    @ThreeUKSupport It’s part of an existing Three phone number. My contract which was £32 a month includes an iPhone, 30GB data, calls and texts ends today. I ordered a SIM only that’s £16 a month unlimited everything and was going to keep my exhausting number. Issue is my new SIM hasn’t arrived

    @ThreeUKSupport I just want to leave but I have to wait up to 12 days for a call, that I could potentially miss, because of security issues

    @ThreeUKSupport sometimes I get a message saying I have new voicemail but my phone didn't ring and I have no missed calls.. what can cause this? My phone apparently has signal and has wifi calling enabled..

    @ThreeUKSupport After your awful mess with me getting a new contract in September. I can't get a replacement sim in store. Nor can i order one online. As I have issues with signal and mobile data compared to my other friend who is also on three we deduced my sim is faulty

    @ThreeUKSupport Honestly the three response I got was contact Samsung as they know three had a problem with not issuing receipts for over the phone customers. As you can imagine I wasn't going to do three,s job for them. I even complained on threes survey and got zero response from three.
