    @ThreeUKSupport its been more than 2 months that I've had signal issues with my broadband. You have acknowledged these and always give me a date for these to be fixed but it still does not work and your website still says there are issues in my area. When will this be fixed??

    @SKEfromUK @ThreeUKSupport Hello, Three's policy is to deliberately withhold outage info from the status checker, for PR reasons - I've had this confirmed by higher-level support. You can get a % of costs back each month (as I do, for 6 months' disrupted service, ongoing).

    @ThreeUKSupport hi team, as I've said many times, I realise it absolutely isn't your fault, how you're expected to operate as 1st level support. It is, however, deceit, and fraud. Please raise this with your seniors and say you're not prepared to be forced to lie (cont..) @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport @MikeJoiner1965 I am Mike Joiner’s befriender. He is disabled and has many issues with his memory. He needs to be able to use his phone in the event of an emergency…could you please send the PUK to his e-Mail address as a matter of urgency
