    @ThreeUK well, my worst mistake was carry on with this woeful service. If anyone gives these lot their business then you have been warned. Customer service advisors that are in fear of their jobs so will make anything up and an antiquated system that is fit for the 80’s not 2022

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply Pete and I presume your sentiments are sincere. I appreciate that t#you have sent another link or hurdle where no doubt I have to do a lot of work just so I can get the most mundane of service.. the Three way is to make it as difficult possible.

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your roaming? In France with H+ or 4g but hardly and data. So slow and useless that I can't even run a speed test. It's not Feel At Home!! I've never seen such useless performance, never mind had to pay for it

    @ThreeUKSupport Not really the point... If you check DMs and previous tweets, it’s not a fluctuation issue, it’s that there is NEVER signal in town and I have to rely on WiFi way too much and, frankly, it’s not good enough.

    @ThreeUK I believe 3 mob is the worst mob phone company ever. Why? An internal customer service fraudster in India tried to get themselves a free phone using my account. Now I'm having to wait for security to call before I can get PAC code to leave.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, sadly we have been with you too long because now I have to deal with you Asian colleagues who would rather lie than help for fear of their jobs. I simply asked about anomalies with usage abroad we are experiencing but sadly mate your advisers are woefully lacking.

    The more I deal with the Data Passport system from @ThreeUKSupport the more of a terrible system it is to deal with. Whoever coded this onto their systems clearly doesn't understand people. Or data. Or roaming.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What am I suppose to do exactly? I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving and as you've known about this problem in my area for Well over 2 years, I very much doubt anything, will ever be done to resolve! This needs resolving..... ASAP!
