    Hi @ThreeUK. Need help. My daughter's phone broke at Stansted and as an existing customer who was due an upgrade, she got a Samsung A12. However they put her on a £40pm unlimited contract that's £28 online. Can she either get a better phone for that price or reduce the cost?

    @ThreeUK being charged a premium text charge by 66299. Raised with your customer service and they have asked me to text stop to the number (which doesn’t send). This is a scam and I have no means of recouping funds- simply shocking customer service. @actionfrauduk @Ofcom
