    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, what has happened to your service in G76 over the last few weeks? Speeds are abysmal and I'm consistently getting sub 1 meg speeds. Previously I'd been achieving 30 meg with no problem. Service is not currently fit for purpose.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4974554836877817653 thats the reference number about my complaint, I did my cancel exactly where I did the contract, in a Three store, in Tooting Broadway, I tried my refund by chat so many times, but everybody act the same way, promising me a solution, but never happen!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Holly. You deleted her plan, which is your right, but if I hadn’t spotted it when she was in hospital, you were proposing to move her on to one of £26 a month. It was bad practice and predatory. I have sorted it but it should never happen to the vulnerable.
