@ThreeUKSupport Been having no mobile reception in Shotts ,N.Lanankshire and Darvel East Ayrshire past few days need mobile for emergency "Carer"sort it or I'll be leaving @ThreeUK want reduced bill too !!!

@ThreeUK I have been left without service for 3 days, without any valid explanation! meaning I can't make or receive calls or texts, I've missed business calls, can't use any online banking, Amazon etc as they need to text codes.

@ThreeUK Have contacted customer support numerous times and told account would be reactivated within 24 hours. However it is now almost 72 hours and still no service. This is absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Because the link an online advisor sent me wasn't for upgrade like I asked and had two contracts and so I had no choice but to cancel and send it back I won't be upgrading with you because apparently I won't get the offer I was promised and purchased

@ThreeUK Interesting! I cancel 2 accounts with you. One letter says you owe me £16 and if I want it Ill have to contact you and then claim it. The other in a snotty tone demands I pay £3. Not quite right somehow ?
