@ThreeUKSupport @dippy73 Hello, I’m not on your network, I use Talkmobile, which also use Vodafone, I’m in the same scenario, I get the numbers claiming to be from indeed that ring me, but their numbers keep changing. I report them each time using that number however. Don’t know what to do other than1/2

@ThreeUKSupport could you kindly sort out network coverage issues in the TR1 area, please. Network has been down since Tuesday night with brief sporadic moments of coverage. Very disruptive😡

@ThreeUK this is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. Six weeks after starting a business account I never received the second line device and have now been refused setting up new one due to doing credit check too soon after initial set up. No one helping!

@ThreeUKSupport And down again @ThreeUKSupport ..... Is there any chance of a working network? Failing that online help that doesn't pass you to another department then not respond?

Like seriously what is going on the your 5G network @ThreeUK The last couple of weeks your service has gone from just about decent at best to a really really bad service experience, apps that used to load instantly to now waiting to laod. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK I have to say in all these years of having a mobile. My first 12 months on this network is the worst ever. It’s terrible.

  • RachT234 RachT234 (@RachT234) reported

@ThreeUK - this isn't just poor customer service, it's a complete failure to support disabled customers. And I will not be afraid to take legal action. #AccessibilityMatters

  • Sarahsquiz SarahSquiz (@Sarahsquiz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No but after doing two chats he has finally got it sorted. I don’t understand why this is such an issue with three though, when I was with three I had this problem when going on holiday which is why I moved network. It should automatically connect like every other network does.
