@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Laura! It's st5 6au - I'm using a Samsung S20 FE on three - showing as 4g, but websites are saying "no Internet connection" intermittently, but we also have 2 x three broadband WiFi routers which are running slow on a Samsung TV and on laptops.

@ThreeUKSupport I've already raised a complaint and I'm still at this stage can you get me the non standard letter ? With all the info on it Or do I have to call up again wasting more time and wait another 3 days for this simple document that someone should have told me to get 2 weeks ago
