    @ThreeUKSupport Still taken money from a account 2 months after changed ownership, you have not got a clue our to deal with customers. Sorry lost 4 customers and £100 a month for being so poor and also £1000 phone contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Told us the issue would take 7 days to resolve but leaves an 18 year old in a foreign country with no way to contact family, share location ect. So dangerous it’s really not on

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been horrendous all day trying to return a simple phone and being passed to 7 different numbers and people. Horrible. He’s a pensioner and should be treated with more respect.

    @ThreeUKSupport These issues have been ongoing for a while. It's almost unbearable and it's not just me nor is it a new thing. Please find a solution to this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Said they’ll open an investigation which takes at least 7 days, but still leaves us stranded in a foreign country as two 18 year old girls with no way to contact our family and friends. Didn’t offer to provide any help or info in how we could get service

    Would love to know why @O2 signal has gone so terrible at the moment. Constant 3G everywhere and 4G doesn’t work when i actually get it.. not another repeat of @ThreeUK 😭
