@ThreeUKSupport honestly cannot wait to leave you. And I hope to take as many of your customers with me. Your network service is beyond pathetic. Wake up, it’s 2021

  • marez500 Maz (@marez500) reported

@ThreeUK is the worse network. Can’t even get signal in central London or for that matter anywhere !

  • EmEeElsie1 EmEeElsie 💙 (@EmEeElsie1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, why am I getting voicemails from a blocked number? If I've blocked them, I don't want voicemails from them either. Can you help please?

  • GayToryJon Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The problem is I have no confidence that such delivery has even been arranged. If I’m let down again by your appalling customer service I will be contacting legal advice as thanks to the useless pair I spoke to on Saturday I believe you are guilty of breach of contract.

  • GrewalMike mike Grewal (@GrewalMike) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So I called your customer service on Thursday with the intention to have a early upgrade. I spoke to an agent who advised me that new new phone would arrive on Friday. The received a message on Friday saying that I wouldn't get my phone until 4/8/2011. Since this I have been on

  • Gstr2021 g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Back at home. No 4g. 1bar of signal. Same s!=t service

  • stobbsmeister Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Seaton Carew, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'm getting worse than dial up speeds in 2021. That's not an acceptable excuse. Mast contention is the issue I have a decent signal.

  • smraine Steve Raine (@smraine) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to one of your online chat agents who told me to go in store to swap to an eSIM. Store told me Three doesn’t support eSIM, your website says you do. Can I transfer to a eSIM or not?

  • 42droids Gergely Varga (@42droids) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Adding stuff to the cart is broken, partly because of the missing SSL. I had to switch to a different browser to be able to complete the checkout. The checkout process is terrible. I am an existing customer but had to fill in all my details again to complete the order.

  • IBBoard IBBoard (@IBBoard) reported

@ThreeUK Poking around and there *might* be a cheaper option (given how sporadically I use it). Apparently my PAYG tariff (which got increased from 3p/2p/1p for call, text and data to 10p/10p/5p) might still get a "50p for 120MB for 24h" 'add-on'. But the £5 crap is easier to find 😒
