@ThreeUK great you send a text to say you're going to be doing work in my area after the work is completed the service is actually poorer than what it was before you started we now have to use 3G only to be able to receive any decent speed for basic speed with internet

@ThreeUKSupport It went from no issues on the timeline to a mast being down in the DM. There is a large scale fault in Liverpool @ThreeUK so don’t try and look good on your timeline and lie to your customers

So been a customer with @ThreeUK For over 5 year's, constantly spending £75+ a month and they refuse to match a deal for the sake of £6, no loyalty for existing customers

I've been trying to get a PAC code from @ThreeUK mobile to switch network to @EE for the last few days and all I'm getting messages saying it can't be done due to a system issue. I have now passed this onto @xyzlaw_

Upgraded my phone & started using it last Saturday. My new bill started on the 12/10. @ThreeUK seems to think I’ve used all my data in less than 1 week. My contract has always been a 4GB & I’ve never gone over in the last 5 yrs. 3 better hurry & get this sorted, or it’sbyefrom me

@ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to use my PAC code to change to another provider but the PAC code given to me by 3 is not recognised by EE, any help would be great.
