    I'm gutted my disabled elderly dad has been charged £120 Feb £160 march for his @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone bill when for the past 2 yrs it's never cost more than £20 A month & he's had no joy with them waiting fr an itemised bill before I spend hours on the phone for refund

    @leobarnes @virginmedia @ThreeUK Isnt it the upload speed just as important for video calls? I had 350bps download but 5 upload and the video call was shocking bad.

    @RosiePosieBTN @ThreeUK I left EE for Three . Never regretted it. Sure they try a hard sell when your contract expires but the is always a good deal to be had. Lately some of the perks like Go Binge have been withdrawn though.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got two mobile broadband modems and both have intermittent internet since yesterday getting worse. One is mostly not working. North London area. Is there a known problem in this area?
