@ThreeUK I would just to highlight your appalling customer service. I ordered a handset which arrived the next day but decided to return it as it was not suitable for my son. 4 phone calls and a month later I am still waiting on an envelope!!!

@ThreeUKSupport How do I speak, on a phone, directly, to your complaints team? Don't tell me to phone 333 or some other customer service number. Those people don't get paid enough to listen to the rant I'm going to have.
