@bookofzu @ThreeUK PRECISELY. This whole “the network is being overloaded with people using the 4g right now” that’s not a good enough answer. Especially if they’re making you pay £60 a month for “unlimited”.

@ThreeUKSupport Im on the advanced 100gb unlimited minutes plan. I always show 4g at work but it never actually works and doesn’t revert to 3G so can’t actually use any data at work and on the 3rd or 4th of every month get a text saying I’m nearly at my spend limit

@ThreeUKSupport I can see other people tweeting you about network issues (unable to call/text). Same issue here in BS2 postcode. Our Three home broadband seems to be working okay for now though.

@ThreeUK Getting really tired and frustrated with you overcharging me for an incorrect contract. Have dealt with customer service support twice to resolve the matter but still you charge me ~200% more a month than agreed. Refund and resolution req ASAP. #daylightrobbery
