@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, the £33 is because the your customer support got the pricing wrong on the monthly charge for my upgrade. I also didn't get my six months Spotify, which was part of my upgrade deal. I've spent hours trying to resolve this on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport HI Scott, I've been trying your chat multiple times a day but can never get through. My contract started on 28/12 and I'm still without SIM! How do you plan to resolve this?

@ThreeUKSupport IP14 - service down for second day in a row - frustrated that status checker does not advise the issue or time for resolution - 2 people at home relying on this for broadband- can you do any better?

@halllewis20 @ThreeUKSupport 40 minutes ? ahaha I sent all the information those ******* needed to cancel my contract 2 days after i got it. This was on APRIL 2020 its now january 2021 and they still sending debt collectors after me. What a bunch of thieves they are, if you use @ThreeUK ill advise you not to

@ThreeUK finally after being subjected to sales messages, diverted & ask to confirm my father is ‘no more’ ? No confirmation of cancellation truly horrendous service and utterly insensitive- you need to look at yourselves

@ThreeUKSupport please help, my new sim doesn’t work and I can’t use my phone at all. I can no longer login into the Three app or the Three website. I can’t even call you on my phone as it’s not working

@ThreeUKSupport Yet again I was told my issues were fixed but now I find that neither my new sim or old sim fails to work. I can no longer access my three account or make texts or calls. Please assist

@ThreeUKSupport Why should I raise a complaint? It's a deliberate tactic by @ThreeUK to make add on data bundles auto renew every month rather than offer one off add on data bundles. Obviously being a on a monthly contract isn't enough for Three but need to exploit their customers for profit.
