@ThreeUKSupport I think it's fixed now. If another Samsung user has issues, for whatever reason getting them to go into Samsung Members app - Get Help - Interactive Checks - automatic checks and also Interactive Checks- Sim Card seemed to get the phone to recognise the sim! X

@ThreeUKSupport Please help. Sim card isn't activated and the handler I just spoke to cannot find its details and says it doesn't exsist? I gave my bank details & was told twice it would active within 24 hours. This was Thursday. I NEED INTERNET!

@ThreeUKSupport It was set up over the phone . Never got no confirmation email about what was agreed. The only email I got was about delivery from DPD. Since this has been going on they did send me a copy of the confirmation email. It is a complete joke doesn’t even have the price that was set
