anyone else frustrated by poor @ThreeUKSupport? Mobile stolen reported to @ThreeUK 7 days ago, needed to talk to 3 people until SIM replacement confirmed. Arrived today not activated! Filled online form, data doesn't match! No other support as they are updating the 'system'...😫

@ThreeUKSupport …which I was told would take “up to 48 hours” but was more like 3 weeks buts it’s the wrong size. I know it sounds little, but it has been issue after issue and this is the straw that has broken the camel’s back. My dad is paying decent £ for an iPhone 13 he can’t use.

@ThreeUKSupport My Dad got an iPhone 13 in November on the basis he would be able to transfer old number to new phone. Agent in store says ‘straightforward’ and ‘customer services will help’ - had nothing but problems. They finally sent a ‘transfer SIM’…

@katebevan It’s possibly targeting certain ISPs chrome/android/@ThreeUK shows phishing site, but if I open a vpn I get the NHS. Seen this before with smishing, only phish the people you text (one network) so if someone forwards the message it might look legit
