    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had an account for years. I’ve been able to sign in on the phone and website. It is only the last week I have not been able to do so and have had the aforementioned errors. I still get errors as below on the PC on registering, or attempting to change password.

    @threeuk @ThreeUKSupport Still getting nuisance scam calls from 0843 numbers. How many miles of red tape do you need to go through to just block these sh1tes from using the network? It can’t be that hard, surely?!

    @ThreeUKSupport The original direct debit is already cancelled, so when that one is attempted it will fail, and I'm really trying to set up a new direct debit but you need to tell me how to tell you the bank details.

    @ThreeUKSupport We were under the impression that the direct debit that was set up in store at the time the contract was took out was being sent to Three every month but we learnt on the phone the other day that Three had never received a bill payment from the contract started in July 2020
