@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK You have, Three haven't, and given the last message from ID was referring to Three, I am hoping somebody there can explain the issue, as nobody at ID seems willing to do that!

Hi @ThreeUK, can you help with an order please? I think it says I should have received it but I haven't. I have the order number.

I urge anyone in the UK to say away from @ThreeUK as a network. Loyal to them for years and now unable to upgrade. They do not care for their long term customers at all and advise anyone to never ever use them!

  • PupRoxy19 PupRoxy (@PupRoxy19) reported

@ThreeUK Best part is, the coverage checker doesnt tell us when this “maintenance” is going to end but i was told today (4weeks ago when i rang customer service)

  • seekqueen ClaireSeek (@seekqueen) reported

I understand that Data Network Congestion happens at times and there's not a lot that can be done about it, However @ThreeUKSupport I have annually raised the issue that there is a clear pattern of high demand, yet nothing has been addressed. #ProfitFirst ?
