@ThreeUK so, back in the Uk, on the ground at Heathrow and all around me people are using their phones without an issue…….apart from me, poor signal, again! Intermittent service.#whatajoke!

@ThreeUKSupport It was a monthly plan. I now use EE as my provider, after your advice to find another one at your Hanley shop. Given the hours I spent trying to get the problem fixed at 3, wanting to continue but with you failing, I should be billing you. Moving to EE fixed the texting issue BTW

@ThreeUKSupport Sometimes it’s fine and sometimes it’s not, I’ve never had an issue with my phone before and never had a replacement sim, I get signal in the Norma places. But it’ll drop at random moments

@ThreeUKSupport No mention of a termination fee in Hanley 3 shop. Also given the Old contract was up, 3 made the revision to a new one. I believe the unsolvable technical problem resulting invalidates an early termination fee. You could not provide a basic mobile phone package or functionality.

@saifulnizamREL1 @ThreeUKSupport @MarcoBayer_eth 2/2 Got his bonus! Three denied all knowledge earlier today! Good job I kept screenshots of everything. As soon as they realised I had evidence I was paying for a contract I never had they backed down! They are refunding me £124.10. If they don't I have more screenshots! Idiots.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi,all I know is that I regretted joining Three about 2 months into a 24month contract! I had nothing but poor service on the network and customer service when trying to resolve the network issues I constantly had! Month 24 I could cancel with nothing left to pay as you can see.

@ThreeUKSupport I want to cancel my contract on the day the minimum term expires (17:9:22). I understand 30 days notice of cancellation is needed. If I give more than 30 days notice, is it correct I’ll be charged, even though I am not actually leaving my contract early?
