    @ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
