@ThreeUK the complaint was made...and surprise surprise no reply. Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • crybabyrainface crybabyrainface (@crybabyrainface) reported from Gatwick, England

@ThreeUKSupport new customer (2 weeks) at Gatwick airport south terminal. No mobile signal. I'm starting to regret switching from Vodafone. Please sort this out. I'm on the free wifi sending this tweet.

  • 19bootsy68 Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • KekeBless Blessing (@KekeBless) reported from Hackney, England

If @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport don’t sort this issue out today, wallahi I’ll pay what’s left on contract and leave. Kmt.

  • In_the_Works_PR Anna Melton (@In_the_Works_PR) reported from Chesterfield, England

@ThreeUK you’re lying to me and blaming another provider for your error. I am without a warming phone and you won’t help me.

  • ro_roroyourboat Roisin Ratican (@ro_roroyourboat) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport hi I was wondering if your having issues in the Belfast area with signal atm as my carrier can’t update and send calls/texts

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.
