@ThreeUKSupport Three have restricted my account abroad and cut me off in webchat twice. App tells me overdue yet agent told me no restrictions and payments upto date. In over 20 years I've never had a problem and no one calls you back when cut off. Convenient!

@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?

My lad had his phone sim hacked, it was disabled in his phone, cloned remotely and £125 charges added to the account (in my name). @ThreeUK have ignored my complaint thinking I'll cave in and pay. Just off to the local store to cancel all 4 of my contracts. I don't like thieves.
