    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not frustrated, Jade, I'm simply pointing out that, as customer service advisors, you should all be giving the same competent response. They said they wouldn't proceed any further, in complete contrast to what Nathan said

    @ThreeUKSupport They have escalated it but didn’t take any of my details to get back to me about it. The account used my name and address but not my bank details. I know “what’s the issue then?” But I don’t want someone knocking my door demanding money!

    @ThreeUKSupport Please let your manager know that these are training issues. They can either organise the refund, or I can point out all the training issues to the CEO and that'll be your manager's responsibility to fix.

And I have attempted to use your chat ‘service ‘ is really poor why should I pay for nothing ? I would like the money refunded
