    Awful Customer Service from @ThreeUK. Trying to cancel a FRAUDULENTLY bought phone in my parents name but the "investigation" takes 12 days. What a joke.

    Upgraded my contract with @ThreeUK but found a better deal so I went to the St Stephens store to cancel, got told they won't cancel under any circumstances, I went on live chat and they cancelled it immediately. Tell me why your staff think it's ok to lie to my face?

    @ThreeUKSupport There was no mention that at any point, they basically told me I was stuck with them for another two years, so technically still dishonest. Making customers feel stupid and trapped isn't exactly ideal business practice either. Yet another example of Three's awful customer service
