@john_actuary @ThreeUK Three are terrible for this. They’ll then offer you another deal online that is “a really truly excellent deal” that is more expensive than anything you find online

  • Kswilson78 Kevin Wilson (@Kswilson78) reported

@ThreeUK @GoogleUK @ThreeUK still no closer to finding … to actually speaking to someone about . My phone shocking customer service!

  • jodrell Adam Reynolds (@jodrell) reported

Over the last 2 days I’ve dealt with the customer service teams at 3 telecoms companies. @VodafoneUK @virginmedia & @ThreeUKSupport They were all utterly awful experiences involving being transferred multiple times, put on hold for ages, and at times ignored & lied to

  • ArcherDarke the ******** are winning (@ArcherDarke) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have. TWICE! And nobody seems to know what I'm talking about?? I've been given two proof of purchase emails since and both have been dated wrong despite my asking for them to be dated from the day I upgraded - 10th September, so that I'm eligible for the promo. Pls help

  • alanduncan1980 Alan Duncan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@alanduncan1980) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That may be the case but don’t send me a letter with a number to call that does not work. That’s fine. More ammo to help me reclaim the money @ThreeUK have stolen from me.

  • Catheri74543541 Catherine Philpott (@Catheri74543541) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Tried this no escalation team work at weekends now waiting a couple of days for someone to call me back. Why deliver a replacement stolen phone that requires me to hand over my device. I feel like I am in the movie Groundhog Day. Same issues, emails and conversations every day

@ThreeUK Switch for what the current users are suffering in @BedfordTweets for last 7 years with almost zero service in the town. Pathetic

  • Kswilson78 Kevin Wilson (@Kswilson78) reported

@ThreeUK @GoogleUK Talking about upgrades where’s mine that was suppose arrive yesterday no text . No email. No phone . No way to get through to customer service . Or even live chat ?? ?? Painful

@john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

  • alanduncan1980 Alan Duncan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@alanduncan1980) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When you call the customer support line, 0333 3381034 there is a message saying you cannot respond due to the pandemic. Totally lame excuse. Pretty much sums up the appalling service I’m currently receiving
