@ThreeUKSupport Oh we are WAAY past your router, purely my own mobile connection now. We are paying for broadband until August but got Virgin Media as the home broadband was so appalling, rarely broaching 30Mbs. By definition, by mobile gets places all over the house, still terrible figures.

@ThreeUK can someone help me cancel a contract, it ended last month. Why do you renew contracts without asking first? Pretty sure that's illegal. I don't do phone calls as I have aspergers and anxiety and I just want someone to cancel it. It shouldn't be this difficult.

@AGDun_162 @ThreeUKSupport I’m in DG1 and have had really variable service lately - and none at all this morning. Spent ages in the phone to support until the call cut off and service came back.. summat is Not Right

@bubblehead1244 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport is still the only major UK network not offering eSIM. I’m tired of waiting with no commitment, just a vague promise that maybe one day something might happen. So I’ll be going to another network in August when my contract ends.
