    @ThreeUKSupport Communications Ombudsman are now supplied with evidence, They are dealing with this, as a disabled person your customer service to help Me is questionably VERY POOR ! You basically cut my service off twice with no real evidence from you when I asked WHY, spending days on phone

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks but any idea when I will know? I’m in hospital so keen to find out more. Why or how was I promised it earlier? Tariff up already but stuck with iphone6. chat team has been terrible so thank u 4 looking into this but odd that store orders not handled better during lockdown.

    @Mattallwright please help... I had a two year contract with @ThreeUKSupport for an iPad. I assumed they would stop after time was up. They now owe me £735 overpayments. Will I get it back? Call centre is awful!?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn... yes just restarted phone and a marginal improvement to 2 bars from 1 bar. Happy to remain on three for the present but would appreciate an approx timescale for repairs to be completed. However poor reception issues are also woeful at Shirley Croydon and Mitcham Surrey.

    @ThreeUK since my contract finished in August you have continued to charge me full price instead of sim only. Now after agreeing I over paid and refusing to refund me, you have done this again. I asked to cancel my aim.onlh and I have been refused that also.

    If you’re having issues with @ThreeUK you need to ask for a discount on the monthly bill. They have done it for others, including me. Or they have applied credits to the account. Or they have given other customers a free booster when they have reported bad coverage and service

    @matangomusic @ThreeUKSupport Sorry to jump in but our connection to Mobile Mast 111844 - BILLINGHAY WATER TOWER has totally dropped out again. It was great about 3 weeks ago 25-37mbps and now 2-7! Agree major issue in Lincoln and local villages for several months.
