    @ThreeUKSupport I submitted the cancellation via the app. App said cancellation was good. Now my account is active and I’m being charged. Customer service will not cancel the charges because of the STAC code that I did not need and cannot use.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a 5G broadband account with you. Normally it works well, but some showers in London earlier have stopped it working. Having checked your status page it says there are no problems in my area (N5), but obviously there are. Any idea when this will be resolved?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi your site isn't reporting an outage in bristol me and my mum our phones drop calls and have no dial tones now a bunch of random numbers are ringing each other?
