@ThreeUKSupport I'm a PAYG customer, previously told me you can't do anything because I'm PAYG! If & when I get my number back I'll certainly be leaving. Where are 3 UK managers to intervene!? 18 days and over 18 hours spent talking to chat agents and sweet FA! Abysmal.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the internet has been down for almost a month with no communication as to when it will be back. Is there even a point in paying a subscription for 0 service?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi my old number was supposed to port to my new three sim yesterday but nothing has happened. I have tried re-entering the PAC using your online form but it just says ‘This service is currently unavailable’. What do I do now?

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry? It's not a signal issue, the issue is that our daughter's new number has been ported onto my wife's old one & the 2 are unrelated. The original ask was to port my daughters old number onto a newer one under my wifes account - this has gone completely WRONG!

@ThreeUKSupport our 4G home broadband speeds have dropped from around 60 Mbps to around 15 Mbps since you did some work on our local mast. Your status page says all issues are now resolved, but our speeds haven't returned to normal - will this resolve itself soon?
