    @ThreeUKSupport me again!! FYI my internet is still not restored. However when I type in a postcode which is no more than 2 miles down the road they have no reported issues! Are you able to advise how this is possible?? Are we not hooked to the same masts….genuinely interested

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to access, it says connection error. I can browse internet, can’t access streaming platforms. Why are you aware of this issue??

    @ThreeUKSupport been trying to get on a dats passport for a day now. It never loads now I’ve used all my allowance. How can I get on a data passport without being on roaming. I have this Every time.

    @ThreeUKSupport What is going on with your network... Again the service on my 4G Home Broadband has dropped out in the EH6 area of Edinburgh. Ping reports are 557 ms and 0.05Mpbs speed downloads!! Had to switch to tethering on my O2 just to send this tweet! Please fix it !
