@ThreeUK why is it impossible to actually speak to anyone at Three!! Every option just sends automated crap or fobs you off!! I need to know what I can dial to find out my PAYG phone number.

@ThreeUKSupport My brother has the same device and his is working totally fine. Mine comes up with an exclamation mark next to the 4G and doesn't work. I am going to be quite dependent on mobile internet for this trip so it's quite an issue if I can't get it 😟

@ThreeUK I upgraded my phone yesterday and got a confirmation email and a text saying congratulations on upgrading and it said my phone is due to be delivered today but didn’t get a text this morning with tracking information. I rang up three and used chat but didn’t help.
