@ThreeUK @GordonRamsay Left some pretty scathing feedback on calls with you too @ThreeUK - you stole money and lied when I left your awful service, so maybe don’t be throwing stones in a glass house *********…

  • Enefes3 Enefes (@Enefes3) reported

@ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK No Internet in G73 area again. @EE has strong 4G signal so what is going on?

  • LittleZo92 Zoe Lawson (@LittleZo92) reported

@ThreeUK my signal has been terrible for at least a month or two now always on 1/2 bars? Is there a reason I’m paying £40 a month to get terrible signal?

  • CtTweets08 Craig ⒸⓉ (@CtTweets08) reported

@ThreeUK @GordonRamsay Do you do price match on your network? Some other place is like half the price your asking, proper nutty prices at yours.

  • VladimirRT nord (@VladimirRT) reported

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Don’t try cancelling your contract if you can’t get a signal though, they’ll penalise you and then screw your credit score

  • zombie_apoc1 GJM (@zombie_apoc1) reported

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK It is crazy how internet through a mobile phone is faster than most broadband packages and in many cases much more reliable. I often use my mobile internet for tethering because my actual broadband is crap, even though it’s suppose to be the contrary.

  • katydyers Katy Dyers (@katydyers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have hopefully sorted this out over a couple of epic chats with your customer support team, but they refused to acknowledge that the £0 final bill message was misleading and I just wanted to let you know, both as a customer and as customer comms veteran, that it DEFINITELY is.

  • eddcod Edd Codrington (@eddcod) reported

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Sees when it happens it is quite impressive. I also think unlimited data is bit of game changer like it was for home broadband. Although I'm back on 4G for a bit as my F2Pro has to go in for a fix (apparently ribbon cable from USB to battery unreliable - known issue).

  • chinnysteve Chinny (@chinnysteve) reported

@ThreeUKSupport since the massive new mast has been put up near my house in Leicester. The signal is shocking. And is almost non existent today. Can you help?

  • shortandhungry Bhav (@shortandhungry) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Same problem with the app. I need to get my phone number reactivated so I can’t use 2FA on the app to login as the number has been suspended. Can I get it reactivated via chat?
