@ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

@ThreeUKSupport Useless pathetic company. No signals. Worst customer services. Have no record of online cancellation forms during chat only options in covid. Only allowed 20 minutes customer services during covid. Numerous calls didn't cancel it and want money for no use.

@ThreeUKSupport Indoor mobile coverage has always been poor within the general area of the Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne. I have tried WiFi calling but this doesn't appear to solve the problem. Will Three be resolving this long-term issue soon?

@ThreeUKSupport No, I was wondering if there were some protocols that changed in your end for any and all device. Because the issues I am having are very peculiar, with big websites and apps (App Store, YouTube) and is just happening with Three suddenly. Would it be possible to at least check?

I'm a new customer to @threeuksupport and not a great start. Sim card was sending and receiving calls from both my Three number and my transferred number, new sim card ordered but in the meantime left with no service. What a great start ...NOT!!!

@historyinyork @ThreeUKSupport I am having the same issue today. I have full 4G bars but the phone is struggling to load YouTube, the App Store or the Apple website itself. The funny thing is if I use the device in hotspot mode internet works perfectly fine in other devices.
