Hi @ThreeUK, you remember on Saturday I spent a long time on the phone to you, twice, as the call dropped? I was assured my services would be restored. Its now Tuesday. I keep restarting my phone. Help? I have no way of calling OR logging in to fix this.

@ThreeUKSupport - for my low network issues and for me to stay and not leave you guys I was promised £33 something a month - on the 21st August 2021 by a lady beginning with P, the SAME lady then after a complaint about my bill not coming out a few days later promised me a upgrade

@ThreeUKSupport Well he got a text to say he has used he allowance on data so in the last 5 mins we have restarted his phone and he has got data back so maybe you have issues for which you might want someone to check
