Disgusting service from @ThreeUK not providing service over live chat and never picking up the phone. My disable brother is house bound and without a phone. He cannot go to the shop.

@ThreeUK has to be the worst customer experience ever, everyone “understands” that you speak to but can’t correctly log phone calls, tried to cancel contract for the 3rd time… they don’t seem to want to log those phone calls.

@ThreeUKSupport Every day I get a message at 11pm GMT telling me I should buy another passport for the next day. But I can’t do it until it’s actually midnight UK time. In reality it usually throws errors until around 1am UK time. About once a week it takes until 10am UK time for it to work.
