    @ThreeUKSupport I live in LS12 and my connection keeps fading in and out. Both calls and data. I tried switching 4g to 3g and same issue. What's going on? Like this all day

    @ThreeUKSupport Someone looked before when I reported it but couldn’t find anything. Both in and outdoors and not improved. You’ll see I raised this before against that postcode. There is a definite issue.

    @ThreeUK getting a call over a month when you cancelled your contract. Having gone through your account having web chats to make sure I wouldn’t be charged anymore I’ve made the last payment I’m free to cancel with no further payments. Now I’m being told I still owe you money!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Okay, I’m in work at the moment so would have to wait till tomorrow. Thanks for the help! I’m expecting the SIM to still arrive but unsure when? Would going into a store not complicate that situation if a SIM is already on the way?
