    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I didn’t expect you to cancel it over here, I’m with another provider and my contract is expiring. I’m looking to switch to 3 5g and the email from my new provider can do the switch, but just wondered if that still applied when there’s no physical landline involved

    @ThreeUK customer service have now hung up on me twice, before I’ve ever gotten through to a person. I’ve had nothing but network issues since I renewed my contract at the start of July. Now I just want to know how much it would cost me to cancel and move to another network
