    @ThreeUK customer for over 22 years multiple contacts I asked for an iPad contract to be cancelled 4 years ago as the contract ended 4 years prior...a year later still taking payments got it cancelled again, tried so many times to sort this out...now I'm being threatened by legal

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK according to @CommunityFibre the problem of my iPhone 15 having problems with wifi calling being unreliable is a problem on your side. can you confirm what you are doing to resolve the issue?

    @ThreeUK Can you please check why click on "reset your password" does not send email with reset link? I spoke with your customer service earlier today and the email address is current - meanwhile I have no means of accessing my account. TIA.
