    @ThreeUKSupport Realised today that after asking for my account to be cancelled back in July, it wasn't, and I've been paying £25 a month for a service I haven't been using. 3 hours on the phone, they can't even offer me a refund. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I made a complaint earlier also about network issue, your executive mentioned that some work is going on. But still it is not working. I just want to cancel this since cannot take more pain, However, your executive unnecessarily asking me to change some settings, try another cell

    Anyone else having issues with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently dealing with 0.2-0.5 Mbps of 3G data because their 4G doesn’t even work in my area despite living in the West Midlands. I’m paying £26 a month for this, I had better 3G signal on my phone in 2005 from Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing loads, except your own website. Hence, it’s not that the network is down its that you’re not letting me access anything but your website (as if I don’t have any credit).
