@ThreeUKSupport Hi I called the number last night as the online chat wouldn't help said I had to call a number. They guy couldn't help so told me a engineer would call but I'm still waiting on that call. Is there anyway you could chase this if I give you my details for them to contact me?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is an absolute joke. Was in a Live Chat trying to fix my phone for 45 minutes only for the guy to tell me to turn my phone off and on again which (surprise surprise) didn't fix the problem but DID kick me out of the chat.

@2point4bikes @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport They only owe me 2 payments amounting to £30. They kept taking whilst I kept asking to cancel...... So until I'm refunded I will continue to ensure that people are fully aware by promoting my own very negative experience and until Finegan resigns
