    @ThreeUKSupport Im in the UK and the content filter issue started happening over the weekend So I tried logging into my account to turn it back off but I can't, tried on my phone and 2 different laptops If I use WiFi then it's fine but the Internet in my house is rubbish so I don't use it.

    @ThreeUKSupport If I could get service form you like I could until 2 weeks ago I would stay but you did so called maintenance and it dose not work and I have spoke to tech support and now i am on the 9th person

    @ThreeUKSupport It's still crap and has taken me this long to get signal strong enough to connect to Twitter. This is completely unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport can't seem to log into the 3 app or onto the MyThree section of the website. Yet again you've turned on content controls on my account and I can't even fix it this time...

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone stolen abroad, need proof of usage and sim/phone block for insurance, but 3 customer services India cannot help with this info as thier system has been down for days..and im not allowed to call a UK based team (the department who sends this info to me)
