Thank god I am free of this terrible company @ThreeUK . Very happy with Sky Mobile

  • PavettRoy roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported

@ThreeUK introducing roaming charges!!! The ONLY reason your network has so many customers is because of the 'go roam' offer. You tie us all into contracts that we can't get out of and then do this!! It doesn't matter that it affects only those newbies or upgraders...

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • mvonschantz Malcolm von Schantz (@mvonschantz) reported

And by bringing their tariffs to the same level as their competitors, @ThreeUK is about to abruptly discover what it was it was that attracted their customers (hint: it was not the customer service).

  • psmorrison Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢

  • dustingknuckles NLC (@dustingknuckles) reported

So disappointing to hear @ThreeUK will reintroduce foaming charges in Europe next year. I thought you were supposed to be the leading network for people that travel, now to be penalised.

  • SheeMeeHeer She. Me. Her. (@SheeMeeHeer) reported

@ThreeUK Hi. So to clarify, as a customer who has been with you since your early days ( 2004), my Go Roam plan will not change? Please confirm. Cc @ThreeUKSupport

  • kevcaveney KevCav (@kevcaveney) reported

@ThreeUK just seen the announcement that Three is removing the free roaming. The outstanding bit of three was the customer service and roaming. Looks like a move at contact end 🙁🙁

  • DrNik28 Dr. Nik (@DrNik28) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So my port in (bringing my number to 3) was supposed to be done today…no sign of it being done yet…can’t reach a human being on the phone on PAYG…help?
