@ThreeUKSupport worst customer service ever! 4 weeks later, 3 visits to an Apple shop and still no refund from 3 as the backend team says No. Apple had no service replacement iPad available, so I am £1449 out of pocket and @threeuk could not care less.

@ThreeUK worst customer service in the world. iPad Pro faulty, was told to take it to apple shop for a replacement, apple had no replacement available, so had to purchase a new one, now @threeUk won’t refund as the backend team says No..

@GawedaAiden @ThreeUK I'm am idiot. Three was the network I went to when Giff Gaff kicked me off, it was them that removed me and my time at Three was a happy one. I just looked for the emails to prove it and noticed how stupid I have been. Apologies to Three for the, slander I guess?
