    @ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?

    @ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
