@ThreeUKSupport 15th Sept. It transferred over on 22nd Sept. So if I pay a month to in advance then am I due a refund given my contract is done and I’ve left the network?

@ThreeUKSupport hello. My contract is finished and I’ve moved network, however I’ve been charged a full month in my final bill. Am I right in saying you pay a month in advance, in which case I shouldn’t have been charged a full month when I’ve left?
@ThreeUK has overcharged me more than £900 over the last three years and are refusing to provide any refund at all. They claim that *I* should have let them know that they were charging me £24 too much every month. Abhorrent customer care!

@ThreeUKSupport I have an unlimited data, calls and txt tarriff, the new tarrifs are the same only with a 15% rise of my monthly fee for the same as what i have now, so when you say not supported, in what way? That makes no sense? Three only support unlimited everything if they charge 15% more?
