    Hey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? I’ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.

    It's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs

    @ThreeUKSupport Folks, I am on PAYG and usually purchase a package to give me service. What is the minimum spend to keep my card active?
