@IshyJebin @ThreeUK I’ve had to cancel and move to EE because it’s unbearable 😬. It’s actually dangerous when you’re relying on Google maps etc and driving places alone 🫣

@katebevan @JRJHealey @ThreeUK I’ve been staring at that for a while & can’t see it as anything other than wilful gouging. £6/GB would be pretty bad in my book, but the same amount for 1/1000th?! There can’t be any reasonable upstream cost explanation – it’s ugly capitalist profiteering, pure & simple.

@ThreeUK do I have to go to Offcom to get any customer support? So far 9 phone calls in which I've (eventually) navigated to talking to a customer support person to be left hanging for 20+ minutes with no answer, and an online chat ended with 'sorry we have no CS available '

@ThreeUKSupport Afternoon, I've been trying to get a PAC code for a PAYG sim - I texted on Friday PM & I was told via live chat that a text would be sent (this was after getting a text saying there was an issue) but nothing has come through. Is this anything you can help with?
