@ThreeUKSupport @danmullen Hello, a quick tip could be that you could have like a 2 Factor authentication process, where by the user would fill in their email address or phone number and password to login, then you would send them a six digit verification code. That’s what Apple does and it’s really good.

Why are @ThreeUK so incompetent. Nothing can ever be simple no? Always an inconvenience. Signal is **** and customer service is ****. Baffles me how a customer based company lack in communication within the actual company!

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport It's more than infuriating, it's outrageous. They keep telling me all the problems are solved when they clearly aren't. Why lie? Why not just tell their customers what's going on? Such bad practice.
