@ThreeUK received a letter today, basically saying you no longer want me as a customer and are cancelling my contract and forcing me on to a new one (losing the go roam benefit - the only reason I’m with you). How do I keep my number when I move to @O2 ?

@ThreeUKSupport I'm a bit confused. I'm at DE21 6RD. Your coverage checker says I have 5G in my area but yet I cannot get 5G Hub Home Broadband. Why is that? Also can I connect my Google WiFi mesh network into hub router?

@ThreeUKSupport It’s very hit and miss, I was in Abu Dhabi for 3 days, 2 of which I couldn’t even get mobile data to buy a data passport, or any other website. The 3rd, it started miraculously working but now back in Dubai and same issue as before. It’s never connected to Du, only Etisalat

a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

@m_whitehouse87 @ThreeUK Put your number/s on a no sales call register, it’s free, as soon I say I am on a call protection register, all companies hang up and remove me from there database as they get fined big numbers if they breach the code.
