@ThreeUKSupport Hello, can anyone help please ASAP. I need to purchase a 'data passport' as I am in the United States of America and have run out of data usage, when I click on the link as advised on the website it does not let me purchase one and I need one as soon as possible.

@ThreeUKSupport can you explain why my son's phones work fine when they run iD network, but we get shocking download speeds and patchy mobile data with 3 in the ML7 area? In 3 years never once had to contact iD, but practically first name basis with 3.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport is there any reason why I have had poor WiFi reception in the North/North-West London area for the last few days? Was this the result of Storm Eunice?

@ThreeUK you surprised me. I didn't think that anything could be as difficult to use, or user-UNfriendly as your website, but then I downloaded your app. If you're trying to make customers regret signing up for your service, you're doing a good job!

@ThreeUK absolutely sick of your network. Been with you over 9 years, work away from home a lot and the buffering is becoming unbearable. Even with a full signal! Definitely time to change!
