    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

    @coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

    @ThreeUK every time I try to make a call my signal cuts out. This has been going on for week. I live in SE13. I cannot ring you to complain! Please sort it out!

    @KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
