    @ThreeUK @Channel4 Moved countries. What a drama it was for Three to recognise I did not need their service anymore. There online forms don't even recognise the possibility and the their call centre lot still keep trying to sell you stuff. Absolute insanity.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4G but tech support trying to say it’s down to issues in the area. I’ve had the issues from the start but put up with it. Now 2 of us working from home the internet keeps freezing. Never get WiFi on phone upstairs. Worst decision made changing to 3 broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SamMankotia Will these esims also work with the galaxywatch4 4g? I have one and I'd love to be able to use the 4g function without needing to leave three and go to a network that does support the galaxy watches esim.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is my signal getting worse in the area where I work I can't listen to any podcast or music apps without it dropping out. It didn't used to be like this and it seems to be getting worse . KA9 2RR

    @ThreeUKSupport So how come I spent a week looking at your service checker saying you were working on the mast? At least you have been transparent now Suzi. If it’s out of your hands and it cannot expedited can you tell me approximately where the mast is and how many customers are affected?

    @ThreeUKSupport The outcome is that all I am ever told is that it is the same problem that started last Friday, that it has not been resolved, and that you can't say when it might be resolved. I am occasionally told that somebody will call me back, but nobody ever does.
