I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

  @ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now

  @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?
