@ThreeUKSupport That’s a big shame...are there any plans in the near future to support the cellular feature? Would have thought Three would want to keep up with other network providers. It’s quite disappointing to be fair being a Three customer myself

@ThreeUK VERY BAD CONNECTION around CITY CENTRE in Edinburgh. I was told that the problem will be fixed on the 3rd of February. Now The Customer Service is telling me to wait another one week.

@ThreeUKSupport What's the point in having a Twitter customer service page if you can't help customers? Webchat have told me to contact finance team...how am I supposed to do that when my line has been disconnected? I don't even have incoming calls!! Ridiculous after ONE missed payment.

Just found out I messed up and left a @ThreeUK data SUM in an iPad I gave away years ago. Costing me £10 a month.. since 2017! Trying to work out how to cancel it as I can’t dial 333 from the device. Anyone know what the process is? I have an account number but no phone number.

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys 4g as stopped working in HU93RN very very slow have to use 3g in stead but not ideal as thats slow but working. Any update is appreciated
