@ThreeUKSupport No idea why it was cancelled - first time was a “system fault” your side but no idea why second time. Not insured so paying for it myself. Still being passed about on the chat... if you could help that would be amazing

@sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Three locations so far. All around Brighton. It’s actually far exceeded my expectations... in a negative way. Signal mostly ok. But either very broken network or overloaded. Packer loss, failure to set up connections. Time outs etc Z really really bad

@thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.
