@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK You charged my late elderly father £13 EVERY mnth for over 2 years for a service he NEVER used. Wrote & phoned up, and ur rep said all they could do is close account. How you treat the elderly & the bereaved is disgraceful. Didn't even acknowledge letter

@ThreeUK is it standard practice to follow up a customer reporting a robbery with a sales call trying to sell them a new phone within five minutes (not me, one of my friends). That's a pretty low trick and something ofcom would be interested in.

@ThreeUK To whom it may concern, from 2019 Three UK is breaching the contract with customers. From 2019,it is impossible to have coverage to make a call or find a spot in all London where the data connects.3 accounts I do have with @ThreeUK .Several calls,customer service poor
