    @ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people

    @ThreeUK So you can't provide a stable broadband connection, and tell me I can't cancel without paying an early disconnection fee? What of bunch of useless, thieving ******* ***** you are! See you in court you complete and utter ******* scum!

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! it’s infuriating

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
