@ThreeUKSupport Nope... they went into my account to take ... for some reason it didn't go through.. I phoned and paid and now its off.. this same thing happened to my wife some years ago.. she complained wasn't resolved.. you guys gave her issues and now she is n9t with ou any more..

@ThreeUK - the worst company I’ve had to deal with. Mis-sold me a product, charged my through DD for over a year, then had the audacity to charge me even AFTER I cancelled. 2 hours on their live chat with no closure nor recompense #ripoff

@ThreeUK you guys have suspended my service for more than 18 hours now.. I don't owe you any money.. but I'm not getting service.. I can't even get to your customer service.. I was told how lame you guys operate but I didn't listen.. smh

@ThreeUKSupport New customer with plan taken out on 25th July. Was told to wait 45 days and pay first bill and I would get £250 cashback email but that hasn't happened. Was told on the phone I would definitely receive it yesterday...lies! Will just go to OFCOM now.

@ThreeUK How about winning some actual customer service from your Indian call centre agents that doesn't involve fobbing off, lying, and cutting customers off when they get bored or have no answers? That would be a highly successful competition!
