@ThreeUKSupport I’m no longer with three, I have moved contracts and all numbers except three numbers can call me. I have spoken to your customer service and they advised they cannot unblock my number as I’ve moved on

@ThreeUKSupport Yes webchat and call but no solution. All they said is pay the bill as it is due. Sim delivery is suspended until pay was paid. Your team needs more transparency.

@ThreeUKSupport Refund was due to early upgrade. The wrong device was delivered where I decided to cancel the upgrade. I have rang countless times passed from one department to another told refund would be credited back to my bank account. Now been informed it will be used as payment.
