    @ThreeUKSupport No I still have not received a bag, they said the realised the fault as to why I wasn't however still have not received another. It was advised that if I didn't receive a bag I would be issued a refund, this was a week ago, I have no refund, no bag, £300 down 2 days before Xmas

    @ThreeUK @samaritans Reach out to your customer service please,tell them to stop calling me everyday,wouldn’t mind but I cannot tell what their saying,my 5year old speaks better English which is amazing as I’m not English

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m having issue. The service is never good anywhere. I reported this issue over the phone. Three shouldn’t even be selling any deals to anyone, you guys take everyone on with your cheap deals but can’t provide the service.

    @ThreeUK our internet is down via our 4G box. Been on your website but it says no reported problems in my area. Been off all day. It’s the plug-in 1yr fixed contract home WiFi. Can only chat if have 3 no. And don’t have one. Help!

    @ThreeUKSupport over 4 hours on live chat today and the only things that came out of that wasted time was I would never recommend 3 to anyone, your complaints and upgrades teams don't know anything about each other and I really want to leave! Shocking!!!
