@ThreeUKSupport Would appreciate this was resolved asap so I can start using my phone again. Or failing that I would like my PAC code and handset cost settlement figure so I can move onto another carrier because the telephone customer support has been shocking.

Hi @ThreeUK I've just had a message saying you've increased my spending cap to £150 which I didn't authorise and I can't get hold of anyone as your app is down?
