    @ThreeUKSupport Yesterday our service at IP14 was highlighted in your status tracker as a Fault being fixed. This morning the same until 6am when the site resolved to No known issues - but service has not resumed - rebooted my router but no signal - can you advise?

    @ThreeUKSupport your support is ******* disgraceful. My internet has been out for four weeks. Under my rights per ofcom. I tried to cancel the contract. They just left me on hold for hours

    @ThreeUKSupport how do i go about getting a new phone and contract as mines up soon, but none of your stores are open and i cannot access 3 on the internet or through the app. The app tells me to enter my number and a password but ive never done this. Help?
