@alistairclare @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Definitely dont try to understand three e-sims as far as I can tell you have to get them from an actual 3 shop, you have to pick up a new one to move it to a new device, and you have 48 hours of outage each time you do so

I keep calling up @ThreeUKSupport regarding a refund I shouldve had back in December... It is now January and I haven't yet received the refund. This is getting beyond the joke. Everytime I call up I'm getting the same crap.

@askdavidjones @ThreeUK Indeed. I have been within them for over 10 years and put up with the slightly hit and miss coverage for the unlimited data and roaming. Looking at international Pay&Go E-Sims at the moment. Just more hassle. Such bad customer service and not even an apology on the chat

@baoigheallain @ThreeUK @virginmedia To be honest I have not changed yet. Just spent an hour with Virgin and 02. There is a second problem. Phone calls. I have to use standard phone calls to Germany, and with three there is an option to add on. 02 has that too, but it is very expensive, and Virgin, doesn't.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to you guys several times! Today I nearly died and had no signal to call someone to help me !!!!!!! I had to run away super fast. It was tragic but I survived because I’m a survivor.

I've been a @ThreeUK customer for approx 20 years. I'm letting them know now I'm off to @O2 or @virginmedia when my contract ends. #NoRoamingCharges for me thanks.
