@ThreeUK Disappointed with the customer service recieved over the last two weeks with contract renewals. Both times you have not been able to match or better contracts I have found else where . Very disappointed when we have been loyal customers.

@ThreeUKSupport It cant make up its mind if it wants 3g,4g,4g+ or 5g so it wont connect to internet or make or recieve calls. I travel all over uk and happens most places. Most of time i just connect on 3g if not working. I should not have to do that. Boost your signal!

@ThreeUK it is now approx 6 wks since 3 individual phones linked to one address have appalling signal at said address. Today I have no signal. Customer service useless. You have supposedly been doing work for these 6 wks? What do you suggest. Disabled customers

@ThreeUK Don’t use this company. Shocking service that keeps dropping ( a minimum of 2-300 times a month ) Indian call centres and zero customer service. You’ll get just as good service putting your cash in the bin !!

@ThreeUKSupport I have a yearly contract with you for 5G internet and the service has been very bad for a while now. The service used to be stable and now it goes down maybe 2-3 times a day. Nothing about my setup has changed. This is an unacceptable service level.
