@ThreeUKSupport So.. either get more advisers or fix your network.. i've sat waiting for advisers for the last 25 mins and keep getting booted off. They will only say its a hand set or sim problem..but we all know the truth.

@Imperfecting_It @ThreeUK I've had the same mobile number for many, many years, so I'm sure it's been leaked out somewhere in the past. The calls were horrible last summer, then subsided during the lockdowns somewhat. They restarted with a vengeance last Monday and have been incessant since then.

@CarolLa13282625 @ThreeUK Hi again! We've looked into this and unfortunately Amazon Echo Dot 4th Gen cannot be set up on Three networks due to a network configuration issue. There's no setting on the router to resolve this.
