@ThreeUK you are without doubt the worst mobile phone company to deal with EVER. Your customer escalations teams are full of rubbish and constantly lie. It has been three weeks since reporting my phone lost and still I wait for proof of usage.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope I brought a new phone and I was sent a new SIM card but the signal in my house is terrible. I’ve spoken to three 5x and they’ve checked and agreed it’s poor quality network but have no way of helping and when I asked to leave I was told I’d have to pay a fee... criminal!

@tiyannataplin @ThreeUKSupport I have actually cancelled the whole upgrade now as they have told me they lost it and it’s being re-delivered back to three, I’ve had nothing but trouble and hung up on 5 different times! I wouldn’t hold your breath I’m afraid!
