@ThreeUKSupport Similar has happened before.I was reassured by chat support agent, then suspension went ahead anyway.Didn't receive the 'won't be' confirmation SMS that time. Don't know if that was due to human error or system error (or both).I'll be lodging a complaint on this occasion too.

@ThreeUKSupport I just gave my 30 days notice this morning to cancel my sim but an hour ago I got a “thank you” email for upgrading? I’ve had the absolute worst experience with three. I genuinely hate every moment speaking to your representatives as they offer no help at all
