    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    It’s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they don’t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not been able to receive any text/sms messages since Monday. As a result, can't login to bank and missed GP appointment. When will issue be fixed? Status shows "there's a problem' but no useful info.
