@ThreeUKSupport checking my Experian credit and see there is a default with money outstanding to 3. I haven't been a customer for 4 years and when I was all 1p outstanding balance was settled and my puk code given. Someone has used my details to get a phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I wanted to change on to the £16 per month unlimited everything deal, but I was told it's not possible, so I need to take out a new contract with @ThreeUK, use my PAC to change to a new network, then change again back to Three. I might as well not bother and go elsewhere!!!
