    @ThreeUK @MicaAndTheGang My wife's phone just got stolen, can we do anything? No! BECAUSE THREE HAVE NO OPEN PHONE NUMBER AND NO SERVICE TO DEAL WITH THIS SATURDAY 8PM SO WE NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WHEN TO PUT OUT MINDS AT REST WHILE A THIEF IS POSSIBLY STEALING OUR DATA AND MONEY!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's on a MiFi so i can't chose to go to 3G. It's exceptionally poor. I'm paying for unlimited data, and i have no data. Do you have a plan to fix the 4G? I've reset the device dozens of times, removed the battery, tried the sim direct in my laptop etc. Please do something!

    @s4kol @ThreeUKSupport I have the same problem mate my area is a 4g area and only have had 3G coverage for about 5 months now it’s ridiculous it’s not like I am in a rural area either

    @saintlysanders @ThreeUK Yeah I thought so but... They had my three number (it was a 4g router and I only had it for 2 weeks, cancelled it because the signal was rubbish) and my postcode? I asked them to send me an email, told them they would have it on record

    @ThreeUKSupport can you advise. Since last Tuesday i've been having issues with my 4g not working, it I go into settings and change to 3g/2g my internet works. This in in the whole of WA8 postcode area.
