@Coastermitch @ThreeUK Bad business move considering they’re removing the other non EU countries. Luckily I’ll retain EU roaming due to having an earlier contract, but whole point of having 3 was so I could use in USA too, not very pleased 😳

@ThreeUK this is actually a stupid move. This will only effect people who accidentally use their phone abroad, must people will just revert back to buying a local EU sim thus three losing money.

@ThreeUKSupport I thought there was a premium on the service for when I was travelling abroad? My apologies for assuming that to be the case. Or have I been with you for that length of time that it has been and gone?

@ThreeUK 2/2 due to breach of contact from your part. As I have no interest in roaming charges. With that being said, I would like to terminate my contract if I have to pay to make calls in my weekend get away or use the Internet whilst travelling in EU. Could you elaborate?

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolute disgusted that after a few weeks of sending this message you are no re-Introducing roaming charges!! Be prepared to loose a lot of customers I will definitely be going! Your all out for yourselves and in such a bad economical climate should be ashamed of yourselves.

My signal with @ThreeUK has always been terrible. I stuck with them because of free roaming. Since they have decided to get rid of it, I think it's definitely time I jumped ship!

@ThreeUKSupport Very poor service in the CA14 1JX area. The CA15 seems back to normal today

Go Roam was the key factor that set @ThreeUK apart from other networks, and continued to do so even as their network quality in the U.K. deteriorated. Suspending that could be a massive act of self destruction.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK disappointed at the end of go Roam. Been a loyal customer for years because of this and have 4 contracts. Looks like I'll be shopping around at the end of my term
