@ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

@ThreeUKSupport Currently in work at BT41 2RU. Whatsapp messages are taking ages to send, Internet is very slow and videos on Facebook/Twitter buffer constantly.

So issues trying to us the online shop with @EE yesterday. Spoke to an online team member who said EE would contact me. I get contact asking how they can help me with no idea as to why I complained. Wow! @ThreeUK do you want another customer? I’m so done!
