@MACDMG1 @ThreeUK I’m currently working in Rickmansworth/ Chorleywood, I’m lucky if I get 3G signal there, 4G in places if I’m lucky, 5G would be a miracle. Yet the guys in the gang on almost every other provider has signal. Makes me glad I’ve stayed with three for so long

@ThreeUK why am I paying you £50 a month for a service that is unreliable and useless?

@JIX5A @ThreeUK Not entirely true, I’m on three and got the alert (iPhone). The wife on ID mobile (same network) didn’t get the message.

@ThreeUK Should test it till it works. Not once. See multiple millions fail then just presume it'll work next time. Not that I give a **** at all.

@ThreeUK How can I submit a complaint about not receiving the emergency alert? If that was real I would have been sat at home completely unaware, and it seems Three was the only major network with this extensive failure.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No confidence in 3 & that that the alert will work in the future. If the issue was so easily fixed after the failed test, why wasn’t it spotted in the weeks prior? One of the reasons for the test was to ensure that people’s devices will also work correctly. Now none of us know!

@ThreeUK How do you know it works if you don’t re-test it? Did this issue happen in the trials?
