@ThreeUK has issued me with a bank giro credit of £16.28 but can’t tell me why. All I keep being told is I’ve been issued with it so I can use it. Which is nice a little extra money never hurt anyone. But why have I been given this?

@ThreeUK So, without any correspondence from Three, I randomly start getting text messages from ‘CRS’, on behalf of Three, saying I owe £44…. I don’t even have a Three account. No one at Three can help me it would seem. Now I have a negative entry on my credit report!! Help!!

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom How hard is it for three to receive my ID via email and update my file so I can cancel my contract? I’ve lost track of the times I’ve contacted via phone and via chat so what use is this stupid complaint going to do when all I want to do is update my dob and cancel. Not happy

@llabnala_ @ThreeUK Well I have been with them since they came to the UK. They could come close to price matching ID ( who use the 3 network ) on the price. Like I said almost half. So I said sorry I'm off then. And that was for 30 gig and on the new contract I have unlimited everything.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Seems that I can have lots of deals as a new customer but not as an existing one. I’ve now tried on 3 occasions to sort this out with Three but nothing happens
