    @ThreeUKSupport No, because I have no way to do it. I got an email from you telling me you’re processing my order, but for some reason the rep insists that there’s no such order! According to her I have to start a new order which is literally what your site said NOT to do. She won’t help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing posted, was advised it would be emailed within 4 hrs. I've called 5 times over 2 weeks and every time I'm promised it will be emailed and still nothing... I was made to believe it would come with phone. No further ahead no emailed proof. Can you help?
