    @ThreeUK why would you erroneously bill your customers for over a year and then make them chase you for a refund having admitted your error? My advice to everyone with a contract with you now would be to check and cancel if necessary! You’ve taken nearly a grand in error!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, I appreciate your help. I want to file a complaint because it’s not right for me to be charged the surplus for a phone I have now finished off paying? I am not paying £71 for data only...the £71 covered a combination of paying off my phone and the data/calls usage

    @ThreeUK Then they say they cannot help and that I need to speak to someone else. The level of stress they are giving me is so disrespectful. But they don't care, they keep you there so that you give up and keep the plan. Stay away from this company.
