    @shelbieyh @ThreeUKSupport it's because they all sold out in minutes - wouldn't be surprised if loads of people had access - o2 customers (their site was messed up) and there was some Lewis fan presale is well. heartbroken because I missed out on accessible tickets by about a minute due to payment issues

    @ThreeUK You people disgust me. I cancelled my mobile broadband with you in May and you were supposed to send me a bag to return the hub. You never did and you have charged me for ANOTHER 2 months even though it NEVER WORKED. You have now got a debt collector on me! You are scum!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Calls either not connecting or sound awful then just disconnect. Not getting calls in, only getting texts saying I'm missing calls. Live in Smethwick. Please advise urgently.

    @ThreeUK hello there is a big problem in Rochester Kent specifically Higham. No data on mobile or through three broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi John, I do see it on the status page — but as a customer, I expect proactive updates, not to discover outages myself. This has been happening daily for 2 weeks, 8am–5pm. If it’s planned, a clear heads-up or workaround is the least one would expect.

    @ThreeUK family member is not able to make any calls or receive calls. Been up and down for a week or so. Customer service are rubbish and haven’t helped whatsoever.

    @ThreeUKSupport your live chat are extremely frustrating. I've asked for them to help me set up my esim so they sent a list of instructions. I let them know that I can't find "more actions" on my app and their only solution is a canned reply to visit a store. Why is this?
