    @FrankKhalidUK Our worst sponsors @ThreeUK 👎👎👎

  • danrubin Dan Rubin (@danrubin) reported

    An odd combination of @ATT incorrectly blocking my Huawei 4G device from phone service in the US, and @ThreeUK changing their international roaming policies, means I'm now only online when I have access to wifi. 2009 travel vibes.

  • simon_harper Simon Harper 🇺🇦🌻 (@simon_harper) reported

    @ernmander @ThreeUKSupport Could be from any website / service. Been having spam texts regularly now too. Also I bet they use a random number generator too and spray out their shite hoping to hit a correct one.

  • DawudMarsh Dawud Marsh Ⓥ (@DawudMarsh) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport So, @ThreeUKSupport I contacted Iceland on social media, they quickly agreed a refund and issued it to us. You guys, started to follow up and now nothing despite us tweeting what poor internet we have to put up from you. And you don’t respond at all.

  • sfez9 stephen ferry (@sfez9) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah the support team couldn’t help any further. The technical team said they would investigate. Ive actually gone through the process 3 times now. Just frustrated to be honest. Long time without any fix.

  • yh1___ Yh84 (@yh1___) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Called to see if I can upgrade to sim only plan was told I have to pay £ 16pm bearing in mind its my upgrade time, staff was being rude not listening to my requests instead putting down other networks telling me how they are not as good as three

  • SteveMeek82 Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an update on the work being carried out that is affecting NG33 5DT? Status checker has said for days you're working on a mast but no forecast for completion, which as a customer, is the only thing I'm interested in.

  • bad_amberlouise Amber Louise (@bad_amberlouise) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Are the N Dubz pre sale tickets not working for Manchester? Everytime I tried to buy tickets it said not available

  • binksuk BinksUK (@binksuk) reported

    Bye bye @ThreeUK, hi @VOXI_UK, ooh and look, signal in the house... And at mum's... And the shop... And the middle of a field... Who would have thought it possible! (And I'm assuming you won't be putting my bill up by 60% like Three to reward my loyalty...)

  • brinsmith1957 Bryan smith (@brinsmith1957) reported

    @helendaykin @EE @ThreeUK I had the same, been a customer from days of one2 one about 18 years. We would not match 3 offer so had to leave. Very poor loyalty offers for existing customers
