    @ThreeUKSupport @haddington £44 for a data sim that lasted two days!!! Absolute rip off then I topped up £15 on a sim that you are saying doesn’t work! Please refund ASAP! I’m not letting this go! So bloody greedy and using this awful time to profit off people!!!

    @ThreeUK your customer Sevices are an absolute joke. I have tried to contact them 6 times and been cut off at varying lengths of time throughout the call. Repeating myself several times in the process. Never called back. Really annoying

    @ThreeUKSupport I just said we were unaware of this account and we do not recall taking this sim out. When we contacted three regarding this issue. They said the sim has not been in use since January 2020. They gave us this information

    @ThreeUKSupport I spent 2 hours asking 4 people a very simple technical question today. After getting no useful answers, I am wondering how I can talk to someone who has a vague idea of how your network operates (4g super voice only happens where there's 5g, apparently 🙄)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. M41 6PS. I'm fairly sure we are being barred from 4g and rerouted onto 3g. Last week the message was engineers were working in area, so we tolerated poor servive. Now says should be fine, but isn't. Thanks
