    Honestly @ThreeUK @OnePlus_Support im really not impressed over the last month or this phone auto updates had totally ruined this phone it used to be fantastic now it constantly crashing constantly not responding I can't listen to music cause as I put the phone down it freezes

    @ThreeUKSupport why do you offer unlimited 5G data, when your infrastructure is clearly not good enough to support it? 250mbps last month, slowly declined to 35mbps today. No issues in the local area according to your support. I quit today, @EE here I come.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am sorry that it has come to this, I am getting nowhere with the call Centers and live chat. I have had an ongoing issue since September of last year - and I am now incorrectly being harassed be crs - agents also refuse to delete a phone number that is irrelevant
