@ThreeUKSupport It’s just tethering that seems to be an issue. And only in that location. I tethered fine all the way home on the train but at home - nothing

@ThreeUKSupport Finally the idiots in your lack of help department tell me the metal part of the sim should be facing the ground, not very good if you are trying to fit a sim into the base of a 5G hub! As I stated earlier, totally useless support

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Just noticed that VoLTE calling is not working on either my PAYG or contract sim, and also tried it in an android phone and Samsung. It is not an issue at home as I have good 3G signal anyway and Wifi calling, I am worried if I need to go to an area with no 3G

@ThreeUKSupport Ok thank you. This unfortunately has been for the last month or so. I changed provider from o2 to 3 because your service was better and now I seem to be encountering similar problems that I had with o2 where the service drops from 4g to 3G making it difficult to stream.

@PSobocki @ThreeUK It's newer spectrum so not all devices support it but newer devices do. Next time you change it will likely support it
