    @ThreeUKSupport ur home broadband service in South Lanarkshire has been woefully unacceptable for almost a month as has your attempts at "customer service". Definitely pulling the plug on my contract as soon as possible.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    Joined @ThreeUK i know signal in parts off UK are different. But wanna know since #three merged with Vodafone how’s the signal been. I’ve read that some people saying that since the merger Vodafone signal not been good

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport frustrating. This situation is causing me serious stress. If this is not resolved immediately with a full explanation and refund of any incorrect charges, I will proceed with cancelling all my services and escalating this complaint further.
