    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently away and my phone has worked fine for 2 days then all of a sudden half way through today I have no service! I can’t access a live chat as it sends an access code which I’m not receiving! I’m not paying a daily charge when I’m not able to use my phone

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already received it on 11 January 2023. They have taken 1.5 month to send me because of Three internal mailing problem. Till I received it they are saying my insurance as been closed. Now what should I do?

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @ThreeUKSupport I have requested them to reconsider on phone call. I have tried contacting through the complaint department and trade square insurance team. But no response from both of them.

    @GallimoreMartyn @VodafoneUK No! Three are definitely worse than Vodafone. Honestly I know. They promise disabled persons to let them know when contract comes to an end but fail to do so and keep charging them for the devices over YEARS! @ThreeUK Unbelievable!
