    @ThreeUKSupport I had patchy Internet service all day yesterday. I was assured(while the support staff was trying to sell me additional products😒) that it would be fixed, but here we are again this morning and it's worse

    @ThreeUKSupport If i could call them dont you think i havnt thought of that, duh. They cannot hear me. They do not call back. So you want me to travel to another area to see if i can get a signal. I am at work till late. And your offices are closed. Sort it out. When will the mast get fixed.

    @ThreeUK I don't understand why I've been waiting over a month for my refund 🤔 every time I call staff are so helpful! But your system clearly let's you down.

    @ThreeUKSupport just upgraded via chat service, advisor said I would get an email to confirm this however nothing has came through and on 3 app nothinf showing

    @ThreeUKSupport the web-site doesn't list the Apple iPhone 12 in the "Devices that can run Wi-Fi Calling" - why is this? You can use an Apple iPhone 12 and Wi-Fi Calling on the EE mobile network - surely Wi-Fi Calling works same way because EE and three share infrastructure?

    @ThreeUKSupport It worked again for a few hours last night but it’s down again this morning. The Three Network Check website says there are no problems in this area.

    @ThreeUK 5G Broadband has not been working for an hour now - E1 London. Problems started yesterday and got better last night, before reappearing this morning.

    Anyone else have a Galaxy S21? Occasionally mine does this thing where the screen just dies and wont come back. The phone is one and connected to the network, but it wont respond to anything. @ThreeUK say it's a @SamsungUK issue, Samsung say it's not 🤷
