πππππ πππππ (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iβm lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

f (@bread_bread5) reported@ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network canβt get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UKβs worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK

JBids π·πͺ (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the Β£1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Will Sutton (@SuttonThings) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three are a terrible company, I had a similar issue! Same with Vodafone too. I had to go back to the UK just to get it working again
-
LovinTruth (@LuvSeekinTruth) reported@ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?
-
Paul Holman π (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when Iβm driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years Iβm not very happy
