    @ThreeUKSupport why can you not do this? if the number is already out of service and has not been returned to O2 for recycling? I am happy to sign up to a contract for this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Scott, I know that I have to use every 6 months. I was using daily for years until it would not work, contacting support, still would not work, desperate to use but could not. I lost 6 months use. About £15 credit. The only mobile phone number that I had for 20 years.. Steve

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been bad for a few days - is the congestion a long term thing or short term ? Not sure how to change the device to 3G, will investigate.
