Hmm, dodgy sales call purporting to be from @ThreeUK showing as Edinburgh phone number, trying to get me to upgrade my phone. Nope! I treat all unsolicited calls as probable scams these days, it’s safer if a bit bleak

@ThreeUKSupport For 4/5 weeks now, the "NE25 0" area has had a really poor signal. Throughout this time your site has said "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. Our engineers are working on masts nearby". Any news?

@ThreeUKSupport chief exec and director of Operations’s have no interest in customers. Phone stolen 28th august square trade paid out 19th December. Recommend insurance company but fail to support your customers shambolic absolute joke. 63 hours waiting for a call back to cancel

@ThreeUKSupport Think it is absolutely shocking that you cut calls to emergency numbers. I had to call 111 last night for my 81 year old mum. Waiting time was 2 hours. Just before 2 hours up call was disconnected. Tried again and same thing happened. @NHS24 do not cut calls.
