@ThreeUKSupport So what you’re effectively saying is that you’d rather take a gamble on a new customer than keep happy someone who has spent the last 10 years on your top plan? And I am out of contract.

  • merem__e Miss M.🧚🏾‍♀️ (@merem__e) reported

@ThreeUK Three network doesn’t work !!!! Very poor worst decision ever!!!!

  • Spedley1 J Spedding (@Spedley1) reported

@NiksGarments @ThreeUK I use Smarty on the 3 Network. Dirt cheap with no commitment. Had no problems so far (over a year with a family of 5 accounts).

  • digitaldownfall Chris von Eitzen (@digitaldownfall) reported from Merton, England

So, @ThreeUK has been ‘testing’ eSIM support for more than two years and has yet to roll it out. Insane. Maybe sometime in 2142…

  • eshwe Lorna (@eshwe) reported

@ThreeUK your service is shocking in Bristol bs7 area!

  • ManiKarim26 мαηι ѕαη∂нυ (@ManiKarim26) reported

@ThreeUKSupport a joke now put a side, your international call centre is a bag of jokes and they have been messing me about non stop. I have literally had enough of this now and I want to speak to someone in the UK. Can you advise me what to do? If you don’t want to help just say

  • TejB Tej (@TejB) reported

Literally just sat down to use my smart TV and @virginmedia goes down, again. Come on @ThreeUK get your 5G coverage running in Leeds so I can leave #virginmedia for your 5G internet!

  • jamescmoody James Moody (@jamescmoody) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Was a Three customer originally from Three launch. Switched to O2 to support Apple Watch but thought Three was better. Experience with 5G home broadband would make me question ever going back to Three

  • Kieran876 Kieran (@Kieran876) reported

@ThreeUK Is there any way to buy a 14 pro outright with you? or get a pay as you go sim and cancel it straight away or anything like that?

  • Ianmartin_gc8 Ian Martin🏃‍♂️ (@Ianmartin_gc8) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Spoke to a second line engineer on chat and Turns out there is a fault but according to your website no problems in my area why is that ?
