    @ThreeUKSupport, I am still unable to receive calls and texts because of the maintenance you are supposed to be doing in my area. This is now beyond annoying as it is a regular occurance. Fix this or I will be moving to a different network. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport once again my network is down for upgrades for the 3rd time in six months,But surely you can leave 4G connected as now I have no home broadband and only a weak 3G on my phone last time this lasted 4 days!!!😡🤬😡🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport please help, I’m getting no where with chat support, I can’t access any apps or send receive data when not on wifi unless I turn off 4g and use 3G

    @grayphil27 @ThreeUK I have five contracts with three, I moved 20 miles further down the east coast and now only have poor signal. I will be happily giving back all 5 in December and save 60 quid. I could live with it if back office were responsive and improved signal was genuinely on the cards.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why have I got waste time sitting on hold waiting for you to rectify the issue? Why can't one of the upgrades team make an outbound call to me to sort it out? And why does my upgrade still show as having gone through when you can't fulfil the upgrade?!?!

    That’s over £4000 taken for nothing when system showed no activity on phone- how can contract be allowed to keep running indefinitely? He can’t check online account has no email - do you treat all older people like this @threeuk? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport In the first place I asked for pay as you go but your colleagues always forces for plans. You know this. Don't act like kids. You're forcing people for contracts not for pay as you go. Still acting like you're innocent.. You're the worst one I have ever seen. Waste of time.
