@Barry_Carrot @ThreeUK When I moved house this year, Sky upgraded my deal and now charge me less. Left me flabbergasted. I was expecting a fight to keep costs down. Woman on the phone did everything she could to reduce my costs.

@ThreeUKSupport wifi has been broken for a week. Called for support, they said they would replace the router. Was told it would come Tuesday and I’d need to be in. Didn’t turn up. Called and they said it’s now being delivered Wednesday. It hasn’t. Terrible service.What’s going on

@ThreeUKSupport Your website is phenomenally bad. As someone who has worked exclusively with web technology for almost 25 years, I can tell you that your user experience is severely lacking. I've been waiting over two minutes at some weird "loading" screen that makes no sense.

I have @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 5G home broadband. As it has to sit near a window the signal does not reach all of the house! Wonder what they would charge for a second one?
