@ThreeUKSupport For the past 5 months I have had very slow download speeds. It has gone from 25Mbps to 0.5-4Mbps. Some days I get 0.1Mbps. After 12 years I think I might have to move to @EE

@ThreeUKSupport Do you know how many UK aircrew will leave you now? Your text support staff are hinting a roaming deal might happen prior to deadline of 23rd May. Hoping this happens or I’ll have to leave. Charging £5 globally (only in the go-roam destinations) is unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport A restart appears to have fixed things. I was having issues from first thing this morning, in East London. Was home when I initially tweeted in Hertfordshire. Did the problem just affect 4G then or was 5G impacted also?

@ThreeUKSupport I am not forced into anything I just think three will be losing lots and lots of customer, especially the 3000 colleagues I know, and have no choice to go to a difficult provider! At the end of the day at the lost of three! As much as I like to stay.. I won’t be able to!

@ThreeUK No data from Vauxhall to Westminster, loss of earnings as a result. Your 5G is so unreliable I don't even use it. It's a shame but clearly you spend more on marketing than the service.
