    @ThreeUKSupport once again absolutely shambolic customer service by 3. Contract cancelled since Nov phoned twice since each call 2 hours and still receiving bills. I'm named on the account but as its my wifes account and she isn't in so they wont talk to me. See u in court

    @ThreeUKSupport when are you expected to sort out the problem with sending/receiving texts? I’ve restarted my phone several times and even reset the network. So annoying😩

    @ThreeUK Having problems with texts and phone calls from yesterday ... Works for so long then stops again ... Noone is recieving my messages and some my phone calls and some cannot contact me... I am a carer and need my phone to work to contact my office whilst I'm working

    @ThreeUK Smarty and ID seems to have stopped working from 1100 not able to send texts. I know they use the three network...have they stopped us so three can go back on?

    @AmazonHelp @ThreeUKSupport It's particularly frustrating that I'm always back to square one with an Amazon representative who wants to take me through the laborious,& identical to previous, procedure of attempting to connect the device. I need to get and keep these working to help with my disabled mother..
