    @ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a customer service email address please. None of your live chat agents could help. I wasted my lunch hour being passed around like a $10 ****** at a stag party.

    @ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

    @stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! it’s infuriating

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK your coverage is down in the Hull area, my partner cannot get any phone signal today so cannot make calls or texts and has no Internet!

    @ThreeUKSupport Im having terible issues with call centres on my device. There seems to be a delay on the line which makes conversations very hard to have
