Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

Godwin Tolulope Anthony (@Tolulorps) reported@ChelseaFCW @ThreeUK Sio should be the one to join the attack from the midfield 3. Cuthbert has no business in the attack. Also, our press out of possession is horrible. Why are our wingers dropping deep into the midfield and the midfielders pushing up? They get past this setup easily.

UK Beauty Online (@UKBeautyOnline) reported@ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
