    So my mum tried to cancel her SIM only contract with @ThreeUK and these lot told her she has to pay £300 or get a new phone... and then the guy had the nerve to ask her if she wants another phone with a contract. Madness.

    Funny, @ThreeUKSupport charged me £135 for my bill this month and I have no idea why and it says 'first payment' even though I've been with them for almost 9 months now and my 5G didn't even work and the 4G is horrible 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 thank you @ThreeUK

    @Jim_AFCB @VodafoneUK Not dissimilar to @ThreeUK All good until it goes t**s up then it's the worst script driving experience you can imagine. Usually involving a better understanding of the issue than their first line response.
