    @ThreeUK This gentleman called me from THREE to discuss my bad signal issue. But for security, he had to confirm my name. I told him my name 3 times. But because of bad reception, he couldn't understand me and had to cancel the call! (name didn't match!?). WHAT?

    @ThreeUK Why does your app login suck so bad in 2025? I know my login details are correct. Yet your archaic site says "No" Asking it to send me a reset email does nothing. I'm trying to log in to save my sim you're about to delete, I think I'll just let it die.

    @ClarksonsFarm1 I’ve been on @ThreeUK for about 20 years now. Always very pleased with the service, however the emergency alerts didn’t work on my network last time. I’ve left them on to see if they do this time!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have left three and i had a PAY AS YOU GO sim, why have i just been charged on my card for a direct debit to three when i never have had a direct debit?

    @ThreeUK Can't cancel my contract because it was set up for me as a kid, but threatened with additional charges if I just cancel the direct debit, because you won't let me cancel as you couldn't speak to my mother even though I've been paying for years! Completely unacceptable.
