@ThreeUK absolutely disgusting service ! Broken phone under warranty advised to go to apple and claim money back. paid £480 and every day your team are moving the goalposts of what your require to refund us. Have had to go back into store for more docs and you still not accepting

@ThreeUKSupport 3rd week of no 5G signal in HD8. Using ZTE router best 4G+ is barely delivering 8Mbps. Not the blistering speed of 5G. Repetitive generic message on status checker ... Gone from great to very annoying and poor.

Every all even to 999 it says. Your service does not allow you to call this number. Like what the hell are you doing. An entire month now this is beyond a joke. Do not use @ThreeUK if you rely on a phone

@ThreeUK has to be the silliest network to get a contract with in the uk, how can an existing contract client not been able to switch a physical sim to an e sim? In 2022?? This can’t even happen in nigeria, sharp sharp they’ll give me my e sim.

@ThreeUKSupport No device in my house can connect to the internet through WiFi apart from my phone. Everything else lost connection around 9pm. Any ideas what’s going on? Can’t log into my account either as your site is down.

@ThreeUKSupport Reported, done all checks, restarted rebooted. Promised texts to keep me updated. Network status checker gives same message about working on masts in the area, been offered £2.50 compensation. I had superb 5G until a few weeks ago now there's only 4G+ and it's slow. Hd8 = no 5G
