@ThreeUKSupport Not ideal? You really think having a chat service that is unusable to lack of staff is “not ideal”. Or having such useless CS staff who cannot manage a simple port in a month is “not ideal” @Ofcom should remove your license due to incompetence

@ThreeUKSupport You won’t commit to any time-frame. We’ve been given numerous differing reasons for the delay. The account has had to change ownership twice to try and sort it. The latest yesterday was that the agent refused to fix the problem as both parties weren’t present 1/2
