    @ThreeUKSupport Always had this issue because I have only just got the box 24 hours ago. Brand new user. I fear I will have to return this is we cannot get a decent connection :(

    @ThreeUKSupport ok thanks. Lets see what happens. Its a month to month contract so we will simply terminate that if it isnt working. I had hoped we would get 5g but not likely up here.

    *applies for a job at @ThreeUK * *1 minute later after doing all 3 online tests which I 100% doubt a human did because the tests were kind of easy yet I still failed and got rejected* Man jobs are piss **** to apply for, I have all this tech knowledge and get turned down ffs

    @ThreeUKSupport pete, its been on its way to the depot from thursday. pretty sure this is a 3 issue and not DPD. Any suggestions for how you get me a phone today?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, I've done both of those, and also taken the sim out and put it back in, but no dice. If I try to select a network manually I get a "Couldn't find networks. Try again" message, so not sure what else to try.

    @ThreeUKSupport since going back into London again, theee service around busy stations etc seems terrible - full 4G bars but no functioning data / calls - network seems super contended. Any plans to fix
