@dianehain @ThreeUK Just a guess here but if you have a phone in Europe and you switch it on it will automatically look for a cellphone tower to bounce a signal back. If it's permanently switched off and powered down they wouldn't know the location of the phone.

@threeuk once again you have “upgraded” me to a new more expensive contract without my consent. Speaking to your customer service department who then try to tell me that this your standard process. Not great customer service or treating customer fairly in my view. 🙁

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried to cancel my mobile broadband with you 4 times. The last call I had with your company ended with me being assured it was cancelled and I would receive no more bills but I’ve received another today. Please sort this out, I’m not paying any more bills.
