Has anybody ever logged into the @ThreeUK website to manage the account? can't log in, cant change the password just endless errors about having technical issues right now. My favorite so far has been "generic error"

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did but rang three today and they said cause it was done on the automative service it’s classed as broken agreement on the 24th which isn’t my fault I thought I was doing the right thing getting in touch

@virginmedia It's been a whole day without internet and relying on my @ThreeUK phone broadband to work with my computer at home @virginmedia. It is unacceptable that the issue is not fixed by now. I had to postpone appointment due to slow connection. Compensation? 😡
