    @ThreeUK please help. I have had no internet all day except when I am on Wi-Fi. Not just in one area, and my phone has been showing 3G, 4G and 5G but no coverage at all

    Hey @ThreeUK, your 4G service in Manchester Airport T3 departure lounge leaves a lot to be desired. It's so bad that @Speedtest won't run, so I can't even give you a figure for how bad it is. Pinging a London-based Linode is circa 2000 ms.

    @ThreeUKSupport After speaking with your support team today, I've left Three. The support was horribly condescending and not willing to help at all.

    @ThreeUK Is it too late to change my mind about the price plan I signed up to recently? This ‘service’, 4G or 5G is beyond useless, both on here and in general use. None of the videos posted on here will play without that endless buffering, and You Tube isn’t much better.

    @ThreeUKSupport @tryst_me Internet has been constantly disconnecting now for 3 days. Absolute terrible service! Mast issue in postcode but no estimate on works completion...

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told the SIM card needs provisioned which was false. Then got told I’d enable call barring which was also not the case. Asked to reset the phone which I done. I’ve put the same sim in other phone and it’s still the same issue.
