@jamesoflynn @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Seems strange Three can't just change the new three number to mums old three number considering its their network. Things are never easy. Poor mother new phone now and can't use due to Sim issues. Will let hubby try and sort it later!

  • SCollinridge Sean Lawrence Collinridge (@SCollinridge) reported from Huddersfield, England

@ThreeUK Stop my ******* contract NOW!!! I am sick and ******* tired of paying for a contract that I haven't ******* used since the beginning of the ******* pandemic! You send me to a debt agency which I've refused to pay... But have... Just to get rid of you!!! **** off!!!

Cannot recommend enough, NOT using @ThreeUK as your phone provider if you plan on leaving the country. Unbelievably poor service/data access every single day, and customer service who can’t fix any problems 😵‍💫 Might as well drop your phone out the plane window leaving England 👋🏻

@ThreeUKSupport half strength signal on my 4g router for over a week now and constantly dropping out, says you've been fixing an issue that whole time and no fix yet. Joke tbh

  • Jemz8 Jemma Flower (@Jemz8) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to both your store team and online team. The store guys told me to speak to online and online said they couldn't help me nor could they escalate my complaint

@ottocrat @giffgaff @ThreeUK If we all cancel our goody bags today, perhaps they will roll back. I have no allegiance to giffgaff at all.

@ThreeUKSupport Timeline: 13th May left Vodafone (fully working phone) and joined three. 2 days later noticed network not working properly. Been chasing Three for a resolution just about every day since. 40 days and 40 nights is that normal or acceptable?

  • AWilson_91 Adam Wilson (@AWilson_91) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Online. There was an issue where the delivery date showed 2 months in the past so not sure if that's a factor. Since sending my initial tweet I put the new Pay monthly SIM in, tried to register on My3 and got an error stating it wasn't a valid 3 number, so I've put my old in.
