@ThreeUKSupport 4G is so unreliable, especially in the evenings, that I can't even have video calls. It's either too slow or drops out completely. I'm supposed to have unlimited data As a solo parent, it's really boring & lonely to not be able to call friends or watch videos.

@ThreeUKSupport This has been on going since October 2020 I’m sure that is more than 21 days my point is that everytime I speak to some it’s like I’m starting over I now have a outstanding balance in which I can’t pay and will not pay has the amount is in correct no has tried to help other

@ThreeUKSupport my signal has returned again but 4 times it has returned only to drop out again a few hours later. My mum and sister who both live in the same house as me and are both on three haven’t had any issues what so ever?! It only seems to be me having these signal issues
