@psdesignuk Oh that’s odd! I’ve not had anything like that. This is just an IP blacklist issue that @ThreeUKSupport are taking time to fix while still charging fully for services.

@ThreeUKSupport Right. So I have restarted my phone and Mac several times as it's kind of what you do when you encounter a problem. First Aid. But come on! This is the 3rd evening!!! I can't access Netflix on my phone nor online using my Mac.

@danPad6 @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been told to restart then check my bill to see if I have a price cap. I don’t think @ThreeUKSupport are doing anything to fix the issue. 2 days mines been down.

@K170xo @ThreeUKSupport 2 days and i don’t even have another wifi i can’t get in contact with anyone it’s honestly shocking. if this isn’t sorted soon i’m moving network. like three expect us to have another wifi to use??
