Never. Ever. Go with @ThreeUK no matter how good the deal people. They are utter liars. Between my dad and I we’ve spoken to over five different people and all have lied about something. I’ve left them and now they won’t unlock my phone and just ARGHHHHH!!!

@ThreeUKSupport It was resolved by a lovely lady called a Olive in a Customer Complaints. After 3-4 hrs of going round in circles with other team members, she sorted it in about 20 minutes. I will DM case no.
@ThreeUKSupport The trouble is I am paying you around £27 a month for a service I am not receiving and have not for some time. It is beyond frustrating and unfortunately I gain no reassurance from your reply that this will soon be solved. I guess I’ll have to look at other providers 😔

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is Kimberly that Three fail to admit there’s an issue & fob us off. It’s been terrible for a long time now & so has the customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kimberley -my wifi is good (provided by Sky) it's how I'm accessing twitter and we are able to stream TV no issue, so it's not that. My partner has same issue and he has seen no improvement with the booster, so it's not down to my phone. Will get back on live chat.
@ThreeUKSupport I have done 4 times already now and nothing! This is beyond a joke and I’ve never know a company with such bad customer service! I spent 3 hours on a chat with your team the other day and still nothing!
