    @ThreeUKSupport The product as it is. The confirmed and asked me to return the phone and I will get my refund. Phone was returned by royal mail since 6th of April and I have since left the network yet thw refund hasn't been paid. I was told 3 working days after the phone is received.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been a customer for 15+ years. Could someone DM me? I’m about to cancel my contract (and my daughter’s) due to new roaming policy, but would like to speak to someone first. Your Helpdesk doesn’t seem to understand the issue & just reads a script. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark. When I call up i keep getting told “service request/order is stuck.. check back in 48 hours”. Which will normally be fine but my sim is dead. I called the store they said they cant do anything unless its face to face (which i cant do as of work). So no one can help me?

    @ThreeUK I’ve just called your helpline, I’m trying to cancel my previous phone contract. Your help line sends me in circles, it says press 0 for other inquires then sends me back to the same point as I was at before! I’m cancelling my old contract and opening a new one with 3
