    @ThreeUKSupport Data Passport is a frustrating experience currently. Bought it multiple times, with no confirmation emails so I'm taking screenshots. Every day at the cutover time, it says the site is down and to try again in an hour? Any way I can just buy two weeks at once?

    @ThreeUK why I am I having an appalling customer service with your team since Monday? I have been made several promises by different colleagues all to meet their sales targets. It's so sad to be a paying customer at the other end of this appalling service!

    @ImmyKaur @ThreeUK I have found them particularly bad and am moving provider when my contracts end. They charged me for a year for a sim they hadn’t sent me !
