    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not a new customer! I’m happy to talk to someone in the UK about this to get it sorted but I can’t do it over Twitter or the other channels I’ve used. Can you please let me know how I can speak to customer service in the UK?

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely no where. I have been on the phone for the past hour, rudely spoken to by a customer service representative. He did not even offer me the complaints procedure after I asked for it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Jenn This can not be the case one I have a work Vodaphone and use it whilst working from home all day and no issue and secondly this has been an ongoing issue through lockdown and the village and Lakes capacity has been probably 20% of the normal. Please present a solution.

    @ThreeUKSupport You have turned adult filters on without me asking to and I am unable to login to my home broadband account ever since I was “upgraded” to 5G - I can only login to my mobile account. Have tried calling and online chat and I’m getting nowhere with either issue!

    Without a doubt, the customer service from @ThreeUK is the worst in the world! They have created a mess and seem to be unable to sort it out which is proving to be a nightmare. @ThreeUKSupport
