@ThreeUKSupport I have been in hospital and lost my job due to covid, lines been disconnected, told the only way to resolve it is to phone up, but I can't due to mental heslth issues. Was passed around for half an hour in live chat for no help. Why is there no help for someone like me

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. Yes I am, have two sim cards and also broadband (i was with Relish). I spent 70+ mins on the phone yesterday with different colleagues of yours trying to fix the speed issues, doubt u can do much over twitter. I was tweeting more for other people to see

Sorry but @ThreeUK is becoming complete *** recently. I top up > no SMS confirmation, top up not completed after a day. I speak with customer service they are like 'maybe tech issues, sorry cant do anything'. What a joke, what happened to your service ? @ThreeUKSupport
