    @ThreeUKSupport It's never easy I give uop. I had the app the other day and then the other evening I went to use it and the message was it was unavailable till the next day. When I tried to use it it didn't work. I can get the info I need by 333. I'll reinstall it over the weekend. Thanks v much

    @ThreeUKSupport I HAVE DONE THAT! I SENT 4 EMAILS YESTERDAY AND GONE THROUGH THAT WHOLE PROCESS! This is what my initial complaint was about and yet the follow up I couldn’t speak to anyone

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed wth the service from @ThreeUK. Awaiting for email confirmation I was promised would be within 24hrs yet 4 days later no response @ThreeUK get back to me ASAP as its affected by mortgage completion & credit file

    Been going through my direct debits to save some cash. Been paying for mobile internet for my dads house for 18 months since he died, obvs not used a single MB. Trying to cancel with @ThreeUK and they want 30days notice. He’s not Jesus lads - unlikely to come back.

    @athena_viking @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How longs left on your contract? Thankfully mine was through Mobiles Direct, so my contract was actually agreed through them, not Three directly. I think if I were in your shoes, I'd be that pissed I'd just swap providers, switch over, block the direct debit and **** them off.

    @johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK SOLVED: called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for anyone else suffering with this.
