@ThreeUKSupport just been cut off while on the phone to Three support because of poor signal while indoors

  • willgrady Will Grady (@willgrady) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

  • ImOliverWright Ollie Wright (@ImOliverWright) reported

@ThreeUK hey, have you guys been doing work in Glasgow over the last couple of days? Service has been shocking, 1 bar outside in the middle of town

  • rowlandrat David Rowlands (@rowlandrat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yet again another holiday let down!! No signal!! Ridiculous that's 2 contracts lost!! Here's an idea instead of bringing out 5g try putting masts in places that don't have coverage!!!

  • hey5tephen Stephen (@hey5tephen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No problem, it’s 7PE - dunno what you can do short of putting up another mast but it is weird because my phone does apparently “have” 4G and signal here, just no data ever comes through! Been like this here for years

  • Brothershift $𝖍𝖎𝖋𝖙 🛢 (@Brothershift) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I pay for 4G in my contract, but more n more Im finding myself having to switch to 3G to get any decent speeds, but with 3G, intermittent dropouts are 100% guarantee. Was thinking of paying for home broadband n get a 3 hub, but Im sure this still relies on th network being good.

  • devils50 Simon Devlin (@devils50) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is your service so shite? Any city centre location cant do anything

  • britttanyzimm brittany ⭐️⭐️💙👑 (@britttanyzimm) reported

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFCinUSA @ChelseaFC you wanna um 🥺 help a girl out 🥺 who spends all of her time working and would just like one tiny thing

  • planetf1 Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

No surprise but pretty much everywhere in central #Brighton and on seafront today with @vodafoneuk has had data issues. Intermittently works. Near 0. Looks like capacity. Like #hove. Going to have to change network. Unless voda 5g deployed +new phone. @threeuk consistently better

  • Brothershift $𝖍𝖎𝖋𝖙 🛢 (@Brothershift) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Have you??? LL30 I dont think its anything to do with the area, just your network. Weekends and bank holidays are ridiculous. every time! Why cant you increase bandwidth in anticipation of high demand!? The only good time I get decent speeds in the dead of night... 2-3am.
