    Signing up for a contract with @ThreeUK via @fonehouse -- got a call from Three saying they can't move my Three number to a new Three contract (lol). They said I needed to sign up for a new PAYG plan with another network THEN move back to three.

    Why for the past 4 weeks,can i no longer get a network connection @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @EE ALL other networks are fine.I believe you have moved tower a fee 100 yards.avery annoying,is there any chance of fixing this issue.Thank you.

    @ThreeUK hi I haven’t been able to make any calls or texts for the last 3 days. I haven’t been able to receive any calls either. Can you help me get this fixed as I need my phone for on-call shifts please

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Not being rude, but when people resort to contacting a company via X it is because they have tried everything & bot services are useless. Currys have given me an ID tel number which allows us to cancel the contract & get PUC code so we'll probably do that & go to Tesco.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Assume that you will be offering compensation? Family member who has a kid at a residential school for children with disabilities has been tearing her hair out trying to sort phone, when it's been your issue all the time. It's not acceptable as this has been going on for a while.

    @ThreeUK when are you going to learn that overseas call centres don’t work, been on the phone for 45mins trying to cancel one contract, with no joy. I’ll now be cancelling all 3.
