@ThreeUKSupport The add-on was applied in sept ‘21 and is for 6mb date when I have unlimited data, resolution is account credit and that’s simply not good enough. Explain the logic behind an internet add on on top of unlimited date…

@ThreeUK what a joke of a network! My sim doesn’t work, you can’t do anything but tell me to wait and I can’t even leave the network because sim needs to be active for that. You also are threatening me with an early termination fee despite the fact you breached the contract
