    @ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ Exact same issue has happened to me, and many others too according to a forum I have seen. The routers are bricked. What are Three going to do? Otherwise I will cancel the contract and go somewhere else.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes for the 5th time this week trying to get someone to fix my mobile broadband. How many calls and how many hours do I have to spend on the phone until someone actually helps me and fixes it???

    @ThreeUKSupport How long is that going to take? Given this situation, does anyone knows if I have the right to terminate the contract if there is no service provided? I've no service since Tuesday night and their dedicated team is not helpful.

    @ThreeUK hello just joint your network and the other day. I went out today 5 mins up the road to my local Tesco I get a call but the signal was so bad I couldn’t hear anything but I had signal bars

    If you are an international person living in the UK, please be careful if you want to use @ThreeUK as your phone company. Such a bad service, invoice problem and lack of solution.

    my 5g hub is not working since today. Only power light is on and all other light is off. calling to customer service said is it software issue nothing I can do. there are load of customer has same issue. I still wfh I have go to cafe for my meeting.@ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Is that the team I’ve spoken to 4 times and got absolutely fobbed off? Or the store I visited yesterday where they directed me to the phone line customer service team by whom I’ve been robbed off 4 times?
