@ThreeUKSupport They weren't through all my mobile network settings and made me do a network reset, which ended the call and I never got a follow up. The issue still persists and I am unable to use the data I paid for except in very short bursts. I shouldn't be tethered to wi-fi all the time.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm confused. As a PAYG customer going to France in March for 90 days with your unlimited Add-On what charges will I incurr? Is there any point in having an unlimited Add-On when traveling in the EU?

@ThreeUKSupport For months I've been going round in circles with your customer services about a refund of unlawful overcharges by Three. I've been repeatedly offered only a partial refund of less than half the charges which I have declined now 3 times. It's like they can't read.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your service in this area is ridiculously bad! Text to say fault in area fixed, well reception is still as bad as ever! No I can’t get on your live chat or answer your call. If I could I would be paying out the remainder of my contract and go elsewhere.

@ThreeUK please help me, I had cancelled my account and returned my device. But you have still put an pending payment on my account and spoiled my credit history for no reason. I want this to be sorted. Clearly you can’t penalised me for your flawed process.
