    @ThreeUKSupport My monthly bill is supposed to be £8 a month. In December 2022, 3 charged me £46 for the month, because I went abroad, even though my phone was off and I never used my phone. I have been back in the UK since the 27th December 2022, today 3 have charged me £45.

    @ThreeUK I have recived a bill today stating I owe Three money which is incorrect. I've tried online chat but no one connects to talk to me and I don't see why I should have to phone up as I don't actually owe any money. Can someone help me please?

    @ThreeUK my phone has been unable to connect to any calls all day. It tries to call/rings but then disconnects and says call failed. Is this an issue with 3 or the handset?
