Excuse me for being blunt here @ThreeUKSupport but what is with your trash My3 app? Can't load recent usage, [pdf bill ain't ready yet but that's fine, today is reset day] Website won't give me usage. Why is this a regular basis oops we have an issue thing?

  • david_p_hodgson David P Hodgson (@david_p_hodgson) reported

@johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK Same problem here despite no cap on minutes and an unlimited allowance. @ThreeUK - can you advise?

  • Morello_xo Codie Cooper (@Morello_xo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There was no mention that at any point, they basically told me I was stuck with them for another two years, so technically still dishonest. Making customers feel stupid and trapped isn't exactly ideal business practice either. Yet another example of Three's awful customer service

@ThreeUKSupport My question is a general one - is the mast in Portishead being upgraded to The Big Network Build project? I’ve been told this is the reason however there is nothing on the network status page.

Big thank you to @ThreeUK for such exemplary customer service. I’ve only been with them for less than three months but having to leave due to signal issues & they’re allowing me to cancel my contract early. @O2 sorry I left you, can I come back? 🙏🏼

  • StarlightMcKenz StarlightMcKenzie 💙 (@StarlightMcKenz) reported

@ThreeUK I order a phone and buy accessories. You send me a broken phone. Sienna on chat promises me a replacement, & to update my account to reflect that. Nowt. Spoke to help-line. Promises I'll have working phone in 24 hours (stayed in 2nd day). Nowt.

  • StuartM06342661 Stuart Mitchell (@StuartM06342661) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing no. I'm a bit miffed that I was turned down as it harms my file. On chat they stated it wasn't you but affordable mobiles say it wasn't them. I'll wait for a reply but if nothing by 27th I'll look at other options

  • ChipperCZ ChipperCZ (@ChipperCZ) reported

@ThreeUK is the network down - neither my wife or my phone works?

  • JLynne_x JLynne (@JLynne_x) reported

My @amazon echo dot won't connect to my @Huawei router on the @ThreeUK network and each customer service hotline says it is the others fault! So frustrating, just want it to work - help and tips needed...

  • SeanWrightSec Sean Wright (@SeanWrightSec) reported

@0Bfkx @UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK They do have a valid point though (ignoring the FUD). There is a login link on that page, contact details, and worse they redirect from HTTPS to HTTP. A company the size of Three should know better.
