@ThreeUK is there an issue in the M28 area? I’ve gone from mostly full signal to hardly any at all (and sometimes only 3G on my 5g phone) for at least 3 days

@ThreeUKSupport No difference I’m afraid. On 3G with a strong data signal still complains of no internet connection when I select my mobile number when trying to log in. When on WiFi it then Face ID’s me straight into the App but on mobile data Inget the No Internet red triangle error 😥

@ThreeUKSupport This pandemic has been a time for companies like @ThreeUK to take advantage. What a stupid and inconvenient time to put bills up. Aren’t people struggling enough already? I’m genuinely annoyed that I’m expected to pay more for my contract when I already pay so much as it is.

@ThreeUKSupport Didn’t have any use of 2 mobile numbers whilst in UAE but you have charged for data and calls that was never used the service did not work full stop it’s once again happened with my sons account this week receiving texts with charges when he’s got data roaming off

@ThreeUK I’m terminating my contract. Yet another weekend of woeful service from 3 with prolonged interruptions in service. I was promised improvements; instead, the service has deteriorated and is no longer fit for purpose. How you have the audacity to charge is an insult.

@ThreeUK what in gods name is wrong with your live chat service....I have been in chat with them since 11.52am this morning and I am still none the wiser. I have disconnected three times from chat....been told different things by different agents...and I am bloody annoyed
