@ThreeUKSupport my home broadband has been down over 24hours I am self employed and work from home had a day not working today this is not good enough. When I call I get told to give u time to fix it again shocking whilst I don't have Internet um not earning money

@ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I'm sorry? YOUR DISAPPOINTED???! Is that a joke?! 'You'll recieve your new SIM in 1-2 working days' & surprise, it NEVER arrives!! That is all I EVER get, no other 'advice' has ever even been offered to me AT ALL. I have been a customer for a decade & you treat me like garbage!!

Absolutely fuming with @ThreeUK what so ever!! Telling me I’m in a 24 month sim only contract that I didn’t even choose and if I want to cancel it I have to pay £416!! What a joke why should I pay to leave something I never chose in the first place!

Guess which mobile network has frozen my account because I’ve not paid a £1099 charge on my account for an iPhone 12 Pro I never received, because I cancelled the contract before the phone was even released by apple? @ThreeUK @EE, will you look after me?
