Congratulations @ThreeUK My OAP mother got her new Samsung s21plus, set it up for her and she went away on holiday alone. Her phone screen completely broke, she is without a phone all alone and we rung up and you told us it's not your problem. @ThreeUKSupport @SamsungUK
