    @ThreeUKSupport That’s not really helpful when I’m supposed to be at work! Also is it an issue or the upgrade as it says on your website and should I have been notified? Can I assume I should be ok on Monday then?

    Every.Month. When I have to top up my @ThreeUK account I have problems and it takes at least 15-30m. Honestly one of the worst account experience out there.

    @ThreeUKSupport @martin126 Congestion, LOL, I think what you meant to say is the network is oversubscribed and you are not keeping your infrastructure up with demand, perhaps use the truth next time ?

    @ThreeUKSupport No joy - still terrible. I'd love to know why my previous AI Cube router stopped accessing Playstation network, Switch online services and apps on my TV. Same issue with replacement router and now the MiFi device. Yet my Three mobile works fine as a hotspot.

    @The_Gypsy_Jew @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I had a consistently poor 3 signal, after countless interactions I was given an early exit with no fee, worth pushing for it. Love being on Vodafone, they've always taken ownership of faults, and not tried to blame me, or everybody but them, 3 could learn a lot from them.

    @zammit_marc @EE Switch to @ThreeUK much better connectivity and perks. Good customer service too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
