    I've been a @ThreeUK customer for approx 20 years. I'm letting them know now I'm off to @O2 or @virginmedia when my contract ends. #NoRoamingCharges for me thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, what’s your policy on supporting disabled people? I’m struggling going through your troubleshooting on the phone to the point I was told to go to a store in person and had to travel 45 minutes to do so and now I’m on the phone again and they still can’t help me but also

    @baoigheallain @ThreeUK @virginmedia To be honest I have not changed yet. Just spent an hour with Virgin and 02. There is a second problem. Phone calls. I have to use standard phone calls to Germany, and with three there is an option to add on. 02 has that too, but it is very expensive, and Virgin, doesn't.

    @ThreeUK do not touch this company. Have had horrendous customer service and now they’ve affected my credit history by claiming a default on an old bill I’ve paid twice.I dare you to try to leave them unscathed.

    Well, that's a bit disappointing from @ThreeUK. Ordered a new phone that now won't be delivered for two weeks because "of a delay". No real explanation. First time I've had bad service in many years from them.
