@ThreeUK on the 17th you started work in my area I’ve had no signal and can’t get data still… can you advise when your going to sort it plz I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me it would be fixed by now but still not getting any data when will the mast be fixed ?

@ThreeUKSupport I've had the sim since 2014, and it does work when I put it in another device, so I'm guessing this means the issue is with my phone
