    @ThreeUKSupport I paid £150 security dep on 19.2 then told couldn't have phone. Called CS and was passed to 4 different people then told refund would be 3 days. 8 days ago. Still no refund. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport your customer service is shocking! I've called twice today to amend my contract and each time your staff insisted on using an old email address - which I no longer have access to - for validation. They won't let me update it and insisted I go into a store...
