@hector_moriarty @ThreeUK I don't understand why 5G is so bad. Regularly I will check and it's slower than ASDL via copper wire to my house ever was... Come back #4G all is forgiven.

@ThreeUK honestly in 25 years of dealing with various mobile providers your ineptitude tops all of them. Trying to get a number ported has never been so difficult. Avoid Three like the plague.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustrating is an understatement especially when you been asked to wait 48 hours three times in a week. Very poor service.

@MagnaCartwheel @ThreeUK Signing up for a mobile service is remarkably easy. Doing anything else with them is almost impossible.

  • sodje_12 Alan Warren (@sodje_12) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What's going on with your 36 month contracts. Why are they not available for existing customers on the Three website? And why if I want 1 as part of my upgrade do you need to cancel my existing contract and put me through another credit check?

  • candy_merc Candy merc (@candy_merc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've never been stressed in life like this before wow never again ...don't even wish this for ma enemy ...

  • Stuff1646 Stuff1646 (@Stuff1646) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When there is no credit on your phone, @ThreeUK will redirect you to sign in, and upon entering your phone number, email and hitting "Next" will refuse sign-in due to their login system requiring the user to have data but no data can be added unless the user purchased data online

@ThreeUKSupport hiya i’ve tried my phone on different browsers - this is an issue with the website itself and not me. if you replicated the address finder multiple times you’d see it doesn’t work at all, meaning customers cannot continue (like me)
