    @ThreeUKSupport How broken is your emergency alert system that you need to test it four bloody times?! You aren't inspiring much confidence of it working correctly in a real emergency if you can't figure out if it's working the first time. It scares the hell out of me each time.

    @ThreeUKSupport My sim arrived today. Query, at the time of placing my order for sim, I gave my number and PAC code to bring number across to you. When will I expect this to happen? Would it be Monday, with sim expected originally tomorrow? (Deleted previous tweet as I put down wrong day.)

    @ThreeUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. After being a customer for 10+ years, send my new device to wrong address, I log complaint, then all details of this complaint is lost for me to start again! Absolute joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport @s0l_uk I have been told by a friend who has some contacts that these tests are supposed to be authorised by the Government and that these tests were not authorised. Clearly sending more than one is a terribly bad idea. Can you please go and check? And maybe we could have an apology?
