    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. The 2FA SMS messages arrive hours after I've tried to log in. I have literally never been able to log in because of this. It's been a pretty awful experience so far.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris, I have been doing so since 09:08 this morning when the router logs told me the connection was terminated. It does appear to be back now (unrelated to hardware). Additionally, I am unable to use your 2fa to login to my3 because the SMS messages take hours to arrive.

    @ThreeUKSupport Kindly help me get the unlimited abroad call service for which I paid £10 just sometime back. I tried calling abroad, within the countries listed but my balance is getting deducted.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, other texts come through quickly, the password reset ones for instance came through fine. It's only ever been the 2fa ones that come in hours later so I can never log in. Any way to disable 2fa on my account temporarily, or use email for 2fa instead of texts that don't arrive

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, on data app doesn’t work … tried on 2 phones same issues … works on Vodafone fine … 3/4 and 5g…

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It says £5 & £10 but there is no option to recharge it, instead of only top up option and i lost £10 by topping up and didn't get the service to call unlimited abroad.
