@ThreeUKSupport How long will it take for a fraudulently opened account to be closed down? its coming up to a month since I reported the account but it is still on my credit report. O2, Vodaphone and ID Mobile all did it in a few weeks.

@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It would be reassuring to know you've created a ticket internally to look into the issue with the phone system for freezing accounts. Having completed this I'd obviously hoped it had protected my account, so worrying to find out it had not.

@ThreeUK I can't setup direct debt on app or online as it logs me out or just get error saying "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. Cookie"

I can't believe the service I've had from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have NEVER had an issue like this before with the company but to have NO service on my phone and NO help whatsoever I am shocked and tbh I'm upset and getting angry.
