    @ThreeUKSupport The case was closed because I wanted a date I would receive a new SIM card. I had been lied to on 4 separate occasions before they closed it. And today I find that 3 have stolen £358.28 out of my bank account. Unbelievably crappy customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I hope this isn’t true. I’ve just ordered a sim only contract with you as I was told that you can do an Esim. Plus you are advertising it online!! So now I have to cancel and sign with another provider?

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I want to know why I can't get through to someone to sort it, I select cancel my contract and I get through to someone and get put on hold (for over an hour one of the times) Or get cut off

    @ThreeUKSupport Just tried it and after waiting for ages it said I was disconnected from the chat. Let's just stop messing around and tell me what the problem is cuz year after year the connection is getting worse and worse.

    Listen @O2 fix your connection. My UNLIMITED data keeps going on and off. I did not leave @ThreeUK for this!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi three iam on pay as you go sim and 5g is in my area can I use my sim card in phone to access the 5g network or do I need a new sim card :)
