    @ThreeUK I’m receiving phone calls from random numbers and when I answer them they just get disconnected. I’m also unable to make phone calls, are there any issues ongoing?

    @ThreeUKSupport I submitted the cancellation via the app. App said cancellation was good. Now my account is active and I’m being charged. Customer service will not cancel the charges because of the STAC code that I did not need and cannot use.
