    @ThreeUKSupport Other networks allow this, so why not three?? - I am so fed up with the recent poor customer service and misinformation given - not evening going into the deals offered, accepted and then removed - just a complete failure on three's part

    @ThreeUKSupport Also what do you do when the complaints person doesnt look at the full notes? - So i told them to close complaint without resolution &i am leavng as NOONE can answer me the simple question - if i arrange a deal, can notes go on account to allow me to go in store & collect phone!

    @ThreeUKSupport Severe Network outage in Morecambe Lancashire. connection drops every few minutes, Speedtest app fails to find a connection. with full bars i get 0.12 download Pleae investigate / report to network management
