@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK That’s ok if you can get any data at home. 3 times I’ve complained and received nothing except call us to look at the problem. No answer to calls so. I call bullshit @ThreeUK

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK The gov is ignoring university students. We’re paying £9k fees and £7k rent this year for 0 minutes of teaching and still expected to sit exams (including exams next week!!) and get good results. No support, no refunds. Treatment of uni students is disgusting #JusticeForStudents

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, unfortunately I would say she intentionally ended the call as I wasn't happy - I have to cancel + reinstate my DD to ensure I'm not incorrectly charged, as a promised credit from Nov still hadn't been applied to my account.

@ThreeUKSupport So non stop issues ever since joining the network less than 2 months ago, shocking coverage and forced to leave. Today my returns packaging arrived with a cover letter addressed to somebody completely different - mine possibly sent to them? FML #GDPRdatabreach

@ThreeUKSupport please can you respond to the above message. Communication from your staff over the phone is poor. It is not consistent or accurate. Multiple employees with different stories.
