@ThreeUK could you help me please? I’ve gone abroad and you’ve cut off all my services so I can’t call you.

  • claremlynch19 Clare Lynch (@claremlynch19) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No. We had never used them so they were forgotten. And I had no access to our joint email so couldn’t reset. But we had a 3 way phone call with Three where he gave authority for me to be the full account holder but you guys never fully did it. We’ve both asked to close account

@ThreeUK When are you starting to charge for EU roaming, so I can cancel my contract?

  • PatrickRedknap Patrick Redknap (@PatrickRedknap) reported

@ThreeUK How am i supposed to naivgate your support without access to my device/dongle or the phone number..... so frustrating.... also your site won't let me log on by email....

  • _our2ndlifex 🇵🇸 (@_our2ndlifex) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my phone won’t connect to the local network in Dubai & I can’t see texts or make calls! I need to be able to get my pcr results by text but you won’t let me into my account without sending me a code through text! How am I supposed to resolve this?

  • alistairclare Alistair Clare (@alistairclare) reported

@John_Ogden @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Yeah! That’s a good one. It’s all just hassle though isn’t it. Something that worked well has now been broken. Just one of the many ways the cost of this is passed onto us without it being tracked.

  • BenjaminLawley Benjamin Lawley (Photographer) (@BenjaminLawley) reported

@ThreeUK has to be the worse network I’ve ever been with !! Not only did I have my phone stolen the person used my contract to gamble and spend my money. Now Three refuses to do anything about it. That’s fine I’ve just cancelled my contract, no such thing as customer service.

  • peteads Peter Adshead (@peteads) reported

@O2 are all your new contracts eSIM or are physical SIM? I need an eSIM as the sim slot is already taken. I’d be bringing my @ThreeUK SIM over because they still don’t support eSIM sadly

  • gursingh6554134 Dead sniper (@gursingh6554134) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hello three i need some help . I decided to come to three network. But when I register my account the app says “we are having some technical issues right now” from long time . Please let me know what is the solution🙄 ( facing in Birmingham , West Bromwich)

  • John_Ogden John Ogden (@John_Ogden) reported

@alistairclare @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Definitely dont try to understand three e-sims as far as I can tell you have to get them from an actual 3 shop, you have to pick up a new one to move it to a new device, and you have 48 hours of outage each time you do so
