    @ThreeUK OMG you are completely useless! Just had an online chat and the person I chatted to was completely incompetent I couldn’t even understand their sentences!Employ people than can understand and write in English I’ve ended my contract. Disgusting customer service #furious

    @ThreeUK is shocking at the moment, the number of dropped calls is unbelievable. Half hour on hold to talk to my bank, had 5 mins with the adviser mid problem, call dropped.. full signal and 5G, no reason for it, just chopped off.. and its not the 1st.. SORT IT OUT 3!

    @ThreeUKSupport issues in EH114AN?, internet unavailable via Ethernet and WiFi for tv box and devices, according to your website you say no issue but there has to be when the hard wired device says no internet
