@ThreeUKSupport Nobody ever answers on there. You may be the cheapest network but also the network where you lucky to get a call or any internet to work, I’m fed up with it. Even my neighbour on 3 lives same block of flats it’s drops out, we gonna try paper cups and string... 🥴🥴🥴

@ThreeUKSupport I purchased a new sim-only tarriff on 14/01 and requested switch for 20/01. I didn't bother to change my sim yet service still running. Checked account, can see I'm still on previous plan? Please confirm what's happening.
