@ThreeUKSupport I am still unable to have access to my account for 2 weeks now. Your support team has been appalling as well. I need to update my direct debit. Your online facilities to access also doesn’t work too. What is going on?

  • ajb1975 Angela Beardsmore (@ajb1975) reported

@ThreeUK tried porting my number to my new three sim but it keeps saying unavailable on the website! Tried calling and live chat but they’ve been no help. Starting to wonder if I’ve made the right choice moving 😞

  • shezzone Shez (@shezzone) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We did that but were advised by the agent later not to use it. They promised to call back in a few days. Trouble is the account is being closed. Don't want it to close before a valid pac code is released from wherever.

@ThreeUKSupport Iafter 3 attempts and 6 hrs in store trying to upgrade my phone only to have problems with the new system yous are using but then to be told that my contract has updated so I can't cancel now after I have set up a new contract with a different company

  • davetaz David Tarrant (@davetaz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t really see what you can gain from me. Over those years I’ve had countless phones. Given this is the busiest station in the country, the network probably can’t cope even though there is reception. Maybe send some engineers in rush hour to find out?

  • _vickywilson Victoria❃ (@_vickywilson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hiya, seem to be having an issue with calling/texting anyone other than those on the 3 network. Can you advise?

  • matt_hayhurst Matthew Hayhurst (@matt_hayhurst) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi my old number was supposed to port to my new three sim yesterday but nothing has happened. I have tried re-entering the PAC using your online form but it just says ‘This service is currently unavailable’. What do I do now?

  • Consumer4You Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported

@BTP You ask us to text problems to 61016 but then my @ThreeUKSupport service says I will be charged. Why not suggest free texts for feedback on travel risks? #NeverUseditYourself

  • ItchXStitch Steve Hayhurst (@ItchXStitch) reported

Hey @O2 is there an issue with the signal in the Sheffield S9 area? 5g phone getting at most 4g with a speed average of 2-3mb. Work colleague sat next to me with his phone on @ThreeUK getting 150mb. Pretty disgraceful tbh, shame I'm in a 2 year contract cos you'd be going bye bye
