@ThreeUKSupport Hi so it been nearly 7 hours since i had no 5g internet and have lost my 4g signal on my phone ive have lost a full days work from this loss of connectivity any updates on when it is going to be resolved as its getting ridiculous now im in Hull Hu8 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry for my late response, I’ve just tried this and the other sim is working perfectly. Though this time I am now getting a 4G signal on my new sim whereas I was getting only 3G in the same location pre-removal.
