    @ThreeUK you agree with the customer that the bill due date is on the 18th of January 2021 and yet on the 2nd of January you also tell that I have the outstanding balance????

    @ThreeUKSupport.... What has happened to 3? I'd really like my number after leaving the company, but no help what so ever! On the phone for an hour. The live chat for an hour, and still can't get my number. 12 years of loyalty counts for nothing.

    Three times i have contacted you and still no luck! I still cant get access to my network. Have to use wifi constantly. I dont want to use you anymore I'm fed up of this @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Maybe just maybe the 3g mast is congested is because no-one on this area can access 4g. Doesn't take a genius to work out that correlation. Either Three are well aware of the issue and haven't fixed it yet or they're incompetent.

    @ThreeUKSupport flakey mobile wifi and phone lately in NN11. Hours with neither yesterday, scary as I had a medical emergency and needed help. All that seems to help is switching router off for 5 mins -- how can that make sense? Currently have a little bandwidth, can't watch TV

    @ThreeUKSupport The first time we contacted to report this was in October and we have made numerous contact since. Each time being assured all in hand, fraud team sorting and would keep us updated but never have. The debt agency chased 3 times over holidays & the link you sent is closed? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport not happy new year!!! very bad customer service, been many years customer have two contacts and both expensive. they are telling me that I am on outstanding balance on 2nd of January when it is due date is 18th January, can't claim for insurance for that reason!
