@Cas_Roop @ThreeUK Same issue for me and my wife, also based in NW London and both of us on @ThreeUK. Been happening for weeks. Sometimes internet fine, sometimes 4g just wont work. Pleased to see not just us, but incredibly frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport I canceled today, because you guys have fully lost my trust and confidence. I never got my refund and now I will have to wait till the final invoice is generated to get my money back. At least this way, I do get it back!

@saintlysanders @ThreeUK Yeah I thought so but... They had my three number (it was a 4g router and I only had it for 2 weeks, cancelled it because the signal was rubbish) and my postcode? I asked them to send me an email, told them they would have it on record

@ThreeUKSupport Update my phone, reset my network settings. This has been going on for the past week... it does not matter where I am, I lose it constantly. The only way it comes on is it I turn my phone off and on but then I lose it again shortly afterwards

@ThreeUKSupport It appears to work but as soon as I connect to wifi at home and then leave the house and disconnect, my entire network crashes until I reset my phone?!

@ThreeUKSupport I phoned three support last weekend and was told the network was fine. Why is this the first I am hearing of it? This has been going on for weeks now. I restart my phone pretty much every day in desperation
