Cannot recommend enough, NOT using @ThreeUK as your phone provider if you plan on leaving the country. Unbelievably poor service/data access every single day, and customer service who can’t fix any problems 😵💫 Might as well drop your phone out the plane window leaving England 👋🏻

@ThreeUKSupport Online. There was an issue where the delivery date showed 2 months in the past so not sure if that's a factor. Since sending my initial tweet I put the new Pay monthly SIM in, tried to register on My3 and got an error stating it wasn't a valid 3 number, so I've put my old in.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Are you feeling OK? I've not been a Three customer for over a year, and today I received a bill from you. It was for £1.28, which according to the bill is what I had in credit, so at least 0 to pay. For an account that no longer exists. Please stop.
