    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days? Three - Yes Me -

    @ThreeUK Hi why dont you guys prioritise 5G broadband users to get access to 5G SA where 5G SA is available we don't get still get 5G SA and 6G is on the way by 2030 6G will start slowly. I'm not happy about Three 5G Broadband slow

    @ThreeUK I’ve been a customer for more than a decade. I’ve tried to upgrade several times and you make it as hard as possible. Yesterday you cancelled an order after contract signature and order number. Today I cancelled my direct debit

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your site. Tried a couple of different browsers. Trying to order a free sim but it just logs me out when I try and checkout.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
