@ThreeUK stop taking money off people that don't yours- you made the mistake of taking the money twice and now you're refusing to refund it and will take me a month to get it back and going down the fraud department with my bank as you have no accounts department

@ThreeUKSupport I did chat. On 3 different occasions just about this refund. Everytime they say its done and next time someone else apologises for the last time that it didn't happen. The refund has still not gone through. How much time do I need to waste for 1 person to just sort my damn refund
