    Well after initial optimism in three UK Home BB (I can see cell site from my window) @ThreeUKSupport are looking into a service issue after some sporadic service, (the reason for my contacting them) we're now totally disconnected!! Starting to get silly i have work to do. :-(

    well done @ThreeUK we try to solve things online, you ask to call. We call and the "service is down" so no one can help, what a waste of time.

    @Ofcom Some telecom companies like @ThreeUKSupport are not sending PAC code when requested with message "Oops, we can't process your request at the moment due to a system issue...". Been trying for many days. What's the ppint have regulations when they won't follow. #poorservice

    @ThreeUKSupport Ran a test on my device. He then passed me through to second line support and cut me off as it was gone 6pm. Tried calling back call centre closed. My signal is usually perfect where I am situated but last few weeks barely 1 bar of signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was advised that approval for my refund would take 48hrs and that was weeks ago. I've called to chase but nobody knows. How many times do i need to call to get my own money back? Why do you everything by phone with no email confirmation? #fail
