    @ThreeUKSupport Have been experiencing a very poor phone signal in Cwmbran over the past few days. Is there a reason for this?

    I was told almost 4 hours ago that I would receive proof of my contract to my email address in 1 or 2 hours by @ThreeUK Since you're making me pay almost £250 for moving to another country and cancel my contract, I want evidence that my contract started when you said it did.

    @ThreeUK Don't worry about replying, however when a customer has an ongoing complaint (with a case number) it would turn out better for everyone if it was possible to speak with a human being when that customer tries to return a missed call, from your complaints team. 🧵

    @ianstuartbull @ThreeUKSupport Also in Cwmbran here and having issues to. I called Three up and they said there is no issues in the area and I have to send my phone to Samsung to be repaired. I told him there is no issues with my phone and I have friends in the same area with the same issue. Not listening 2 me

    @ThreeUKSupport Your call Centre is the worst I have ever encountered. Shops don’t answer phone either. Just so disappointing from day one, with mythical cash back. Now to discover Phoenician faulty from manufacture
