@ThreeUKSupport Morning, my phone says I have 5G & full signal, but I can’t make any outgoing calls at all. It’s been over an hour. I’ve restarted my phone twice & I can’t find any evidence of network issues in my area. Any ideas? Thank you!

@ThreeUKSupport @RhodesMovie Maybe update your website to tell people and also sort your chatbots out who keep telling me there are no issues. I have a sick child at home and I can’t call the doctors. This is not ok.
