@ThreeUKSupport Yes they offered a resolution of 80% off termination fee however this is still over £100. I have paid nearly £500 to three to complain most months, have no signal in my own house. My partner is with EE and has full signal. I constantly get texts saying no signal. Not acceptable!

  • HannahJF1 Hannah ❤ (@HannahJF1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Surely there is something to say if you don’t provide the service I can cancel the contract. It’s ridiculous. I have all the messsges on my phone. Having to drive a mile down the road to get 1 bar is not OK. Enough is enough!

  • HannahJF1 Hannah ❤ (@HannahJF1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I took the contract out with Three last December and had a brand new phone. 12 months of intermittent signal, £8 taken off bill but I’ve still given Three nearly £500 for a service that doesn’t work and I have to drive 1mile to get signal

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried it all. This network changed for the worse after 5g.

  • ChanMahers Chan Maher (@ChanMahers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well I have now been told it is coming tomorrow?! Even though it was due to 1pm today it will now not turn up. Please answer why I now have to stay at home for 3 days in a row. DHL have NOT ONCE texted me so far... I would like to make a complaint.

  • Charltonater Matt C (@Charltonater) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We've been at this since June, we tried to change the payment/ownership of one of our numbers to my son and renew the contract on a new deal withu. Apparently the order has been stuck since June. Every Time we are told wait another 48 hours! We've been told we can't even cancel!

@ThreeUKSupport Just been on webchat, they're sending me a replacement SIM card. Seems that I've had the SIM card since 2012 !!! Hopefully it will solve my signal issues out👍

@ThreeUK I’ve had no signal on my phone for hours now, why should I pay my full contract fee for a service I’m not getting!!!!!!

  • pefarrell peter farrell (@pefarrell) reported

@ThreeUK There's always technical issues connecting to the 3 network from home. The signal strength is so weak it makes phone calls impossible.

  • SofaRacing Daniel Leivers (@SofaRacing) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve ordered an Apple Watch with eSIM support so if you could sort that out before it arrives in December that would be great 👍
