    @ThreeUKSupport So these ‘improvements ‘ actually mean I have no broadband ?!? How do I ease a complaint and get my money back please ? Thankfully I’m only on a 12 month contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport web chat - just want to know, if three know there is a problem and are working on it. Last time local mast was down and broadband was coming from Distant mast. We've just had a power cut and are on generators. Threee probably need to work with UKPN

    @ThreeUKSupport good because i am struggling with a very impatient live chat guy who doesnt seem very nice!! he doesn't understand anything i'm trying to say and is starting to be rude. anyway i definitely signed up to new plan yesterday or day before and now it isn't showing up at three
