Be very mindful of @ThreeUK's contracts. Circumstances (such as being stuck oversees AND heavily pregnant), are not important to them, they will follow their own rules and treat you as if you had done something terrible. I cant even receive txt while still being charged monthly.

@ThreeUKSupport Despite still not having had a security call, the hub arrived this morning. Good news at last. I think your process needs some investigation though, no customer should go over 7 days without being told their order had been stopped days ago. The original order was 927518123743.

@ThreeUKSupport I know 0800 numbers are free on Three but what about 00800 'international freephone' numbers? Other networks count these as regular international calls and your website's call rate checker doesn't work with this extra digit.

@ThreeUKSupport As my original tweet explained I’m unable to access the number to get help because the service is appalling. Even without the current problems I’m honestly disgusted by the service offered for what I’m paying, it’s been useless from the start.
