@danb8929 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I can help advise the customer here. You have known faults in London again, but the engineers can't trace them yet. Three's policy is to withhold such info from status page and even your level of support, in order to hide such issues from customers more broadly. (cont.)

@ThreeUKSupport I had a phone call on Monday. Discussed with someone from ur relations team (Himani) want to cancel my contract and she said this will happen on the 19th. It is due to end on the 16th Jan, the end of my 24mnth contract. I have not received any emails or texts to confirm this?

@ThreeUKSupport (cont.) They're rebuilding a transmitter on a London mast, but unable to explain why reconnecting to other masts can fail, so users can be left with no service at all. @Ofcom - I am literally advising Three's own support team, this is a fraudulent service level.

So @threeuk messed up again! Had many troubles with security on their website for years. Then last month I joined the three rewards app soft launch & got in the app easily. Suddenly, got logged out and told not eligible, I'm pay monthly! Now asking for new login & password. 🤬😤
