    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

    @ThreeUKSupport you've cancelled my internet from today instead of 24th march as requested and I'm told it will take 72 hours to investigate your error. Meanwhile my daughter can't submit online homework and my wife can't submit uni assignments, no streaming either. Awful service
