@martcole61 @ThreeUK First check how much data you use. We had unlimited and was going up to £28/month. But because of WhatsApp and Signal and WiFi only used 1-2 GB/ month. We opted for 8gb and pay £8/month. My son got the same deal but negotiated down to £5/month

.@margynewens and I have received lots of objections to a new 5G mast in Dovercourt Road. Despite being very supportive of the rollout of the 5G network, I have written to @MobileUK_News and @ThreeUK telling them this is the wrong location and the application must be withdrawn.

@ThreeUKSupport It took 3 weeks of me constantly emailing proofs, fraud team, constantly calling, with help because everyone refused to talk to me for 3weeks straight. No one ever said it was a memorable word until i decided to delete my whole account to try that way. I had to register again

@ThreeUKSupport Keeping me on hold for an hour slows me down too, annoying isn’t it? I had other things to do. Please don’t deliver terrible customer service and then chastise me for my response. You were quick enough taking my money, why can’t you deliver what was promised just as efficiently?

@ThreeUK So sick of ur service. Again u have stopped me making calls outside my “limit”, whatever that is.This is after being a loyal 3 customer for 20 yrs & never missing a payment. Also, your coverage has gone from good to awful.U brag about ur new 5G but can’t even deliver it.

got to love @ThreeUKSupport. signal is so bad here that after 20 minutes of trying to get live chat, and then trying to get technical help on phoneline, everyone went home.
