    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jonathan, yes, I get similar issues everywhere - Hampstead is a particular deadspot, but it's intermittent all over the country. The issue has been ongoing for perhaps the last 2 years or so? On both the iPhone X and now the 12 Pro.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you explain to me why i have been having signal issues whilst at home? I can’t phone anyone I can’t send messages I can’t access the 3 app! Why am I paying a contract when I can’t even use my phone properly? I live in Shotts ML7 postcode area

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested to keep my old number from another network to switch to three and the number hasn't been transferred yet even though my switch date was the 24th of December. When will this be resolved?

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is that my phone thinks it has 4G but it doesn’t so I have to go in to settings to force 3G to get any connection. This is because of network congestion, right? The issue is when I’m static, loading the next address.
