  • DavidDesu David 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🇩🇪🇯🇵 (@DavidDesu) reported

And this is happening in work locations I have been before on EE instead and had no issues with my signal whatsoever then. @ThreeUK

  • tarahanmer Tara (@tarahanmer) reported

@ThreeUK so disappointed by customer service. My identity has been stolen, and contracts taken out in my name. Customer service refuse to help and have told me to follow it up with the store that issued the phone. Unfortunately despite 10 calls today they don’t answer!!

  • pjlythgoe Peter Lythgoe (@pjlythgoe) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 4G. Nothing wrong with the router, everything wrong with your service and support.

  • tarahanmer Tara (@tarahanmer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No the store is 40 mins away and I have never been to it. 2 contracts have been started on the same day, with same name and address in your store, same bank details yet with different date of births. Is one of your colleagues involved in the fraud, as surely you can’t have 2 DOBs

  • Curryforlife Karl Turner (@Curryforlife) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said a high value item being delivered was suspicious! I’ve lived here for 11 years! Not really suspicious to get a high value item. They said I needed to get your customer service to ring them and they’d deliver. I went online & was told this would happen. It didn’t.

  • SatansDiplomat Satan's Diplomat (@SatansDiplomat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Done that. Same problem it seems to turn itself back onto automatic

  • tobss_94 T.JP (@tobss_94) reported

@ThreeUK not happy with my service recently. Leave the house and despite ‘four bars’ no coverage whatsoever. Very disappointing and considering changing supplier

  • DavidDesu David 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🇩🇪🇯🇵 (@DavidDesu) reported

So what I’m gathering having recently joined @ThreeUK is that no matter what my iPhone says about having a strong 4G or 5G (or 3G signal) that basically nothing ever seems to load on any of those if I’m inside any kind of building whatsoever. This is in Glasgow.

  • pjlythgoe Peter Lythgoe (@pjlythgoe) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You will tell me that there is a new problem that started today, that you don't know when it will be fixed, and that somebody will let me know when it is fixed. Also, discussing broken broadband via broadband isn't the best idea is it?
