@ThreeUK it's really ridiculous that you are upgrading your systems in the middle of the week and middle of the day, and your customer service people can't access accounts. 👎😡💩
@ThreeUKSupport Sorry Charley, I will not get on webchat or livechat anymore. I was put in the queue with 46 waiting. So you expect me to wait for hour or more to get some compensation. And I've been here before, waited for hours, only to be told that customer service couldn't do anything
@ThreeUK Received a text saying I can upgrade early. Called your advisor. For a start I couldn’t understand what he was saying and then he cut me off and put me in a queue for something else. Bearing in mind I spend nearly £90 a month this is beyond poor.
Yes please!! After speaking to @ThreeUK for about 45 minutes their only solution was to put my mobile data to 3G just so I’m able to use my phone for internet access. Great job!!! 🤬🤬

@ThreeUKSupport @BaeFell They basically generate any amount they feel like and take it from your direct debt even if you on unlimited. Then they will stop letting you see your statement altogether and you'll just have to wait to be surprised on your bank statement by charge which you'll NEVER get back.
@ThreeUKSupport It’s very good, 4G and between 75-100% strength indoor. Your tech guy said slow internet speed is due to 3g/4g fluctuations. Supposed to be fixed within 7 days-till Fri. As of now download 0.3Mbps ping270ms.. Calls/texts not affected. Thanks
