    So i've been mugged *twice* for my phone in the space of a week. ******* BRILLIANT... And @ThreeUK your security process to cancel and black list handsets is a joke. You've made a stressful situation 100 times worse.

    Luckily I can cover the costs I am facing but in a cost of living crisis others may not. If this happens to you expect no support from @ThreeUKSupport Next step I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman. What an awful, awful company.

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a notification saying ‘my latest bill is ready’. I left the network a month ago and I’m still being billed! I can’t log into my account and when I livechatted to reset my security questions I heard nothing. This is really poor folks

    @ThreeUKSupport There is never an advisor on the chat. And I can’t access my own account because it’s blocked. I wanted the line to be blocked not my online account! And calling from overseas costs a fortune. This has been the most painful fiasco ever @ThreeUKSupport

    I have been a @ThreeUK customer for years and years. Bad customer service is one thing but not listening to your customers when they tell you that fraud is taking place is deplorable. I highly recommend avoiding @ThreeUK.
