@ThreeUK hi, this no service issue is still going on, I even ordered a new sim. Still nothing. Can someone please get in contact to try to figure this out?

  • QumeiiMeii Meii (@QumeiiMeii) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For two weeks now I’ve had no service on my phone. I tried all the troubleshooting three suggests and still nothing. My family members on three have full bars with no issues so I know it’s not any work in the area. I even ordered a new sim and still nothing. Paying for no bars.

  • amy_traf Amy Trafankowska (@amy_traf) reported

@ThreeUKSupport network has become piss poor. I'll have 4G or 5G, show full bars, yet can't connect to the internet. Not helpful when I'm trying to load my bus ticket, having to pay for a new ticket, and the the ticket on my phone loading which I have then lost out on.

@ThreeUK 1/2 Hi I was fraudulently sold a contract and evidence is on the telephone call which I purposely asked the adviser to confirm the terms. I can only get through to India who closed the complaint without listening to the call.

  • OrchardMan58 Mike Collier (@OrchardMan58) reported

I'm very disappointed with @ThreeUK I've just spent an hour and a half on their online chat trying to resolve an issue with sharing my phone allowances on my watch. I was connected to five or six different agents and got contradictory advice. #poorservice #lookingelsewhere

  • Cpl_Wyllie Nathanial L A Wyllie (@Cpl_Wyllie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport trying to get through to the call center for the last 20 mins for my partners account which ended in 2020 found out you guys still be charging and CRS wants money for a finished contract any help

  • matthenderson54 M Hendo (@matthenderson54) reported

@ThreeUK you are having a laugh with your customer services. On a recorded line one of your employees just broke the law. Then denied it and said he was told to do this by a colleague. Still no resolution to my question. Any further ideas???

  • amy_traf Amy Trafankowska (@amy_traf) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Norwich seems to be the problem area

  • moonpunk moonpunk (@moonpunk) reported

Is it just me or is mobile data in this country getting worse? I’m on @ThreeUK and despite having 4 out of 5 bars and showing 4G connection I regularly cannot connect to anything?! It never used to be like this

  • OlynxA Octavio (@OlynxA) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why do I keep getting calls from India about your network? How do I switch off these nuisance calls? Same with you @EE
