@ThreeUK Honestly sick of how you treat customers who want to leave. Too interested in trying to sell an unwanted contract that you can't even cancel a contract. Paid early cancellation fee and still getting charged.. going to honestly report this to Watchdog

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do. The problem is that it’s been over 3 weeks since I took the contract out and it still hasn’t been sorted. Permission was given over the phone for the name change.

@ThreeUKSupport Since I moved from three to Vodafone 2 years ago... my missus (still with you) can't text or call me! We've gone through 250 checks of blocks bars network changes phone resets etc etc but no joy! I can ring her text her she can't ring me... Vodafone says its three??

@ThreeUKSupport Is that what the problem is? When it’s only recently just occurred as I was able to get internet connections before in all those postcodes on 4G? On your online network checker it says 4G in some of those postcodes is a very good service
