@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and I've been in contact with customer relations and still no help all I keep getting told to do is to speak to the delivery company who then tell me they can't do anything until you tell them to send one im getting no where

@ThreeUK Yeap. Tried all the basic stuff suggested on the website like switching the phone on and off and removing and reintroducing the SIM card but nothing I did has made the network actually register on the phone

@ThreeUKSupport Because your passing the blame back onto the company who is supposed to send the TV out to the customer but if they are not getting told by your company to send them to the customer how are they supposed to send them sick of the constant back and forth
