    @ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, I'm not encouraged by the low ratings given to the app on Google Play. There seems to be an issue with connecting the app to the hub. Can you reassure me?

    @ThreeUKSupport I phoned numerous times so for a 12 month sim only at £18 pound per month I’ve paid £60 already and they sending out a final bill for £121.39 to clear the contract..and I’ve never used the the SIM card made calls used texts or data it’s a disgrace… I know your trying to help

    a joke my super duper all singing all dancing quite expensive @ThreeUK sim can’t piggyback a GPRS network in an emergency, meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well in a weather emergency. maybe i should switch networks while i’m out of contract 🤔

    @ThreeUK what is the point of your network status checker on your website when it always says there’s no issues even when there clearly are? My 5G mobile broadband router is not getting any connection at all.

    @ThreeUK I’m going to name and shame you on every social platform I bought a sim only deal November I cancelled by e-mail many times now I’ve had to pay £60 for a service I’ve never used I even paid postage to send the SIM card back to you and now been told I will
