@ThreeUKSupport It seems we’re just in a black spot. Talking to other residents 3, O2 and Vida all have poor signal here. EE seem to be better so might have to try them.

@ThreeUK what a joke wait months for an upgrade reversal and when finally done they want to say i don't need insurance when I've already got it on my old phone i wonder how many other people have had this issue they say it doesn't happen very often new provider me thinks

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK To be fair we might have finally got to the solution I was going for, but the call had already taken a lot longer than I'd hoped so didn't have time to finish it. Will have another go later, unless you want to sort it out for me?

@jotwyman @ThreeUK That bundle offer is stupid, I've been paying 2 months now and still haven't heard anything about the TV being delivered, also 3 customer service just keep telling me it'll get looked into but it doesn't and telling me to keep waiting so I wouldn't recommend
