Third time lucky, @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting an automated message saying "This is a special announcement, you can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service. Cannot dial out. :(

@ThreeUKSupport An employee at your company called me “little hitler” over an online messaging service. I want to report this to you so you can take the appropriate action as this was unacceptable and could be classed as a hate crime. Surely your company doesn’t represent his views against me?

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. There is no issue with my phone it’s threes coverage. I am in Livingston today and have full signal and no issues. Was in stirling yesterday and had no signal. It’s not very good

Two articles on the same page of yesterday’s Guardian: @ThreeUK increasing #PAYG charges by 250%; bank cards increasingly having no card numbers on them, forcing you to have some form of online access. Both terrible measures for elderly, low income people.

@ThreeUK appalled at the level of customer service I received from multiple sales assistants today. I can’t believe having been a customer for 14 years I am being penalised to now pay for International Roaming for upgrading my contract!! 😤😩

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the Huawei 5G one and issues on every device. Mobiles sometimes work but PlayStation and PC don’t for Netflix. Getting a network error code.
