    Argh, my phone @O2 and my internet (THREE 5G broadband) @ThreeUK5G are both down 😤😫 it been like this for 2 days. Learnt all about jitter & latency. @ThreeUK your jitter is baaaaaad. It needs to be easier to get out of contracts when they are not providing what you pay for 😤

  • barongroog Greg Barnes (@barongroog) reported

    @ThreeUK awesome customer service, 3 calls and about 1.5hrs wasted for you to change my number instead of my daughter’s. No apology. For a communications company your staff have very poor communication skills…

  • ajglover5 Andrew Glover (@ajglover5) reported

    Wow @ThreeUK after 6 weeks of having signal outage, their first solution was to quote me their early termination fee if I wasn't happy? MohdGhazali is the one to speak to online at @ThreeUK if you want garbage customer service.

  • SiobhanSoni Siobhan Soni 🍃💚🍃 (@SiobhanSoni) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet again the very worst of CS at Three. Three has taken over £1000 from my account on a contract cancelled years ago- claiming that owe I them more + 3 months notice? The guys in the three shop said I should get compensated…but not the complaints dept @Moneybox

  • thisriske R Iske (@thisriske) reported

    @ThreeUK 4g not working

  • swarada Swarada (@swarada) reported

    Dear @Apple thank you for launching #eSIM only phones. Hopefully network operators like @ThreeUK will now have to launch their forever under trial E-sim or risk loosing customers.

  • rachelphelan Rachel Phelan (@rachelphelan) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It says that my sim does not allow connection to the network. I can't get into My3 account as it's trying to send a text with the 6 digit login code, but I can't receive texts. This has happened before so I made a point of speaking to various people at 3 to ensure it was fixed.
