@ThreeUKSupport I know and I spoke to my bank saying it was authorized and said it was there end three as it never seems to refresh on the my three app.and to be charged £5. extra as I haven't set up direct debit which I will do I'm curious to know do other company charge

@ThreeUK hi, I'm currently in Egypt and I'm not getting any signal at all. I've tried to login via my three on the website but it's saying I need 2FA and obviously I can't receive texts so this is useless. I need help ASAP please as I currently have no phone!
