@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK still waiting for proper 5g connection on my mifi/iphone respectively, u guys sell 5g like it exists, and then serve up 4g that can't even support youtube most days or render an image properly sometimes on screen. not impressed

@ThreeUKSupport It would seem that reading in not your strong suit, I already mentioned that 333 were no help, neither was customer options. Are there any UK call centres or somewhere without the huge background din I could call who could resolve my dispute or is the ombudsman the best option?

@PedriG8 @ThreeUKSupport We have been having the same issue we are also in Lincoln. It's really frustrating because they tell us to contact them but how can we when we got no wifi to go on the website. Trying to do University work but can't. Really frustrating honestly.

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest why are three not advising that their system has been down since 0930 this morning ? this appears to be the fob off that chat team is putting out, yet when i called they advised there is no issue.
