    @ThreeUKSupport He “couldn’t tell me as he had already passed my issue on to another team” and refused to let me speak to a manager, but he said they simply had failed to process my refund.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport A scam? A scam is I went into your store was sold a contract I’m on day 10 no service tried to cancel your customer service team say there is no cooling of period in store and it will cost me £242 to cancel that to me is a scam

    @ThreeUK my phone and Internet is playing up, Surrey, Camberley uk. Is there some work being done on the network that explains this?

    @ThreeUK currently have no signal. 3G broadband router has a red 3G/4G light. Your website says no issues, how do I report this as an issue???

    @ThreeUK Sponsoring Leeds Fest however both my kids have contracts with 3 and there is absolutely no signal (again!). Had hope it would be better this year….

    @ThreeUKSupport I have also tried to login with the “admin” user name and the modem password. That doesn’t work either. I am stuck. I am also interrailing with a digital pass so this mishap is making things really difficult to organise my trip!

    @ThreeUKSupport The modem is standalone. I just use it as back data for when I visit elderly parents who have on internet connection. It’s never been attached to an email address. I’ll try now

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a Three customer for almost 10 years. I've never had this issue before. It's not my cache that's the problem, it's your website. I've tried logging in on Safari (the browser I regularly use) as well as on Google Chrome and Firefox. It's not working on any of them.

    @ThreeUK I have home signal which is being discontinued. I am trying to get WiFi calling on my phone but I cannot get it. My phone will do WiFi calling, and I was told that my account settings need to be changed. I have tried calling and using online chat to no avail.

    @ThreeUKSupport So basically three are discriminating against SIM only contracts. Why are three selling SIM only contracts? Will this be the same for 4g calling also? Which Motorola phones have WiFi calling on your network?
