    @ThreeUK I was sent a final bill, I was in credit. Thank you to customer services for keeping me on the phone for 47 minutes. As they were sorting out my refund, they cut me off.

    @ThreeUK just to let you know as a long time exsisting customer, I find it insulting how good your new customer deals are and how I cant get anything like them. Tempted to cancel my contract and rejoin 👍

    @ThreeUK you guys deserve a medal for customer scam of the year: feel from home is slowly being removed and replaced with £2 daily charges. You might need to work on your communication plan before you lose more business than expected

    @ThreeUKSupport Letter saying his next bill is £38, my older sister had then called up whilst I was at work as I’m usually the one who sorts it out for my dad any issues. She was told because we asked for a PAC code that means the contract started again? So my sister paid as my dad didn’t want

    @ThreeUKSupport They said there's no record of cancellation. I will provide all the evidence here because I am lucky that I didn't change my number. My current provider is willing to provide with all the evidence. Along with some recorded calls that I have to cancel. I cancelled online 5th day
