Hey @ThreeUK I haven't had any mobile data either at home or work all week (FY8 and BB3 areas, nor anywhere between while commuting). Your online checker has a known issue in FY8. When will this be fixed?

I can’t believe how terrible my @threeuk signal is on the Isle of Bute. EE has a perfect signal everywhere whilst I have to stand in my front garden to get one!

@ThreeUKSupport I reported an issue a while back in regards to unusable Internet connection at M20 2PN area. It is still not working. Was using 5G and when travelling in this area websites were not loading properly.

@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a SIM card and it was supposed to arrive today. It’s unfortunately not arrived and I desperately need it for work. I’ll be in London Brixton tomorrow - is there a way to pick up a SIM from the store there instead? Please let me know. Would be a big help

Honestly **** @ThreeUK and their **** box internet. Can’t even unwind after a shift because streaming a show is impossible with their mobile broadband. Useless.
