@ThreeUKSupport To be honest I feel like I’m just getting robbed off. I have a sim and a mobile broadband account with you but the service isn’t great on either of them so I’m in the process of switching to another supplier

What did amaze me today (other than the view) is I had a decent 5G signal with @ThreeUK whilst 1050ft up the side of a mountain in the Lake District. Don’t even get that in the middle of Liverpool!

@ThreeUKSupport Just received an extremely important medical call, the doctor couldn't hear me, I wasn't even getting 4G, let alone 5G, which I haven't had since my hub was restricted. Out of principle I won't pay any bill relating to my hub, mobile bill is up to date so I expect decent service.

@ThreeUKSupport So I called up regarding a problem with my account, entered the verification code and was then told that the lines were closed and to call back 8-8 mon-fri (this was 10 mins ago) I've tried numerous times this morning and regardless of the option I select the outcome is the same
