Farrendahl (@farrendahl) reported@ThreeUK online customer service chat function is pretty pointless. Ask a question and just get told to call instead, if I wanted to call I would, the live chat facility was by far a better option when youโve lost your voice.

David Crowe (@cleardrop) reported@ThreeUKSupport Signal disappeared some time this morning, but seemed to be deteriorating for last couple of days. Sim is in a TP-Link router, signal strength reported as 0%.

Josh (@Mrjlc93) reported@ThreeUKSupport I've done this so many times and every time there's an excuse of work going on. But every night I'm having to put my phone into airplane mode to rest the signal and even then it doesn't work all the time.

Johnny Thunders (@poppycocteau) reported@ThreeUKSupport No idea what a supercharged plan is - I choose whatever data plan I want per month & have done 4 years.This is via 444 - top up with unregistered card. It's a system issue not a 'plan' issue I believe. The addition of talking to the sales team option is new & breaks topping up.
