@ThreeUK Absolutely shambolic service, 2 accounts fradulently opened in my name, after 1hr 40mins of phonecalls and live chats I am none the wiser. Really really poor. I would have thought something as serious as this would not be dealt with by an Indian call centre.

@ThreeUKSupport rang in to speak about my upgrade. Spoke to someone who refused to help me, refused to call me back and claimed the systems were down - clearly this is because he wanted to go home as called straight back and it was closed. Embarrassing
