@HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK Yea this is real sadly, and three has removed free EU roaming on the new contacts 😞 I think if you had free eu roming on your old contract they cant take it away from you until you cancel your contract but dont quote me on this

@ThreeUKSupport great customer service today. NOT!!!! Upgraded my contract and treated like rubbish and a now have to wait for my new phone but new customers can get the same phone on a few days.. shocking service. #14daycoolingoff

@ThreeUKSupport That is really unsatisfactory as I specifically asked about the 10gb pay as you go plan and was told it would last 90 days I would have no issue if it didn’t start until I put it in my phone. Is there no way the start time cannot be moved on by two days

I’ve been with @ThreeUK since I moved to London in 2011 but it’s gotten to the point where it impacts where I go if I know I won’t get a signal. Unlimited data for a flat rate is great, but not if you can’t use it!

@HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK It is… it’s being discontinued on May 23rd. I did go to another network but the extra cost to have roaming wasn’t worth it so I went back to them. Other networks are being competitive on offering it. Three has basically gone from chalk to cheese on this one.
