@vmbusinesshelp @ThreeUK I can handle the delayed response. It’s the lack of service for over a week and the girls trying to take payments from a phone tethered machine. Your SLA is well shot. Today an engineer came. “Oh nothing I can do. It’s an outage. No ETA on fix”

@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

@ThreeUKSupport @s0l_uk I have been told by a friend who has some contacts that these tests are supposed to be authorised by the Government and that these tests were not authorised. Clearly sending more than one is a terribly bad idea. Can you please go and check? And maybe we could have an apology?

@ThreeUK finally I can cancel my fourth and final contract with three. After being with them for 15 years. And the worst customer service ever in the past 3-4 years. So happy to leave.
