    @ThreeUKSupport I changed my old contract to PAYG so it's to move that one to my contract sim. I have been told twice technical issue but assured fixed. I really can't keep logging in every 2 days to tell the live chat the same story over and over

    @ThreeUK why is it so incredibly difficult to cancel my contract? Been trying since June! Been assured 3 times it’s cancelled yet money still being taken off! My phone is already paid off yet my money is still being taken? I am fuming! I’ve already spoken to the complaints team!

    @ThreeUKSupport Really? So I must now waste more of my time by contacting three via phone/chat. I was on the phone for 27min on 15 aug where they assured me the problem was fixed. I’m going round in circles here!Sending generic replies and forwarding us to your ‘contact us’ page is useless

    @ThreeUKSupport In USA with @threeuk pay as you go funded sim. unable to make or receive voice calls from/to UK on ATT lte with 5bars. data and text work fine. total 4+ hours tech chat still nothing. help me plse.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please advise DPD to change the delivery address of my parcel for tomorrow? They will not do it their end. I've waited in 2 days now with no successful delivery. If you can, I will DM you the address. If it's not delivered successfully tomorrow, you can cancel the order.

    @ThreeUKSupport Noticed by chance that you have been charging me DOUBLE what I should have been paying for the past few months. Nothing but trouble ever since I joined 3, at this point I just want out of the contract, service & customer service is useless (3/3)
