    @ThreeUKSupport hi guys. I’m in G1 2AF. Got signal, however data throughput is very very slow for major city centre location. I’ve just moved to Three from Vodafone and didn’t expect this. Can this be reported and escalated. Can’t find out how to get texts of issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sammie spoke to 3 earlier. They said the phone was sent back to 3 earlier in December and now they say phone is not available. Reverted to original contract and will cancel when I find a better service provider

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello. Just wondering if you could assist me? The cellular connection on my iPhone isn’t connecting at all. I’ve turned on and off airplane mode and reset my device but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Joe. The intermittent issue has been ongoing for 12 months. I rang 3 times last week, finally speaking to 'sunil' in 2nd line who said after 2 hour long calls it couldn't be fixed

    @ThreeUK why have we know Wi-Fi coverage in EN6 totally inexcusable my dad was told might be on earliest 20th Dec been totally down for well over a week now .staff can’t tell me what is going on we can’t use our tvs computers radios door bell nothing what is going on ???!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to close a business account opened fraudulently in my name for six months. Every month I’m told that it’s closed. Every month I receive an invoice. Your customer service department tell me I cannot complain because the account is closed.

    @ThreeUK Internet up and down for 24 hours, dropping pings under 1mb speeds at times. 3 phone calls to Three and getting different stories each time I ring.
