@ThreeUKSupport Hi contracts in my partners name( he got contract for me) got my pac code now enough is enough , even outside walked for 10 mins after emergency hospital app still could not log onto Uber cos signal or be heard when I called someone to ask them to book me one. going on too long

@ThreeUKSupport Yes since middle of March so why haven't u emailed your customers to tell them about it plus u haven't a clue either when ur going to get the fix for it still not happy

@ajameschristian @ThreeUKSupport I have 6 contacts with them and when I first went with three it was never an issue but now it’s just got stupid and near to the point unusable. I have had to get an EE Wi-Fi dongle to get reliable internet data

@ThreeUKSupport Just got off the phone with you RE: slow 4G broadband. Was told there’s nothing they can do, but I may be able to “go to my local market and buy an external 4G aerial”.. lucky if you can get vegetables at my local market. Apparently you don’t supply aerials. 1/2

@ThreeUK your #indian customer service ****** up my contract,my number is invalid,false infos given to me that i can’t recover the number! Sort this out within #UK call center not in #india because they screwed me up! I’ll sue you!
