@clim8resistance @ThreeUK I've got two lines coming in. One from Virgin Media Business which is the fast one and Plusnet that is a backup. VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.

  • woodlandakita Allthetrees (@woodlandakita) reported

@ThreeUK is there anyone I can speak to regarding a 5G mast due to be put up directly in front of my home next week? I think an error has been made, our street is tiny and the mast is much too close to dewellings. Trying to get some help before it's too late.

  • FreddyBRefusnik M a t t W o o k e y (@FreddyBRefusnik) reported

@clim8resistance @ThreeUK I have Gigaclear and, as far as I know, it's only been down twice (for a few hours each time) in the last 2 years and even then we were kept well informed. Being FTTP helps I guess, as all cables are buried. I had 2 providers before them and they were both ****; BT and Voneus.

@ThreeUKSupport the signal in city center of Glasgow am struggling too use any services in about 95% of it .argyle street ,Buchanan street ,queen street ,sauchie hall street are by far worst .speaking to my customers at work all having same issue

  • chrisbigshow chris (@chrisbigshow) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Was in several different places for a few hours at a time with little or no signal!

  • wizzardgav Gavin Lawson (@wizzardgav) reported

@ThreeUKSupport come on then what's wrong this time in YO25? No data signal yet again. Yes your website says there is an issue it always does. Over a year its said that. Time to move networks I'm so sick of this.

  • jonny__dev Jonny Coddington (@jonny__dev) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No problem, thanks for the update. I'm a bit concerned about the 30 day money back guarantee, since I haven't had a chance to experience the 5g network yet. If the work takes longer to fix will I be able to have an extension? My order was placed on 10th April.

@SamLowryEsq @clim8resistance @ThreeUK Christ THAT woman... if ever there was an example of utter incompetence being egregiously rewarded... She went on to ruin all sorts of other stuff .... and is now in the ******* House of Lords! You couldn't make this **** up....

  • kieronjbryan Kieron Bryan (@kieronjbryan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hey there - the cashback scheme you’ve outsourced to @Aklamio sure feels like a scam - when after weeks of no communication the company contacts the customer to say the reward was declined with no explanation. And when asked why it’s blamed on ‘cookies’ 1/2

  • TomSelwood4 Tom Selwood (@TomSelwood4) reported

@ThreeUK might possibly be the worst company ever. I’m in ******* central London, no signal at all. Again I go to my flat, no signal at all. No signal at all everywhere. Sort your ******* **** you stupid *** baskets
