@ThreeUKSupport Some customer complaints manager in India told me it would take a week, have been with you for 3 yrs and just signed a new 2 yr contract, if you cant keep your side of the contract then i will go to a different provider.

@ThreeUKSupport All of you companies threatened her every month. She has no income with kids. Covid closed her business and the government didn't help. I've seen her go to hell and back. I'm beyond disgusted. Every month for 24 months you cut her off.. she contacted you Monday via live chat.

@ThreeUKSupport I have contacted your customer service numerous times and been promised a call back from an account manager which never happened all you have done is pass on the outstanding bill to debt recovery who bullied us into paying a cancellation charge even tho still have an account 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I don't im afraid. I just wanted to make you aware. I've got her another sim card, she cannot be without a phone. I had her phone to move money to her daughters bank for lunch. She got panicked. This is now with the ombudsman. Her phone call this morning her distress is bad.
