    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    @ThreeUKSupport why am I being contacted by a company called credit solutions saying I owe them £800 from a past three account when I never had a contract with three,tried getting help from your website which is quite frankly a load of **** and no use at all

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it.

    I ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?
