    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there. We’ve just moved house & three signal is really poor at new house. Is there anything that can be done? We’re awaiting our broadband & landline to be activated,so we’re a bit stuck for options. But even when we have broadband we need better mobile signal

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are absolutely useless! Customer service is shocking! I had a complaint, iv been transferred left right and center beem given a 2 year old ref number and now nobody knows what im going on aboit! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport am in the UK. Any UK number I dial get a message "you can no longer dial 153 from this handset please redial 118313 now" Going on for 3 days. Replaced sim with new one still getting this message. Put sim in another handset same result. Has 3 network been hacked?

    @ThreeUK hi can someone from three UK just call me please. I spent hours yesterday trying to get my issue resolved and tried the live chat today and just have no faith anything is actually being done. Thanks!

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusting service of the agents. Upgraded to #iPhone12Pro but didn’t give crucial advice that phone comes without charger and earphones 2 of the most essential items of phone. Now just blaming on @Apple @AppleSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Ah okay! If I can get apple to confirm the fault was there at purchase, you can then either refund or replace? Is that correct? I just need to know what you’d like me to do to move this issue on further :)

    @ThreeUK terrible network and even worse customer service. 2 hours in calls and got nothing but promised call back which didn’t happen and phone put call ended. Absolutely joke of a company

    Honestly @ThreeUK is the worst, I have a right mind to stop paying them would highly not recommend
