    @ThreeUK despite what your incredibly ‘helpful’ colleague told me on the phone last week it has now been over 5 days since he told me it would take up to 72 hours to cancel an upgrade. Can you confirm he just lied to me and what to do next?

    Great customer service 🙄🙄 @ThreeUKSupport called into a store yesterday to sort my upgrade out, they didn’t have my phone in stock at the store but was told it’d be delivered to my home today .. it’s 9.30pm I’m still waiting, after cancelling appointments to make sure I was in

    @ThreeUK Funny how quick you all are at asking same question and never deal with the actual issue at hand. No one at this company wants to deal or resolve the issue & instead just act. What makes you think I haven't raised a complaint? Wouldn't that be the 1st option?

    @ThreeUKSupport How about making the extra effort of calling me instead considering all the cost and loyalty for over 3 years. Plus right now I'm not even in UK so again more costs towards me regarding having to call that support number #becompassionate #customerloyalty

    @ThreeUKSupport As much as I approve of v6-only support that's not what I'm after. Dual stack is fine - why is it not automatically setting up IPv6? I'm afraid my Windows networking expertise isn't up there to diagnose.
