    @ThreeUK Yet 3 did not alert their customers what was going on! I was trying for three hours to sort my phone out! 3 do not care about their customers and do not give customer satisfaction. #3dontcare

    @ThreeUK This seems to happen on average every 3 months. 4 times a year is not acceptable - what are the plans to compensate customers who have lost business due to services being down more than any of the other major networks??

    @ThreeUK My phone lines are still down!! My son is urgently waiting on treatment at the hospital, they keep trying to call me and I can't answer it!!! Unfortunately all my family are on 3 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK will you be compensating for loss of service from yesterdays occurance, i habe tried live chat and all your operators seem to be really busy also contacted your advisors by phone they have not given a proper answer
