@threeuksupport It’s now taken well over an hour to try and connect to Twitter to send this message thanks to three days of work on masts near me. Almost no internet for most of that time during working hours and awful mobile connectivity too. 3 days.

Finding out second hand that @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK are pretty atrocious. Other half has been over charged for a year. Refund promised over again, but not here. Different reps saying different things. Purposeful delays? Don't treat your customers like this #ThreeUK. @Ofcom

@ThreeUKSupport And I'm saying it's a scam. I said I didn't want to take my number, I clicked on cancel and it should be cancelled. Why send me a PAC when I said I DON'T want the number? Just listen to your customers, Cancel means CANCEL. Joke of a company.
