I swear @ThreeUK intentionally give you terrible 4G service so that you eventually give up and pay the buyout to get out of the SIM contract 😭😭

Are you doing anything to fix your internet and Wi-Fi boxes? I’ve had no connection for nearly a week in and around Maidenhead. Few friends are also having the same issue. Shambles when you’re paying £130 a month for your 4/5G and Wi-Fi boxes for it not to work @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport You've looked at at (3 times) and sent me texts saying :- "need more time" "it's fixed" "we can't fix it" "here's a link to the ombudsman" "use 3G instead, it's a 4G issue" "we're upgrading the antenna for a better service!" In the mean time I have to just put up with it?

@ThreeUK their stand and told me that cannot change the plan as I was just 2 days over from the 14 days window and they woukld charge me £240.00 to cancel the upgraded plan, and after that I can buy a new plan from them
