@ThreeUKSupport I just got a 5G hub 2 days ago connection was far too spotty as BB Sky replacement. I read there was data problems with Three but this evening it's lightning quick and connects to my equipment where it didn't before IE ring doorbell. I was going to send back?

@ThreeUKSupport Seems to be working fine. I've got 14 days to test it out il keep it till weekend so would have been a week. The dropping connection has gone and speeds are like lightning hope it stays like this. What happened over weekend anyhows? I believe there was an issue with 3 internet

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris, I have been doing so since 09:08 this morning when the router logs told me the connection was terminated. It does appear to be back now (unrelated to hardware). Additionally, I am unable to use your 2fa to login to my3 because the SMS messages take hours to arrive.
