    I feel left out. I didn't get the emergency alert. Probably because I have app and system notifications very closely controlled on my phone, but they said it would come through regardless. Neither did husband. We're both on @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK why our household not receiving the alarm why are you not cooperating with government directive, all 3 network in my house refuse to sound the alarm you guys are failure

    Incidentally my Three mobile didn't get the emergency alert while BT and Vodafone devices did. Did @ThreeUK fail the test?

    @ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew Hi Pete & OP - this is confirmed as 3 mobile and it’s MVNOs not receiving the alert. It’s not device related but network related unfortunately.
