    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    If you live in north Shropshire don’t have a Moblie contract with @SMARTYMobileUK or @ThreeUK their network is overloaded they have no more capacity and there is no work planned to solve the problem @HelenMorganMP why do we have to put up with such a bad Moblie service

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUK I’m having issue with logging in to the App the MFA isn’t working and it’s actually not sending me the code. Your website isn’t helping neither is the chat

    @franchaela_x @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Very rarely have issues but this week since Monday (bank holiday) been bad to say the least
