    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just a reply asking me to contact customer support. Customer support haven't been able to help either. Have tried resetting my password for online but the email link never comes.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s my partner but she did it on the online website and the 21st of December and got an email saying it has been received and that someone would be in contact within 7 days heard nothing at all and now her service has been cut off.

    @ThreeUKSupport It varies. Sometimes the 4G symbol has a "!" next to it and it won't work at all, sometimes it looks fine but the internet will stop working after a few minutes and the problem continues for the day. Yes, same post code

    Is it true that @ThreeUK don’t support visual voicemail on the iPhone? What on earth? That’s legitimately a reason for me to not switch to them

    @ThreeUK Avoid using this mobile company. Useless customer service. Had two Bill's re appear from 2 years ago. Now they sending my bereaved mother text messages saying pay this bill now. With no link to previous accounts. Disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport constant issues in my area and no internet half the time, wtf am I paying for if I can't even use my phone????
