    @Nataliealana87 @ThreeUK Three in Glasgow is awful. 5G is so incredibly intermittent I've switched it off and there are gaps in 4G coverage all over the city

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had network problems since being with three and I held out until the end of my contract. The PAC given to me was invalid and after half an hour of me stating that they finally agreed. I was repeatedly told it was fine! For me to be told I now have to phone back in 48 hrs!

    @ThreeUKSupport It was Leicester highcross I spoke to the assistant manager today didn’t catch her name same store it was purchased from, it’s only £10 but it’s the point they are miss selling things to people & taking responsibility I have a contract with you already she was so unhelpful/rude

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(

    @ThreeUK I've just got a 5G hub and need to speak to support, however I'm being asked to enter a phone number to continue. It doesn't have one, and I'm not on 3. So... How do I actually talk to someone?

    @ThreeUK you have the worst customer service ever!! All I need is the proof of usage for my phone that got stolen and I’ve been requesting it since 14th May!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Went in to store to check if Republic of Ireland included in my allowance told no you’ll be charged £2 per day or you can buy a sim for £10 I arrive in Ireland to a text saying it’s included, go back today to get a refund the AM refused as I don’t have receipt she was rude

    @ThreeUKSupport I am not getting the tracking Id as well. When I tried to reach the customer service they were asking for the tracking Id which has not been sent out to me.
