@ThreeUKSupport I got PAC code from EE and took the contract out on 8th Novemebr. I then flew to USA; i hoped the sim would arrive in time but didnt..... Now i'm home, i have no SIM yet paid for the contract in DEC. Now you cant issue a new sim because you lost the PAC Code.

Both @ThreeUKSupport and @AppleSupport are not wanting to help and now i've ended up paying £120 for @beatsbydre x earphones that i've got only 17 months use out of. I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do.

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel now but you want £94 to cancel. So thats £94 + £11.98 for a contract where you didnt send a sim and now have lost my PAC CODE
