@ThreeUKSupport Seems to be all but it's really on and off.... it'll maybe happen for about half an hour then go back to normal. I've not long upgraded but never had an issue before

@ThreeUK says it has instructed a debt recovery service to pursue me for £20.35. This is despite me never receiving a SIM ftom them after trying to buy a SIM-only deal last year. I have never used their network and they want to charge me? @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I purchased a new sim-only tarriff on 14/01 and requested switch for 20/01. I didn't bother to change my sim yet service still running. Checked account, can see I'm still on previous plan? Please confirm what's happening.

Has anyone told @ThreeUK that their password reset feature for their website is broken? Been trying it on and off for 3 months and keeps throwing a generic auth text error at me.

I know it was possible to get an exemption if you were stuck abroad because of COVID but I missed this. It would be reasonable for #threeUK to charge international rates, but cutting my account off (whilst still charging me for service!) is unreasonable.
