    @ThreeUKSupport My wife was trying to leave as you could not match another deal. Kept only been given offer with unlimited data or 100gb when she only uses 4gb max. Then when she said it was with another network was told she would have a hard credit check and would look bad on her credit report.

    @gc_hq @ThreeUKSupport We have 4g and it’s still not working. Spent the morning on the phone and it’s the same issue as before. But I’m out of my 24 month contract so I’ll be looking elsewhere. Absolute shambles three

    @PottsMalc @ThreeUK the worst network provider I've ever had. Would not recommend them to anybody. I'm out of contract and have been for a while (no phone to pay off) still paying full whack and theyve put the costs up, cheeky f*cks. Going to sort a different network tomorrow

    @ThreeUKSupport hey Three, I've had no signal at home for about a month. Your online service checker has the same notice, that you know about it and your engineers are fixing a mast. How much longer will we be with no reception? Am I due a refund in these circs?

    @Michellewelby1 @ThreeUKSupport You should be aware of the issues - one of your advisors told me on the phone yesterday that the 5G router is currently incompatible with smart tvs, echo etc and that a patch is being worked on by a dedicated team

    @ThreeUKSupport This is Three mobile broadband. The Android TV can't connect to any services unless I use a VPN to change my IP address. Without VPN I see 0Mbps download, and with a VPN turned on around 20Mbps. Had the same issue connecting Roblox on an Android tablet, it worked with a VPN

    @ThreeUKSupport why is your signal in the city centre of Leeds so bad? Wish I’d never switched back to you. Unless I get a blip of full 5G it’s useless.
