@ThreeUK @madebygoogle Thank you for the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. I took my phone in for a replacement screen and I made your colleagues aware that my old screen was a £30 Belkin. They replaced my screen and chucked away my old screen and didn’t give me a box for the new one.

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest Hi, i cancelled my broadband over the phone, yesterday i received a letter saying thanks for choosing2 stay& upgrade with us. I called2 cancel on same day as u offered the upgrade yet no cancellation confirmation letter. Are u trying 2 lock me into a 2yr contract i don't want?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, someone from 3 I was on the phone to earlier (technical support I believe based on yesterday's live chat) did something to my account, and now I have no service here on my 3 SIM. This is obviously quite serious. Any immediate help greatly appreciated.

*sigh* bought a new phone SIM from @ThreeUK - when registering I added a + sign to my email address. It allowed it, but failed to let me login once created. Had to get support to manually fudge my email address to one without a + sign, and now it magically works again. Sheesh.

@ThreeUK ordered an iPhone and 3monthly sim from mobile phone direct and it's been sitting awaiting processing for 2 days, called them and they said it was 3's system of registration that was slowing things down, is this true?
