    @ThreeUKSupport On nooo the million exhaustive waste of time checks 😱. My area has a very good reception, I had a very good reception for 7 years until you went 5G then everything went tits up resulting in 2 years of awful reception, I can't wait to get back to vidadone. If your not 5G avoid 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport Done that and tried everything and @ThreeUK have the cheek to want me to buy out of my contract when I get 1 bar signal. Roll on April then you lose a customer of 21 years

    @ThreeUKSupport 1st call cut off 2nd call cut off called back, could upgrade as I needed to update address, couldnt update address on phone, passed me to another team. Couldnt update address, told me to go online, I had already explained that the online service wasnt working, I had requested 1/2

    @nilantha_a @ThreeUKSupport Good luck to you Nil when I was with Three there was an issue with my local mast and it was on going for over a year, everywhere I went I got crappy speeds and no or little reception. I've since changed network and never looked back

    @ThreeUKSupport Also if you pay the excess you normally get a brand new phone. Never heard of someone turning up at a customer's house, handing over a reconditioned phone and taking customer's phone to repair it. We're still paying contract so can you sort it out asap please.

    @ThreeUKSupport another day with no Internet browsing /emails. 4 bar signal strength but lack of service Ng13 0HQ. Continues to advise engineers working on service.
