    @ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not

    @ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London

    Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

    That alert just went off again twice on my phone and ******* @threeuk is still down for me what ******** is going on
