I don't know what you did over the 5 years I've been in the same house. But the last time I last was on your pay monthly phones your 4G was great but now I hardly get a decent 4G signal. I have to rely now on 3G just to be able to watch because of bad signal @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport They don't setup any type of proper plan, just give a 30 day extension. A company like Three should be able to setup proper payment plans and not have to rely on a system to do everything for them, I never would have had this problem with O2

@ThreeUK your password reset form is a nightmare. The ability to copy and paste seems to be broken, which means it's more difficult to use a password manager app, therefore leading to less secure passwords...

@sarah_a1985 @ThreeUK I’ve been with them on a 1 month rolling contract since I was 12, as soon as I signed up for a 24 month contract 2 years ago (to get a new number) service went to hell!

@ThreeUK can you tell me why my data is absolutely awful after I had to downgrade to a cheaper tarrif due to issues beyond my control? Before it was fine but now it's unusable and refused to even load anything

Never use @ThreeUK they are the worst. Today they threatened debt collectors. But the money that is owned is on a number I have never had and they are contacting me on my acutal number too. They said its now with their fraud team but I have had no email or anything to show that.

@Xero @ThreeUK @ThreeUK's broadband connectivity in our temp facilities has been so bad this year they are damaging our devices. Strangely only Xero issues yesterday - couldn't find your servers whilst other websites were fine. Once found no notification came on O2 mobile. Now sorted.
