    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport why on Earth am I paying you so much money for unlimited data on 2 different devices when the internet is hardly ever useable?! Absolutely shocking service, I've been a customer for over 13 years and this is just diabolical lately!!

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your site. Tried a couple of different browsers. Trying to order a free sim but it just logs me out when I try and checkout.

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
