    Hi @ThreeUKSupport You are taking £8 DD for a sim in a phone that no longer works, the online account is tied to a dead email address so I can't log in to cancel, and I'm well out of 'contract'. Can I just cancel the DD?

    @ThreeUKSupport the problem is that they can't recover my number, when they go to do the procedure to replace the sim card they can't and they ask for another 4 days, and when I go back to the store the problem has not been solved

    @ThreeUKSupport There aren’t enough characters to accurately conclude the issue but if you want to look into the complaint on my account it’ll save a lot of publicising the complaint which in tow has a data breach involved. My DM’s are open if you require my account information

    @ThreeUK why is it not £5 a day dataroaming passport BUT £25 to turn data on to activate it. Making it a minimum of £30 a day. Bad news when your CSA advises buying a local SIM in Turkey.

    @ThreeUKSupport been with three for over ten years and just been told I can’t get a refund for an add on I bought yesterday that I never received. Pretty poor service for a loyal customer.

    @ThreeUK goodbye 3. It was the best network for roaming abroad. USP has now gone. So am I. Poor customer service from call centres based in India. Poor reception coverage where we are. BT mobile offers better coverage and free roaming. Three you have missed the boat.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was either Friday or Saturday via their online service. The number has been transferred today but the text message was sent a few hours afterwards.

    @wgardner101 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve always been pleased with Three but the reception on the Fylde coast is dreadful. I’ve noticed no difference with 5G so I’m not fussed about that. Time to change network 📱

    Hello from Portugal, where I successfully navigated the public transport with no help from @ThreeUK who have decided not to give me any roaming data in one of their roaming zones (?) Gorgeous place tho innit so I’m happy enough for now
