@SQRLTV @virginmedia Been a customer of @ThreeUK for 15 years too and yet they can't offer me any better a deal to upgrade (extend my contract ) than what they offer a new customer. Loyalty counts for nothing anymore. Even a £5 a month discount would mean they would still make a nice profit still

@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

@johnthecyclist @thedavidpage @ThreeUK Has this been sorted for you? I've had the exact same issue since 1st January, despite being promised 9 days ago that it would be resolved within 7 at the latest. Infuriating.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. M41 6PS. I'm fairly sure we are being barred from 4g and rerouted onto 3g. Last week the message was engineers were working in area, so we tolerated poor servive. Now says should be fine, but isn't. Thanks
