@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have no mobile reception at home. WiFi calling is also very poor. O2 reception is excellent. Can you please provide me with details to set up call diert. You might call it call forwarding? I'll need to do this at least once a day. Thanks

@XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM @ThreeUKSupport. THE WORST COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY NEW PHONE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS DESPITE FALSE PROMISES AND "SYSTEM ERRORS".

@ThreeUK I have been passed between departments for 2 weeks, insulted, accused of lying and am still no closer to a resolution, disgusting treatment! How dare your company accuse me of lying and refuse to resolve my issue.
