Threatened to call the CEO Robert Finnegan @ThreeUK and finally got my contract termination free of cost with early termination fee waiver after years of complaining and suffering with no internet outside my house and £40 wasted every month on no signal. Worst company ever!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, it’s a bit late for that, I already did my PUC away to a different provider in June. The problem is despite being within my 14 day online order period, and cancelling two days after receiving my sim, Three have sent me a cancellation fee bill of nearly £400!!

So I sat in a petrol station for 30mins on Friday because I couldn’t transfer money from one account to another due to network/signal issues and was forced to get my manager to send me some money so that I could pay for my petrol and go back to work. Thanks @ThreeUK
