    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport frustrating. This situation is causing me serious stress. If this is not resolved immediately with a full explanation and refund of any incorrect charges, I will proceed with cancelling all my services and escalating this complaint further.

    @ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…

    @ThreeUKSupport The connection status for the area around YO7 1LB in North Yorkshire is "Data Services Unavailable". A man with a van is required carrying a new module, nice signal level, but no throughput.

    Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...
