@ThreeUKSupport Intermittent service - same problem happened last year. Router was replaced as it was faulty and solved the problem. No one seems to be actually listening to me and passing me to someone else, who starts from the beginning. Still stuck with poor service now

@ThreeUK @Channel4 I wouldn't have a phone from @ThreeUK if you paid me. Imo they are dishonest and mislead their customers into signing up for a contract without telling them. I complained to the CEO who basically told me to **** off.

@ThreeUK why is it every time I am expecting a call back from your customer service department I never get a call. I have been waiting for a call back since last Thursday. I have called in and been told I have to wait 48 hours. Well it’s been more than that!!

Hi. @ThreeUKSupport sigh. Never ending problems with Three, even now I've switched to contract. Set up a My3 account but after I set a number and password it says they don't match and now my account has been locked for 30 minutes.

@ThreeUK Being charged for two contracts and every time I ring the operators can’t help me. I’m going broke paying you £100 a month 😭
