@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport but at my current network O2 they said I can’t do it that way the second person would need to open an account with network and I would have to pay cancellation fees when the number gets moved to their name sadly.

@ThreeUK please explain why your broadband team told me (11.20) there is no 5g problem in my area but the website says there still is (last updated 2.45) - and neither the previous router nor the new one I had to go and get can actually get a 5g signal?

@ThreeUKSupport Had no problems in this office when on EE. I’ve just tried to send an iMessage and it hadn’t sent after a full minute of waiting. Went outside and it sent straight away. Killing my battery and (patience) constantly searching for network.
