@ThreeUKSupport 24 Days and no promised resolution. Peter has joined the list of failures. No email from the IT Department to confirm my wife lost her phone and Three cancelled the SIM.17 different members of staff. Still No email. Complaint No 29834613.

@ThreeUKSupport homefi is utterly shite it can’t even stream #AppleMusic without stopping every 20 secs & I’m still stuck on a £22pm contract. Worst provider ever with no capacity whatsoever. They even messaged us with a link which said sorry, nobody can speak to you, try later!
