    I hate being the person who uses socials to complain, but @ThreeUKSupport are being so poor today: I've been in their online chat for an hour, passed to a bunch of different people and most conversation is them "looking up my account details" repeatedly. They used to be good.

    @ThreeUK Any information on improving your coverage for 4G ? I've recently moved back over to your Network as EE is stuck in the past with their prices, and noticed your coverage isn't as good even tho the tower isn't too far away from me, and keeps dropping from 3G to no signal !

    After years with @virginmedia their broadband has become unusable. So when @ThreeUK gets their 5G broadband up to speed, I will be forced to switch to them. I suspect many will do the same with all the current service providers. It can't come soon enough.
