After receiving a load of fraudulent mobile accounts opened in my name, the worst by far in dealing with this has to be @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Instead of closing down this account I did not open, the agent has spent over 10 minutes trying to convince me to move to Three. FFS

@ThreeUKSupport What planned work ? You have never advised us - the only message was that you were taking away the 3G signal box as it wasn’t required anymore - quite ironic really…… we can just about get a signal on 3G and 4G

@neil_stothard @ThreeUK I left for this reason. Was a customer for over 10 years and call quality turned horrendous in the last couple of years. Had to revert to calling via WhatsApp when possible
