    @ThreeUK Don’t use the online chat to order your phone!!! Terrible customer service then when you raise a complaint it doesn’t get sorted!!! Shocking

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusting that you find it acceptable to upgrade customers onto new price plans and phones then delay the phone being delivered by nearly 3 months and offer £20 in compensation- hang your heads disgraceful customer service. Happy to keep taking our money

    @ThreeUK is THE worst mobile internet service provider for Customer Service. Its taken me 2 years to exit a mis-sold contract where I had no signal am home from day 1. Basically told bad luck and pay, or debt collection will be instructed. Awful!
