    @RaymondCla82604 @ThreeUK I can confirm smarty hasn't worked all day. There help chat is useless and just tell you to use WhatsApp. Can't do that to organise medical appointments.

    @ThreeUK It's annoying but I dont get why everyone's being so aggressive about it. It's not like they did it on purpose, technology fails sometimes. That's why its bad to be so reliant on it. **** happens

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When you going to fix this my business line I’m not working my personal phone is not working. I have to try and find someone to pick up my kids for me at school today. I couldn’t call the school that someone is coming to pick them up missed out on almost £3000 of work
