So @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I cancel my 5g hub because despite the claims I’m not getting 5g and hadn’t for over 3 months and when I cancel it the kicker is you want ME to settle the final bill!! I was paying for months for a service I wasn’t getting that’s why I cancelled it!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Had no issues with this in September for the week I was in Turkey... Here 6 day's and encountered this... If my spend was set to zero I'd have had this from day one, but didn't.
