@ThreeUK @r_a_k_e_s_h I want my refund from almost a year ago I’m still a customer my last contract ended with a credit amount due back to me that three has decided to steal and not return it’s disgusting lack of services from the call centres in India they send you though to 0 help not resolved

3 contracts with @ThreeUK renewed 2 on sat as Xmas gifts for my daughter's . Con delivery on Monday no show !! Spoke to cs last night was assured they would be delivered 2day only one arrived !! Just come off of the phone to poor CS who have told me tech error I have to wait 48
