    @DPDgroup_news & @ThreeUK - between the two of you, I have been on the phone for 2 hours now with still no solution to a wrong address given by Three to DPD. And no one seems to be able to help despite you being the only two companies in the chain. Ludicrous.

    @ThreeUK Tried messaging support but still no reply, not even an acknowledgment of my message... my daughter has just moved into a new house yesterday and is still waiting for her internet to be connected. If she bought the monthly unlimited add on, is this applied immediately?

    @ThreeUK Hi, trying to get a data passport activated in the UAE. I can never get passed the activate screen where it does nothing and then get charged roaming data. My settings are on for international data. Is there some other way to activate it without having to roam first.
