    @ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three
