    @ThreeUKSupport @SonradanEnglish Kirsty, you know very well what the issue is. Find a more diplomatic way, be truthful. @ofcom - they're at it again, constant lying, but their own higher lever support people admit the service in London has been broken for 7 months and that they withhold this info from customers

    @ThreeUKSupport @samorris6182 Also having the exact same issue. Netflix snapchat and the app store not working cancelled my direct debit and ordered an EE sim absolutely useless network with 0 help from customer service!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport snapchat, app store and netflix all down on mobile data for over a day now. Will only work on wifi. Seen multiple tweets now with the same issue all three customers. Absolutely 0 help from customer service so contract cancelled !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Now out of contract & still paying over £22 pm for mobile broadband, which only get signal in one room. Bought smart TV over year ago for lounge still never been able to pick up WiFi to use the features. What do you suggest & can you offer a free wifi boosters ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah my partner is with use also. In the house he has no signal, just checked my daughters phone. She has nothing either. But we used to get signal all over my house no problem then all of a sudden absolutely nothing. Very strange

    @ThreeUKSupport No signal bars on my phone at all. Took my kids to school this morning and a couple mins walk I get signal. Back in the house I have nothing. No I haven’t tried another phone, I will try that.
