@ThreeUK I have had network issues for months now. Constantly losing signal. Been a customer at same address for 10+ years and only over last year have I had these issues. What's going on in Harrow area to cause this? Told before there was work in area back in summer.

@ThreeUKSupport - well you were very quick when I praised your sales service. I'm really struggling now. Sim card not operating on my phone. Phone says SIM card not supported iPhone 6sPlus... I've spoken to 2 helpful people and they were putting me through to Billing, cut off x 2

@ThreeUK your customer service teams are really rubbish. 4 different live chat team members said they would get me an email with in an hour and yet there is no email at all. All of these emails should have been here by 10am. Sort it out. #crapcustomerservice
