    @SMARTYMobileUK I contacted the customer support team via a chat session & he informed me not to join & cancel the request for a SIM. He checked & said the signal range is one of the poorest in London. So when will @ThreeUK improve the signal for UB1 area? Now I know why I was informed not to

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s bad data on both my phone and my Mifi. Video calls are impossible. FaceTime makes me look like a pixelated mess. I’m trying to WFH but it’s hopeless. Costing me a fortune in Starbucks. I pay for two data SIMs and unlimited data on iPhone - pointless.
