@ThreeUK covering themselves in glory. Since upgrading my contract I’ve been charged the wrong upgrade fee, been credited this - leading to monthly payments being wrong, missed a payment as they told me it wasn’t due and been hung up on during complaint calls. Get in touch?

@ThreeUKSupport Stop ignoring customers then. Usually that would be the case, except I have a report from the Apple technician that clearly says the small chip on the camera case is not related to the touch screen issue
