@ThreeUKSupport When the SIM isn't there, there's a no SIM warning. So it is recognised. It's as up to date as poss. But it's a Galaxy S4 running Android Jellybean. How would the latest software affect this issue?

@ThreeUKSupport I sent a PAC, then with my DOB and it said I needed to call. The customer service rep then couldnt find my details. I'm just going to cancel my direct debuit, I'm sure you'll then be able to find me wont you!?
