@ThreeUKSupport Not full but yes it's the same 3 messages. I've turned phone on and off but to no avail. Don't worry about it will probably sort itself out I was just checking if there was an issue. I think I will remove the SIM card insert again and see what happens. Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I just tried to buy a 5G home hub but was told I'm not allowed because your systems say I don't get a Three 5G signal in my postcode. But the current download speed on my Three 5G phone *when stood inside my house* is 432Mbps! Can you help?

@rob3047 @paul67davis @ThreeUK Of course, you should probably cross check with a signal map to check what freqs actually cover the areas you want to get signal in. But TL;DR it's not as simple as blaming your current network.
