@b33rdy @ThreeUK Suggesting it might be an individual phone is disingenuous. I have exactly the same problem in Southampton, and many other places with my Three sim and before you ask (or suggest) it’s not my phone because I have a dual sim and EE works fine.

@ThreeUK received the worst customer service from a girl at the Westfield Stratford store. I came in looking for a plan, been a customer for 4 years now, she went on her tablet and told me the same info I could of googled myself.Shes a terrible salesperson,not willingness to help

@ThreeUK if you’re going to call your existing customers to offer iPhone 14 deals, at least have the courtesy not to just rudely hang up when you’re told they’re not interested. SMH.
