@Richie_boyd @ThreeUK If ever we needed confirmation that the 3 network is incompetently managed, this was it. I'm moving off 3 as soon as my contract ends not just because of this, but also because their 4G data rates in a London postcode are NON-EXISTANT, and that's seemingly not a problem for them)

Hey @ThreeUKSupport, I didn’t receive any alarm message or sounding today, whilst plenty of my friends and family got it, despite being on the same network. Any reason why?

@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew Might be worth checking the settings at your end. Just read Twitter to see the amount of 3 customers who never received it

@SMARTYMobileUK hi, I’m guessing I didn’t get the emergency alert test because you rely on @ThreeUKSupport ?

I have two phones. One personal on @ThreeUK and one work phone on O2. I received the emergency alert on my work phone, not on my personal phone. Settings the same on both. Deeply concerning that Three seem to have real issues with the national alert system.

@CoachSi21 @ThreeUK Simon your an idiot and conspiracy freak. Learn how the system works instead of jumping to conclusions and being narrow minded

Turns out @ThreeUK customers have been selected by @GOVUK to be sacrificed to the invading aliens just for wanting cheaper data plans? No UK emergency alert for us. Why @ThreeUKSupport Why have you forsaken us? 😫

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why was it that a majority, if not all Three Network Using Phones did not receive the Emergency Alert. You have a duty that you must carry out, please issue an explanation as soon as you can. #emergencyalert

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK so many of your customers who didn't have the emergency alert turned off didn't receive the test. That's slightly concerning

@gadgetgirl73 @YICETOR @ThreeUK Nope. My father in law is on Smarty, which is also run on the three network and he didn't get it either
