    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK maybe you should start giving us all a refund as no one across the UK can use your network for a month due to ongoing issues. This is not acceptable, as paying customers we have all payed for a product that we are not getting.

    @rabiestherat @ThreeUK Oversold services so the network is overcrowded... Look for fixed wireless broadband provider in your area. Digital Scotland website will help.

    @ThreeUKSupport bad start for a new business customer! I can’t access my online account cause I haven’t got my Customer Agreement Form when I signed up on Friday. Where my mum, who signed up an hour later, did her hers via email before the SIMs came today…

    @ThreeUK you really need to sort your customer service team and the way you manage your services!! I called to update my details and your team member took the card details for about 5 minutes repeating it over and over. The call was disconnected and he called from a SCAM NUMBER.

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a 3 contract as coverage was very good indoor and out on your coverage map, its bloody awful however, internet is unusable for anything... can I get a refund?
