@SuperwomanNeto @ThreeUKSupport Cancelled my service on Friday, will finish at the end of August. Couldn’t agree more, effectively no broadband service for a week. Nobody could even say when proper service would be resumed!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Its SE208JE. I am facing serious issue with the connection. Signal from the hub is showing green for 4 and 5G. But connection is on and off sometimes no connection.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks 👍 I have the new 5G hub home broadband. Since friday there's no 5G signal, only 4G light is on, but no internet connection. 😵 Doesn't this work with 4G only? Area is SE13 6QA.

@ThreeUKSupport My point is that it stops working, daily. A home broadband service cannot go down daily. Whether rebooting a modem fixes it or not is irrelevant.
