@JEWELLZ1ST @ThreeUK I could understand if service was down and calls where affected, stuff happens. But my calls are diverted to random places, random people calling me and my partner, data protection breach. Different story

@ThreeUK if you're going to keep sending me junk mail offering great prices your 4g home Broadband, please can you try and get the 4g right first? My signal in the local area has been getting progressively worse for months now. 7 sim cards means 7x the pain.

@Carlo14601 @ThreeUK Think the point is that what should be private numbers are now accessible to individuals who really shouldn't have those personal phone numbers, this wouldn't of occurred without this issue... doubt they have purposefully sabotaged themselves but it's still an issue on their end

  • paulmai Paul Maidment (@paulmai) reported

@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I think the concern is that this incident has signs that make it look like there was a data breach. This may, or may not have happened. If it did, there are consequences for those affected. Three should be sensitive to this and provide a clear narrative on what has happened.

@ThreeUKSupport @matsco534 It is a data breach. People now have numbers of random people who are getting random calls. That is a definition of a breach. Are you lot that stupid that you think this isn't a data breach? @Ofcom think you guys need to investigate
