39 had no issues. Same number, 18:09 outbound call. No audio on VoWiFi. Turned WiFi off, called the number back, no issues.
