@ThreeUKSupport NR29 4HZ & they are all apple devices. iPhone XS. 2 xiPhone 12 & iPhone 11 - your tech people have previously promised mast upgrades due to tourism demand in this area but it remains terrible the most we can expect on a good day is circa 5Mbps and even that’s rare now. Thanks 🙏

What a day @ThreeUK total shambles. Non UK based staff who can’t deal with my issue and now told my phone returned to their depot when my upgrade was due for delivery today. Time to switch after 10 years, total let down

The simple action of activating a sim, where I'm told it takes up to two hours, has not happened. I am now told it will take at least 48 hours. Because I love having to piss around with 2 phones like a cheap, drug dealer. Cheers @ThreeUK for your poor service and unhelpful staff

@ThreeUKSupport This issue is always happening in central London, WC2, W1, etc. I have changed SIM card it was ok for two weeks, now, back to 0. I am not going to use 3G, I am paying for 4G. It is very frustrating. I have decided. Finishing my contract, I’m moving to another network

I see that the @ThreeUK mobile data signal in Brean is as useless as ever! For a whole year now it’s practically unusable #WhenWillYouFixIt

@ThreeUKSupport Just tried rebooting phone and still no signal. How wide an area is this work impacting? And not ideal being without signal in a rural area for 3 days.

@ThreeUKSupport If it is not fixed soon, in my cooling off period. I'll be forced to go to a better network. The post call "offer" sales guy needs to be re-educated too. His hard sell tactic is totally inappropriate. This type of sale is wrong. He was essentially trying to bully me into a sale.

@ThreeUKSupport No, I had been messed about enough for one day. I'll lodge a complaint if the issue is not resolved in the 48hour window.
