@ThreeUKSupport after work being done where I live 3 times this year the signal is still appalling. Little to none frequently. This is not the A+ service you tout. My elderly mum’s phone can’t do wifi calling and she relies on it to keep in contact. Not a happy bunny!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim. I've spoken to customer service, work in area planned 23-29 Nov, but overrunning. 'Big Network Build' is fine, but killing the existing network while you do it really sucks.
