Inept customer service skills with @ThreeUK … you’d think changing your direct debit payment date due to change of job and salary payment would be simple …. Nope! App declines. Chat Agent wants to chat and not resolve. I have a life, tech should make these things simple! 🤯

@ThreeUKSupport @chrisjenko I'd agree with this entirely. Used to be great, now I get absolutely nothing in most towns and cities. I can be sat in Covent Garden and get zero signal. Its ridiculous and frustrating. Unfortunately I'm tied in for another year but would be interested to see people's thoughts.
