    @ThreeUK More than a week now, and more than 5 official complaints, still I can't receive verification text on my phone, everything was alright until I transferred my number to the three network, how can I call and chat with support daily without any success, worst network ever

    @ThreeUKSupport So there has been no warning about this - I am a 3 mobile customer as well and the heads up could have changed every! Frustrated doesn’t come close!!

    @jbh1977 @ThreeUK Having similar issue as existing Three customer with upgrade. I have did live chat & 2 calls with them and I still don't understand why they are telling me I will also have to pay as you go this month and pay monthly bill? So complicated for an upgrade. Easier to change provider
