    @TeriLeighHall1 @NEEZU5 @ThreeUK Unbelievably I have had the exact same. I'm currently on live chat with the 12th person I've spoken to, been offered all sorts of credit but I only want the phone today. Got told of issues on Tues, Weds, Thurs & today so don't believe they'll resolve it at all.

    @ThreeUK come on three please the damm Internet connection Internet speed and download speed is terrible, extremely slow and constantly disconnects and can’t load stuff properly on mobile and personal hotspot devices

    @NEEZU5 @steviehenning @ThreeUK Nope, they lied to me for 2 days saying it was guaranteed, then I finally found someone who would tell the truth who told me it was never despatched, stuck in warehouse, they had to cancel the order and I have to contact back 48-72 hours later (48 hours is 7pm tonight) ☹

    Poor form from @ThreeUK to complain to me over email that a 30 day rolling plan I've had for years has "expired" so now they are auto-increasing my monthly charges because they are not making enough from me, unless I ring them to agree to pay them more on a different contract!

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK I remember when my mum sadly passed away and I had to contact you and cancel her contract. My memory is pants but I'll always remember what the 3 customer assistant said. " When did your mother expire". Wouldn't touch you with a barge pole.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, do you mean chat on three website? I am waiting for someone to respond on there since 20 minutes. However, like i mentioned, my earlier chats for hours have all been mis information and my issue not resolved. Since 19/01 my services are down due to fraud
