@ThreeUKSupport hi, there appears to be a problem with my bill, it should have ended on 9th May but it has ended on the 19th May. I'm also confused with the fee which was waived and paying my usual amount on Monday

@ThreeUK Still shocking customer service though, so suggest you look elsewhere. We are currently locked in on 4 contracts and just been overpaying by £60pcm for 6 months - refund refused. £50 then £100 then £150 credit balance offered instead of a refund but only if we upgrade #extortion

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t even log on to your website to check “Sorry, we’re having problems. It’s not you it’s us” Can’t log onto your app to check. Get to the point where it wants to send me a security code then says “Oops, something’s gone wrong, try later” 😡😡😡😡

NEVER. EVER go with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . They are USELESS! I cancelled my contract within 14 days on 20 May, and I am STILL waiting for a PAC code to be generated which I was told takes 3-5 days. Useless on the calls too, top to bottom awful company.

@ThreeUK what a disgrace your 'capped' system is. Not to mention your customer service is less than helpful! Here's a tip... #dontgetaphonecontractwiththree

  • DroidBox1 DroidBox (@DroidBox1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport the problem is alot of my stuff now cannot connect eg Alexa devices and Blink devices and my access point can't assign an ip to WiFi connections. Also streaming shows on TV is now blocky and starts buffering. Another issue is my connection speed has dropped to 10mb from 50mb :-(

  • Heath_cb Heather Butler (@Heath_cb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It felt like your offer of £50 was to essentially blackmail me into closing the complaint. Which I cannot do when there continues to be a risk that my account will be compromised further
