    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

    @ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
