@ThreeUK is such a bad network sometimes. Tying to help my sister transfer her number to Three, and it just comes up with unknown error. Like what does that even mean, you have to know what the error is. Sort your systems out.

@ThreeUKSupport Just changed my Sim only contract to a new £17 monthly deal, however I’ve just received a letter saying the bill is £32 monthly with a £10 deduction. Can you please fix this... what SIM only deal costs £32 ???

@ThreeUKSupport I joined the we chat. The lady noted the on going mast issues and advised switching to 3g on all devices. Even today the status shows mast issues again. She offered a part refund but how long are you going to refund for before this mast works are completed. We want 5g as before.
