Shoddy customer care @ThreeUK Just be up front and tell all customers you are not offering Go Roam under the same conditions - this is a significant change.

@ThreeUKSupport Only after a replacement or upgrade for a faulty ZTE 801 hub, nothing major really, but its impossible for anyone to complete this task! It’s been a nightmare, very shoddy and poor customer service beyond belief. This is why you lose customers!

@ThreeUKSupport The best they advised was to cancel the contract and apply for a new one. But if I do that I end up paying £20 more per month for the phone, and I've lost out on the Samsung offer for £300, that I was eligible for after purchasing the phone when I did. I'm really unhappy 😭
