    @ThreeUKSupport But this is my issue….I can’t get the help I need over the phone or on live chat. I’m exhausted with trying! Acc No 20220614 have a look at the notes and listen to the calls….you’ll hear my frustration. I asked to speak to someone in the uk today and the call was terminated!!

    @ThreeUK you are the worst network I ever seen! Worst internet signal! I am your customer for more than 10 years (3 phone contracts and 1 broadband contact) but I can’t stand it anymore!

    @ThreeUKSupport How can I get help regarding an insurance claim. Your menu system has no option and your online chat says there's no-one available. Poor way to treat your customers!

    @PitirisTom @ThreeUK I'm tied into a contract but surely if I'm not happy with the service I should be able to get out? I never had a single issue on @SMARTYMobileUK at 1/4 of the cost but I needed a new device
