    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK network issues with SMS not being sent or received. Status page says no issues, Web forums and tech support advise otherwise. Update your status page and advise what is wrong. Also investigate signal in TW18 area as its 1 bar

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Normally if a company doesn't provide a service paid for, a rebate is offered. As we pay our bills, on time perhaps you should do something nice.

    @ThreeUK is there any particular issues I can't transfer my phone number to Three right now? My account has been set up, but CS phone number drops me all the time. I can't get in touch. Some colleague of yours said she will transfer my call, but transferred call was dropped twice

    @ThreeUKSupport Chatted on the online help. The guy didnt even ask what data i wanted or anything just said its £32 for 6 months then £72 after for 18 months. I only lay £50ish now and can see other networks offering same price some with upfront cost and some not

    @VirginMoney I’m with @ThreeUK and have been receiving other messages and using data on their network... I called the helpline and they said they can see the passcodes have been sent but I’m just not getting them 😭 is there any other solution? Via email maybe?
