Finally my @ee broadband is back up and running after being down since 5pm yesterday evening… though it appears they have zero idea why their customers had/have issues. So happy that my mobile is with @ThreeUK and that my data unlimited because hotspot was finally put to use.

@ThreeUKSupport BTW, I did the 3 x broadband speed tests on my phone, in the same spot, in the next room to the router. And, yes, I've moved the router all around the house to get the best signal. It always comes up as "weak" to "medium" regardless of location.
