    @ThreeUKSupport 1.) when I first signed up a few years ago my contract run down, I was with 02 previous and once phone had paid off you’d just pay network charges, not with 3, continued to pay the full £40 per month for like 4gb data and minutes, probably the equivalent to £10 contract

    @ThreeUKSupport I would like to ask you if you can reactivate my brothers phone now please? It’s been off since Sunday when all we asked for you to do is cut my mom’s phone off as she sadly passed away. Your reps have been useless in sorting this issue. Can you sort it?

    @RandiBop @ThreeUK No, you're buried behind a carrier grade NAT and so dont have your own public ip. Support were hopeless so I gave up and got broadband with a different provider.
