    This may sound paranoid, however, after I criticized @threeuk on Twitter my glacially slow internet slowed to 0.04 meg. Deleting the @threeuk app from my iPhone improved things dramatically. #threeuk #3network

    @ThreeUKSupport All the complaints did was continually refer me to the renewals team, advising they would help. The renewal team then referred me to customer relations. This went on for 48 hours with no resolution.
