    @ThreeUKSupport it is like a nightmare when cards have to be updated and details have to be passed to service providers but I hope this solves any problems

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

    @ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider

    @ThreeUK The **** network ever its been almost 2 years now i had a fraud activity i report it to three and they said they will sort it out. Instead of doing that they defaulted me that impacts my credit scores. i went to their store and only thing they told me they cant do anything.

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    After being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!
