    @ThreeUK the worst customer service I have ever received. 3 months of trying to get to the bottom of a fraudulent transaction. Over £2k taken out of my bank account. At least 3 emails ignored. Nobody can tell me how I move forward with my complaint . Absolutely disgraceful

    @ThreeUKSupport I wasn't even told that a cap had been added. I'm assuming it was added a few days ago, because that was when I started not receiving calls. Before that, there didn't appear to be a problem.

    @ThreeUK You keep calling me to pay for a contract I never used. At the end of each call you agree you messed up and promise me you won’t bother me again. It never happens, and then you call again. I’m living in a 3UK Groundhog Day. Please sort it out - the number is 07897589662

    Please don't get a @ThreeUK contract. They have not been able to resolve an issue regarding international calls for a month and charged me ridiculous amounts for the attempts to make those calls that were unsuccessful. I don't like complaining but they made me so stressed!

    @ThreeUKSupport Isn't there another way please? It seems illogical your security is more strict than the govs, not to mention this is an issue mostly women would have it's a little unfair. In store they said it happens daily, I guarantee it's women. Can I change my account name instead?

    @ThreeUK Tell me how it is acceptable to shut my wifi down for a whole month, without letting me now until I call up to ask why my internet is not working?

    @ThreeUK @JimBoardman It doesn't work. 3 different Three staff said it'll be fixed but it isn't. In the mean time I have to pay Threes maxed out data prices because their service doesn't work. Roaming should be free anyway like on other networks.
