@ThreeUKSupport In Canada & can't text. Support is closed (won't be open during daytime hrs here). Not back to UK until June & 3 told me to text every 3 months to keep # active. Got verification text from 3 - will that work or do I need to send a text to keep number active?

@LisaForteUK @ThreeUK Downloads are painful, you see the progress indicator stop and wait a second, get a bit of data and do it again. At least on slower 4G it's consistent. 5G might be "faster", but the download takes longer due to bottlenecks, poor configuration or too many users.

@ThreeUKSupport my phone has not worked properly since I took out my contract in December. I am being advised that I need to contact the manufacturer of the phone? My contract is with you. Surely this is your responsibility? I have reported this issue several times.

@ThreeUK it will be added and they never did. To also to transferred to colleague to colleague saying they’d add it then 2 hours later to tell me they can’t. I’m happy to pay for the insurance. Since being a customer of three for years they have been absolutely terrible

@LisaForteUK @ThreeUK manages 38.72Mbps on 4G and Zero 5G coverage, even though they insist I have that at home. That's with full signal, 40M from the nearest site. It's bad. I get 5G at work, in a local Aldi & on a local estate, but it's only a short burst of 5G data every few seconds.

@ThreeUKSupport nearly 4 weeks now with no 4G home broadband. Numerous phone calls to several ‘tiers’. Promises to be fixed (every 7 day period) turns out it’s an EE mast you piggy back off and they didn’t know (supposedly) there was an issue….can I cancel my 24month contract?
