@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, I don't wanna be rude but the promotion was on your site and did have some influence as to me buying the device. It is incredibly disappointing to say the least as I was gonna get the Watch GS3 from Honor to complete the set. Is it too late to return the phone?

@ThreeUK your phone lines go to "our staff are working from home" (really, even now?) and then go silent. Your live chat is staffed by people who don't read what is typed, repeatedly. Is there actually any viable way to contact your company about an ongoing signal issue?

So even with all the technology in the world there isn’t a way to stop these stupid scammers from generating fake numbers & harassing people ? I’m sick of spending my time blocking random numbers. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is there anything you can do to stop them getting through?

@ThreeUKSupport It worked for a while and now it’s off completely. Status page says it’s still being resolved. I’ve tried calling but no response and chat is hopeless when I hardly have any signal
