    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there any news on when service will be restored to Bath area? I’ve not been able to send messages, call or use internet/WiFi for 3 days. Postcode checker says there’s work being done on masts. I live alone and need to be able to communicate.

    @ThreeUK When we have a power cut I also lose my mobile phone signal. This didn’t happen with my previous provider. Why is this?

    @EE fantastic customer service today from one of your reps… I asked to see if there was anything they could do to reduce the cost of my SIM only contract… to be told no, even though I’ve been an EE customer for years…Happy to say I’m now a @ThreeUK customer 🫠
