@ThreeUK you are overcharging me and your systems are apparently always down and won’t allow for the changes to be made according to your phone teams. Your over charging me £11 a month since July!!!

Just when I thought I had escaped the #**** service of @ThreeUK they just told me that they will continue to bill me for MONTHS after leaving them and joining a new network and then “refund me” in the New Year. Bunch of thieves. AVOID THIS NETWORK! @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK Now after speaking to customer service for nearly 5 HOURS, 3 departments,to approx 8 people,still they r coming up with new excuses and disconnecting the calls just at the moment when i think that my problm will be resolved.This is really outrageous n quite frustrating.
