    @ThreeUKSupport But the same individual can't hear when tech support confirmed it was best to terminate the contract. I need you to understand how much stress and time you are putting me through.

    starting to get really confused how it can take 2 phone calls, 2 support chats, a complaint, and almost 5 weeks for @ThreeUK to send me a replacement SIM card. they're on their 3rd attempt and still nothing. shame, as they used to be good at stuff like this. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport what going on with the issue? would I be able to nominate a phone number to receive a text notification if the network goes down in the area like I have on the EE contracts we have?

    After this, @ThreeUKSupport once again refused the refund. I reported it to the regulator and when I did, Three quickly offered me a refund of more than double what I was owed (avoiding it being reviewed by the regulator). Needless to say, we'll never be their customers again.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you read the reply it doesn't say about discussing the account. This has been a problem since last year. Its becoming a nuisance working phonecalls around this area

    @ThreeUKSupport unhelpful on your mobile app, doesn't even cover it. One loyal customer lost as soon as I can leave next year 👍

    @ThreeUK Can you change the type of voicemail you have. I HATE 1) calling a number to listen to VM 2) having to listen to "missed call from 0-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7" its so slow and that number mean nothing to me! #votechange

    @ThreeUKSupport So I will need a contract with another supplier to be able to work! As you cannot fix your network in a timely manner. So the SLA is 7 days from you for a data outage? Where is that in the three contracts?

    This outage is killing us. We can't make or receive calls and our mobile broadband is down. We are dead in the water and your saying it could be fixed by the 21st. Seriously ? Our customers need to be able to reach us. Will we be compensated for this ? @ThreeUKSupport
