@ThreeUKSupport Erm, Well looks like Maxine knew the postcodes. You can check M40 2WL since that's not a residential location. This has been a problem for a long time, £10 on an O2 Pay and Go sim to test it and they thrashed you with speed and reliability.

@ThreeUKSupport I have now been told that no errors have been found with my bill, and despite the 6 months half price offer being shown everywhere, I am being refused it! Not happy with the service right now! The fact you sent me a text offering me an early upgrade and 6 months half price!!!

Hi @ThreeUK - my phone was stolen tonight and I'm trying to contact you to freeze my number and get a new sim but every time I call the line goes dead, and there are no open stores during lockdown... any help?
@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, I think the issue has been sorted now. The sim did stay in a device, but it has been switched off since the sim plan ended so I don’t think it could have physically used any data. Thanks for your help
@ThreeUK are weak. They remove comments they don't like, and ignore the fact that staff treat those with mental illness appallingly. Cue the copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, from the indifferent, mocking, business.
