    Ridiculous. Been paying £18pcm for 8GB data from @ThreeUK and seen a deal for £10pcm for 12GB data with £10 cash back. Called @ThreeUKSupport who will not match the cash back with deduction. It’s such poor service after 12 years that I’m going elsewhere on sheer principle.

    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 I know you’re not saying this is the hardware. My comment reflects the numerous conversations I’ve had with you previously about restarting the phone, changing settings etc. There appears to be a refusal to accept the well documented issue with your network.

    @Ryan52786867 @ThreeUKSupport I believe that this problem is widespread and they’re ignoring it, not clear whether ignoring it is simple incompetence or by design to extract extra cash from the unwitting consumer once they cancel their contract. And yes they create lots of hoops to jump through

    @ThreeUKSupport I eventually waited for 58 mins 40 seconds and then I got cut off. Rang again and the agent was clueless and I asked to speak to a supervisor I was out on hold for 50 mins and got cut off. Rang again held for 10 mins and still did not get any issue sorted. Range wouldn’t cut it.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport One small rain cloud and network goes down again. Today Zoom is not getting connected via 3 network but works perfectly fine on my backup EE network. During lockdown most unreliable and pathetic network. When you need it, its always down - HA1 postcode

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK have got to be the worst network. I keep getting cut up on the phone and transferred on live chat having to repeat myself everytime. So frustrating I just need to be connected to someone who’s working in the country!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 some notification of intended works would have been helpful. The people in my house are constantly whinging about the terrible service, expecting me to fix it as the bill payer. I’m losing patience with Three.
