@ThreeUKSupport I've placed a formal request today to cancel the contract which is still within the cooldown period. The site says I'm owned the full amount so this is also a time record of the (online) request via your complaint form. Would have been great I was sent a copy of such request.

@ThreeUKSupport No. I were told on live chat that it would be cancelled Free of charge because it didnt work since i had it. I didnt receive the services i signed up for. Been passed around. Like a game of pass the parcel. Ive been a customer for years. But now seriously thinking of leaving.

Thank you @ThreeUK for leaving me with no internet for the Christmas period and saying there is nothing they can do. Never mind, they have given me £8.37 in compensation. Luckily I’m not in contract so this is one customer who will be looking elsewhere next week

@ThreeUK Id make that call or send that text if I wasn't having network issues for over a month all in the name of upgrades to my local area and 5G but its ironic how before three started their "upgrade" my connection was flawless

@ThreeUKSupport my home WiFi hub has had disastrously inconsistent signal for at least the last two weeks. All Alexa can say is ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’. N17 post code. Surviving by toggling onto my O2 phone data right now. What a joke.

@charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport No problem! I hope Three look into it, but doubt they will given their silence on the issue. I really don't understand why they don't connect. It's not just us either. There's a thread on "Money Saving Expert" about it as well. You'll find it if you Google.
