    @ThreeUKSupport I've asked your upgrade team to process the order for the phone you do have and allow me to pick it up from my local store so I have it end of play today. They have refused, so I'll be leaving three when my contract is up after six years as a loyal customer

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Flip3 is a brilliant little device. I love snapping it shut after I've been on one of my weekly calls to your customer service line in an attempt to get updated regarding the 21 day blackout of cell service in my neighborhood. Thankfully SIM was easy to swap for a working network

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been to one this morning, they sorted it straight away for me. Not a good way to treat a new customer with lies and excuses, pretty sure this contract won't be renewed with Three

    @ThreeUK Wow, shocking upgrade offers.... I have 3 lines with you and have basically just been told that you aren't interested in retaining my business as you have better offers for new customers......I accept I'm not paying thousands per month but that's just poor.....!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have purchased an add-on. I do not want the add on to renew. Your site says that the add on will stop working 24 hours before the renewal if I cancel it. Clearly this is not acceptable, because if I wanted to go 24 hours without internet I wouldn't have purchased an add on.

    @ThreeUKSupport Update - your complaints team have told me they can't help me as well because even though you've sent me a confirmation email and a delivery date, you haven't logged the upgrade on the system.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sim was sent on Monday and if they cant be tracked that just shows your customer service team lied again. So glad I kept the transcript of the call
