  • nffc1969 nffc1969 (@nffc1969) reported

    @ThreeUK another week another appalling service for connectivity.....don’t tell me engineers looking into it STANDARD RESPONSE 4months and counting then it’s bye bye #3network #rubbish

  • craigyoung79 craig young (@craigyoung79) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Same issues

  • CHR15_MTB Chris Potts (@CHR15_MTB) reported

    @ThreeUK What’s going on with data on your network? It’s shocking at the minute! 5G is worse that 3G & 4G is hit & miss, more miss than hit. If something’s going on, tell us. You can’t tell me you’re not aware of any issues. Is it the 5G upgrade? Have you not paid a bill?

  • leeboi2369 Lee Finney (@leeboi2369) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Everything shuts down. I’m over it. I’m done trying to solve the issue, it’s been almost 2 years and I’m still having the issues. I just want out now otherwise I’m taking it further. It’s an absolute joke at this point.

  • JColes72 James Coles (@JColes72) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not just in my area, just generally since early part of the year signal has been rubbish, I have spoken to other 3 users too, places they used to get great signal it’s now rubbish, and why still no iwatch support have a watch I can’t use to its full potential

  • leeboi2369 Lee Finney (@leeboi2369) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport No. Like I said, I’m done. I’m no longer paying for something that I’m not getting. Unless 3 solve this issue tomorrow (I’ll phone to sort it tomorrow) then I’m taking it further. I’m done with 3. Hands down the worst service provider I’ve ever used.

  • Magiciandomino Marco Galasso (@Magiciandomino) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Sounds like a location based issue with the 4G and 5G reception as the greyed out songs usually indicate that the songs are not available in that country.

  • Scott45uk2 gordon brown (@Scott45uk2) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It Was working fine this morning but again it goes down and i lose 5g on pc

  • FplAndSte Fpl&Ste (@FplAndSte) reported

    Anyone used @ThreeUK for home broadband? Currently paying £60 a month for basic free view channels and **** internet from @virginmedia whilst 3 does home broadband from £15pm for current customers (phone contract)

  • mjbnow Miguel (@mjbnow) reported

    @elliott1301 @ThreeUKSupport Been speaking with Spotify about this also, they’re not sure what’s going on, but it seems to do with Three and one other network (Telestra in AU).
