    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When a customer creates their online account you ask them to create three pieces of information: Password (used for logging in online) Memorable Name Memorable Place When customers “CALL” customer services why do 80% of your staff ask for a “Password”?

    @ThreeUK was disappointed in the lack of help after my Nans phone got hacked this afternoon. Spent an hour trying to get through to speak to someone only for them to not be able to help. Will try a shop tomorrow but not impressed. Will be switching to @O2

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, if i goto the store and take out a mobile phone contract and in a week times i dont like the phone. What will my options be ? Can i return it and cancel the contract ? Or do i have to keep it ?
