@ThreeUKSupport @mattsimplythat Indeed, it looks more like an inability to handle network volume than anything else. Evenings at 7pm miraculously speeds start to improve... School holidays, no one going abroad, everyone WFH - just admit it @ThreeUK your network is straining and you are trying to load balance

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I get not having an exact timeline but can you tell me if yoy expect this to go on for hours or to for days/weeks? As I'm draining mobile data I need to know how much this service outage will cost me, and if you'll reimburse me in my monthly bill for services not provided.
