    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I have recently just switched to a Three sim but I seem to be having problems with my data roaming. I have done speed tests and me and my partner are both on Three and her speeds are nearly 10 times greater than mine. Is there something I am missing? Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport And if it doesn’t? I’m only concerned about the number take-over happening and then my current sim on the other network being disconnected.

    I had two very different customer service experiences on Friday, with two different phone companies. My mobile provider bent over backwards to be helpful and to exceed expectations - thank you @ThreeUK My VOIP provider, on the other hand ....

    Honestly @ThreeUK network is so bad. I’ve been with them for as long as I can remember and it’s never been this bad. it’s so bad that when I’m out I have to hotspot from my o2 work phone. Is this life?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had it for less than 1 year. It’s an iPhone 7 It’s fine. Your operative made it clear that you wouldn’t help so I’ll be changing provider

    @ThreeUK Why is it as a new customer I can get a better deal from a 3rd party retailer (Still with 3 network) but it will cost me £91 extra directly as an existing customer?
