@ThreeUKSupport hi my wife's phone and sim has been blocked by yourselves by mistake it's been 2 days now service did resume but only for a few hours she's a nurse and needs this working for callouts this is not good enough she is currently on hold with your customer service

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I know you've both been harping on about 2 networks are better than 1, but ever since the merger my signal has become worse in a lot of places. Used to get 5g on areas now get nothing

@ThreeUK I'm trying to gain access to my account on which I have several mobile wifi accounts. I'm closing three of them down and was told bags would be sent to me for the return. I have not received anything all I have is a DPD printout to attach.

@ThreeUK are just pure robbers, most of the time their network is down and upon selling their contracts they don’t give u the full information! Would not recommend this network to anyone and would not renew my contract with these in future!
