When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, don’t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up ….. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...
