    @ThreeUK A small number??? Loads of us have been without Calls, texts, and data all day. Mine went off at 7am this morning, and is still down. I rely on my phone for my children, and my work. This is absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable. Your customer service is also terrible!

    @ThreeUK calls are still not working. I assume you will be sending all impacted customers' compensation, rather the putting the onus on the customer to call you? (as you value your customers so much)
