@ThreeUKSupport Are there any issues being reported for accessing accounts via my3. I’ve just tried my number and password and incorrect so tried to reset and get the error my3auth.text.generic.error so I can’t even reset the password. This means I can’t access my account online

  • szam_ Sarah Zaman (@szam_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport please help, I’m being billed twice a month without knowing in the last year. I sent my proof to you guys on 29th November and haven’t heard anything back since 7th December. I called 333 and they were rude and won’t help me with my situation

@brodie_dynt @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport oh this is the actual worst!!!! 🙄🙄 praying it gets sorted 🤞🏻

  • pjcoopjazz Paul Cooper (@pjcoopjazz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, that worked thanks. It wouldn't be difficult on your web front end to display a user-friendly message rather than a system message? Something like: "It looks like you have not registered with My3 - please register". Would save you a lot of support calls?

  • Malakais_Mummy Elizabeth Edwards (@Malakais_Mummy) reported

@ThreeUK I am hoping that all the issues I have been having with my home broadband and phone signal for the last 48 hours means that 5G will be rolled out in my area soon?!?!

  • cathrinhrt Cathrin Rhind-Tutt (@cathrinhrt) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @MartinSLewis Been a customer of 3 for over 10 years now and I am disgusted and appalled by the service I'm receiving. I cancelled an upgrade over the phone TWICE (I could see the upcoming payment on my bill) and assured both times it has been cancelled..

  • peterseaton80 Peter Seaton (@peterseaton80) reported

@ThreeUK you should be completely embarrassed about your customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like it #awful #embarrassing #shocking

  • thisispanos Panos The Greek 🏳️‍🌈 (@thisispanos) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Can you please provide me with the email of the director of customer service? Another 5 days has passed and I haven’t received my refund and your colleague Rajaram assured that I’ll receive my refund within 3 days.

  • asoundmove Alain C (@asoundmove) reported

@ThreeUK PS please have the decency to cancel this charge.

  • Peter_Tix Peter (@Peter_Tix) reported

After years of crap internet speeds because we do not have access to fibre we have moved to @ThreeUK #5g home wifi and have speeds of up to 200mbps instead of 8-13mbps! It's time to get 5g rolled out everywhere so we can ditch awful overpriced wired internet connections
