    @ThreeUKSupport No especially as I use my phone for work!!! It’s so bad. I’ve rung 20 odd times and spoke in the last week or so. Feel like no one is helping now. I’m paying contract with you for a phone I don’t have

    @ThreeUK what terrible customer service! After upgrading my phone contact I Wanted to cancel my WiFi dongle, was told it will be free, got hung up, told it would cost £170, got passed around 5 times, told no one could help, told that I shouldn't be with 3. Maybe they're right.

    @ThreeUK Whomever I dial, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." How can you fix this? Been happening for a few days now.

    Slow @ThreeUK 4G home broadband, and the only excuse customer service comes up with is “We are upgrading the service in your area. Should be fine by 18th March”. Our 30 day trial would have been finished by then to even check the speed and connection, we are working from home?!
