    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott! The customer line I called told me it was my job to contact the store and find out what ID they used etc. I was simply doing what she told me to! I’d of loved not to have wasted hours of my day trying to contact them. So do I now not need to do that?

    @ThreeUK is the worst network for signal, I pay £48 a month for two bars constantly. 2 months are and my contact is finished, anyone recommend a decent network that’s solid?

    @ThreeUK Hi - I’m having trouble getting a sim activated that I purchased on the 10th December. I have tried online chat and calling. Calling referred me to call the store that I made the purchase but they’re not picking up the phone.
