@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport asking me to go webchat to take off public domain. As useless as the customer team on the phone. Told me she re-raised a case for the 3rd time. Now another 14 days. First case raised 25th Feb by ME. Deadline tomorrow (14 days).1/2

@ThreeUK I have just had the worst possible customer experience with your company. My router does not work, no coverage here, has not worked since being delivered 3 weeks ago, to return it costs £300+ am told it may work soon. Does anyone in customer care, care ?

I left @ThreeUK 2 months ago, partly because at the start of my contract, they overcharged me about £100 because I didn't specifically state that I wanted to cancel my previous contract when upgrading to a new phone. With 3, you need to state you don't want 2 contracts... (2/)

@ThreeUKSupport putting my prices up for what?? Your 5G is terrible. My iPhone 13 grinds to a halt when it connects regardless of where I am in the uk. I’ve just sent texts to my wife but because I was on 5G they couldn’t go as iMessage. Had to be SMS that’s ancient technology!!!
