@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s a ZTE 5G router. They have refused to accept that the router is faulty. I’ve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. I’ve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.

@ThreeUKSupport Already spoken to them, they are the problem! Called me a liar! Router not recognising the two SIM cards that have been sent. Refuse to send a replacement router unless I go to a 3 shop, which isn’t going to happen. Not getting another penny from me.

@geegeemidnight @ThreeUK Pretty sure O2 are the only network who offer roaming as part of your tariff now. Although dunno if that applies to sim-only.
