    @ThreeUKSupport Just had the most painful experience with your call centre, unable to tel me what the complaints process is, or resolve my issues. Just awful. Is it possible for someone to contact me to resolve this please? I’ve also got poor signal for months, which is just getting worse

    Hi @ThreeUK Looks like a signal box might really help in the new house and yet your website (which bigging them up) doesn't have a link to order/buy one and online chat couldn't help. So I'm doing the (really) minor sleb with a blue tick route instead. Can you help? Ta
