    @ThreeUKSupport Does it cost you more to provide the same service? I haven't had a pay rise in line with inflation. It's a con, a contract should be honoured. I will be purchasing future phones up front and will use a cheap rolling contract with whoever offers the best price

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s saying I don’t have WiFi or a data connection but I’m currently using my data to hotspot and everything else is working fine. I also tried to process it through my account online and it told me the ‘service was currently unavailable’
