    @ThreeUKSupport why do I have 4G and I still can’t use my phone when I’m not on WIFI. I have been with 3 over 10 years and the service gets worse every year.

    @ThreeUK for the last few months signal has been appalling. Doesn’t matter whether I’m in central London or out in the sticks, I have to keep switching between 3 and 4G just to try and get anywhere. Often neither work. Please sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Three, what's the hold up on bringing esim support to your customers ? surely the years of waiting is getting embarrassing now ? I've personally been told 3 years in a row it will be coming soon .
