    @ThreeUKSupport I phoned them 7 times.. 5 times the call was disconnected because of no network signal. Disgrace of a network .

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport our wifi is almost non existent for weeks now and to make matters worst I changed my phone provider to you too and can’t even receive calls on 3 or 4g am completely cut off of this world!!! What is going on !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Trying to get my PAC. Automatic service gives incorrect, inflated early fee (so I understandably don't want to use). Went onto live chat who gave the correct early termination fee, but then just refuses to actually give the PAC after I ask multiple times?

    @ThreeUKSupport Right the problem is with the sim. In my opinion, it does securely fit into the base of the 5g hub, there is no 'click' as described in your online video. Apparently the sim has been activated but the hub still says ' no sim inserted'

    @ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

    @Ofcom is there a standard practice for access to a phone number/PAC if you cancel during the 14 day cooling off period? @ThreeUK think it’s ok to hold phone numbers hostage with no service or a PAC which I don’t think is acceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time they call and I answer they put the phone down. Please get someone from the complaints team to call me so we can discuss further and close this matter. I don't appreciate being sent letters demanding funds that I do not owe Three.
