@ThreeUK why is it every time I am expecting a call back from your customer service department I never get a call. I have been waiting for a call back since last Thursday. I have called in and been told I have to wait 48 hours. Well it’s been more than that!!

@ThreeUK I’ll certainly be going back to EE after this contract.. the service is like dial-up even on 5G, won’t pick up my WiFi in bed while my partner happily surfs, can’t even get a video to play without buffering ! Nothing updates!
