    @ThreeUK having a hell of a time. Apparently an account for a phone number I don't know has been sent to debt collectors? I keep failing security because I don't know what postcode it's from and so your call centres can't help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I could not log into the app in the last few days and on website I can get into my account but always an error msg - I can’t check my allowance or change my settings. Is this a common issue?
