@ThreeUKSupport Yep twice - your allegedly wait for permission of the land owner to go and fix a mast or something like that - doesn’t help the situation for the end user though 🤔

If you have a sim contract with .@ThreeUK make sure you check your DD payments regularly. They charged me double for one number for months until I spotted it. Slow to respond and I had to claim my money back under the banks DD guarantee. Also no compensation.
