@ThreeUK the sales tactics of the people on the end of your customer service centre are beyond problematic. I had a man try and force a contract on me, having told him I was not interested. It has taken longer than a month to get a replacement sim for a new contract. #three

  • AndrewJB_E13 AJB (@AndrewJB_E13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my signal in my house is patchy, it goes from H+ 2 bar, 4G 2 bar, 5G 1 bar. People cant hear me really.

@TrinityGoold @ThreeUK No way!! They are awful!! I’ve never had such bad costumer service! They tried to charge me £800 for a phone out right After saying I could pay monthly and then wouldn’t let me send it back untill I started saying about my rights!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Lousy company. No loyalty to its long term customers of six years. Refuses to fix tech issues where a five mile radius has constant signal drops. Just tells customer to travel outside the five miles or cancel their contract. Because they do not feel there is a issue. #clowns

  • AndrewJB_E13 AJB (@AndrewJB_E13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yep tried all that, its a 3 storey house, on the ground floor it works ok, but 2nd floor it doesn't connect. 2nd floor is where I dont have great signal.

Just got a new contract and I can't login to your website on Chrome or Safari or my phone @ThreeUK - is there a problem in general or am I doing something wrong?

  • richard_bottone richard bottone (@richard_bottone) reported

@paiiigerobinson @ThreeUK They’re installing 5G and there’s a temporary tower up atm. Thank you for contacting Three, is there anything else I can help you with Paige?

  • belheck Ray Belheck (@belheck) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This was never confirmed, unfortunately. However, the equipment was returned as requested using the freepost packaging provided by Three. I'm anxious that this will progress to a CCJ before I have time to settle the dispute :(

  • NYorksguy NYorksguy (@NYorksguy) reported

@ThreeUK must have the worst mobile broadband. Awful awful speed. Awful customer services. Time to look for a new phone provider i think after 7 years.

  • wickedwitchgal Sarah Beth James/Lucinda Greyhaven (@wickedwitchgal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Good customer services is not telling someone with covid, who is working from home with a five mile black out on services. To just travel outside that five miles then. A person who wouldn’t have had covid if they had been working from home not constantly travelling for service.
