    so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    Hey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    Soho is absolutely dead tonight. So why am I unable to use my @ThreeUKSupport data? I always put it down to the place being busy but clearly something is wrong.

    @stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! it’s infuriating

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning. @ThreeUK
