@ThreeUKSupport Hi. No, it's in multiple places. I've never seen as many poor internet connections, H+ instead of 4g, and call quality is awful. Sounds like Alexander Graham Bell's test call. Not just me, everyone I know on 3 is having similar issues. And we all have phones 2 years old or less.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been charged £250 due to advice given by your customer service team. Given a BAC code that I didn’t need. I’ve been charged without even needed one. Have taken to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes use 4g, same old excuses for a poor service sorry but it's like it every day, when kids off school no problem I believe you reduce the coverage

@ThreeUKSupport - your recent network 'improvements' have meant I've gone from avg. 550Mb/s downloads to 100Mb/s downloads. Why have you removed the 5G service in my area without notice?
