    @thisisbenr @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just an update to this - had to factory reset one of Huawei 5G routers to get it working on the three network. Just need to pop down to the B15 postcode and do the other. If you can do the same it may be worth trying. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK Tried contacting eventually got through got small bit of help . Missed a call 📞 from three asking me to call . Hmm message said we will call you back... SO GLAD I DIDN'T HOLD MY BREATHE ...🥶
