@ThreeUKSupport Just to clarify, I was told I'd get one when I cancelled. The cancellation letter said the same. Then I called and they said I'd be sent one. Then I called again on Friday. I changed address several months ago but the letters arrived, so I don't think this is the issue. @ThreeUK

@glo_bank @ThreeUKSupport I have the same in Spain. Three network keeps logging on to Yaigo and then Internet is so slow. I keep manually changing network to Movistar and Internet is fine. 5mins later the phone overrides my settings and kicks me back on to Yaigo.
