@ThreeUKSupport October last year but if I'd know not only was the price going up from £40 - £43, which the recorded conservation told me would not happen!, its for 18 months - never again, I've been shafted, royally shafted on both fronts, cost per month and the loss of international roaming

@EE , regretting leaving @ThreeUK, in turkey and cant get data working , texting 150 with “travel” does nothing, even after phone restarts and checking your website help section, can’t even call you without incurring massive bill ! I’ve seen I’m not the only one with this issue

@NiksGarments @ThreeUK It’s rubbish. I know they are a phone company but “give us a ring” is just the most frustrating answer to any enquiry. Businesses should respond to customer queries the same way they are asked

@NiksGarments @ThreeUK Actually not true. Had one problem where accounts could not be migrated but online chat sorted it for me. Make sure you make all accounts sepertely then join them as a family because if you don't they can't be split later.
