    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks again for this … I resigned my self to paying £5 a day although it does seem to me there must be significant profit for you and partners in this …but I keep getting alerts about charges for internet use .. over £20 so far …doesn’t sound too clever to me …can you help ?

    @ThreeUK Should never have taken the no additional cost "feel at home" away from the advanced plans. That's the sole reason I'll be looking elsewhere once up for renewal.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but I'm off to the EE shop to get a new phone. You've last a very loyal customer of over 10 years due to the attitude & unhelpfullness of priyanka. I'm really sorry to be leaving. I'll be cancelling later.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am, priyanka is the operator. She says you will not help, only she can access three. I just want to know where my phone is and will it come today. Priyanka will not make.any effort to find out & will not escalate to any one that can. Just gives me the option to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've now cancelled & left you after 10 yrs. For what it's worth I'd suggest an overhaul of customer services is required or you're going to lose customers hand over fist. Sad that a once excellent company is now so poor. Thank you for 9 years of excellent service before this.
