    @ThreeUKSupport Painfully obvious that everyone we're deaking with is just reading from a script. We've also been told we're completely liable for the full cost of the router if any damage occurs...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan. No, I'm in the UK. I've not looked at My3 as I know what I pay for. Unlimited everything and 30 gb of data. I never get anywhere near the limit. I just got the text with the wording I sent you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mind u, been paying all this time although I've been disconnected for months! I'm losing my mind trying to get my PAC code. Please connect me to the network so I can get SMS or find another way to give it to me. I've had my number for over a decade. I need to keep it.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service and customer support again. Purchased 5G broadband, it doesn’t work, spent 40 minutes on live chat for them to tell me to call their specialist team, who i eventually got through to for them to tell me to go in store…

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken with customer service who stated I have been billed for 11 months after cancelling because I didn’t use a pad code I didn’t ask for. This is a scam and I want a refund. Moving forward I will be taking legal action. Your company is fraudulent.
