@ThreeUKSupport Up over 5 years ago they could not do anything for me and the adviceI was given was ... call back when you remember it !! Shocking service !!

  • TrueChonk OG_Biscuits (@TrueChonk) reported

@ThreeUK when you call and ask to pay your final bill and cancel your account that was set to expire last May. Then receive multiple debt collectors contacting you because the idiots in three aren't able to cancel an account. #impossiblyidiotic

  • TrueChonk OG_Biscuits (@TrueChonk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And not only that. In store when I asked a member of staff about the calls I was getting, they told me that the number was most likely a scam and to block it. Turned out that was your own number, so I missed a lot of calls saying that there was an issue

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how comes you don’t support apple watches? And esims?

  • LouiseOconnel18 Louise Oconnell (@LouiseOconnel18) reported

@ThreeUK I was told a manager would call me back regarding my complaint within 24 hours on Saturday yet again I await that call 😡😡😡

  • CrayZee7 Amish (@CrayZee7) reported

@ThreeUK It happens in many areas on the M4 on the way to Reading from LHR and in Wembley too. I'm sure other areas are affected. The only fix I can think of is to not allow 5g connection but what's the point? This has been happening for months. Deleted the previous tweet

  • CrayZee7 Amish (@CrayZee7) reported

@ThreeUK seriously frustrated with your service. Since the 5G roll out my phone doesn't always know where it is when using Waze/Google maps as it's trying to go from 4g to 5g and back. Honestly it's a joke when you can't rely on your service to give accurate navigation...

  • CrayZee7 Amish (@CrayZee7) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Prior to 5g I used 4g mainly without problems. It does get frustrating when it happens this much. I believe I have had my sim card for 4 yrs or more. 5g is only a problem when moving around like driving or cycling as it won't give an accurate location and switches between 5 & 4g.

@erlistens @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK No problem. If you still get the error, then from your three phone, you can phone 333 and then they may be able to log you in as well. You can also join them on that chat link they sent earlier.

  • _Suzieee_ Suzie Wallace (@_Suzieee_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was assured by one member of customer service yesterday that it would definitely be done today and she would phone me by 3pm today to confirm. I never heard back. I chose to stick with 3 instead of moving to another PAYG network, but I’m starting to regret this decision!
