@ThreeUKSupport All 3 had to put in that little blue Box was "pending availability" but it didn't. Like I said I understand the issue and accept that I'm not getting the device any sooner but surely it's not fair on the customer to mislead and this issue need escalating to avoid a repeat.

@ThreeUKSupport On some networks data just won’t work without a data passport. On others it works but it’s slow…so even though I technically can use my home allowance I have to buy a data passport to get usable speeds. I can’t buy them in bulk, for some unexplained reason, so it’s a daily pain

@ThreeUK has to be the worst customer experience ever, everyone “understands” that you speak to but can’t correctly log phone calls, tried to cancel contract for the 3rd time… they don’t seem to want to log those phone calls.

@frosted_north @ThreeUK It was such a happy day the day I left Three! Absolutely useless network.

@ThreeUK how can I find out what it will cost to use my phone abroad ? I have looked at your support pages and am a bit confused

  • ColinVanner
Colin Vanner aka Crewe station ghosts (@ColinVanner) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Completely understandable but was just disheartened to see that 3 were offering a service with zero intention of following it through. It stated free next day delivery on ALL upgrades...not free next day delivery on all upgrades apart from the s22 ultra.

Thanks @ThreeUK for continually telling me my signal issues are fixed when they haven't been. We're going on three months of no phone or internet signal while running a small business from home. Spectacular #CustomerService

@AmoAmmo @TMobile @ThreeUK You have to in the States - one line by itself would be like $75-$100/month, bundling brings the cost way down
