@ThreeUKSupport I posting on here to you because I have called you 5 times and you keep telling me this issue is resolved but it isn't. I signed up to 3 in early July, you sent me two hubs neither of which worked so after 2 weeks I cancelled my contract. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I have been trying to get on my account for a month. I type in my email address and password, and then it goes onto a one-time passcode by text. However, it never sends me a text even resending a number of times, so I can't get on.

I have been trying to cancel my contact with @ThreeUK and it is proving to be impossible. My contract finished 3 years ago and despite have confirmation from them that the contract ends they still insist on billing me monthly and demanding payment. DO NOT USE @ThreeUK.

Why are mobile networks all so rubbish in the UK? @threeuk, @EE They bank on about how great their 5G is, and yet with reasonable 4G signal it is still really, really slow and unreliable. Compare with Norway, where you can be in a remote tunnel up a mountain, or 50 miles off the coast and still get decent coverage.
