@ThreeUKSupport I've been lied by a sales rep of Three to get me to sign up, then mislead by the email copy when I signed up offering flexibility of contract, lied to that support managers don't exist and then they do, but don't call as promised. This is not how customers should be treated.

@ThreeUKSupport WTF, that is a total misrepresentation. I am in the same council. And that still doesn't change what I was told that the service agreement could be altered if 5G wasn't available in my new area. That is what your online sales rep told me. Check your records.

@bulgarianhols @ThreeUK I don't. I cancelled my contract but they refuse to give me any evidence that I cancelled my contract or an email address to write to to cancel my contract. They said they will send a bag for me to return my upgrade (arrived not working) but I don't believe that either.

@ThreeUKSupport I changed my payment date and confirmed with a lady over the phone. Nothing was obviously done as you have taken the payment from my account today and then had the worst customer service from a man this morning. No apology for his rudeness or an explanation as to why

Another day of bad Signal in and around Basingstoke festival place /the malls @ThreeUKSupport as it gets frustrating when my Amazon music takes minutes to load a song or even refuses to when I'm on 4g or Google just doesn't work especially annoying when I'm waiting for a bus
