    @ThreeUKSupport It's 12 months, but the service doesn't work and can't be fixed, so the tech advisor said I wouldn't have to pay, and would need to phone for any over charges...I just didn't expect them to be over £100

    @ThreeUKSupport Iain, there is no point me speaking with any more of your agents as they are powerless. Tomorrow I will go to your Basingstoke store and try and resolve it with them or instruct my bank to block all payments to three,change to O2 and push forward my complaint with Ofcom. @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK Disgraceful refusing to let me cancel a monthly rolling contract on the basis your system has an error since June. Then cutting off my son's phone and overcharging whilst we are still paying! Completely in breach of Ofcom rules @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting since the 15/09/21 for a proof usage evidence to get my business phone fixed. Every time I call up you tell me to wait 72 hours and my insurance company won’t fix my phone till you provide this. What kind of service is this ?

    @ThreeUK Any bad press about you guys is great. I dislike you with a passion. You went and stuck a huge 60ft ugly 5g mast right outside my house. Yet to find anybody that’s benefitted from it. Total disregard to peoples feelings 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport We are planning to go into store tomorrow if not resolved tonight and cancel all of our contracts and move to another supplier who aren't restricted for 5 months by a computer system!
