  • zeitgeistlondon Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUKSupport No I'd like to cancel my contract as the service is unusable. You can either fix it, or release me from the contract. Which will it be?

  • PositiveLad Tom PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported

@MasterSystom @pjkatmusic @ThreeUKSupport Mine just gone down in N22 too.

@PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport I think @Ofcom needs to look at Three on this point. Three know there is a problem yet they continue to sell it. I'll look into drafting something.

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, network's just gone down again. What's urgently required is to check with your seniors on the nature of the #Three fault (or works) and expected duration. @ofcom - please enforce that Three's network status page declares open issues; they've set it to "no issues reported".

  • jonathanfaiman Jonathan Faiman (@jonathanfaiman) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We have lost mobile broadband again twice in 24 hours. It’s down again now. Looks like you never solved the problem. Will you give us an update?

  • PositiveLad Tom PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported

@zeitgeistlondon @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom I’d be happy to sign on to it if they don’t acknowledge the issue in the next week or so.

  • SueH1608 Sue (@SueH1608) reported

@ThreeUK @TheRealAC3 @ChelseaFC Can he fix the poor signal?

  • MrUnleashed75 Unleashed75 (@MrUnleashed75) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You don't need to sound shocked. I have seen hundreds of people complaining from all over the UK and when checking on your website we all get the same report "Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual"
