@ThreeUKSupport any issues in the B44 area?...using Ai cube & Netflix won't load a film (sticks at 25%)....use 3 for my phone too but it loads fine on that.

Anyone at @ThreeUKSupport fancy letting me know why I've apparently reached my data limit on an unlimited data plan? I now have no signal abroad and no way to use my bank card, no food for me I guess 🙃

@ThreeUKSupport @kierank_ SOLVED! Go to your Network Settings on Samsung TV, Network Status, then select IP Settings. Then change DNS Setting from Automatic to Manual, and use IP address 8.8.8.8 (this is Google’s DNS, available worldwide). Save and exit. Netflix should work.
