Absolutely fuming, I found out today that I have a contract with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the last 38 months that I have never signed up for. Been talking to customer service for 3 hours for them to basically say I can get £15 back.

3.5 hours wasted in the last day More than 3 days to download a 30 min programme 2 broken promises from @ThreeUK 3 different @ThreeUK employees spoken too but no help whatsoever 3 dropped calls because of poor @Three VoIP One customer who regrets choosing such as useless company

Since buying mobile WiFi my only contact with @ThreeUK was a call about the very poor WiFi signal. The call didn’t go very well because it was clear @ThreeUK feels that providing a reliable and consistent signal strength is nothing to do with it.

@ScottMurray85 @ThreeUKSupport I had this with a few customer services operators a few weeks ago, hours on the phone, please hold...end of call. Absolutely fuming. For what it’s worth, Sky Boost guarantees it and if you lose service you get the money back on the month.

Feel robbed upgrade my phone contract with @ThreeUK to the get free airpods. Then told after I don’t get them because I’m a existing customer😡 then get told by customer services that existing customers do get them
