@ThreeUK the worst customer service ever! Wednesday my sim broke they said it will be delivered Saturday latest. It’s the following Tuesday now and they are saying 1-3 days. I’m now opening a new contract with another provider. It’s important because of my work.

Amanda Dunn (@addverbaan) reported
@ThreeUK how do your online chat people keep a straight face when telling me go roam@is no longer free because my contract renewed last year, with the exact same service but more expensive? What dictionary do you own that that’s considered the definition of an “upgrade”??

Apoorva Walimbe (@ApoorvaW) reported
If you’re new to London and looking into which SIM to buy, run away from @ThreeUK and never look back! Run away fast. My SIM isn’t working for the past 5 days. They haven’t been able to fix the issue nor do they want to send a replacement SIM to me. Stay away from #threeuk

@OrangutanClyde @threecomplaints @ThreeUKSupport They worked on masts in Edinburgh, my signal became unusable when it was completed, they are taking no responsibility for this.

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK You're lucky. I could never understand what they were saying except when they started trying to sell me an upgrade. They made an effort then.

@ThreeUK What a surprise that the character who doesn't understand any of the words on the menu has a strong northern accent. Bad, lazy ad.

@ThreeUK Avoid @ThreeUK like the plague, cos they're rubbish and will tell you anything to keep you in contract while offering substandard coverage and network speeds.
