@ThreeUK I've tried to contact you 4 times over new year about my Huawei 4g router not working and now MELTED. I told you twice on phone it's non functional and that I can't be expected to pay for a broken device and now you're sending DEBT COLLECTION for a broken router. Naaaa

My time with @ThreeUK /@ThreeUKSupport is gonna have to come to an end soon! Used to be such a good network but now I barely get any signal! Home Broadband is just a shambles. Depends on location of-course but it’s just useless for the most part!

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing ever gets done when I speak via the phone or on live web chat. That's my whole point. Been a customer for about 7 years, PAYG until taking a brand new contract and phone. Because I was told a new phone and SIM would solve all my problems. Sales team basically lied
