@ThreeUKSupport Well no thanks to your guys who were useless, we've fixed it by changing the apn, why wouldn't your technical team know to try this or even be aware of the issue? They wanted me to complain to Samsung as my new phone was obviously faulty! Unbelievable.

@ThreeUK the manager of the three store in Northampton just the worst the attitude and no help whatsoever! The worst customer service I have ever received! Why do they ever have a manager which can not do anything!! Charged extra and didn’t even care walked off twice!!! Terrible!

Credit to @CooperativeBank & @ThreeUK for good customer service handling today. Direct debit mistakes happen. Refunded, rectified and paid correctly. so happy camper and no longer sticking pins in my eyes at the bank balance

@ThreeUKSupport Three want customer to wait one hour outside to check for device delivery. mine is gated community and entry will be pass code. the driver will come and go. that will happen today also. i don't want to say about my wrong decision
