@ThreeUKSupport I phoned the customer service team again yesterday who told me the phone had been located but it will take a further 48 hours to look into closing the case. I’ve been told this before so completely lost trust in the service. Meanwhile your debt collection agency are contacting me

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have been with you for many years and been happy but have been unable to text at home or outside for many days. Tried the suggestions on your website and tried to login to my account but it keeps coming up with an error. Low bars and no 4G showing. help pls
