    @kors_andreas @ThreeUK Good riddance to @ThreeUK with friends like you, who needs enemies? Also, as a Season ticket holder at Stanford Bridge, I can report that the internet coverage in the ground was terrible, the wifi never worked and then you can only find 3G at best.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks very much. I’ve had my sim changed multiple times since I first was issued the number, so it can’t be that. Earlier, the other phone support agent/social media person said that he’d direct me to the right department/person, is that an option?

    Can anyone give advice on here how you get a response from @ThreeUK? No service agent is able to help me and I’m going round in circles it’s incredibly frustrating. Perhaps Ofcom is the way forward? Or has anyone has success contacting their CEO directly? It’s regarding fraud
