    I am honestly raging at @ThreeUK They are refusing to let me cancel my contract, I have jumped through their hoops, I have sent a copy of my passport. But no, still won’t cancel it. Absolutely appalling that they can do this @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport Well the incompetency comes from your complaint department so who else do I complain to now expect drop the company. It’s a shame I have been with you for years but such emotional stress over a contract it’s not worth it

    @ThreeUKSupport would help if the number you gave me actually gave the option to speak to someone about it, there is no point ringing my friends phone cause you will never get to speak to me on it.

    @ThreeUK The customer service is disgusting, the service is horrible, my phone never works and they promised compensations that never came twice last year. Look for another provider
