    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out I’ll be leaving when my contract is up

    As an existing customer @ThreeUK you are a disgrace! Finding out you been charging me Β£15 plus per month for 11 years for broadband! Yes my fault but could u not see it not been used and have the courtesy to contact me considering I have my mobile with you? Thieving !!!!

    After being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!

    @ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
