I am paying £22.60 a month for data on my mobile #phone but @ThreeUK doesn’t even give me basic internet.. as soon as I live my home #Wifi I can no longer use apps or safari. The problem commenced 3 months ago.. #desperate 😭😭

So anyway. Still no WiFi and my mob signal has gone pants too @ThreeUK so tethering is not working. the universe is telling me something. BT have posted me a temporary 4g hub until it gets fixed. A lot less screen time meantime! #unplanneddetox

@ThreeUKSupport I already did that, I was told sorry but it will be 5 days. Lovely girl, but absolutely no help at all. So I have put in an official complaint, but I still have no food to eat next week, so it solved nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport I called 3 and said I wanted to leave as you couldn’t fix my poor signal, 3 threatened me with “if you want to leave, you must pay the termination fee now” so I did on my credit card and you have still taken it from my bank!
