    .@ThreeUKSupport Why am I only being given the option of 4 appalling value data packs? I'm trying to renew the 20 pound data pack & have topped up my account with that amount of money. When I click the button to renew the pack it wants me to pay again. Help me or I'm going to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been charged £250 due to advice given by your customer service team. Given a BAC code that I didn’t need. I’ve been charged without even needed one. Have taken to the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport You owe me £47.61 for a service that never worked. This has been owed to me for a month now. I have spoken to 6 advisors over the month, each of whom tell me to wait 72 hours each time. I will be taking this further if this is not resolved by the end of the week.

    @ThreeUKSupport Its a network problem. Clearly. SIM 8GB data unlimited minutes 12M. Not even trying to ring intl dq!! Just any number ‘off net'

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry for the tone Charley... but this is the 4th day in a row for this and I have no idea if service is ever going to resume. I'm trying to work out if this is a long term issue with your network now and if I should be taking steps to switch.
