@ThreeUK No your not, I can't access anything, can't log in can't do anything on the app, I'm trying to make a purchase and I can't remove my spending cap, spent over an hour trying to access you app, sites down online, worst network ever!

@ThreeUKSupport my HUAWEI home 4G internet is not working. AGAIN. Nor is the separate 4G sim on my ipad I am really not happy. I’m isolated in a care home environment having stable connections is essential.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Is that in plan? issue at moment as my daughter working at a restaurant there and can’t call us to pick her up often after midnight which isn’t good at all. Her plan is under contract until end of this year but currently useless for her and a worry for us.
