@ThreeUKSupport Do not disturb has been turned off and I’m connected to Yoigo. I have literally tried everything and as soon as I disconnect from wifi my phone is useless. Is there not a fix?

@ThreeUK Don't worry about replying, however when a customer has an ongoing complaint (with a case number) it would turn out better for everyone if it was possible to speak with a human being when that customer tries to return a missed call, from your complaints team. 🧵

@ThreeUKSupport Get Started Use Free Wi-Fi Underground Once you're at a participating station, switch on Wi-Fi and connect to Three_WIFI. The trouble is Three_WIFI doesn’t seem to work on the Elizabeth Line Stations

@ThreeUK whomever you are outsourcing the promotion of bundles/upgrades the experience is pretty awful as a customer. I've had to correct a sales rep on the actual deal they are offering (because they dont have the right info) and had the call ended because Im not a 'sale'
